The contamination of DC silicone rubber insulator has an important influence on its insulation performance and service life, and the adverse effects of swelling effect under the insulation cleaning agent is the key issue to be solved. The volatilization rate of two kinds of electrified cleaning agent, the swelling and hydrophobicity of silicone rubber before and after cleaning by different cleaning agents were studied, and the corresponding mechanism was discussed. The results show that the volatilization rates of No.1 (fast volatilization) and No.2 (slow volatilization) electrified cleaning agents at 25℃ are 1 095.78 g/(h·m2) and 108.01 g/(h·m2), respectively. The swelling index of silicone rubber increases with the increase of time, it reaches saturation after 10 h, and the swelling index of the saturated silicone rubber are 55% and 130%, respectively. The hydrophobicity of silicone rubber is weakened by No.1 cleaning agent, and the contact angle decreases by 14% after soaking for 10 min. The hydrophobicity of silicone rubber is enhanced by No.2 cleaning agent, and the contact angle increases by 6% after soaking for the same time. Therefore, the cleaning agent with excellent volatility can reduce the adverse effect of swelling on the silicone rubber insulators, and can provide basis and reference for the electrified cleaning of silicone rubber insulation equipment.

直流硅橡胶绝缘子积污后对其绝缘性能和使用寿命有重要影响,一般通过带电清洗剂进行清洗,而在带电清洗剂下的溶胀效应带来的不利影响是有待解决的关键问题。对1、2号两种带电清洗剂挥发速率、硅橡胶在不同带电清洗剂清洗前后的溶胀性以及憎水性的变化进行了试验研究,并探讨了相应的机制。结果表明:1、2号带电清洗剂在25℃时的挥发速率分别为1 095.78 g/(h·m2)和108.01 g/(h·m2);硅橡胶溶胀度随时间的增加而增大,溶胀10 h后达到饱和,饱和后的硅橡胶溶胀指数分别为55%和130%;1号带电清洗剂会削弱硅橡胶的憎水性,经过10 min浸泡,接触角下降了14%,2号带电清洗剂能增强硅橡胶的憎水性,经相同时间浸泡,接触角上升了6%,因而挥发性优良的带电清洗剂可以降低溶胀对硅橡胶绝缘子的不利影响。

直流硅橡胶绝缘子积污后对其绝缘性能和使用寿命有重要影响,一般通过带电清洗剂进行清洗,而在带电清洗剂下的溶胀效应带来的不利影响是有待解决的关键问题。对1、2号两种带电清洗剂挥发速率、硅橡胶在不同带电清洗剂清洗前后的溶胀性以及憎水性的变化进行了试验研究,并探讨了相应的机制。结果表明:1、2号带电清洗剂在25℃时的挥发速率分别为1 095.78 g/(h·m2)和108.01 g/(h·m2);硅橡胶溶胀度随时间的增加而增大,溶胀10 h后达到饱和,饱和后的硅橡胶溶胀指数分别为55%和130%;1号带电清洗剂会削弱硅橡胶的憎水性,经过10 min浸泡,接触角下降了14%,2号带电清洗剂能增强硅橡胶的憎水性,经相同时间浸泡,接触角上升了6%,因而挥发性优良的带电清洗剂可以降低溶胀对硅橡胶绝缘子的不利影响。

The contamination of DC silicone rubber insulator has an important influence on its insulation performance and service life, and the adverse effects of swelling effect under the insulation cleaning agent is the key issue to be solved. The volatilization rate of two kinds of electrified cleaning agent, the swelling and hydrophobicity of silicone rubber before and after cleaning by different cleaning agents were studied, and the corresponding mechanism was discussed. The results show that the volatilization rates of No.1 (fast volatilization) and No.2 (slow volatilization) electrified cleaning agents at 25℃ are 1 095.78 g/(h·m2) and 108.01 g/(h·m2), respectively. The swelling index of silicone rubber increases with the increase of time, it reaches saturation after 10 h, and the swelling index of the saturated silicone rubber are 55% and 130%, respectively. The hydrophobicity of silicone rubber is weakened by No.1 cleaning agent, and the contact angle decreases by 14% after soaking for 10 min. The hydrophobicity of silicone rubber is enhanced by No.2 cleaning agent, and the contact angle increases by 6% after soaking for the same time. Therefore, the cleaning agent with excellent volatility can reduce the adverse effect of swelling on the silicone rubber insulators, and can provide basis and reference for the electrified cleaning of silicone rubber insulation equipment.

