In view of the burning loss and fire risk of T-type cable plug used in high voltage devices when the conductor is overheating, we built an experimental platform for the pyrolysis of rubber material for T-type cable plug , and the pyrolysis behavior of T-type cable plug was studied based on FTIR method. The results show that in the temperature range of 80-260℃, the pyrolysis characteristic components of T-type cable plug are silicone grease, CO2, and H2O. The escape temperature of CO2 and H2O is 80℃, and their concentration reaches the maximum value at 200℃, while the escape temperature of silicone grease is above 200℃, and the escape temperature increases with the increase of temperature. The results of non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis show that the weight loss rate at 305℃ is 2.50%.

针对高压电器用T型电缆插头因导体温度过高而受热发生烧损及火灾隐患的现状,搭建T型电缆插头橡胶材料热解实验平台,基于FTIR对T型电缆插头橡胶材料的热解行为进行了研究。结果表明:在80~260℃下,T型电缆插头橡胶材料的热解特征组分分别为硅脂、CO2及H2O。CO2及H2O的逸出温度为80℃,在200℃时浓度最大,硅脂的逸出温度为200℃以上,随着温度的增加而增大。非等温热重分析结果显示,T型电缆插头橡胶材料在温度为305℃时质量损失率为2.50%。

针对高压电器用T型电缆插头因导体温度过高而受热发生烧损及火灾隐患的现状,搭建T型电缆插头橡胶材料热解实验平台,基于FTIR对T型电缆插头橡胶材料的热解行为进行了研究。结果表明:在80~260℃下,T型电缆插头橡胶材料的热解特征组分分别为硅脂、CO2及H2O。CO2及H2O的逸出温度为80℃,在200℃时浓度最大,硅脂的逸出温度为200℃以上,随着温度的增加而增大。非等温热重分析结果显示,T型电缆插头橡胶材料在温度为305℃时质量损失率为2.50%。

In view of the burning loss and fire risk of T-type cable plug used in high voltage devices when the conductor is overheating, we built an experimental platform for the pyrolysis of rubber material for T-type cable plug , and the pyrolysis behavior of T-type cable plug was studied based on FTIR method. The results show that in the temperature range of 80-260℃, the pyrolysis characteristic components of T-type cable plug are silicone grease, CO2, and H2O. The escape temperature of CO2 and H2O is 80℃, and their concentration reaches the maximum value at 200℃, while the escape temperature of silicone grease is above 200℃, and the escape temperature increases with the increase of temperature. The results of non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis show that the weight loss rate at 305℃ is 2.50%.

