In order to better guide the application of composite insulation crossarms, the lightning impulse voltage, wet power frequency flashover voltage, pollution flashover voltage, and pollution snow-covered flashover voltage of the square tube composite insulation crossarm and the square bar composite insulation crossarm were compared and studied through experiments. The results show that the 50% dry lightning flashover voltage of the 10 kV square tube composite insulation crossarms is 388.3 kV, which is higher than that of the square bar composite insulation crossarm (370.0 kV). However, the wet power frequency withstand voltage, pollution withstand voltage, and pollution snow-covered flashover voltage of the square tube composite insulation crossarms are lower than that of the square bar composite insulation crossarms. Finally, the different application scheme of the composite insulation crossarms under different operating environment is proposed.

为了更好指导复合绝缘横担的应用,通过试验对比研究了方管复合绝缘横担及方棒复合绝缘横担的雷电冲击电压、湿工频闪络电压、污秽闪络电压及污秽覆雪闪络电压的变化情况。结果表明:10 kV方管复合绝缘横担的50%干雷电闪络电压为388.3 kV,高于方棒复合绝缘横担的370.0 kV,但方管复合绝缘横担的湿工频耐受电压、污秽工频耐受电压及污秽覆雪闪络电压均低于方棒复合绝缘横担,最后提出了不同运行环境下复合绝缘横担差异化的应用方案。

In order to better guide the application of composite insulation crossarms, the lightning impulse voltage, wet power frequency flashover voltage, pollution flashover voltage, and pollution snow-covered flashover voltage of the square tube composite insulation crossarm and the square bar composite insulation crossarm were compared and studied through experiments. The results show that the 50% dry lightning flashover voltage of the 10 kV square tube composite insulation crossarms is 388.3 kV, which is higher than that of the square bar composite insulation crossarm (370.0 kV). However, the wet power frequency withstand voltage, pollution withstand voltage, and pollution snow-covered flashover voltage of the square tube composite insulation crossarms are lower than that of the square bar composite insulation crossarms. Finally, the different application scheme of the composite insulation crossarms under different operating environment is proposed.

