In order to investigate the optical properties of epoxy-mica insulation in ageing process, we conducted multi-factor accelerated ageing treatment on epoxy-mica main insulation of generator stator bars. The blue whiteness of the samples at different voltage and temperature was measured, and the effect of ageing on the optical refractive index and absorption ratio of epoxy-mica insulation material was analyzed. The equation relationship between blue whiteness and ageing time was determined by regression analysis, and the validity of equation was proved by t test. Finally, the insulation life of epoxy- mica main insulation was fitted and analyzed by the variation characteristics of blue whiteness combining with Fallou model. The results show that the blue whiteness value of epoxy-mica insulation decreases constantly with the increase of ageing degree of insulation. Combining Weibull distribution probability with Fallou model, we can realize the life assessment of epoxy-mica insulation.

为探究环氧云母绝缘老化过程中的光学特性,对发电机定子线棒环氧云母主绝缘进行了电-热加速老化处理,测量了不同电压及温度下线棒试样的蓝光白度值,分析了老化对环氧云母绝缘材料光折射率和吸收系数的影响,利用回归分析确定了蓝光白度值与老化时间的方程关系,并通过t检验证明方程的有效性。最后,利用蓝光白度值的变化特性结合Fallou模型对环氧云母主绝缘的绝缘寿命进行拟合分析。结果表明:环氧云母绝缘的蓝光白度值随绝缘老化程度的加深不断下降,利用Weibull分布概率值结合Fallou模型可以实现环氧云母绝缘的寿命评估。

为探究环氧云母绝缘老化过程中的光学特性,对发电机定子线棒环氧云母主绝缘进行了电-热加速老化处理,测量了不同电压及温度下线棒试样的蓝光白度值,分析了老化对环氧云母绝缘材料光折射率和吸收系数的影响,利用回归分析确定了蓝光白度值与老化时间的方程关系,并通过t检验证明方程的有效性。最后,利用蓝光白度值的变化特性结合Fallou模型对环氧云母主绝缘的绝缘寿命进行拟合分析。结果表明:环氧云母绝缘的蓝光白度值随绝缘老化程度的加深不断下降,利用Weibull分布概率值结合Fallou模型可以实现环氧云母绝缘的寿命评估。

In order to investigate the optical properties of epoxy-mica insulation in ageing process, we conducted multi-factor accelerated ageing treatment on epoxy-mica main insulation of generator stator bars. The blue whiteness of the samples at different voltage and temperature was measured, and the effect of ageing on the optical refractive index and absorption ratio of epoxy-mica insulation material was analyzed. The equation relationship between blue whiteness and ageing time was determined by regression analysis, and the validity of equation was proved by t test. Finally, the insulation life of epoxy- mica main insulation was fitted and analyzed by the variation characteristics of blue whiteness combining with Fallou model. The results show that the blue whiteness value of epoxy-mica insulation decreases constantly with the increase of ageing degree of insulation. Combining Weibull distribution probability with Fallou model, we can realize the life assessment of epoxy-mica insulation.

大型发电机作为电能产生的源泉,其安全、稳定运行对电力系统至关重要。发电机故障会引起发电机机组的突发性停机,影响电力系统的可靠运行,造成经济损失、影响社会安定。作为发电机的核心部件之一,定子线棒主绝缘的健康状态是发电机运行寿命的主要影响因素。据统计[1-2],定子线棒绝缘故障约占发电机机组故障的56%。因此,准确地掌握定子线棒主绝缘的老化状态具有重要意义。
目前发电机主绝缘主要采用玻璃纤维补强的环氧云母复合材料构成,其在运行过程中会遭受机械振动、电、热、水分等因素的综合作用,导致其健康状态下降,各性能指标退化,严重影响发电机的使用寿命。
国内外常用的绝缘状态诊断方法主要以测量电气参量为主,包括绝缘电阻、介质损耗、局部放电等[3],其中多以离线试验为主,包含的信息有限且会对试样造成一定损耗。近几年,无损且携带丰富信息的检测手段逐渐兴起,基于介电响应理论的方法不断被提出,并在变压器油纸绝缘和电缆绝缘领域得到了充分的应用[4-6],其中包括基于时域的回复电压法(recover voltage method, RVM)和极化-去极化电流法(polarization and depolarization current, PDC)以及基于频域的频域介电谱法(frequency domain spectroscopy, FDS)。近几年,该技术也在发电机线棒绝缘领域得到了一定的应用[7-9]
随着检测技术的发展,理化特征参量逐渐被用于绝缘材料的性能测试[10-11],例如傅里叶红外光谱、热重分析、氧化诱导时间/温度等,这些技术能够从微观的角度发现绝缘材料发生的变化,从而评估材料的老化程度。但结合材料光学特性对绝缘材料老化程度进行评估的相关研究成果鲜见报道。
本研究针对发电机定子线棒试样设计电-热加速老化试验,定期进行蓝光白度测试,根据测试结果分析蓝光白度值随绝缘材料老化的变化规律,从而为发电机线棒绝缘材料的光学老化特性研究与寿命评估提供技术支撑。
白度是表征聚合物、矿物材料质量的重要技术指标之一。测试方法通常是使用特定波长的光照射试样与对比物质,通过对比检测值来度量白度,白度测量简单快速,且对被测物质无损伤。发电机线棒绝缘的主要绝缘材料为环氧云母复合绝缘,环氧层为聚合物,云母则是造岩矿物,两者都有着较好的光学特性。蓝光白度是使用最广泛的白度评定指标,简称为R457
反射率R定义为入射光的反射光强度IR与标准白板确定的白度值为100%的理想物质的反射光强度I0之比,如式(1)所示。

