A thermosetting polyester wire enamel with high crosslinking density was prepared by using water-soluble polyester resin as matrix. The adhesion of paint film was regulated by the ratio of hard and soft monomer in polyester resin, the electric strength of paint film was improved by adjusting the branching degree of polyester resin, and the technology of paint film was improved by adding thickening agent. The results show that when the mole fraction of water-soluble functional monomer is 6%, the mole fraction of branched functional monomer is 14%, and the mole ratio of soft and hard chain segments in the remaining monomer is 2∶1, the wire enamel with the water-soluble thermosensitive polyester as matrix has the best comprehensive performance. The optimum mass fraction of curing agent is 3.0% of resin mass. When the mass fraction of thickening agent is 0.4% of the total resin, the elongation at break of the enameled wire is 40%, and the electric strength is 40 kV/mm. The final coating thickness of the enameled wire is 100 μm, its breakdown voltage is 4 kV, and its heat resistance is good, which has potential application value in the new sensor technology and equipment body integrated transformer.

以水溶性聚酯树脂为基体,制备高交联密度的热固性聚酯漆包线漆。通过聚酯树脂中软硬单体比例调控漆液的附着力,通过对聚酯树脂支化度的调整提高漆液的电气强度,借助外加增稠剂提高漆液上漆的工艺性。结果表明:当聚酯树脂的水溶性功能单体摩尔分数为6%,支化功能单体摩尔分数为14%,软硬单体的摩尔比为2∶1时,以其为基体的漆包线漆综合性能最佳;固化剂的最佳质量分数为3.0%;当增稠剂质量分数为0.4%时,漆包线漆的断裂伸长率为40%,电气强度为40 kV/mm。最终制得的漆包线上漆厚度为100 μm,击穿电压为4 kV,具有很好的耐热性,在新型传感技术与设备本体一体化变压器中具有潜在的应用价值。

以水溶性聚酯树脂为基体,制备高交联密度的热固性聚酯漆包线漆。通过聚酯树脂中软硬单体比例调控漆液的附着力,通过对聚酯树脂支化度的调整提高漆液的电气强度,借助外加增稠剂提高漆液上漆的工艺性。结果表明:当聚酯树脂的水溶性功能单体摩尔分数为6%,支化功能单体摩尔分数为14%,软硬单体的摩尔比为2∶1时,以其为基体的漆包线漆综合性能最佳;固化剂的最佳质量分数为3.0%;当增稠剂质量分数为0.4%时,漆包线漆的断裂伸长率为40%,电气强度为40 kV/mm。最终制得的漆包线上漆厚度为100 μm,击穿电压为4 kV,具有很好的耐热性,在新型传感技术与设备本体一体化变压器中具有潜在的应用价值。

A thermosetting polyester wire enamel with high crosslinking density was prepared by using water-soluble polyester resin as matrix. The adhesion of paint film was regulated by the ratio of hard and soft monomer in polyester resin, the electric strength of paint film was improved by adjusting the branching degree of polyester resin, and the technology of paint film was improved by adding thickening agent. The results show that when the mole fraction of water-soluble functional monomer is 6%, the mole fraction of branched functional monomer is 14%, and the mole ratio of soft and hard chain segments in the remaining monomer is 2∶1, the wire enamel with the water-soluble thermosensitive polyester as matrix has the best comprehensive performance. The optimum mass fraction of curing agent is 3.0% of resin mass. When the mass fraction of thickening agent is 0.4% of the total resin, the elongation at break of the enameled wire is 40%, and the electric strength is 40 kV/mm. The final coating thickness of the enameled wire is 100 μm, its breakdown voltage is 4 kV, and its heat resistance is good, which has potential application value in the new sensor technology and equipment body integrated transformer.

