Using bisphenol A epoxy resin, phosphorus flame retardant, aluminum hydroxide, and molecular sieve as the main agent, organic anhydride and accelerator as curing agent, we prepared a halogen-free flame retardant potting material for film capacitor. The effects of different flame retardants and filling content on the glass transition temperature and flame retardancy of the potting materials and the durability of the capacitor were studied, and the optimum formula of halogen-free flame retardant potting material for film capacitor was determined. The results show that the glass transition temperature of the potting materials prepared by the optimum formula is 104℃, and the flame retardant is V0 (3 mm), and the electrical insulation performance is good. The film capacitor potted with this potting material can meet the 600 h durability test under the condition of 1.2 times of voltage and 85%RH /85℃, and the capacitance change rate before and after test is 3.93%.

以双酚A型环氧树脂、磷系阻燃剂、氢氧化铝和分子筛为主剂,以有机酸酐和促进剂作为固化剂制备一种无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料。研究了不同阻燃剂及添加量对灌封材料玻璃化转变温度、阻燃性能和电容耐久性能的影响,并确定了无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料最佳配方。结果表明:按无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料的最佳配方制备的灌封材料玻璃化转变温度为104℃,阻燃等级为V0,电气绝缘性能佳。以此灌封材料灌注的薄膜电容可以通过1.2倍额定电压、双85(85℃/85%RH)条件下600 h的耐久性试验,试验前后电容变化率为3.93%。

以双酚A型环氧树脂、磷系阻燃剂、氢氧化铝和分子筛为主剂,以有机酸酐和促进剂作为固化剂制备一种无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料。研究了不同阻燃剂及添加量对灌封材料玻璃化转变温度、阻燃性能和电容耐久性能的影响,并确定了无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料最佳配方。结果表明:按无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料的最佳配方制备的灌封材料玻璃化转变温度为104℃,阻燃等级为V0,电气绝缘性能佳。以此灌封材料灌注的薄膜电容可以通过1.2倍额定电压、双85(85℃/85%RH)条件下600 h的耐久性试验,试验前后电容变化率为3.93%。

Using bisphenol A epoxy resin, phosphorus flame retardant, aluminum hydroxide, and molecular sieve as the main agent, organic anhydride and accelerator as curing agent, we prepared a halogen-free flame retardant potting material for film capacitor. The effects of different flame retardants and filling content on the glass transition temperature and flame retardancy of the potting materials and the durability of the capacitor were studied, and the optimum formula of halogen-free flame retardant potting material for film capacitor was determined. The results show that the glass transition temperature of the potting materials prepared by the optimum formula is 104℃, and the flame retardant is V0 (3 mm), and the electrical insulation performance is good. The film capacitor potted with this potting material can meet the 600 h durability test under the condition of 1.2 times of voltage and 85%RH /85℃, and the capacitance change rate before and after test is 3.93%.

