Aiming at the application requirements of rail transit, we studied and compared the performance of A766 aramid insulation paper and the same types of aramid insulation paper at home and abroad. The results show that the composition and structure of A766 aramid insulation paper and the imported aramid insulation paper are basically the same. The temperature index of A766 aramid insulation paper is 223℃, the oxygen index is 30.2%, the smoke density is 1.4, and the smoke toxicity is 0.875, which meets the HL2 and HL2 of R22 and R23 fire rating standards. A766 aramid insulation paper has higher voltage withstand retention rate after immersion in water, the retention rate of 0.05 mm aramid insulation paper is 83.5%, and the retention rate of 0.13 mm aramid insulation paper is 73.8%. The Shawn’s experiment shows that the thermal oxygen ageing property resistance to copper/aluminum metal conductor of A766 aramid insulation paper is the same as that of the imported aramid insulation paper. Therefore, A766 aramid insulation paper can meet the application requirements of rail transit.

针对轨道交通领域应用的需求,分别对自制A766芳纶绝缘纸及国内外同类型芳纶绝缘纸进行性能对比研究。结果表明:A766芳纶绝缘纸与进口芳纶绝缘纸的成分与结构基本一致;A766芳纶绝缘纸的温度指数TI为223℃,氧指数为30.2%,烟密度为1.4,烟毒性为0.875,满足防火等级R22项HL2级和R23项HL2级标准;A766芳纶绝缘纸浸水耐压保持率更高,0.05 mm芳纶绝缘纸保持率可达83.5%,0.13 mm芳纶绝缘纸保持率为73.8%;肖恩试验结果显示,A766芳纶绝缘纸的抗铜铝导体热氧老化性能与进口芳纶绝缘纸表现基本一致。因此,A766芳纶绝缘纸满足轨道交通领域应用要求。

Aiming at the application requirements of rail transit, we studied and compared the performance of A766 aramid insulation paper and the same types of aramid insulation paper at home and abroad. The results show that the composition and structure of A766 aramid insulation paper and the imported aramid insulation paper are basically the same. The temperature index of A766 aramid insulation paper is 223℃, the oxygen index is 30.2%, the smoke density is 1.4, and the smoke toxicity is 0.875, which meets the HL2 and HL2 of R22 and R23 fire rating standards. A766 aramid insulation paper has higher voltage withstand retention rate after immersion in water, the retention rate of 0.05 mm aramid insulation paper is 83.5%, and the retention rate of 0.13 mm aramid insulation paper is 73.8%. The Shawn’s experiment shows that the thermal oxygen ageing property resistance to copper/aluminum metal conductor of A766 aramid insulation paper is the same as that of the imported aramid insulation paper. Therefore, A766 aramid insulation paper can meet the application requirements of rail transit.