漆包线是发电机、电动机、变压器等设备的重要组成结构,起到电流传导的关键作用,其绝缘性具有重要的意义。漆包线漆是起到漆包线绝缘的主要材料之一[1-2]
传统漆包线漆例如聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、聚酯、聚酯亚胺等都使用甲苯、二甲苯、甲酚等有机溶剂,虽然可以使用溶剂回收系统实现有机溶剂的催化燃烧,但是这种工艺会对环境和人身造成危害。在硅钢片漆、有机溶剂浸渍漆等绝缘漆实现大规模水性化应用之后,漆包线漆水性化应用的必要性已经显现[3-5]。但是,漆包线漆水性化存在3个难点,是目前制约其转型的主要因素。具体难点:①树脂基体选型困难。漆包线漆用树脂要求具有较高的电气强度、较强的附着力、韧性和较好的耐水、耐油性能,而常规水溶性树脂很难同时满足这些要求,所以需要对树脂基体的分子结构进行合理设计。②水性漆固化过程能源损耗大。使用水作为漆包线漆的主要溶剂时,溶剂回收的催化燃烧系统不适用于此固化过程,漆膜固化阶段只能使用电加热等高能耗手段,因此,漆液固化过程需要具有固化温度低、速度快的特点,从而降低其固化过程的能耗。③涂漆工艺的适配性差。水溶性树脂需要具有较高的交联密度,由此带来的树脂结构具有高支化度的特点,这种高支化度树脂分子量较低,造成漆液黏度较小,很难使用传统模具进行涂漆,漆膜的均匀程度会明显降低,影响漆包线漆性能的稳定,所以需要采取特殊手段对漆液进行增稠,提高其工艺适配性。
针对上述3个问题,本研究设计一种水溶性聚酯树脂,并探讨水性功能单体、软硬单体比例、支化单体用量等树脂结构设计思路,以及固化剂和增稠剂用量等漆液设计思路对漆包线漆性能的影响,从而制备具有工艺适配性高的新型漆包线漆,并对其耐热等级进行预估,其在新型传感技术与设备本体一体化变压器中具有潜在的应用价值。
水性功能单体:二羟甲基丙酸、二羟甲基丁酸,阿拉丁试剂有限公司;软单体:戊二酸酐,阿拉丁试剂有限公司、一缩二乙二醇,天津科密欧试剂有限公司;硬单体:邻苯二甲酸酐,阿拉丁试剂有限公司、甲基丙二醇,天津科密欧试剂有限公司;支化单体:丙三醇,天津科密欧试剂有限公司;中和剂:AMP-95,美国陶氏化工、三乙胺,天津科密欧试剂有限公司;固化剂:UN7038树脂,上海尤恩树脂有限公司;增稠剂:改性纤维素,山东莱德化工有限公司;溶剂:乙二醇丁醚,天津科密欧试剂有限公司、去离子水,自制。
将水性功能单体、软单体、硬单体和支化功能单体按照一定比例加入到三口烧瓶中,采用阶梯升温的方式进行聚合反应,具体工艺为160℃/0.5 h+180℃/1 h+200℃/2 h+210℃/0.5 h,反应至酸值为28~32 mgKOH/g,加入树脂总量10%的溶剂;降温至60℃,加入中和剂、增稠剂和去离子水;继续降温至30℃以下加入固化剂,制得漆包线漆。采用模具法对漆包线进行涂漆,涂漆固化工艺为200℃/10 s+350℃/20 s+380℃/10 s。
参照JB/T 7599.2—2013《漆包绕组线绝缘漆 第2部分:120级缩醛漆包线漆》对漆包线漆进行性能表征;参照JB/T 2624—1979《电工绝缘浸渍漆和漆布快速热老化试验方法:割线法》的实验方法,采用热重分析仪(TGA)(290F3型,德国耐驰公司)对漆包线漆的耐热性进行表征,将试样固化后在190℃处理12 h后,磨碎至100目以下并干燥。TGA测试升温区间为20~700℃,升温速度为5℃/min,气氛为空气。