薄膜电容器是现代诸多电子元器件中较为常见的一种,主要应用于电子、家电、通讯、电力、电气化铁路、混合动力汽车、风力发电、太阳能发电等多个领域,具有良好的电气性能和高可靠性,成为推动上述领域设备更新换代不可或缺的电子元件[1-3]。随着数字化、信息化、网络化建设进一步发展,国家在电网建设、电气化铁路建设、节能照明、混合动力汽车等方面的加大投入以及消费类电子产品的升级,未来几年薄膜电容器的市场需求将进一步呈现快速增长的趋势[4-6]。目前全球薄膜电容器市场正以15%~20%的速度快速增长[7]
市面上使用最多的是以聚丙烯(PP)材质为电容外壳、以真空薄膜蒸镀金属作为电极的金属化聚丙烯膜电容器(MKT)[8-10]。其中安规薄膜电容是目前市面上使用量和产量最大的电容类型[11]。安规薄膜电容主要使用环氧-酸酐体系灌封材料进行灌注,要求灌封材料具有绝缘、阻燃、通电耐久寿命长等特点,目前这种灌封材料大量使用溴-锑类复配阻燃剂[12]。随着环保要求的提高,安规薄膜电容主要制造厂家均在推进无卤阻燃方案。本文探究一种磷系阻燃剂应用于环氧-酸酐体系制备无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料,在保证无卤的情况下,提高其通电状态下的使用寿命,并将其应用于薄膜电容的灌封中[13-14]
双酚A型环氧树脂850S(环氧当量为184~194 g/eq),南通星辰合成材料有限公司;Ruetasolv DI(二异丙基萘),德国吕特格公司;氢氧化铝(300~800目),新乡市锦盛新材料有限公司;分子筛(4A),大连奥斯催化材料有限公司;甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP),青岛联美化工有限公司;液体阻燃剂FR-510,无锡长舜化工科技有限公司;磷系阻燃剂P-1000,将DOPO(9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物)和XY-693环氧活性稀释剂按质量比1∶1在150~180℃高温下反应6 h制得,催化剂为三苯基膦;苯氧基聚膦腈LY-203,郑州茂佳化工产品有限公司;阻燃剂APPDO,杭州捷尔思阻燃化工有限公司;溴锑阻燃剂H-2052,将三氧化二锑和十溴二苯乙烷按质量比1∶2混合均匀制得;甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(MeTHPA),濮阳惠成电子材料股份有限公司;苄基二甲胺(BDMA),杭州施特安化工有限公司。
按一定的比例将850S、DI、氢氧化铝、分子筛和阻燃剂混合,高速分散搅拌均匀后,在-0.1 MPa、100℃下脱泡2 h制得灌封材料的主剂A,按表1分别标注。
将MeTHPA与BDMA按质量比为98∶2混合,搅拌均匀后,在常压、50℃下保温2 h,制得灌封材料的固化剂B。
玻璃化转变温度(Tg):使用DSC差示扫描量热仪(7020型,日本日立公司)进行测试,升温速率为30℃/min,温度区间为30~160℃。
热稳定性:使用热重分析仪(4000型,美国PE公司)进行测试,氮气气氛,以10℃/min的升温速率从30℃升温至850℃,并于850℃保持5 min。
阻燃性:使用塑料燃烧试验机(TZ5061A型,上海添质实业有限公司),参考GB/T 2408—2008《塑料燃烧性能的测定水平法和垂直法》中垂直燃烧试验进行测试。
电容量:使用电容电感测试仪(TD-500L型,扬州特达电力科技有限公司)进行测定,试验使用的安规薄膜电容额定电压为200 V,剔除最大值和最小值,结果取平均值。
耐久性:通过电容器耐久性试验装置(CBE-9801型,广州市先河技术工程有限公司)控制电容的通电电流和时间,将电容置于高温高湿试验箱(GWGS-1000L型,上海凯测试验设备有限公司)中进行试验。高温高湿试验箱湿度和温度设定为85%和85℃(简称“双85”),电容器耐久性试验装置电压设定为额定电压1.2倍即240 V。
将A1、A2、A3与固化剂B按质量比为100∶35搅拌混合均匀后灌注电容,固化条件为90℃/2 h+105℃/2 h,试样测试数据如表2所示。从表2可以看出,以FR-510和P-1000作为阻燃剂制备的无卤阻燃灌封材料,经过薄膜电容耐久性试验后,电容量在600 h内变化率较小,而P-1000制备的灌封材料耐久性优于FR-510。在阻燃方面,当FR-510和P-1000的添加量为5份时,阻燃等级仅为V1,尚须进行调整,提高阻燃性。使用分子筛(4A)是为了减少灌封材料的原材料或者生产工艺中可能产生的或接触到的水分。FR-510在通电环境下,内部部分小分子处于流离状态,会影响电气性能,进而对内芯膜结构产生影响,影响电容耐久性能。DMMP由于亲水性较强(水溶性≥10 g/100 mL),其在双85条件下水汽容易渗过灌封材料进入电容内部,破坏电容内芯,影响电容耐久性能。