随着中国的城市化进程不断加快,城市内以及城市间的交通、物流运输压力日益突显。轨道交通具有准时、单位能耗低、排放少等其他交通方式无法比拟的优点[1-2],截至2019年底,中国铁路营业里程已接近14万公里,地铁运营里程超过6 000公里,高速铁路运营里程更是达到了3.5万公里,位居世界第一。在不断刷新骄人数据的同时,轨道交通多个核心部位中的关键基础材料,如牵引电机、牵引变压器以及各种电气设备中的主绝缘材料——高性能间位芳纶绝缘纸(以下简称芳纶绝缘纸),长期以来仍严重依赖进口[3-5]。特别是在“一带一路”倡议和当前贸易战风险等背景下,国外竞争对手对芳纶绝缘纸等关键材料的垄断将极大地影响我国高铁动车、机车等产品的制造与出口。
芳纶绝缘纸作为绝缘系统的主绝缘材料,应用于轨道交通牵引电机及牵引变压器等关键部位,主要用作槽绝缘、对地绝缘、相绝缘、导线绝缘及层间绝缘等[6-8]。随着轨道交通用牵引电机及变压器等逐步向大功率、高耐热、小型轻量化方向发展,对作为主绝缘材料的芳纶绝缘纸的常规性能及耐热性能提出了更高的要求[9-11];同时受制于列车运行环境、安全性及使用寿命等条件,芳纶绝缘纸的耐潮湿性能、阻燃性能及热氧老化性能也逾发受到重视[12-15]。目前芳纶绝缘纸在中低端电气绝缘领域的国产化替代已全面铺开,在柔软复合材料等产品上的应用取得了较好的效果,综合成本大幅降低,但在轨道交通领域的国产化推广仍进展缓慢。基于此,中车时代新材立足于高性能芳纶材料的国产化研究,采用先进的湿法成型和高温热压技术制备了A766芳纶绝缘纸,分析其与进口产品的成分与结构差异,并研究了其主要性能。
原材料:A766芳纶绝缘纸,株洲时代新材自制;某进口芳纶绝缘纸、某国产芳纶绝缘纸,外购。
仪器:IS10型傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,美国热电公司;DSC 1型差示扫描量热分析仪、TGA/DSC 1/1100 SF型热失重分析仪,梅特勒-托利多(香港)有限公司;PTIS16502型厚度仪、PTIS81502型抗张强度仪、PTIS53984型撕裂度仪,德国PTI公司;IBV-2/10 kV型击穿电压仪,桂林彰信检测设备有限公司;ZC36型高阻计,上海第六电表厂有限公司;2821型介质损耗测定仪,瑞士TETTEX公司;GT-7017-EMU型换气式热老化箱,高铁检测仪器(东莞)有限公司;FESTEC氧指数测定仪,莫帝斯燃烧技术(中国)有限公司;FTT烟密度测试仪,英国FTT公司。
按照GB/T 20629.2—2013《电气用非纤维素纸 第2部分:试验方法》、GB/T 20629.3—2019《电气用非纤维素纸 第3部分:无填充聚芳酰胺纤维纸》进行测试。
按照GB/T 6040—2019《红外光谱分析方法通则》进行测试。
按照ISO 11357-2:2013《塑料 差示扫描量热法(DSC) 第2部分:玻璃传导温度的测定》进行测试,N2气氛,进气量为50 mL/min,升温速率为20℃/min,温度范围为20~350℃。
按照ISO 11358-1:2014《塑料 聚合物的热重测定 第1部分:一般原理》进行测试,N2气氛,进气量为20 mL/min,升温速率为10℃/min,温度范围为40~850℃。
按照GB/T 11026.1—2016《电气绝缘材料 耐热性 第1部分:老化程序和试验结果的评定》进行测试,老化试验在换气式热老化箱中进行,不同老化温度下以抗张强度下降至初始值的50%作为失效指标。
按照EN 45545-2:2013+A1:2015《铁路应用 铁路车辆的防火保护 第2部分:材料和元件》进行测试。
芳纶绝缘纸在轨道交通绝缘体系中用作导线绝缘时通常与金属导体直接接触,金属导体对高分子材料的热氧老化往往起催化促进作用,针对铜铝等导体在高温下对芳纶绝缘纸的热氧老化降解研究,杜邦公司高级研究员A F SHAWN发明了一种快速评价芳纶绝缘材料热氧老化的方法[16],可以比较不同种类芳纶绝缘纸的老化性能优劣,简称为肖恩试验(Shawn’s experiment)。
具体操作步骤:将芳纶纸样品分别放置在相同型号的高温热老化箱中,试验温度为300℃,设置不同的热氧老化时间,观察芳纶绝缘纸与铜直接接触的尖端部位的热氧老化行为,记录芳纶绝缘纸尖端部位的变化情况。样品放置顺序如下:第1层为铝片(厚度为25 μm),第2层为芳纶绝缘纸,第3层为带有缺口的铝片(厚度为18 μm),最上层为铜片(厚度为80 μm)。
以应用最广的0.05 mm(即2 mil)芳纶绝缘纸为例,将A766芳纶绝缘纸与某进口芳纶绝缘纸进行主要常规性能测试,结果如表1所示。由表1测试数据可以看出,A766芳纶绝缘纸与某进口芳纶绝缘纸的测试结果均合格,两者的电气及力学等常规性能水平相当。