复合绝缘子因其优异的耐污闪能力,广泛应用于各个电压等级的设备和线路。近几十年来,随着国民经济的快速发展,环境问题日益加剧。虽然复合绝缘子能够极大的提高耐污水平,使得国内输电线路事故得到一定缓和,但是变电站直流支柱绝缘子在静电力的作用下积污严重,可能导致绝缘子憎水性丧失或发生污闪,对电力系统的安全运行造成严重的威胁[1-3]。因此,有必要采取一些高效的措施以防污闪事故,但在交流线路上常用的带电清扫、带电水冲洗以及污秽在线监测等手段并不适用于变电站的支柱绝缘子[4-8]
目前带电清洗主要包括两大类:物理清洗和化学清洗,这两者在一定程度上都能减少陶瓷和玻璃类绝缘子表面的污秽。物理清洗主要有带电水清洗[9]、机械清扫[10]以及水蒸气清洗[11]等。其中机械清扫很难保证清扫的效果,带电水冲洗又会浪费大量的水资源。化学清洗则是通过喷枪将化学清洗剂喷射到绝缘子表面,使垢层充分浸润、分解、脱落。化学清洗剂具有优良的阻燃性、无腐蚀性以及电阻率高等优点,能够提高绝缘子运行的安全性和使用寿命[12]
目前国内外研究人员已经对带电清洗剂的制备、适用范围、性能要求、清洗特性等方面展开了研究。郭海良等[13-14]在分析变电设备污秽的危害性和对比国内带电清洗技术的现状后,提出采用化学清洗剂进行带电清洗的需求。汤振鹏等[15]通过试验获得了4种典型的带电清洗剂对不同污秽下XP-70绝缘子的闪络电压无影响的结论。丰强等[16]研究了带电清洗剂对绝缘子性能的影响;邹平等[17]研究了表面活性剂的种类、配比对带电清洗剂清洗效果的影响;刘凯等[18]从理论方面研究了污秽成分及清洗剂去污的原理;凌志[19]阐述了带电清洗剂的关键性能指标,而清洗剂的挥发性是影响清洗效率的关键因素之一。
综上所述,目前大多文献研究带电清洗对陶瓷或玻璃类绝缘子的影响,而在支柱复合绝缘子清洗方面则因硅橡胶溶胀带来的不利影响而难以应用。不同配方的硅橡胶材料在不同配方的小分子清洗剂的浸润下会出现不同程度的溶胀现象,而溶胀效应的强弱与清洗剂残留的时间长短有关。清洗剂的挥发性与其在绝缘子表面的残留时间直接相关,快挥发的绝缘清洗剂可以降低清洗剂溶胀效应的负面影响。
本研究采用高温硫化硅橡胶(HTV)作为支柱复合绝缘子的模拟试样,选取两种主流的带电清洗剂,开展挥发速率试验、溶胀试验、憎水性试验,为带电清洗剂清洗的安全开展以及对支柱绝缘子的使用提供试验数据与理论依据。
液体的挥发速率受温度、气压和液体上表面的风速等外界环境的影响[20],挥发性和溶胀性试验装置由水浴槽、平底圆口玻璃容器以及温湿度仪器等组成,如图1所示。水浴槽为控温设备,内设加热器和温湿度仪器,保证试验环境的温度可控且恒定;温湿度仪器随时记录试验箱内温度和湿度的变化;挥发容器是特制的平底圆口玻璃容器并标有刻度,规格为150 mL。
挥发性试验选用两种不同类型的1、2号带电清洗剂,其具有无色透明、绝缘性能好、渗透能力和溶解能力强、燃点和闪电高等优点,且均符合GB/T 25097—2010《绝缘体带电清洗剂》的要求[21]。由厂家提供的两种带电清洗剂的化学成分可知:1号清洗剂的主要成分是高沸点烷烃混合物和抗静电剂;2号清洗剂的主要成分为九氟丁甲醚、三氟乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷以及抗静电剂。