水性功能单体与中和剂相互作用,为基体树脂提供可在水中解离的官能团,形成聚合物的离子溶液从而使树脂具有水溶性,同时水性功能单体也会参与交联反应,提高漆液的交联密度,所以水性功能单体的用量除了对漆包线漆的水溶性有影响之外也对漆液的击穿性能有影响。图1为水性功能单体摩尔分数对漆包线漆电气强度的影响。当水性功能单体摩尔分数大于2%时,制得的聚酯树脂具有良好的水溶性,因此选定摩尔分数为2%作为水溶性功能单体的最低用量。从图1可以看出,随着水性功能单体摩尔分数的增加,漆包线漆的电气强度先升高后降低,当摩尔分数为6%时,电气强度最高,为30 kV/mm。从配方组成中可以看出,这种聚酯树脂属于体型聚酯树脂,依靠分子间交联反应提高漆液的绝缘性能和力学性能,因此,合适的交联密度有助于提高绝缘漆的电气强度。虽然具有三官能度的水性功能单体可以在一定程度上提高交联密度,但是若其用量过多,由于固化剂用量和空间位阻效应,不能完全反应,剩余的羧基官能团会导致漆包线漆的绝缘性能降低,所以当水性功能单体摩尔分数高于6%时,漆包线漆的电气强度降低[6]。因此水性功能单体最佳摩尔分数为6%。
基于聚酯树脂的分子结构特点,单纯依靠水溶性功能单体提供交联点不能满足漆包线漆的性能要求。为了增加热固性漆液的交联密度,需要在树脂合成过程中增加支化功能单体,以提高树脂的支化度,从而提升漆液的交联密度。图2为不同支化功能单体摩尔分数下漆包线漆的断裂伸长率和电气强度。
图2可以看出,漆包线漆的电气强度先升高后降低。当支化功能单体摩尔分数低于14%时,漆包线漆的断裂伸长率基本不变,但当支化功能单体摩尔分数继续增加,漆包线漆的断裂伸长率迅速降低。支化功能单体可以为后续交联提供可反应的官能团,因此随着支化功能单体摩尔分数的增加,漆包线漆交联密度和电气强度都增大,不损失韧性和断裂伸长率。但是当支化功能单体摩尔分数进一步增加(高于14%),漆包线漆的电气强度开始降低,这是由于在一定的固化剂用量下,过多的羟基官能团会导致离子电导增加,同时羟基较低的键能也更容易在高场强下导致电子崩,所以支化功能单体摩尔分数高于14%时,电气强度开始降低。同时,过高的支化度也会导致漆包线漆的柔性链段比例降低,树脂在拉伸过程中的链段延伸受阻,使得漆包线漆的断裂伸长率降低,宏观表现为漆包线漆的附着力降低[6]。综上所述,支化功能单体的最佳摩尔分数为14%。
附着力是漆包线漆的一项重要参数,区别于一般表面涂料,漆包线漆的附着力采用拉伸法进行表征。涂料的附着力调控常用方法是调控具有吸附作用的官能团数量,但是对于漆包线漆而言,除了吸附作用之外还需要漆膜具有非常好的韧性及抗拉伸能力,从而满足漆包线在弯折、缠绕等施工时仍能起到绝缘防护的功能。由于体型聚酯树脂中含有极性较强的羟基,同时本配方使用异氰酸酯类固化剂,这种配方组成具有很好的吸附作用,但是体型聚酯的玻璃化转变温度高、交联密度高,导致树脂的断裂伸长率低,漆包线漆在附着力测试过程中虽不从铜线上剥离脱落但是出现大量龟裂或银纹。因此,提升体型聚酯的断裂伸长率是调控漆包线漆附着力的主要途径。图3是改变原料中软硬单体摩尔比之后漆包线漆的断裂伸长率和电气强度。
图3中可以看出,随着软硬单体摩尔比的增加,漆包线漆的断裂伸长率逐渐提高。由于软单体增多,漆包线漆的韧性提高,分子中可自由旋转的单元增多,这些分子链段可以在外力作用下发生一定伸长,使漆包线漆在拉伸作用下不发生破裂。对比漆包线漆的电气强度发现,当软硬单体摩尔比低于2∶1时,漆包线漆的电气强度基本不变,为30 kV/mm左右,此后当软硬单体摩尔比越大,电气强度越低。出现这种现象的原因有两点:①软单体用量增加会使得树脂链段有序程度增加,从而会降低树脂的电气强度;②硬单体中的苯环键能更大,不容易断键形成电子崩。所以当软硬单体摩尔比增大时,虽然可以进一步提高漆包线漆的韧性,但是会使漆包线漆的绝缘性能受到较大影响。综上所述,软硬单体的最佳摩尔比为2∶1。