图1为A766芳纶绝缘纸与某进口芳纶绝缘纸的红外光谱图。由图1可以看出,A766芳纶绝缘纸和进口芳纶绝缘纸的红外光谱图走势基本一致,包括特征峰位置及强度。约3 293 cm-1处存在较大强度和宽度的吸收峰,这是N-H的伸缩振动特征峰;约1 650 cm-1处存在尖锐的吸收峰,是由C=O伸缩振动引起的特征吸收峰;约1 532 cm-1处是由C-N伸缩振动和N-H弯曲振动引起的组合特征峰;约1 305 cm-1、1 245 cm-1处是C-N-H振动特征峰;在约860 cm-1、780 cm-1处存在苯环C-H弯曲振动特征峰,红外测试结果显示两种材料的分子结构为间苯二取代结构,成分均为间位芳纶(芳纶1313)。
图2为A766芳纶绝缘纸与某进口芳纶绝缘纸的DSC测试曲线。由图2可以看出,A766芳纶绝缘纸与进口芳纶绝缘纸的玻璃化转变温度分别为279.2℃、279.0℃,两者的DSC曲线走向基本一致。
图3为A766芳纶绝缘纸与某进口芳纶绝缘纸的TG测试曲线。由图3可以看出,A766芳纶绝缘纸与进口芳纶绝缘纸的热失重曲线基本一致,两者的初始分解温度非常接近,分别为410.2℃和412.7℃,这是因为两者的化学成分一致,即化学键的断裂键能相同,因而初始分解温度基本相同。
综上,A766芳纶绝缘纸与进口芳纶绝缘纸的成分与结构基本一致,成分均为间位芳纶,A766芳纶绝缘纸的玻璃化转变温度为279.2℃,初始分解温度为410.2℃。
采用抗张强度作为诊断性能指标,对芳纶绝缘纸进行长期热老化试验,并以抗张强度下降至初始值的50%作为失效终点,试样选择的老化温度及对应的失效时间如表2所示。
表2数据导入Arrhenius公式进行线性拟合,Arrhenius方程如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:τ为使用寿命,单位为h;T为绝对温度,单位为K。
图4为A766芳纶绝缘纸老化温度与老化时间的线性拟合图。通过式(1)可以计算出,A766芳纶绝缘纸在热寿命界限为20 000 h时,其温度指数(TI)为223℃,完全可以满足轨道交通领域180级及200级绝缘系统的耐热要求。
分别取不同厂家的常用规格芳纶绝缘纸(0.05 mm、0.13 mm)进行耐潮湿性能测试,测试方法:将芳纶绝缘纸浸水100 h,取样擦干表面水分,在恒温恒湿条件下放置30 min后测试击穿电压值,测试结果如表3所示。
表3可以看出,A766芳纶绝缘纸尽管初始击穿电压与进口芳纶绝缘纸存在较小差距,但其浸水后耐压保持率更高,且明显优于某国产芳纶绝缘纸。同时,A766芳纶绝缘纸浸水后的含水率更低,这与其独特的浆料处理及成型工艺有关,制备的纸样微观结构紧密、孔隙少。
图5图6分别为不同倍率下芳纶绝缘纸的SEM图。由图5图6可以看出,短切纤维呈细长棒状结构,沉析纤维呈膜状结构,两者紧密缠绕结合在一起。A766芳纶绝缘纸与进口芳纶绝缘纸表面微观结构非常相似,均比较致密,短切纤维与沉析纤维结合紧密,沉析纤维对短切纤维的包覆性较好,水分不易侵入;相比之下,某国产芳纶绝缘纸表面呈疏松多孔状,短切纤维与沉析纤维结合较疏松,纸页内部孔隙较多,水分容易进入。
综上,A766芳纶绝缘纸内部结构致密,水分不易侵入,浸水后击穿电压保持率更高,耐潮湿性能佳。
依据EN 45545-2:2013+A1:2015中R22和R23项防火阻燃等级要求,对芳纶绝缘纸进行了防火阻燃测试,并测试了氧指数、烟密度及烟毒性指标,结果如表4所示。
表4可以看出,A766芳纶绝缘纸满足防火等级R22项HL2级和R23项HL2级标准,测试结果与进口芳纶绝缘纸样相当。同时,A766芳纶绝缘纸已通过UL94阻燃测试(认证号:E509207),测试结果为VTM-0/V-0级,说明A766芳纶绝缘纸具备优异的防火阻燃性能,符合轨道交通领域的安全性应用要求。
为了对比抗金属热氧老化性能的差异,分别取不同厂家的芳纶绝缘纸进行肖恩试验(Shawn's experiment),观察芳纶绝缘纸在300℃下随时间增长的表观变化情况,结果如图79所示。
图79中可以看出,随着肖恩试验时间的延长,A766芳纶绝缘纸和某进口芳纶绝缘纸的表观变化较微弱,至100 h其与铜接触的尖端部位也未出现破坏,仅有轻微颜色变化;而某国产芳纶绝缘纸随着老化时间的延长,纸张颜色逐渐加深,尤其是与铜片接触的尖端部位变化十分明显,尖端部位颜色最深,并且出现了蚀穿等异常现象。从3种芳纶绝缘纸的肖恩试验老化行为可以看出,A766芳纶绝缘纸的抗铜铝金属导体热氧老化性能与进口芳纶绝缘纸表现基本一致,优于某国产芳纶绝缘纸,具有更长的使用寿命。
(1)A766芳纶绝缘纸与进口芳纶绝缘纸的主要常规性能相当,成分与结构基本一致,A766芳纶绝缘纸的玻璃化转变温度为279.2℃,初始分解温度为410.2℃。
(2)A766芳纶绝缘纸的温度指数(TI)为223℃,能满足轨道交通领域180级及200级绝缘系统的耐热要求。
(3)A766芳纶绝缘纸内部结构致密,水分不易侵入,0.05 mm芳纶绝缘纸浸水耐压保持率为83.5%,0.13 mm芳纶绝缘纸浸水耐压保持率为73.8%,耐潮湿性能优于同类型其他种类芳纶绝缘纸。
(4)A766芳纶绝缘纸的氧指数为30.2%,烟密度为1.4,烟毒性为0.875,满足防火等级R22项HL2级和R23项HL2级的标准。
(5)肖恩试验结果显示,A766芳纶绝缘纸的抗铜铝导体热氧老化性能与进口芳纶绝缘纸基本一致,优于某国产芳纶绝缘纸。