随着配网线路大面积升级为架空绝缘导线,绝缘导线应用量大幅增加,雷击或污秽严重的线路段会频繁出现绝缘导线烧蚀、断线事故。有资料表明,运行中的绝缘线路发生雷击和绝缘子击穿事故的数量占线路事故总数量的74.9%,其中雷击导线的断线率高达96.8%[1-3]。我国10 kV架空绝缘线路,每年因雷击或污秽导致的断线事故高达百次,对电网供电可靠性和人身安全造成危害。复合绝缘横担利用其良好的绝缘特性,与绝缘线路配合,可提升线路的绝缘水平,防止雷击断线。胡毅等[4]对针式绝缘子、圆棒复合材料绝缘横担和绝缘复合材料塔头组合绝缘体进行了防雷、污秽性能的相关研究,结果表明,线路的雷电闪络电压和污秽闪络电压显著提高,可有效地解决绝缘导线雷击和污秽断线事故。
2016年起,为了提升配网线路的安全水平,国家电网公司组织编制配电网工程《10 kV架空绝缘线路绝缘横担典型布置方案》,提出了两种结构型式绝缘横担,分别为方管复合绝缘横担和方棒复合绝缘横担,结构如图1所示。
方管复合绝缘横担指的是横担截面为正方形的复合绝缘横担,在国外特别是北美地区的低压架空线路中广泛应用,主要替代木质横担,利用其强度高、绝缘性能好、耐腐蚀等材料技术优势[5-11],解决鸟啄损坏、环境腐蚀、开裂、使用寿命短、承载力不足等实际问题,达到延长横担使用寿命、增强线路力学承载能力和过电压耐受水平的目标。复合材料绝缘横担产品已实现规模化应用,可满足直线杆、终端杆和转角杆的各种使用要求,电压等级涵盖1~275 kV(主要为69 kV及以下),拥有较高的力学承载能力和优异的耐候性,同时提升了线路的过电压耐受水平。方棒复合绝缘横担为一种实心方棒结构的横担,方棒表面压接硅橡胶,在不增加横担质量的前提下,利用矩形方棒两个方向不同惯性矩,提升横担在导线载荷方向的弯曲刚度,减少横担形变。传统复合绝缘横担主要为实心圆棒结构,集中应用于110、220、750 kV等电压等级输电线路,利用复合绝缘横担及拉杆,有效地解决传统铁质横担悬挂绝缘子串的风偏、安装困难和线路走廊大等难题[12-15]。但单根圆棒复合绝缘横担的防扭性不佳,而方管复合绝缘横担和方棒复合绝缘横担克服了此难题。鉴于一直未对两者的电气性能进行系统研究,本文对配网方管复合绝缘横担和方棒复合绝缘横担的电气性能进行深入研究与对比,探究其雷电冲击电压、湿闪电压、污秽闪络电压及污秽覆雪闪络电压的变化情况,获取相应横担的电气性能特点,为国内10 kV复合绝缘横担的差异化应用及推广提供技术支撑。
方管复合绝缘横担主材为填充聚氨酯泡沫的80 mm×80 mm聚氨酯复合材料方管,两端安装FPQ-20/3.0型针式复合绝缘子,如图1(a)所示;方棒复合绝缘横担两端压接金具,两端金具到电杆抱箍金具间压接硅橡胶伞裙的横担,如图1(b)所示。根据国家电网公司《10 kV架空绝缘线路绝缘横担典型布置方案》规定,方管复合横担上导线到电杆中心线距离L1=800 mm,方棒复合绝缘横担导线到电杆中心线距离L4=900 mm,横担的相-地有效绝缘距离L2=600 mm,上下横担的间距L3=800 mm,方管及方棒复合绝缘横担均为自制品。
配网复合绝缘横担电气试验包括雷电冲击试验、湿工频闪络及耐受试验、工频污秽闪络及耐受试验、污秽覆雪闪络试验,试验在电力工业电气设备检验测试中心的高压试验大厅进行,高压端接复合绝缘子端部的模拟导线,地线经支架杆身接地,固定好塔头进行相地雷电试验和工频试验,试品布置接线如图2所示。横担的相-地距离配网参考10 kV双回配网横担线路,最小水平相-地间距L2=600 mm,垂直相间距离为800 mm。
复合绝缘横担干雷电冲击电压及湿工频闪络电压试验参考GB/T 16927.1—1997《高电压试验技术 第1部分:一般试验要求》进行;污秽闪络及耐受试验参考GB/T 4585—2004《交流系统用高压绝缘子的人工污秽试验》进行。
复合绝缘横担绝缘子污秽、覆雪试验在武汉特高压交流试验基地环境气候实验室进行,工频电压试验法参考GB/T 4585—2004《交流系统用高压绝缘子的人工污秽试验》、DL/T 859—2004《高压交流系统用复合绝缘子人工污秽试验》和DL/T 1244—2013《交流系统用高压绝缘子人工覆冰闪络试验方法》等标准。复合绝缘横担具体污秽覆雪试样制备如下:
(1)清洗试品并进行染污
污秽物采用纯度为99.5%的NaCl可溶物和高岭土不溶惰性物混合而成,高岭土成分满足GB/T 4585—2004标准。试品的染污采用定量涂刷法,盐密及灰密比为0.1∶1.0,污秽物用精密数字天平进行称量,可溶物则采用等分溶液的方法进行。
(2)覆雪水制备
试验前准备工作包括环境气候室降温、冷却水和冰块制备。依据本试验要求,需要将环境气候室温度降至-5℃以下,覆雪水按照覆冰标准,电导率控制在(100±20)μS/cm,温度维持在3~5℃,通过添加适量冰块维持冷却水温度。
(3)试品覆雪
在试品染污干燥后即可将试品放入环境气候室进行布置,并按照实际造雪机喷射情况布置试品。
(4)覆雪模拟
在环境气候室内温度为-12~-10℃以内开始覆雪,水滴直径范围为10~20 μm,按照前期试验程序摸索情况,覆雪模拟过程分为气候室降温、造雪机造雪和横担覆雪3个步骤。
(5)试品布置
覆雪完成后,先将喷淋系统和降温系统关闭,对横担表面覆雪情况进行测量。将达到覆雪状态要求的复合绝缘横担参照GB/T 775.2—2003要求布置试品,覆雪闪络试验布置如图3所示。
XL/YQ-154型工频电压测量系统FRC-250,准确度为1%,西安电友科技有限公司;XL/YQ-190型冲击电压测量系统CDYH-1400/35,准确度为1级,武汉泰东铭科电气有限公司;横担表面人工造雪机系统ZC-Y200,造雪量26 m3/h,河南智辰智能科技有限公司;试验电源为柱式调压器TYDZ-1200/10.5和试验变压器YDTW-1200/200,上海徐吉电气有限公司。
表1为方管复合绝缘横担50%干雷电闪络电压试验结果。从表1可以看出,方管复合绝缘横担雷电冲击试验总共加压20次,其中10次闪络,10次耐受。方管复合绝缘横担与针式绝缘子组合的相地雷电冲击50%放电电压(U50%)为388.3 kV,相地雷电冲击闪络放电路径为模拟导线-钢管杆身,击穿点发生在绝缘导线和杆身间空气间隙。表2为方棒复合绝缘横担50%干雷电闪络电压试验结果。从表2可以看出,方棒复合绝缘横担雷电冲击试验总共加压20次,其中10次闪络,10次耐受,相地雷电冲击50%放电电压(U50%)为370.0 kV,雷击闪络通道为导线压接金具-电杆抱箍金具,击穿点为横担端导线压接金具-电杆抱箍金具间的空气间隙。方管复合绝缘横担的雷电闪络电压明显高于方棒复合绝缘横担,这是因为方棒复合绝缘横担导线端压接金具到电杆抱箍之间的距离L2=600 mm,即为方棒复合绝缘横担对地最小闪络空气间隙,而方管复合材料横担的导线对地闪络通道最小空气间隙距离为L5,如图1所示,L5显然大于L2,多出距离为电杆与横担抱箍的金具侧边宽度,所以方管复合绝缘横担的雷电闪络电压要高于方棒复合绝缘横担。
方管横担绝缘子端部模拟导线(铁棒)接高压端,金属电杆立柱接地,对测试件用雨排进行均匀喷淋,加压进行湿工频耐受电压测试,观察放电路径。表3为方管复合绝缘横担湿工频耐受电压的测试结果。从表3可以看出,方管复合绝缘横担1 min湿工频耐受电压为119 kV,相应的湿工频耐受电压是正常工频运行电压值的11.9倍,湿工频闪络路径为导线-绝缘子-复合材料横担-钢管杆身,闪络通道发生在绝缘子、复合材料横担表面的水膜,借助绝缘体表面的连续水膜而形成贯穿闪络。
表4为方棒复合绝缘横担湿工频耐受电压的测试结果。从表4可以看出,方棒复合绝缘横担1 min湿工频耐受电压为160 kV,相应的湿工频耐受电压是正常工频运行电压值的16倍,湿工频闪络路径为导线压接金具-横担压接硅橡胶-抱箍金具-杆身,闪络通道发生在方棒压接绝缘子表面的水膜,借助绝缘体表面的连续水膜而形成贯穿闪络。方棒复合绝缘横担的湿工频闪络电压显著高于方管复合绝缘横担,这是因为根据国家电网公司2018版配电网工程《10 kV架空绝缘线路绝缘横担典型布置方案》,方棒复合绝缘横担压接硅橡胶伞裙的有效爬电距离超过750 mm,而方管复合绝缘横担的绝缘子有效爬电距离为350 mm,对应方管复合绝缘横担本体表面的等效爬电距离,即方管复合绝缘横担表面的有效爬电距离为350 mm。鉴于方管复合绝缘横担在盐密与灰密比为0.1∶1.0下与XP-70复合绝缘子的人工污秽耐受电压梯度比值为0.5~0.6[4-5],那么方管复合绝缘横担本体表面相对硅橡胶绝缘子的沿面等效爬电距离则为300~360 mm((0.5~0.6)×L2)。方管复合绝缘横担本体表面的等效爬电距离没有超过360 mm,因此方管复合绝缘横担的有效总沿面爬电距离不超过710 mm,低于方棒复合绝缘横担沿面爬电距离,导致其湿工频闪络电压也低于方棒复合绝缘横担;此外,硅橡胶良好的表面憎水性,进一步提升了方棒复合绝缘横担的湿工频耐受电压。