对于非透明的环氧云母复合材料,反射率R定义如式(2)所示。

式(2)中:R为材料的反射率,入射光一定时,反射率越大,蓝光白度值R457越高;N为材料的光折射率,大部分环氧树脂胶固化后的折射率为1.62~1.74,平均折射率为1.68[12],云母的折射率为1.572~1.615,平均折射率为1.599[13]K为材料的光吸收系数,与入射光波长和材料本身有关[14],受材料内部离子、原子等微观粒子的影响。
分别对NK进行一阶偏导,得到式(3)~(4)。

由式(3)~(4)可知,材料的光折射率N与蓝光白度值R457负相关,K与蓝光白度值R457正相关。
从理论上讲,对于光折射率N,根据麦克斯韦电磁场理论可得式(5)

式(5)中:εr为介质的相对介电常数;μr为介质的相对磁导率。云母作为无机材料,其相对磁导率约为1,而环氧云母复合材料也为非磁性材料,其相对磁导率对老化的敏感性极低。
根据环氧云母的介电特性[7],随着老化的进行,环氧云母的介电常数不断增大,相应的光折射率随之增大。
对于光吸收系数K,根据Bouguer-Lamberb定律,均匀介质对光的吸收系数定义为式(6)

式(6)中:I为入射光的强度;dI为单位衰减光强;dx为单位介质。绝缘材料经过老化,材料内部均匀度下降,单位体积内离子数、基团数增多[8],从而导致单位体积内光的衰减强度dI增大,光的吸收系数减小。
从量子学角度看,光吸收系数与极化效应关系密切[14],而环氧云母的老化过程中包含材料内部的偶极子极化与空间电荷极化,极化强度随着老化的进行逐渐增大,从而导致光吸收系数降低。
通过上述分析可知,蓝光白度值R457能够较好地反映绝缘材料的老化状态。
本次试验用定子线棒来自于上海某电力公司,主绝缘为F级环氧云母复合绝缘,单边绝缘厚度为3.5 mm,额定工作电压为18 kV。
试样处理流程如下:①将定子线棒加工为长度为500 mm的试样,剥离其两端的绝缘材料,露出内铜棒20 mm作为试样电极;②在试样端部涂抹按一定比例配制的SiC防晕漆,涂抹长度为50 mm,防止线棒两端发生电晕放电;③在线棒中部涂抹长度为300 mm的低电阻漆,在120℃下烘干,之后用无水乙醇将表面擦拭干净并晾干;④将涂抹低电阻漆的部分紧密贴上铝箔,以减小铝箔与线棒之间的接触电阻。处理后的线棒试样如图1所示。
为了测定不同老化状态下的蓝光白度值,需要对绝缘试样进行加速老化处理。本试验采用电-热加速老化试验,在30、35、40 kV下分别选择140、160、180℃进行加速老化。
蓝光白度测试采用苏州江东精密仪器有限公司WSB-3型数显白度测试仪,该仪器测量范围为0~199%,最小示值为0.01,示值误差≤±0.2。测量前将仪器测量口擦拭干净并开机预热30 min,然后将定子线棒置于试样座进行测量,待显示数值稳定后记录白度值。
由于温度/电压的增加造成绝缘材料老化反应程度的剧烈上升[15],所以温度/电压越高,测试时间间隔应越短。其中30 kV和35 kV下测试时间间隔为96 h;40 kV下设定测试时间间隔为48 h,由于在40 kV、180℃加速条件下,材料的老化速度过快,因此测试间隔缩短到24 h。
试验所得的蓝光白度测试结果如图2所示。由图2可以看出,蓝光白度总体上随老化时间的增加呈现下降趋势,温度/电压较低时,蓝光白度值下降较为平缓,随着温度/电压的升高,蓝光白度值剧烈下降,这一趋势符合绝缘材料的老化机理,表明绝缘材料的蓝光白度值与其老化程度之间具有较好的单调关系。
采用方差分析及统计检验手段对测试结果进行检验,发现各组数据方差均接近于0,显著性P>0.05,各组数据均无显著差异[16]
为获得蓝光白度值与老化时间的方程关系,采用回归分析的方法对实验数据进行分析[16],发现蓝光白度值与老化时间、老化时间对数都有着较好的方程关系,通过对比相关系数、残差和等参数,确定了蓝光白度值与老化时间对数的关系如式(7)所示。

