In order to study the influence of temperature on the nonlinear resistance characteristics of different stress grading materials, a measurement method using the presetting low resistivity tape as the electrode was proposed and applied. The nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics of four stress grading materials under different temperatures were tested. At the same time, the influencing degree of temperature on the nonlinear resistance characteristics of different stress grading materials were studied by function fitting method. The distribution differences of surface electric field along the stress grading structure at stator winding end of 24 kV hydro-generator under the withstand voltage test voltage and the rated phase voltage at different temperatures were further simulated and compared. The results show that the nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics and surface resistivity of four stress grading materials show obvious temperature dependence, with the increase of temperature, both the initial surface resistivity and nonlinear coefficient decrease, there is little difference among the surface electric field distributions along the stress grading structure of 24 kV hydro-generator under different temperatures.

为研究温度对不同防晕材料非线性电阻特性的影响规律,提出并应用预置低阻带作为电极的测量方法,测试4种防晕材料在不同温度下的非线性伏安特性,同时采用函数拟合方法研究了温度对不同防晕材料非线性电阻特性的影响程度,进一步通过仿真研究对比额定相电压和耐压试验电压下及不同温度下的24 kV水轮发电机定子绕组端部防晕结构沿面电场的分布差异。结果表明:4种防晕材料的非线性伏安特性与表面电阻率均表现出明显的温度依赖性,初始表面电阻率和非线性系数均随温度的升高呈减小的趋势;不同温度下24 kV水轮发电机防晕结构的沿面电场分布差异较小。

In order to study the influence of temperature on the nonlinear resistance characteristics of different stress grading materials, a measurement method using the presetting low resistivity tape as the electrode was proposed and applied. The nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics of four stress grading materials under different temperatures were tested. At the same time, the influencing degree of temperature on the nonlinear resistance characteristics of different stress grading materials were studied by function fitting method. The distribution differences of surface electric field along the stress grading structure at stator winding end of 24 kV hydro-generator under the withstand voltage test voltage and the rated phase voltage at different temperatures were further simulated and compared. The results show that the nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics and surface resistivity of four stress grading materials show obvious temperature dependence, with the increase of temperature, both the initial surface resistivity and nonlinear coefficient decrease, there is little difference among the surface electric field distributions along the stress grading structure of 24 kV hydro-generator under different temperatures.