表5为方管复合绝缘横担人工污秽工频耐受电压试验结果。从表5可以看出,方管复合绝缘横担人工污秽相-地15 min的工频耐受电压平均值为28 kV,施加30 kV工频电压,10 min后发生闪络,闪络路径为导线-绝缘子-复合材料横担-钢管杆身,闪络通道为导线-绝缘子-复合材料横担-钢管杆身表面的污秽面。
表6为方棒复合绝缘横担人工污秽工频耐受电压试验结果。从表6可以看出,方棒复合绝缘横担人工污秽相-地15 min的耐受电压平均值为39 kV,施加41 kV工频电压,5 min后发生闪络,闪络路径为导线压接金具-横担压接硅橡胶-电杆抱箍金具,闪络通道为压接硅橡胶表面的污秽面。方管复合绝缘横担的沿面污秽耐受电压比方棒复合绝缘横担低,其原因与方管复合绝缘横担湿工频耐受电压比方棒复合绝缘横担湿工频耐受电压低的原因相同。
本次10 kV方管复合绝缘横担和方棒复合绝缘横担人工污秽条件下覆雪试验采取水平布置,如图3所示,盐密、灰密比取0.1∶1.0,人工覆雪厚度分别为5、10、15 mm。表7为复合绝缘横担污秽覆雪电压试验结果。从表7可以看出,中等覆雪厚度下(覆雪厚度为10 mm)10 kV方管复合绝缘横担和方棒复合绝缘横担的污秽覆雪闪络电压分别为40.2 kV和41.7 kV,方棒复合绝缘横担雪闪电压略高于方管复合绝缘横担。
图4为10 kV方管复合绝缘横担污秽覆雪闪络过程。从图4可以看出,方管复合绝缘横担闪络初期发生在方管端部的高低压绝缘子金具间,然后延伸到横担表面,最后在绝缘子高压端金具-绝缘子低压端金具-横担上表面-横担和电杆抱箍金具间产生贯穿的闪络通道。
图5为10 kV方棒复合绝缘横担污秽覆雪闪络过程。从图5可以看出,方棒复合绝缘横担闪络初期在横担的下表面产生局部放电火花,随着电压增加,最后在导线金具-电杆抱箍间的硅橡胶表面产生贯穿闪络通道;发生闪络后,方棒复合绝缘横担表面的覆雪在电弧热量作用下,出现急速融雪并掉落,由于方棒复合绝缘横担表面为硅橡胶,具备较好的憎水性,其横担表面雪融化脱落速度明显快于方管复合绝缘横担表面,因此在中等覆雪厚度状态下方棒复合绝缘横担相比方管复合绝缘横担具有更优的防污覆雪闪络能力,在相同的覆雪条件下,其覆雪击穿电压更高。但是在较小覆雪厚度状态下(覆雪厚度为5 mm),方管复合绝缘横担的闪络电压却高于方棒复合绝缘横担,这是因为在较小覆雪厚度下,方管复合绝缘横担和垂直安装的针式绝缘子表面难以被较薄的雪花厚度完全桥接形成连贯闪络通道,相反横置的方棒复合绝缘横担表面易于覆雪,雪花更易桥接成贯穿通道,所以相应的污秽覆雪闪络电压更低。在较厚覆雪状态下(覆雪厚度为15 mm),方管复合绝缘横担的闪络电压又低于方棒复合绝缘横担,这是因为较大的覆雪厚度下雪花都可以在方管复合绝缘横担表面形成完美桥接通道,而方棒复合绝缘横担表面为硅橡胶,具备较好的憎水防污性,所以其闪络电压略高于方管复合绝缘横担。另外,研究结果显示,在相同盐灰比下,覆雪厚度越大,两种结构型式的复合绝缘横担污秽闪络电压都会逐渐下降,这是由横担表面覆雪桥接密度决定的,覆雪厚度越小,覆雪桥接率低,闪络通道难以形成;覆雪厚度越大,横担表面的覆雪桥接率越高,覆雪闪络通道越完整,闪络电压越低。
(1)通过复合绝缘横担的雷电冲击、湿工频及污秽工频试验,验证了复合绝缘横担产品优异的电气绝缘性能,能够保证线路的安全稳定运行,提高线路耐雷击及防污能力。
(2)根据国家电网公司组织编制配电网工程《10 kV架空绝缘线路绝缘横担典型布置方案》,方管复合绝缘横担的50%干雷电闪络电压为388.3 kV,高于方棒复合绝缘横担的370.0 kV,但方管复合绝缘横担的湿工频耐受电压、污秽工频耐受电压均低于方棒绝缘横担,方管复合绝缘横担的湿工频耐受电压、污秽耐受电压分别为119 kV和27 kV,而方棒复合绝缘横担分别为160 kV和37 kV。
(3)相同积污条件下,随着覆雪厚度的增加,复合绝缘横担的污秽覆雪闪络电压均逐渐降低,但在较薄覆雪厚度下,方管复合绝缘横担的覆雪闪络电压高于方棒复合绝缘横担,而在较厚覆雪厚度下,方管复合绝缘横担的覆雪闪络电压低于方棒复合绝缘横担,这主要取决于横担表面覆雪桥接难易和桥接率的高低。
(4)根据两种结构型式复合绝缘横担电气试验结果,建议在不同运行环境下差异化应用复合绝缘横担,最大化保障配网线路经济性和安全性。在雷击密集区域,推荐采用方管复合绝缘横担;在污秽、雨雪较为严重地区,推荐采用方棒复合绝缘横担。
