The insulating properties of the doubly-fed motor stator coil after different cycles of cold and heat circulation was compared and its service life was assessed under different high frequency voltage to study the cold and hot shock resistance and high-frequency pulse electrical ageing performance of the doubly-fed generator stator coil. The results show that the cold and heat circulation has little effect on the insulating properties of doubly-fed generator stator coil. With the increase of high frequency ageing time, both the dielectric loss factor and its increment increase, and the insulation resistance increases at first and then decreases. The partial discharge inception voltage of the coil after high frequency pulse is smaller than that of the unaged coil, and the high-frequency pulse electrical ageing life of the stator coil is calculated to be more than 30 years.

通过对双馈电机定子线圈在不同周期冷热循环后进行绝缘性能对比分析以及在不同高频电压下进行寿命评估,对双馈电机定子线圈的耐冷热冲击及高频脉冲电老化性能进行研究。结果表明:冷热循环对双馈电机定子线圈的绝缘性能影响不大。随着高频电老化时间增加,线圈的介质损耗因数以及介质损耗增量均有所增大,绝缘电阻先减小后增大。高频脉冲后线圈的起始放电电压较未老化线圈有所下降,外推出定子线圈高频脉冲电老化寿命大于30年。

通过对双馈电机定子线圈在不同周期冷热循环后进行绝缘性能对比分析以及在不同高频电压下进行寿命评估,对双馈电机定子线圈的耐冷热冲击及高频脉冲电老化性能进行研究。结果表明:冷热循环对双馈电机定子线圈的绝缘性能影响不大。随着高频电老化时间增加,线圈的介质损耗因数以及介质损耗增量均有所增大,绝缘电阻先减小后增大。高频脉冲后线圈的起始放电电压较未老化线圈有所下降,外推出定子线圈高频脉冲电老化寿命大于30年。

The insulating properties of the doubly-fed motor stator coil after different cycles of cold and heat circulation was compared and its service life was assessed under different high frequency voltage to study the cold and hot shock resistance and high-frequency pulse electrical ageing performance of the doubly-fed generator stator coil. The results show that the cold and heat circulation has little effect on the insulating properties of doubly-fed generator stator coil. With the increase of high frequency ageing time, both the dielectric loss factor and its increment increase, and the insulation resistance increases at first and then decreases. The partial discharge inception voltage of the coil after high frequency pulse is smaller than that of the unaged coil, and the high-frequency pulse electrical ageing life of the stator coil is calculated to be more than 30 years.