将A4、A5、A6与固化剂B按质量比为100∶35搅拌混合均匀后灌注电容,固化条件为90℃/2 h+105℃/2 h,试样测试数据如表3所示。
表3可以看出,以APPDO作为阻燃剂制备的无卤阻燃灌封材料,经过薄膜电容耐久性试验后,电容量在600 h内变化率相对较小。在阻燃方面,当APPDO添加量为10份时,阻燃等级仅为V1,尚须进行调整,提高阻燃性。据生产厂家资料和应用试验表明,DI在环氧-酸酐体系中具有降低黏度、疏水和稳定Tg的作用。H-2052是目前市面上大量使用的阻燃剂,由于其含有大量溴,在试验中仅作为对比组。LY-203在以往试验中,可以较好地应用在电子封装材料上,但在通电环境下,电流可能激活分子结构中某些小分子,使其对薄膜电容中的聚丙烯膜结构产生具有一定的腐蚀性,破坏电容内部结构,影响电容耐久性能,而且在后续试验中发现LY-203在环氧体系中存在不易分散的特点。
将A7~A11与固化剂B按质量比为100:35搅拌混合均匀后灌注电容,固化条件为90℃/2 h+105℃/2 h,试样测试数据如表4所示。从表4可以看出,以P-1000作为阻燃剂,制备的无卤阻燃灌封材料经过薄膜电容耐久性试验后,电容量在600 h内相比APPDO作为阻燃剂时变化率较小。在阻燃方面,当APPDO添加量为25份时,阻燃等级为V0,但其电容量下降明显,变化率远超5%的行业默认标准。在阻燃要求为3 mm/V1或6 mm/V0的应用要求下,APPDO是较好的阻燃剂选择。当P-1000添加量为11份时,阻燃等级为V0,其电容量变化率不明显,仅为3.93%,可作为无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料的阻燃剂选择。
图1为P-1000添加量为11份时无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料的热失重曲线。由图1可以看出,使用P-1000制备的无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料热失重5%和10%对应的温度分别为330℃和370℃左右,表明该材料具有较好的耐热性能。
通过试验确定灌封材料的配方如表5所示。要求主剂A和固化剂B的混合黏度控制在1 000 mPa·s以内(25℃,DNJ旋转黏度计),可通过适当调整环氧树脂和甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐的含量来调整混合黏度。
通过试验确定灌封材料的固化条件和工艺如表6所示。
安规薄膜电容的固化工艺一般采用两道灌注工艺,第一道真空灌注工艺是为了固定电容内芯,消除搅拌气泡;第二道真空灌注工艺采用两段加温方式进行固化,前段是为了控制凝胶时间,利于消泡和防止局部应力过大而产生极小裂缝,后段是基于甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐作为固化剂所要求的固化温度和时间。为了防止高温下环氧-酸酐体系的过高放热对安规电容内芯聚丙烯膜造成伤害,固化温度控制在100~105℃。
将本试验所述灌封材料固化后和灌注薄膜电容后进行应用性能测试,结果如表7所示。
表7中部分测试项目和灌封材料配方组分的选择和工艺存在一定的联系。将灌封材料应用于安规薄膜电容的灌封时,部分性能为各制备物料和生产电容厂家所关注。玻璃化转变温度主要取决于有机物的交联密度,因为电容耐久性试验在85℃环境下进行,故Tg须高于85℃,保证在测试温度下物料未发生玻璃相变化。但Tg过高,交联度过高,将使固化物的脆性加大,影响其使用。线膨胀系数(Tg以下)可以根据物料中无机填料的含量进行调整,一般线膨胀系数的大小关系到物料的收缩,部分厂家会选择性进行高低温(-30~120℃)抗开裂实验以保证电容在各种环境下使用,故须控制线膨胀系数大小。介电常数和介质损耗理论上越低越有利于电容灌封绝缘使用,其中介电常数取决于配方中组分的选择,在合理成本下,选择介电常数较低的组分制备灌封材料。介质损耗主要决定于原材料中无机填料的选择和固化工艺的选择,无机填料应尽量少含玻璃相,有机物交联密度须尽量提高,尽量避免杂质和非活性成分。100℃吸水率则作为耐久性85℃温度和85%湿度试验的参考标准,一般认为吸水率低,则耐久性较好。吸水率高低主要取决于玻璃化温度的高低和亲疏水性材料的选择。若吸水率较高,则表明水汽容易透过灌封材料层进入电容薄膜内部,将影响其使用寿命。从表7可以看出,无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料及其性能参数达到了国内薄膜电容应用行业的领先水平,目前该物料已在行业龙头企业如厦门法拉电子股份有限公司中得到应用,能较好的满足薄膜电容在各种运行环境中的稳定性和耐久性。
以双酚A型环氧树脂850S、分子筛4A、氢氧化铝和磷系阻燃剂P-1000为主剂,其质量比为40∶2∶47∶11;以甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐MeTHPA和苄基BDMA二甲胺为固化剂,其质量比为98∶2;主剂和固化剂的混合质量比为100∶35,制备了一种无卤阻燃薄膜电容灌封材料,其玻璃化转变温度为104℃,阻燃等级为V0(3 mm),体积电阻率为4.0×1014 Ω·m,表面电阻率为3.3×1013 Ω,绝缘电阻为2.5×1015 Ω。用该灌封材料灌注的薄膜电容可以通过在1.2倍电压和双85条件下600 h的耐久性试验,试验前后电容变化率仅为3.93%。