防晕结构作为高压电机定子绕组绝缘系统的重要组成部分,其均压作用的稳定性至关重要。当前,碳化硅(SiC)防晕材料因其良好的非线性电阻特性被广泛应用于高压电机绕组端部防晕。根据应用工艺的不同,SiC防晕材料又分为涂刷型防晕漆和用于一次成型式的防晕带。防晕漆通常用于中低压电机的一段式防晕,如今也用于某些高压电机定子线圈端部的覆盖防晕和后期防晕修补。防晕带是以电工无碱玻璃纤维带为基材,浸渍含有碳化硅和二氧化硅的高电阻防晕漆经烘焙处理而成的半固化或全固化型半导体带。防晕层则是防晕带以半叠包的形式缠绕在定子线圈端部主绝缘表面,经热压或真空压力浸渍(VPI)成型后,在线圈端部表面区域形成的一层相对均匀的防晕材料,是当下高压电机防晕系统的主要组成部分。早期在实际应用半固化型防晕带过程中发现,热压成型防晕层非线性电阻的稳定性易受主绝缘胶的影响,为此国内上世纪90年代末期开始有厂商采用全固化型防晕带替换半固化型防晕带[1]
防晕技术的发展,实际就是防晕材料、结构和工艺的改进,然而一直以来未有可推广应用的新型防晕材料出现,新型防晕结构方面的研究虽有文献报道在端部主绝缘中埋设金属薄片来均匀端部电场[2],但依然存在诸多问题难以推广应用。因此在普遍采用以SiC为基体的防晕材料的背景下,学者们的研究集中在高压电机防晕结构的设计优化方面。随着计算软件与硬件的飞速发展,仿真计算已是一种成熟的辅助设计手段,而明确可选用防晕材料的非线性电阻特性便是设计与验证的重要前提[3]。因此,如何准确地测量不同电场强度下防晕材料的非线性电阻特性是一个关键问题。此外,随着电机容量和电压等级的逐步提升,电机运行期间的绕组温升也是防晕结构设计时应考虑的影响因素。
有关防晕材料测试方面的文献已不少[4-6],从测试方法来说主要分为两种:一种是测试防晕材料的表面电阻率,之后根据需要可经换算得到防晕材料的体积电导率;另一种是直接测试防晕材料的体积电阻率。两种测试方法的差异主要在于对防晕材料的处理方式和应用的电源形式。测量表面电阻率一般采用的方法是在防晕材料表面布置相隔一定间距的导体作为电极,通过改变施加在电极间的电压测得不同电场强度下的表面电阻率[7-8],但由于高压电机定子绕组经热压或VPI浸渍成型后,成型的防晕层表面会覆盖一层浸渍树脂,若直接布置电极,表面存在的树脂理论上会影响测试结果的准确性。对于体积电阻率的测试,最早的研究中多是直接测试SiC粉料的体积电阻率,而如今由于防晕材料的实际状态是掺杂其他物质并经浸渍后的防晕薄层,其电气特性与SiC粉料有较大差别。目前有研究者针对防晕层体积电阻率提出的测试方法是在以实际工艺制作的线棒试样防晕层区域切割出相隔一定间距的两条底部到主绝缘表面的切口,并在切口中填充金属漆作为测量电极[9],通过改变施加在电极间的电压测得防晕层在不同电场强度下的体积电阻率。但对于实际防晕厚度仅数百微米的防晕薄层而言,利用表面电阻率作为评价和对比其电阻特性的基本标准更合适[10]
本研究提出并应用预置低阻带作为电极的测量方法,对某型号高压水轮发电机定子绕组端部实际采用的4种防晕材料在不同温度下的非线性伏安特性进行测试,同时分析4种防晕材料非线性伏安特性随温度的变化,提取特征参数,以量化温度变化对防晕材料非线性电阻特性的影响程度,最后对不同温度点的防晕结构电场分布进行仿真研究。
图1为某型号高压水轮发电机定子绕组端部的三段式防晕结构,依据三段防晕阻值的大小分为中阻段、中高阻段和高阻段,本研究所测防晕材料包括中阻防晕层、中高阻防晕层、高阻防晕层以及覆盖防晕漆。对应采用的防晕带均为全固化型,而防晕漆为室温固化材料,此外,防晕带尺寸规格相同,宽度和厚度分别为25 mm和0.15 mm,其基本性能参数如表1所示。
所有试样均采用将防晕带半叠包绕或将防晕漆涂刷在长度为230 mm、外圈直径为30 mm的环氧玻璃丝管表面,缠绕方式和涂刷方式与实际应用一致。此外,为了避免绝缘浸渍后成型防晕层表面树脂对测量结果产生影响,在半叠包绕好的防晕带未浸渍前先在防晕带表面缠绕多组轴向间距为10 mm的低阻带作为预置电极,之后再进行绝缘浸渍处理。成型后的防晕材料如图2所示,其中图2(a)为防晕漆试样,测试前须在试样表面粘贴多组间距为10 mm的铜箔作为测量电极。图2(b)为防晕层试样,测试前在预置的低阻带上粘贴铜箔作为测量电极即可。此外,测试前应对防晕层试样进行高温预烘除湿处理。
本研究采用的防晕材料非线性伏安特性测试电路如图3所示,所用直流电源为ZGF型直流高压发生器,测量时施加最大电压为5 kV,试样间距为10 mm,即施加最大场强为0.5 kV/mm。此外,为了研究温度对防晕材料非线性电阻特性的影响,所有防晕材料均在恒温性能良好的高温烘箱中烘焙至目标温度后进行测试,目标温度分别为25、50、75、100、120℃。
由于防晕材料本身的非线性伏安特性通常具有一定的分散性,为了能够相对准确地呈现和对比试验结果,本研究对每种防晕材料选择8个点进行测试,取流经防晕材料的电流平均值作伏安特性曲线图。图4为4种防晕材料在不同温度下的非线性伏安特性曲线。
图4可以看出,每种防晕材料的非线性伏安特性在同一温度下的变化趋势基本一致,均表现为随着施加电压的增大,流经防晕材料的电流急剧增大。而在不同温度下,4种防晕材料试样非线性伏安特性的变化规律也基本一致,均呈现出在较低电压下电流随温度的升高而增大,而在较高电压下电流随温度的升高而减小。此外,在测试与处理数据过程中发现,同一温度下防晕漆的非线性伏安特性的标准偏差范围明显小于成型后的防晕层,即分散性更小,性能更稳定。这主要是因为防晕带在浸渍过程中不同区域的SiC颗粒接触状态的变化程度存在差异。
基于试验测量得到的防晕材料非线性伏安特性,可依据式(1)计算对应场强下的表面电阻率。