双馈风力发电机在实际运行中会经受极高和极低的运行温度,运行条件苛刻,导致定子线圈导线与主绝缘分层,主绝缘之间劣化、分层甚至拉裂。为了评估双馈电机在冷热冲击条件下的绝缘性能,需要对双馈电机定子线圈的耐冷热冲击性能进行研究[1]
接有变频器的双馈风力发电机机侧的高频脉冲电压具有较高峰值电压、突变电压以及陡脉冲电压上升率(du/dt),会导致电机定子线圈绝缘内部及表面更容易产生局部放电,造成绝缘材料及绝缘结构的劣化[2]。因此,为掌握双馈电机定子线圈绝缘材料及绝缘结构的耐高频脉冲电老化水平,满足双馈电机绝缘结构设计和优化的需要,开展双馈电机定子线圈的高频脉冲电老化寿命性能研究具有重要意义。
双馈电机定子线圈绝缘结构主要由电磁线和主绝缘构成,其中,电磁线采用耐电晕聚酰亚胺-氟46复合薄膜烧结铜扁线;匝间绝缘采用玻璃布聚酰亚胺薄膜粉多胶云母带;主绝缘采用玻璃布聚酰亚胺薄膜少胶粉云母带;树脂体系采用环氧改性聚酯亚胺树脂。
本研究试样为双馈电机定子线圈,分别编号为线圈1、线圈2、线圈3、线圈8。
SO-GDWJS-015型高低温湿热循环交变试验箱,南京德孚试验设备有限公司;JGM-20型高频脉冲绝缘结构测试仪,上海申发检测仪器有限公司;LDSV-6型局放和介质损耗测试仪,德国DOBLE公司;MIT 1020型电动兆欧表,美国MEGGER公司。
将双馈电机定子线圈置于极限的运行环境下进行冷、热循环考核试验,并在循环前、中、后期持续对线圈的电气性能进行测试,评估线圈绝缘结构在恶劣环境下的性能。具体步骤如下:①冷热循环前测试定子线圈的1 min绝缘电阻和常态介质损耗。②将试样放入高低温湿热循环交变试验箱进行冷热循环试验,冷热循环周期(-50~155℃)的温度曲线见图1。由于设备能力限制,40℃以上降温为自然降温,而非制冷降温,根据实际情况,实际降温的时间在10~20 h。共进行25个周期的冷热循环试验,每5个冷热循环周期为1组循环。③每组循环完成后测试定子线圈的常态介质损耗,第5组冷热循环完成后,测试定子线圈的1 min绝缘电阻和常态介质损耗,并进行对地工频交流击穿试验。
用高频脉冲绝缘结构测试仪对双馈电机定子线圈绝缘进行高频脉冲电老化试验,试验系统原理图如图2所示[3]
在样品上施加高频脉冲电压进行高频脉冲电老化试验,定子线圈每隔250 h高频脉冲电老化后进行常规电气性能测试。试验采用5 kV双极性方波脉冲电压,脉冲频率为1 kHz,脉冲占空比为50%,上升时间为(580±20)ns,室温。
试验采用两电极系统进行测试,线圈导线为高压电极,线圈直线段包裹铝箔为测试电极。冷热循环前、后在2 500 V下测试线圈1 min的绝缘电阻,测试结果如表1所示。
表1可以看出,冷热循环后各线圈的绝缘电阻均不小于148 GΩ,均大于5 GΩ的技术指标要求,表明冷热循环试验后线圈绝缘性能依然良好。
线圈常态介质损耗测量电压为2 kV,线圈2的介质损耗曲线见图3,其介质损耗在不同电压下与冷热循环组数的关系曲线见图4。从图34可知,随着冷热循环组数的增加,线圈的介质损耗因数降低并逐渐趋于一个稳定值。
冷热循环前后分别对线圈3直线的3个不同部位进行工频交流击穿试验,结果见表2。从表2可以看出,冷热循环前后线圈的对地工频击穿电压不低于16.5 kV,冷热循环前后击穿电压仅降低了3.9%,可认为冷热循环后线圈的对地工频击穿性能基本不变。
分别选取与线圈1、2、3绝缘结构相同的线圈8-A和8-B为试样,每隔250 h高频脉冲电老化后进行常态介质损耗因数测试,结果如图5所示。从图5可以看出,随着高频脉冲电老化时间的增加,试验线圈的介质损耗因数以及介质损耗因数增量均有所增大。这主要是由于高频脉冲电压可以更加频繁地加速电子的注入,使高分子材料的链段结构更容易遭到破坏,产生更多的绝缘缺陷[4]。随着绝缘缺陷的增加,线圈绝缘的局部放电量增加,进而导致介质损耗因数及其增量增大。此外,高频脉冲电压的高重复频率以及陡波上升时间会使绝缘材料的介质损耗增大,造成绝缘材料过热,进而引起绝缘热老化。在长期热老化作用下,绝缘材料的粘接强度会有所下降,产生分层、剥离和气隙并发生局部放电,局部放电量的增加又会造成绝缘局部温度的升高,进一步加速了绝缘的热老化[5]。因此绝缘结构的高频脉冲电老化是电和热综合作用的结果[6]
每隔250 h高频脉冲电老化后分别在25℃下对线圈8-A和8-B进行绝缘电阻测试,结果如图6所示。根据图6可知,线圈8-A和8-B的绝缘电阻随着高频脉冲电老化时间的增加先减小后增大,但老化后线圈的绝缘电阻均有所降低,这主要是由高频电压对绝缘的电腐蚀造成的。高频脉冲电老化导致线圈绝缘介质产生损耗发热,使得主绝缘变得干燥,因此绝缘电阻在老化一定时间后会出现上升。为了验证这一结论,图7给出了不同老化时间下线圈的吸收比测试结果。从图7可以看出,随着高频脉冲电老化时间的增加,吸收比随之增大,表明主绝缘随着老化时间的增加变得更加干燥。
每隔250 h高频脉冲电老化后分别对线圈8-A和8-B进行PDIV测试,测试环境的背景噪声为30~120 pC,结果如图8所示。
图8可以看出,相较于未老化线圈,高频脉冲电老化试验线圈的PDIV整体上有所下降。表明试验线圈在高频脉冲老化电-热应力的协同作用下,加速了绝缘内部分层、气隙等现象,使得线圈的PDIV有所降低[7]
根据IEC 60034-18-42:2008《旋转电机电压型变频器供电的旋转电机II型电气绝缘结构的鉴别和型式试验》,高频脉冲电老化试验电压值应不少于3个且失效高频老化时间应该在100~3 000 h内。高频脉冲电老化寿命按式(1)进行推算。

式(1)中:L是试样的高频脉冲电老化寿命;K是常数;U是施加的高频峰值电压;n是高频电压老化系数,根据IEC 60034-18-42:2008要求,8≤n≤12[8]
为了使结果更为直观,通常线圈老化寿命外推图选择横坐标为寿命,纵坐标为电压,因此根据式(1)可得到老化寿命-电压公式,如式(2)所示。

试验电压峰-峰值Up-p=3 kV,寿命为30年,安全系数为1.5。根据IEC 60034-18-42:2008要求,8≤n≤12,当n=8时,试验电压分别在9.03、9.85、12.05 kV时的目标寿命最长(相对于n=9~12时),见表3,即当n=8时,K=4.42×1010,高频脉冲电老化寿命模型为L=4.42×1010×U-8,对绝缘结构的高频脉冲电老化寿命考核最严格。
在不同目标电压下,分别对5支双馈电机线圈进行高频脉冲电老化寿命测试,结果见表4。从表4可知,不同目标电压下线圈的高频脉冲电老化寿命均能达到目标寿命。因此,可以说明Up-p=3 kV、运行安全系数为1.5、n=8时,双馈发电机线圈的高频脉冲电老化寿命大于30年。
通过对双馈电机定子线圈在不同周期冷热循环后进行绝缘性能对比分析,并在不同高频脉冲电老化时间后进行绝缘性能评定和高频脉冲电老化寿命评估,主要得出以下结论:
(1)定子线圈在冷热循环后绝缘性能优良,能够满足在冷热循环恶劣环境下的可靠、安全运行要求。
(2)在高频脉冲电压下,绝缘结构随着老化时间的增加绝缘性能有所劣化,但通过对双馈电机定子线圈高频脉冲电老化寿命模型的建模,外推出双馈电机定子线圈高频脉冲电老化寿命仍大于30年。