带电清洗剂的使用条件满足GB/T 25098—2010《绝缘体带电清洗剂使用导则》的要求[22],高温硫化硅橡胶试样的制备满足GB/T 2941—2006《橡胶物理试验方法试样制备和调节通用程序》的要求[23]
根据标准ASTM-D280-2019,各取80 mL清洗剂装于特制的挥发容器中,容器的半径为3.4 cm,容器的横截面积为36.31 cm2。将两种带电清洗剂放入图1的试验装置中,考虑到带电清洗剂冲洗应在良好的天气下进行,故将试验条件设置为(25±1)℃,湿度为83%RH,每隔1 h测量容器内剩余清洗剂的体积并记录,并计算出每个时间间隔清洗剂的挥发量,由式(1)计算得到挥发速率。

式(1)中:ΔV为挥发的液体体积,单位为mL;ρ为清洗剂的密度,1、2号清洗剂的密度分别为0.76 g/cm3、1.45 g/cm3;Δt为试验的时间间隔,单位为h;s为容器的截面积,单位为cm2
硅橡胶的溶胀程度一般采用溶胀指数(SR)来表示,如式(2)所示。

式(2)中:md为初始硅橡胶试样的质量,单位为g;me为溶胀后硅橡胶试样的质量,单位为g。
裁取两块尺寸为4 cm×4 cm的干燥硅橡胶试样并用去离子水清洗,然后置于干燥箱内干燥,在(25±1)℃条件下进行浸泡溶胀测试,将多个样品同时置于两种带电清洗剂中并完全浸没,每隔20、40、80、160 min后取出一个试样并用滤纸擦干试样表面多余的清洗剂,通过电子天平(精度为1 mg)称其质量。
憎水性试验参照GB/T 24622—2009《绝缘子表面湿润性测量导则》[24],采用接触角法测量清洗前后硅橡胶憎水性的变化情况。将硅橡胶试片放置于试验平台时,确保试片始终处于水平的位置,在清洗前后的硅橡胶试片边缘位置上用微升取样器缓慢匀速地滴加10 μL去离子水(只有在边缘位置成像清晰度才高),液体滴注到表面后立即用高清摄像机进行拍摄,重复测量5次,通过图像测量获取静态接触角θ,取5次的平均值θav作为最终的静态接触角。
由于挥发速率极易受外界因素的影响,因此整个试验过程都在密闭的有机玻璃罩中进行。表1为两种带电清洗剂挥发的体积。由表1可以看出,在温度为25℃时,1号和2号带电清洗剂每小时平均挥发的体积分别为0.52 mL和2.74 mL。根据表1中的数据,通过式(1)计算得到平均挥发速率分别为108.01 g/(h·m2)和1 095.78 g/(h·m2),2号带电清洗剂的挥发速率是1号的10.15倍,所以2号带电清洗剂的挥发速率比1号带电清洗剂要快。挥发性的强弱主要取决于构成该物质的粒子间的作用力及粒子的相对分子质量。
