The composite insulation cross arm has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, which can play an important role in reducing the area of the line corridor and strengthening the insulation capacity of the power grid. The electrical insulation performance of the internal insulation interface is related to the safe and stable operation of the power system. In this study, based on IEC 62217:2012, a 144-hour water diffusion test was carried out on the interface specimens of the inner-filled composite crossarm, and the leakage current and breakdown at different stages were measured. Combined with the test results, the insulation crossarm samples were analyzed. Interface ageing characteristics under water diffusion test conditions. The results show that when the water diffusion time is 144 h, the leakage current of the sample is as high as 20 mA, which is 1000 times that of the sample without the water diffusion test, and the interface breakdown time is faster than that of the sample without the water diffusion test. 65%, water molecules have a destructive effect on the interface under the action of high temperature diffusion, and the longer the water diffusion time, the greater the damage to the polyurethane/glass fiber reinforced plastic interface.

复合绝缘横担具有轻质高强的特点,可起到缩减线路走廊面积,加强电网绝缘能力等重要作用,其内绝缘界面电气绝缘性能关系着电力系统的安全稳定运行。本研究在IEC 62217:2012基础上,对内填充型复合横担的界面试样进行144 h的水扩散试验,测量不同阶段的泄漏电流和击穿情况,结合试验结果分析绝缘横担试样在水扩散试验条件下的界面老化特性。结果表明:当水扩散时间为144 h时,试样的泄漏电流高达20 mA,是未经水扩散试验试样的1 000倍,其界面击穿时间比未进行水扩散试验的试样加快了65%,水分子高温扩散作用下对界面具有破坏效应,且水扩散时间越长,对聚氨酯/芯棒界面的破坏程度越大。

复合绝缘横担具有轻质高强的特点,可起到缩减线路走廊面积,加强电网绝缘能力等重要作用,其内绝缘界面电气绝缘性能关系着电力系统的安全稳定运行。本研究在IEC 62217:2012基础上,对内填充型复合横担的界面试样进行144 h的水扩散试验,测量不同阶段的泄漏电流和击穿情况,结合试验结果分析绝缘横担试样在水扩散试验条件下的界面老化特性。结果表明:当水扩散时间为144 h时,试样的泄漏电流高达20 mA,是未经水扩散试验试样的1 000倍,其界面击穿时间比未进行水扩散试验的试样加快了65%,水分子高温扩散作用下对界面具有破坏效应,且水扩散时间越长,对聚氨酯/芯棒界面的破坏程度越大。

The composite insulation cross arm has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, which can play an important role in reducing the area of the line corridor and strengthening the insulation capacity of the power grid. The electrical insulation performance of the internal insulation interface is related to the safe and stable operation of the power system. In this study, based on IEC 62217:2012, a 144-hour water diffusion test was carried out on the interface specimens of the inner-filled composite crossarm, and the leakage current and breakdown at different stages were measured. Combined with the test results, the insulation crossarm samples were analyzed. Interface ageing characteristics under water diffusion test conditions. The results show that when the water diffusion time is 144 h, the leakage current of the sample is as high as 20 mA, which is 1000 times that of the sample without the water diffusion test, and the interface breakdown time is faster than that of the sample without the water diffusion test. 65%, water molecules have a destructive effect on the interface under the action of high temperature diffusion, and the longer the water diffusion time, the greater the damage to the polyurethane/glass fiber reinforced plastic interface.

