The space charge accumulation and dissipation characteristics of the oil-paper insulation systems composed of different types of transformer oils were studied under the conditions of applying and removing different intensity of DC electric field. The results show that compared with paraffin-based transformer oil, the naphthenic transformer oils have higher naphthenic hydrocarbon content, more suitable aromatic hydrocarbon content, and higher charge transfer rate, and the oil-paper insulation systems composed by them has less charge accumulation and the charges dissipates more easily after applying and removing the high voltage DC electric field, which is beneficial to the dissipation of charge in oil-paper insulation for converter transformer.

在施加和撤去不同强度的直流电场下,研究了不同类型变压器油所构成的油纸绝缘体系空间电荷的积聚和消散特性。结果表明:与石蜡基变压器油相比,环烷基变压器油具有更高的环烷烃含量和适宜的芳烃含量,以及更高的电荷迁移速率,由它们构成的油纸绝缘体系在施加和撤去高压直流电场后,油纸之间电荷积聚量更小且更容易消散,从而有利于换流变压器中油纸绝缘材料中电荷的消散。

在施加和撤去不同强度的直流电场下,研究了不同类型变压器油所构成的油纸绝缘体系空间电荷的积聚和消散特性。结果表明:与石蜡基变压器油相比,环烷基变压器油具有更高的环烷烃含量和适宜的芳烃含量,以及更高的电荷迁移速率,由它们构成的油纸绝缘体系在施加和撤去高压直流电场后,油纸之间电荷积聚量更小且更容易消散,从而有利于换流变压器中油纸绝缘材料中电荷的消散。

The space charge accumulation and dissipation characteristics of the oil-paper insulation systems composed of different types of transformer oils were studied under the conditions of applying and removing different intensity of DC electric field. The results show that compared with paraffin-based transformer oil, the naphthenic transformer oils have higher naphthenic hydrocarbon content, more suitable aromatic hydrocarbon content, and higher charge transfer rate, and the oil-paper insulation systems composed by them has less charge accumulation and the charges dissipates more easily after applying and removing the high voltage DC electric field, which is beneficial to the dissipation of charge in oil-paper insulation for converter transformer.