硅橡胶在带电清洗剂浸润过程中,因为存在硅橡胶配方、清洗剂等组分的差异,会导致不同的溶胀现象。硅橡胶分子都以化学键的方式相互结合,构成三维网状结构,为溶剂分子渗透提供了空间,溶剂小分子在硅橡胶中的渗透导致体积膨胀。通过溶胀指数来反映其溶胀特性,硅橡胶完全浸没在不同挥发性的带电清洗剂中的溶胀指数随时间的变化如图2所示。从图2可知,在恒定温度下,硅橡胶在两种不同的带电清洗剂中的溶胀曲线变化趋势相同,溶胀指数随着溶胀时间的增加而增大并逐渐趋于饱和,浸泡约10 h后,溶胀指数保持恒定,硅橡胶达到溶胀平衡。硅橡胶在2号带电清洗剂中的溶胀程度(SR=130%)要远超于在1号带电清洗剂中的溶胀程度(SR=55%),并且初始增长速率也大于在1号带电清洗剂的增长速率。造成上述现象的原因有两点:①这两种清洗剂并不会改变硅橡胶的内部结构,由于2号带电清洗剂自身具有非极性基团和表面张力小等特点,易在硅橡胶表面润湿和铺展,进而更加容易进入具有非极性基团的硅橡胶内部;②1号带电清洗剂为硅橡胶提供了化学结合位点,使交联密度增大,而交联点间的链长越短,溶剂分子渗透越容易受阻。
在未清洗的硅橡胶(样品A)、1号带电清洗剂清洗10 min的硅橡胶(样品B)、2号带电清洗剂清洗10 min的硅橡胶(样品C)绝缘试片上分别滴定5个液滴测量静态接触角θθ的测量如图3所示,基于图像测量获得的每组样品5个接触角数据及平均值如表2所示。
表2可知,样品A、样品B、样品C的平均静态接触角分别为97.80°、84.59°、104.00°,可见选用的硅橡胶初始静态接触角均大于90°,表明具有较好的憎水性能。硅橡胶用2号带电清洗剂冲洗后,静态接触角增加了6%,硅橡胶被清洗后憎水性增强。硅橡胶用1号带电清洗剂清洗后,接触角从初始的97.80°下降至84.59°,静态接触角下降了约14%。
硅橡胶良好的憎水性主要来源于分子链外侧的甲基和憎水性硅氧烷小分子的迁移[25]。由于1号带电清洗剂挥发速率慢,造成清洗结束后在硅橡胶表面留有大量的残留物,采用光电子能谱仪测试了清洗前后硅橡胶试片表面的硅元素含量,结果表明,当硅橡胶表面附有残留的清洗剂时,硅元素的相对含量减少,残留清洗剂的覆盖能抑制硅氧烷分子的迁移,进而使得硅橡胶的憎水性减弱。
2号带电清洗剂有良好的挥发性,根据保护膜自分层原理,清洗剂挥发后,在硅橡胶表面形成保护膜,其中非极性基团对硅橡胶的润湿性好,朝硅橡胶表面取向,而含氟基团对硅橡胶的润湿性差,朝保护膜处的空气取向和延伸,进而大大减小界面的表面能[26],因此硅橡胶在2号带电清洗剂清洗后,憎水性得到增强。
g/(h·m2);而2号带电清洗剂每小时平均挥发体积为2.74 mL,平均挥发速率为1 095.78 g/(h·m2)。
(2)硅橡胶在两种不同带电清洗剂中的溶胀现象在初期最为明显,然后随着溶胀时间的延长溶胀指数缓慢增长,10 h后趋于饱和。其中2号带电清洗剂比1号带电清洗剂对硅橡胶的溶胀效果更明显,溶胀指数(SR)达到了130%。
(3)2号带电清洗剂清洗后在硅橡胶表面形成一层抗氧化保护膜,使得绝缘子表面保持了较好的憎水性,同时静态接触角上升了6%;1号清洗剂挥发速率较慢,清洗后在绝缘子表面留有残留物,阻碍了憎水性小分子硅氧烷的迁移,造成静态接触角下降了14%。
(4)快挥发的带电清洗剂可以减少残留时间,降低对支柱绝缘子的溶胀影响,因此挥发性较强的清洗剂更加适合用于支柱绝缘子的清洗。