自1995年开始,我国温岭市电力绝缘器材有限公司开始研究复合材料杆塔,并成功研制了220 kV及以下抢修塔、110 kV复合材料横担和杆头并实现应用,真正在我国开启了复合绝缘横担的大规模研究及应用。2016年,国网运检部组织9个省份的试点单位完成了对复合绝缘横担试点的现场勘查和试验,试点范围内绝缘横担的电气、力学型式试验及材料性能试验结果均能满足使用要求。目前各地市单位也均有复合横担试点应用,例如保定地区有河北康博及河北方隆两家生产的T型截面实心复合横担试点,台州地区的10 kV潮济线试点了由浙江杜朗德生产的复合电杆及内芯填充型复合横担。目前,复合横担在我国已进入关键技术应用阶段。
复合绝缘横担由硅橡胶伞裙、护套、芯棒、内芯组成,如图1所示。其中芯棒的主要材料为纤维增强聚合物(FRP),常见聚合物基体为环氧树脂和聚氨酯(PU)树脂,具有绝缘强度高、比强度高、比模量大、抗腐蚀性和耐久性能好的特点,满足横担应力承载需要。由于内芯填充差异,以江苏神马电力和武汉南瑞集团的产品为例,500 kV复合横担内芯主要采用空心结构(包括正压型、常压型等)或有机填料内芯结构。正压型、常压型等空心结构通过内部充入干燥绝缘气体,减轻自身质量。有机填料内芯结构填充中密度硬泡PU材料(150~200 kg/m3),具有质量轻、绝缘强度高、发泡简单的优点,可以减小自重造成的弯矩以及生产、安装成本,且无气压泄漏隐患。目前这两种内芯结构横担均已工程应用。
针对内芯填充型复合绝缘横担,目前已有界面问题在试验中被发现。2013年,昆明特高压实验基地发现一例复合横担由于界面缺陷导致的界面击穿事故。同时,也有复合横担试样(支柱部分)在淋雨冲击试验后出现了冲击电压波形异常的情况,事后发现,PU泡沫与芯棒界面出现大面积的碳化通道[1-3]
复合绝缘横担芯棒与内填充材料的交界面在外界复杂环境长期运行过程中发生老化,在界面区域形成脱粘、微孔等缺陷。缺陷处场强增大,容易发生界面击穿、局部放电。此外,缺陷的存在会加速复合绝缘子的老化。在缺陷存在时,水分容易通过护套渗入缺陷处,导致绝缘子局部发热[3-5]。芯棒容易吸收存在缺陷处的水分[6],产生水解、玻璃化侵蚀、离子交换[6-8]等老化现象,进而导致异常断裂事故[9-11]
因此,开展复合横担界面老化研究对复合横担长期安全稳定运行具有重要的意义。水扩散试验最初被用来检测芯棒或全截面芯体质量,后来经一系列改进后用来检测各类界面缺陷[12-13]。本研究采用IEC 62217:2012规定的水扩散试验来模拟横担界面在高温下水的渗透情况,测量不同水扩散试验时间后的泄漏电流来描述界面的渗透程度,同时对界面击穿情况进行分析。
为了模拟横担界面在户外长期的运行老化,探究横担界面老化问题对复合横担性能的影响,本研究在实验室制备了用于评估界面特性的试样,试样尺寸为30 mm×30 mm×10 mm,其中环氧增强玻璃纤维板(简称环氧板)厚度为5 mm,PU硬泡层(含自结皮)厚度为5 mm,界面试样实物图如图2所示。
依据IEC 62217:2012《标称电压1 000 V以上室内和室外使用的聚合物绝缘子》及Q/GDW 11714.1—2017《1 000 kV交流架空输电线路杆塔复合横担》中规定的水扩散试验要求,考虑到界面试样实际特点,制定试验方案如下:
界面试样的表面先用乙醇和滤纸擦洗干净,然后将其置于装有质量分数为0.1%的氯化钠水溶液的玻璃容器中,并加热至水沸腾开始计时,水扩散时间分别设置为24、48、72、96、120、144 h。每个时间点试验5个试样,结果取平均值。