式(1)中:ρ为表面电阻率,Ω;U为施加在测量电极间的电压,V;I为流经防晕试样的电流,A;L为电极长度,mm;d为两个电极间的间距,mm。
文献[3]基于SiC防晕材料电阻率和场强的常用函数关系,同时考虑温度的影响,得到式(2)

式(2)中:ρ0为初始表面电阻率,Ω;β为非线性系数,mm/kV;E为电场强度,kV/mm。
式(2)两边同时取自然对数,整理可得到式(3)

结合式(1)式(3),可绘制出不同温度下防晕漆、高阻防晕层、中高阻防晕层和中阻防晕层试样表面电阻率的自然对数(lnρ)与场强(E)的关系,如图5所示。从图5可以看出,4种防晕材料的lnρE之间均呈现出近似的线性关系,且均表现为lnρ随着E的增大而线性减小。但对比4种防晕材料自身在不同温度下lnρE的关系可以看出,在测试场强范围内防晕材料的lnρ随温度的变化规律并不一致,即并非单调增加或单调减小,而是在较低场强下lnρ随着温度的升高而减小,在较高场强下lnρ随着温度的升高而增大。而且横向对比来看,由于不同防晕材料的组成比例以及其中主要的SiC颗粒粒径尺寸存在差别,场强一定时,lnρ随温度的变化幅度也不尽相同。
式(2)可知,初始表面电阻率ρ0和非线性系数β是表征防晕材料非线性电阻特性的特征参数,为了更清楚地描述温度对4种防晕材料非线性电阻特性的影响,依据式(3)提取了4种防晕材料在不同温度下的lnρ0以及非线性系数β,并绘制得到图6。从图6可以看出,4种防晕材料的lnρ0随温度的升高均仅有略微减小的趋势,这意味着温度的变化不会显著改变防晕材料ρ0的量级,而β随温度的升高呈现明显减小的趋势,且两者基本呈线性关系。
从函数关系上看,lnρ0会随着ρ0的增大而单调增大。对比不同防晕材料在不同温度下的lnρ0β可以得出,任一温度下,4种防晕材料的初始表面电阻率ρ0和非线性系数β都满足如下规律:中阻防晕层的ρ0β最大,防晕漆次之,随后是中高阻防晕层,高阻防晕层最小。结合未浸渍的原始防晕材料的非线性系数随SiC颗粒粒径减小而减小的基本规律可知,本研究测试的4种防晕材料的ρ0β均会随着防晕材料中SiC颗粒粒径的减小而减小,且非线性系数减小幅度更明显。
温度会改变防晕材料的属性,而在防晕结构确定的情况下防晕材料的属性决定了防晕结构沿面电场的分布情况。因此,建立了如图1所示的24 kV高压水轮发电机定子绕组端部防晕结构的二维轴对称模型,选择不同温度点对应的防晕材料属性分别计算线圈导体在额定相电压和耐压试验电压下的防晕结构沿面切向电场分布,结果如图7图8所示。
图7可以看出,额定相电压下仅中阻防晕层段承受了较高的场强,而耐压试验电压下三段防晕层均起到了较明显的均压作用。从图8可以看出,额定相电压下防晕漆沿面切向场强整体呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而耐压试验电压下,防晕漆沿面切向电场分布曲线更凸,承受较高场强的范围更大。此外,在不同温度下,额定相电压或耐压试验电压下防晕材料沿面切向电场分布的变化趋势一致,仅场强的大小有一定的差异,但并不明显。这说明仅从防晕结构沿面电场考量时,温度的影响有限,并不能明显改变电场分布趋势,然而这也只是单一因素对比,并未考虑实际中随着机组运行防晕结构会在电-热联合作用下出现老化现象,有必要进一步研究。
(1)针对浸渍成型防晕材料的非线性电阻特性测试,可采用预置低阻带作为预置电极的方法来提高测试的准确性。
(2)测试的4种防晕材料的非线性伏安特性与表面电阻率均表现出明显的温度依赖性,且均呈现出在较低电压下电流随温度的升高而增大,对应在较低场强下表面电阻率随着温度的升高而减小,而在较高电压下电流随温度的升高而减小,对应较高场强下表面电阻率随着温度的升高而增大。
(3)4种防晕材料的初始表面电阻率随温度的升高呈减小的趋势;非线性系数随温度的升高呈现明显减小的趋势,且两者基本呈线性关系。
(4)随着防晕材料中SiC颗粒粒径减小,初始表面电阻率减小,非线性系数减小。
(5)不论是额定相电压还是耐压试验电压下,不同温度点对应的24 kV高压水轮发电机定子绕组端部防晕结构沿面切向电场分布趋势基本一致,仅在场强幅值上有较小差异。