通过上述分析可以确定聚酯树脂的基础配方,为使其能够快速固化形成体型结构,需要加入固化剂。图4为不同固化剂质量分数下漆包线漆的断裂伸长率和电气强度。
图4中可以看出,随着固化剂质量分数的增加,漆包线漆的电气强度先增大后减小,断裂伸长率在固化剂质量分数低于3.0%时基本不变,当固化剂质量分数继续增加,漆包线漆的断裂伸长率快速降低。固化剂是漆包线漆在固化过程中形成交联的主要物质,其用量的多少直接影响着漆包线漆的交联密度,因此固化剂用量的增加可以提高交联密度,从而提高电气强度,同时适当的交联不会影响漆包线漆的韧性和断裂伸长率,所以当固化剂质量分数低于3.0%时,漆包线漆的电气强度随其质量分数的增加而增大,断裂伸长率并不发生改变。当固化剂质量分数继续增加到3.5%时,虽然电气强度继续增加,但是断裂伸长率显著降低,这是因为此时树脂交联密度进一步增加使其绝缘性能增强,但是过高的交联密度限制了分子链段的移动,使其断裂伸长率降低。当进一步增加固化剂的质量分数,会导致固化剂活性官能团剩余,这些解封端的活性官能团相比羟基、羧基等官能团具有更低的键能,更容易在高场强下发生电子崩,使得电气强度降低,同时,游离的固化剂低分子也会降低漆包线漆的力学性能,使其断裂伸长率降低。所以,固化剂最佳质量分数为3.0%。
由于漆包线漆主要采用模具上漆工艺,黏度对其上漆的均匀性有着重要影响,而聚酯树脂分子量小、支化度高的结构特点很难将其黏度调整至适用于模具上漆的范围,所以需要加入一定量的增稠剂调节其黏度。图5为增稠剂质量分数与漆液黏度的对应关系。从图5可以看出,随着增稠剂质量分数的增加,漆液黏度逐渐增加,基本呈现线性增长,当增稠剂质量分数大于0.4%时,漆包线漆具有模具上漆的可行性。
图6为不同增稠剂质量分数下漆包线漆的断裂伸长率和电气强度。从图6中可以看出,随着增稠剂质量分数的增加,漆包线漆的断裂伸长率逐渐增大,说明增稠剂的长支链结构具有对漆包线漆进行增韧的效果,除了可以起到增稠的效果外还可提升漆包线漆的附着力。但是增稠剂质量分数高于0.4%后,漆包线漆的电气强度开始降低。因为增稠剂参与交联反应较少,同时链段有序,具有一定结晶能力,所以其质量分数过大,会使得漆包线漆的绝缘性能降低。因此增稠剂的最佳质量分数为0.4%,此时漆包线漆的断裂伸长率为40%,电气强度为40 kV/mm;当漆包线上漆厚度为100 μm时,击穿电压为4 kV。
确定漆包线漆配方后,参照JB/T 2624—1979《电工绝缘浸渍漆和漆布快速热老化试验方法:割线法》对其耐热能力进行预估。图7为漆包线漆耐热性能表征。从图7中可以看出,漆包线漆的初始分解温度A为375.3℃,根据公式计算其温度指数T为187.32℃。虽然此方法与漆包线漆实际耐热指数有一定偏差,但是仍然可以从TGA曲线看出这种聚酯树脂绝缘漆具有良好的耐热性。
(1)当聚酯树脂的水溶性功能单体摩尔分数为6%,支化功能单体摩尔分数为14%,软硬单体摩尔比为2∶1时,以其为基体的漆包线漆具有最佳的综合性能。
(2)漆包线漆中固化剂的最佳质量分数为3.0%,同时还需加入质量分数为0.4%的改性纤维素提升漆液黏度。
(3)以此配方制得的漆包线漆电气强度为40 kV/mm,断裂伸长率为40%,附着力满足标准要求,同时漆膜具有良好的耐热性。