水扩散试验完成后将试样从玻璃容器中取出,在室温下置于装满自来水的另一个玻璃容器中放置15 min,并在从煮沸容器中取出后的3 h内完成泄漏电流试验。
泄漏电流试验用图3所示电极装置进行,试验用典型回路如图4所示,其中T1为调压器,T2为高压试验变压器,V为高电压测量装置,mA为毫安表,Pr为毫安表保护,S为装有试样的电极。试验前把试样从玻璃容器中取出,并立即用滤纸擦干。将试样分别置于两电极间,试验电压以约1 kV/s的速率上升到10 kV,然后降低电压至零。记录试样的泄漏电流与击穿时间。
在试样两端施加电压,通过试样的泄漏电流会随加压时间的变化而变化,基本上在试样泄漏电流达到稳定值前会经过3种不同类型的电流波形。下面对这几种类型电流曲线进行分析,随后对试样的泄漏电流与击穿情况随水扩散时间的变化情况进行分析。
图5为上升型泄漏电流-时间波形。从图5可以看到,试样的泄漏电流随加压时间的增加呈上升趋势,其原因可能是随着加压时间的推移,电流的热效应使试样变热,环氧板与PU是非晶体,自身电阻很大且属于非导体,禁带宽度较大,加热后电子受激发跃迁,使原来的满带变为导带,导致其导电能力提高,所以电流呈上升趋势。这种波形在所有试样中都有出现。
图6为下降型泄漏电流-时间波形。从图6可以看出,试样的泄漏电流随时间的增加而减小,推测电流下降原因是PU材料较疏松,内部含有较多不均匀小孔,而水煮的效果会使小孔吸入水分,然后保存在小孔内或经过水扩散进入界面单元内,另外一些界面单元也会因为水煮而破裂,吸收水分至试样内部。而电流的热效应会使试样内部的水分蒸发,从而使得试样的电阻增大,导致泄漏电流减小。这种泄漏电流曲线多分布于水扩散时间为96 h及以上的试样中。
图7为锯齿型泄漏电流-时间波形,这类波形出现在部分水扩散时间为24 h及更久的试样中。在试样击穿前都会出现这种在某一个电流值上下波动的锯齿波形,推测产生原因是电流热效应产生的增大电阻效应和减小电阻效应达到某种动态平衡,另外波形出现毛刺是因为试样发生了局部放电。
图8为不同水扩散时间后试样的起始测试泄漏电流曲线图,考虑到泄漏电流随时间变化会产生波动,由于测试的前10 s内已完成界面试样的升压过程,且电流数据已经可以很好地反映水扩散时间与泄漏电流的变化关系,故采用加压10 s内的泄漏电流数据进行比较。从图8可以看出,水扩散0 h的试样泄漏电流值很小,基本稳定在20 μA水平,随着水扩散时间的增加,泄漏电流呈增大趋势。当水扩散时间为24 h时,泄漏电流已经增大至2.5 mA,是未经水扩散试验试样的125倍,而当水扩散时间增加到72 h时,泄漏电流已达到5 mA,此时可以在界面试样上听到明显的放电声。当水扩散时间达到96 h时,界面试样的泄漏电流值已达到15 mA,仅仅在10 s内放电现象已十分明显。水扩散时间在0~120 h内,在相同的加压时间下,泄漏电流随着水扩散时间的增加而明显增大,且加压时间越长,电流差值越大,放电现象越明显。当水扩散时间为144 h时,试样的泄漏电流反而低于水扩散时间为120 h的试样,其原因可能在于界面水扩散效应已达到饱和,PU材料吸水率已占主导,在水扩散试验的过程中,PU硬泡中的水分可能挥发,造成了泄漏电流值的反常现象。
为了验证环氧板在水扩散试验中对试验结果的影响不大,对纯环氧面板进行144 h水扩散试验,并在两端施加10 kV电压测试其泄漏电流,结果如图9所示。从图9可以看出,环氧板经过144 h水扩散试验后其泄漏电流变化不大,到最终稳定状态的泄漏电流值仅与试验前相差5 μA左右,这相对于PU/FRP整个试样的泄漏电流而言可以忽略不计。