式(7)中:R457表示蓝光白度值;ln(t)表示老化时间的对数;A表示截距;B1B2B3分别为表示变量的系数。
对测试数据进行拟合,确定各曲线的参数如表1所示,其中r2为相关系数的平方,tα,v为由显著水平及自由度确定的临界值。拟合结果如图3所示。
为验证系统是否引入新的老化机理,需要对样本的数据进行检验。
判断方程的r值是来自ρ=0的总体还是来自ρ≠0的总体,须进行显著性检验[17]。自变量与因变量存在非线性关系,故对其相关系数r进行检验。相关系数r的显著性检验可用t检验来进行。t检验的步骤为:
(1)建立检验假设,H0:ρ=0,H1:ρ≠0,α=0.005。
(2)计算相关系数rt值,如式(8)所示。

式(8)中:n为样本数量。根据拟合方程的r2求得t值(当r=1时方程不需检验),结果如表1所示。查t值表做检验,结果所有t值均大于对应显著水平α与自由度vv=n-2)的临界值tα,v
经检验,样本数据在α=0.005水准上拒绝H0,接受H1,各条件下的样本数据均来自同一总体,则认为自变量与因变量之间的关系显著,所得方程有效。
典型的双参数Weibull分布函数如式(9)所示。

式(9)中:F(t)表示威布尔分布参数;α表示失效的概率参数;β表示失效时间的形状参数。对于材料的电-热联合老化而言,αβ均取决于电应力和热应力的大小。当F(t)=63.2%时,对应的失效时间t即可作为材料的寿命[22]
综上所述,以蓝光白度值降低为初始值的63.2%为环氧云母绝缘失效的标准,环氧云母绝缘的初始蓝光白度值为0.209 7,则确定环氧云母绝缘的蓝光白度失效标准值为0.077 17,其对应的时间为绝缘失效时间。
根据拟合方程和失效设定值,得到各加速条件下的绝缘寿命终止时间,如表2所示。
基于电热联合老化的寿命评估模型包括Simoni模型、Ramu模型、Fallou模型等[22-23],廖瑞金等[24]利用多种寿命评估模型对变压器绝缘纸寿命进行了拟合,发现Fallou模型具有更好的拟合效果,对于试验电压的敏感度更高。
因此,本研究采用Fallou模型对实验数据进行拟合,Fallou模型表达式如式(10)所示。

式(10)中:L为绝缘失效时间;U为试验电压,单位为kV;T为绝对温度,单位为K;A1A2B1B2为常数,与绝缘材料性质和试验的环境相关。
根据表2数据对Fallou模型进行拟合,获得电热老化作用下发电机定子线棒环氧云母主绝缘的寿命评估模型如式(11)所示。

回归方程的决定系数r2=0.989 7,拟合结果如图4所示。
F级绝缘允许极限温度为155℃,在额定电压18 kV下,将条件代入式(11)可得汽轮发电机在155℃极限条件下的运行时间为4年,满足其极限温度条件下运行的可靠性需求;对于水内冷的汽轮发电机,其设计寿命约为30年,将额定电压18 kV下最高运行温度为90℃代入式(11),求得其使用寿命为33年,与设计寿命基本相符。
综合上述检验,根据蓝光白度测试结果拟合所得的寿命评估模型有效,可以实现对发电机主绝缘寿命的评估,具备一定的参考价值。
(1)分析了老化对于介质光折射率和光吸收系数的影响,确定了环氧云母的光折射率随老化的进行而增大,光吸收系数随老化进行而降低,确定了蓝光白度值对环氧云母的老化具备一定的敏感度。
(2)在电热联合老化作用下得到了各温度下蓝光白度值R457的变化曲线,通过回归分析确定了蓝光白度值与老化时间对数之间的函数关系,并通过t检验确定了方程的有效性。
(3)根据Weibull分布函数确定了环氧云母绝缘的蓝光白度失效标准值,通过拟合的函数关系求得了各试验条件下环氧云母绝缘的使用寿命。
(4)基于Fallou模型对各条件下对应的寿命值进行多元回归分析,确定了Fallou模型的参数,得到了电-热联合老化作用下定子线棒环氧云母主绝缘的寿命评估模型,并验证了其有效性。