换流变压器是直流输电系统的关键设备,与传统的电力变压器相比,换流变压器的油纸绝缘体系除了需承受交流电压、雷电冲击电压和操作过电压外,还需承受直流电压、直流与交流的混合电压和系统发生潮流反转时产生的极性反转电压作用[1-3],因此其绝缘体系中空间电荷积聚和消散特性会直接影响换流变压器的运行稳定性。换流变压器在出厂和投运前需要进行阀侧绕组的直流外施试验和极性反转试验,根据试验程序在极性反转试验后还需要进行阀侧绕组的交流外施试验,而换流变压器器身内部空间电荷的分布情况以及电压消失后这些空间电荷的释放路径及释放时间的长短,会直接对交流电压外施试验产生影响,因为未释放的空间电荷会叠加在后续的阀侧绕组的交流外施试验电压下而发生放电问题。换流变压器空间电荷的释放途径主要是整个器身绝缘纸板对应的油隙中,变压器油的电阻率是决定空间电荷释放速率的关键因素,电阻率越小,空间电荷释放越快[4]。目前的研究主要集中于水分、温度、电场类型及强度对油纸绝缘空间电荷的影响[5-13],关于不同类型变压器油组成的油纸绝缘体系的空间电荷积聚和消散特性的研究尚未见报道。
换流变压器用绝缘油都是矿物型变压器油,主要由不同含量的链烷烃、环烷烃和芳香烃组成。本研究在不同电场强度下,研究环烷基和石蜡基变压器油组成的油纸绝缘体系的空间电荷分布、积聚和消散特性,得到不同电压下油纸绝缘空间电荷的积聚和消散规律,揭示不同组成变压器油对油纸复合绝缘空间电荷积聚和消散特性的影响规律。
环烷基变压器油(K50X型)、环烷基变压器油(P50X型),中国石油润滑油公司;石蜡基变压器油(S4),SHELL公司;绝缘纸(T4型),厚度为0.3 mm,泰州魏德曼高压绝缘有限公司。各绝缘油的性质见表1,不同温度及电场强度下变压器油的电导率数据见表2
碳型分析中,CA指芳香碳原子占总碳原子的百分数,CN指环烷碳原子占总碳原子的百分数,CP指链烷烃碳原子占总碳原子的百分数[14]。国际上,根据碳型分析对基础油的分类规则如下:若基础油CP小于50%,则归类为环烷基油;若基础油CP为50%~56%,则归类为中间基油;若基础油CP大于56%,则归类为石蜡基油。
表1可以看出,K50X和P50X变压器油的CP值小于50%,都是典型的环烷基变压器油。S4变压器油的CP值在56%以上,是典型的石蜡基变压器油。K50X和P50X变压器油的CN值为52%~56%、CA值为4.1%~5.2%,远高于S4变压器油的CN值和CA值含量。在温度为90℃,介质损耗因数为0.000 4的情况下,K50X和P50X变压器油的电阻率小于S4变压器油的电阻率。
表2可以看出,在不同温度和电场强度下,K50X和P50X变压器油的电导率明显大于S4变压器油的电导率,说明K50X和P50X变压器油的电荷迁移速率更快。
脉冲电声法(PEA)是一种常用于测量绝缘介质中空间电荷的方法,是在库仑定律的基础之上,结合绝缘介质所处环境以及空间电荷的相关陷阱理论等共同构建的。测量时,脉冲源向试样施加一个高压窄脉冲,引起介质中的空间电荷产生微小位移,并以声波形式传播至压电传感器,转换为电信号后即可获取空间电荷密度分布特性,其基本原理如图1所示。
本研究的PEA试验在恒温箱中进行,由PEANUTS软件进行数据的记录和处理,分为加直流电压后的空间电荷积聚试验和去直流电压后的空间电荷消散试验。
根据文献[15]研究结果,换流变压器在外施直流电压下降过程中,绝缘纸板中的电场强度继续升高。其中,绝缘纸中的最大电场强度为22.8 kV/mm,绝缘油中的最大电场强度为6.0 kV/mm;在加上极性反转电压后,绝缘纸中的最大电场强度为11.2 kV/mm,绝缘油中的最大电场强度为4 kV/mm;在极性反转试验中,绝缘纸中的最大电场强度 为19.2 kV/mm,绝缘油中的最大电场强度为8.3 kV/mm。在整个换流变压器油直流和直流极性反转试验过程中,油浸纸板的最大电场强度为11.2~22.8 kV/mm。此次试验绝缘纸选用厚度为0.3 mm的T4绝缘纸,施加电压为3~8 kV,由于设备条件限制,本研究主要在20℃下开展空间电荷试验,在试验电压为4、6、8、10 kV下,分别采集施压5 s、 1 min、10 min、20 min和30 min时的电荷量。