为分析试样泄漏电流的增大是试验过程中试样的水解造成还是由试样含水量的提高导致,对经过144 h水扩散试验的试样进行彻底风干处理,保证其内部不含水分后进行泄漏电流测量,结果如图10所示。
图10可以看出,风干后的试样比未经过水扩散处理的试样泄漏电流稍高,远小于经过144 h水扩散试验的试样。说明试样泄漏电流增大的主要原因是在高温和水的环境下界面内部积累了大量水分,次要原因是试样界面发生水解,形成了较多老化孔洞缺陷。
本研究中进行水扩散试验的试样均发生了沿界面击穿或沿材料层闪络等现象,如图11所示。本试验进行的30个界面试样中,有14个试样击穿发生在界面,12个试样闪络击穿发生在环氧板表面,4个试样同时在界面和环氧板表面出现放电通道。
对击穿时间与水扩散时间使用高斯模型进行拟合分析,结果如图12所示。从图12可以看出,击穿时间随着水扩散时间的增加呈曲线下降,在未进行水扩散时,试样的击穿时间为65 s,当水扩散时间为24、48、72、96、120、144 h时,界面试样的击穿时间分别为55、50、57、43、30、20 s,绝缘性能下降明显。
将水煮后的试样裁剪成尺寸为5 mm×5 mm×5 mm的小块,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行表征。以48 h为试验间隔,得到水扩散0、48、96、144、192、240 h试样的SEM图像如图13所示,图中上层为环氧板层,下层为PU层。
图13可以看出,未进行水扩散时试样中环氧板与PU界面粘接完好,PU泡孔排列十分紧凑,环氧板层完好无裂缝;水扩散96 h后有部分处于界面的PU小泡呈拉伸状,推测原因是水扩散使得粘接层老化,在高温和水的作用下小泡已有脱离粘接层的趋势。水扩散144 h后有部分PU小泡脱离了粘接层,界面开始出现脱粘现象,但脱粘效果还不明显;水扩散192 h后界面老化继续发展,界面有几处都出现小范围的脱粘现象,缺陷已有较清晰辨识度,宽度约为100 μm;水扩散240 h后可以看到界面有一个宽度约为300 μm的明显脱粘缺陷。这些由于高温和水的环境下老化形成的界面缺陷将会吸收并储存水分,使得试样绝缘性能下降。另外在缺陷中的水分还会向周围的界面区域自然扩散,带动其缺陷的形成并进一步影响试样性能。
将内填充型复合绝缘横担界面试样置于水扩散装置中完成144 h的水扩散试验,通过对试验现象的观察和分析,说明水扩散以及泄漏电流试验对内填充型横担的界面性能具备表征能力,主要得出如下结论:
(1)泄漏电流可反映PU/环氧板界面的破坏程度,泄漏电流随着水扩散时间的增加而显著增大。环氧层材料在此次水扩散试验中影响不大,造成试样泄漏电流增加的主要原因是水分子高温扩散作用下对界面具有破坏效应,且水扩散时间越长,对界面的破坏程度越大,导致其通过破坏空间不断积累水分,从而大幅降低界面的绝缘能力;次要原因是界面材料的水解造成试样不完整。
(2)复合绝缘横担界面在不同水扩散时间后整体泄漏电流值在加压时间较长的情况下均超过
1 mA,击穿或闪络时间均小于2 min。
(3)进行水扩散试验的试样,在加压后均发生了沿界面击穿或沿材料层发生闪络等现象,放电通道发生在环氧玻璃纤维板表面及界面,该类型界面在户外长期运行中存在安全隐患,需要深入研究。
(4)水扩散96 h之前试样的微观结构无十分明显的变化,水扩散96 h之后试样的环氧层无明显变化,界面层开始出现拉伸、断裂等现象并随着水煮时间的推移而变大,在水扩散192 h和240 h后都可以看到十分明显的界面缺陷。