为了控制绝缘油中水分、杂质微粒、含气量及绝缘纸中水分等因素的影响,需要对实验材料进行预处理。
除不溶性杂质:用抽滤瓶、真空泵和Whatmann 42号滤纸(孔径为2.5 μm)对变压器油进行真空抽滤,过滤掉不溶性杂质。
除气除水:用真空泵和磁力搅拌器将过滤后的变压器油进行加热搅拌,除气除水。抽滤瓶中的气压维持在10 Pa,加热至70℃保持12 h,之后导入干燥氮气静置8 h。经过处理的绝缘油微水含量≤10×10-6,气体含量≤0.1%,杂质粒度≤2.5 μm。
将T4绝缘纸在105℃鼓风干燥箱烘干48 h,经过预处理的绝缘纸水分含量≤0.3%。
浸渍过程在真空浸油罐中完成,以隔绝环境水分。将预处理后的绝缘油注入浸油罐,升温至105℃,将绝缘纸浸没在油面以下,然后用螺栓紧固并关闭罐体两侧的出入口,抽真空8 h,使绝缘纸充分浸渍,并注入一个标准大气压的氮气,静置4 h,即可得到油纸绝缘试样。
在20℃、不同外加电压下充电过程中不同类型变压器油纸绝缘试样的空间电荷分布情况结果如图25所示。
图25可以看出:①4个电压等级下都发生了同极性电荷的注入,即正极板大量注入正电荷,而负极板注入负电荷。随着外施电压的升高,空间电荷注入的深度也逐渐增大,注入介质内部的电荷量也有所增加;②S4油纸绝缘极板处的电荷密度较大,K50X油纸绝缘在极板处的电荷密度分布峰值随着时间推移有明显减小的趋势,原因是同极性电荷大量注入;相比S4油纸绝缘,K50X油纸绝缘更容易发生电荷的注入,并且注入速度更快;③S4油纸绝缘阴极同极性电荷的注入深度、数量均比P50X和K50X油纸绝缘更多、更深。从油的烃组成看,K50X和P50X变压器油的CN值为52%~56%、CA值(芳烃含量)为4.1%~5.2%,远高于S4变压器油的CN值和CA值,导致K50X和P50X变压器油的电导率明显大于S4变压器油的电导率,说明K50X和P50X变压器油的电荷迁移速率更快。S4油较低的电导率会导致其构成的油纸绝缘相比于P50X和K50X油纸绝缘积聚的电荷量更多。
为了便于对比说明,单独列出加压5 s时(其他时间点规律类似),不同油浸纸内部空间电荷积聚总量随电压等级的变化,结果如图6所示。
图6可以看出,在低电压等级(4 kV、6 kV)时,3种油纸绝缘积聚的电荷量相近;在高电压等级(8 kV、10 kV)时,S4油纸绝缘积聚的电荷量更多,且随着施加电压的增大这种趋势更加明显。即电压等级增大,S4油纸绝缘相比于P50X和K50X油纸绝缘积聚的电荷量更多。
测量了在20℃、不同外加电压等级下放电过程中油纸绝缘试样的空间电荷分布情况,结果如图710所示。从图710可以看出,在不同电压等级下,3种油纸绝缘中K50X和P50X油纸绝缘的电荷消散速率更快,可以快速消除藏匿在浅陷阱中的电荷,其油纸绝缘的残余电荷量更少。这是由于K50X和P50X变压器油的CN值和CA值远大于S4变压器油的CN值和CA值,导致K50X和P50X变压器油的电导率明显大于S4变压器油的的电导率造成的。
为了进行对比说明,将撤去电压30 min后各油纸绝缘试样的空间电荷最终残余总量绘于图11。从图11可以看出,撤去电压30 min后,不同电压等级油纸绝缘内部空间电荷积聚的残余总量均随电压等级的提高而增加。在撤去电压相同时间后,低电压等级(4 kV、6 kV)下,3种油纸绝缘残余的电荷量相近;高电压等级(8 kV、10 kV)下,S4油纸绝缘残余的电荷量更多,且电压等级越高,S4油纸绝缘相比于P50X、K50X油纸绝缘残余的电荷增量更大。从油的烃组成看,K50X和P50X变压器油的CN值和CA值远高于S4变压器油的CN值和CA值,导致K50X和P50X变压器油的电导率明显大于S4变压器油的电导率,在撤去电压时,S4油较低的电导率会导致其构成的油纸绝缘相比于P50X和K50X油纸绝缘积聚的电荷量释放速率慢很多,积聚的电荷量相对较高。
(1)K50X和P50X变压器油的CN值和CA值远高于S4变压器油,K50X和P50X变压器油的电导率明显大于S4变压器油。
(2)高环烷烃含量的K50X和适当芳烃含量的P50X变压器油具有更好的电荷积聚和消散特性,由它们构成的油纸绝缘体系在施加和撤去高压直流电场后,油纸之间电荷积聚量更小且更容易消散,从而有利于换流变压器中油纸绝缘材料中电荷的消散。