T型电缆插头不仅具有优异的电气性能,而且具备抗撕裂、抗臭氧、耐氧化、抗腐蚀、机械强度高等特性,被广泛应用于环网柜进出线终端及箱式变电站装置[1-2]。随着经济的发展,对电力的需求日益增大,用电负荷的急剧增加也给T型电缆插头带来碳化、局部烧损甚至火灾的风险[3-4]。研究T型电缆插头的热解行为对于高压电器设备的前期故障诊断、确保安稳运行及有效预防火灾事故的发生意义重大。
目前,针对环网柜等用T型电缆插头的热解及接头温度的检测等研究国内外已有报道,但并不多见。王志超[5]采用热重分析方法研究环境气氛对典型电缆外套材料商用阻燃三元乙丙橡胶的热分解行为的影响;仝子靖等[6]基于改进的热路模型,提出了一种环网柜角T型电缆接头温度的在线监测方法;C GAMLIN等[7]研究了单体含量对T型电缆插头橡胶材料热解温度、分解速率及活化能的影响。上述研究体现了接头处导体温度对于T型电缆绝缘插头绝缘性能及火灾隐患的预警作用,但绝缘橡胶材料本体热解温度较高,其耐热温度往往在400℃左右,故依靠橡胶材料本体的热解产物分析来实现火灾隐患的预估判断相对比较滞后,在实际工业应用中缺乏指导意义。
本研究基于傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)检测原理,搭建T型电缆插头橡胶材料热解系统,对环网柜等电气设备用T型电缆接头橡胶材料的热解行为进行研究,并对产物类型、逸出气体与温度对应关系进行分析,为通过T型电缆插头橡胶材料热解成分分析实现导体接头温度的评估及故障预判提供试验依据。
实验用T型电缆插头由深圳某核材公司提供,内、外及中间层的主要组分均为三元乙丙橡胶、硅橡胶、导电炭黑及阻燃剂。
Tracer-100型红外光谱仪、TornadoTM气体池,岛津公司;热分解加热容器(含热电偶、石墨密封垫、热电偶),自制;XMTL-318型温控仪、继电器,上海威尔太仪表有限公司;高纯氮气(≥99.994%),北京氦谱北分气体有限公司;VFA-2-BV系列气体流量计,德威尔公司。
试验原理如图1所示,由高纯氮气、热解装置组件及IR光谱仪组成,用于验证T型电缆插头橡胶材料工作状态下的热稳定性。
在动态的氮气(流速为233 mL/min)介质中,将橡胶试样密封在热分解容器中,确保气路密封性良好,加热电源处于关闭状态,通气一段时间后先进行背景扫描,直至在红外光谱仪测试栏“监控扫描”界面的谱线成一条直线,说明氮气置换完全。
在动态的氮气介质中,加热电源闭合,从低到高设定不同温度梯度,每个温度下稳定15 min,在红外光谱仪测试栏观测到“监控扫描”界面有吸收峰出现对应的温度,即为该材料的初始分解温度。
在动态的氮气介质中,加热电源闭合,根据已测得的试样分解温度进行参比试验,以分解温度为最低限值,从低到高设定不同温度梯度,每个温度下稳定15 min,根据“监控扫描”界面吸收谱线的变化,待吸光强度稳定后分别进行不同温度下的样品扫描。
T型电缆插头橡胶材料作为高分子材料,在高温条件下有可能会发生化学键断裂以及添加剂的逸出,产生烃类等物质。试验采用T型电缆插头底端切割的片状橡胶样品进行热解,选择在60~260℃等8个温度梯度下采集分解产物。试验前确保系统高纯氮气置换完全,分解容器内气体出口管路足够长,高纯氮载气以233 mL/min流速输送至怀特气体池,确保气室基本保持常温及恒定压力,消除温度。压力对气体谱线吸收情况的影响,实验结果如图2所示。从图2可以看出,80℃以上在667 cm-1及2 350 cm-1处有明显的吸收峰,初步判断为CO2气体,而在1 540 cm-1及3 750 cm-1附近有密集的吸收峰出现,初步判断为H2O分子。
为了进一步对T型电缆插头橡胶材料进行定性论证分析,通过HITRAN2016光谱数据库,分别提取了CO2及H2O分子在500~4 200 cm-1波段不同位置线强数据,结果如图3所示。在一定温度条件下,气体分子在一定波长位置的线强不随气体浓度而变化,线强位置和气体分子吸收峰中心一致,可通过线强来进一步对热解产物CO2及H2O进行论证。从图3可以看出,CO2分子及H2O分子在500~4 200 cm-1波段的吸收线强位置与图2实验得到分解产物吸收峰位置一致。因此,80℃以上的初步分解产物分别为CO2及H2O分子。
图2(b)可知,加热至200℃以上时,在806、1 075、1 263、2 855、2 926、2 967 cm-1等位置有明显的吸收峰,通过再解析的光谱谱线检索,如图4所示,吸收峰位置与硅脂完全重叠,其中806 cm-1处、1 263 cm-1处为Si-CH3的吸收峰,1 075 cm-1处为Si-O-Si的吸收峰,2 855、2 926、2 967 cm-1为甲基及亚甲基的弯曲振动吸收峰,与文献报道润滑硅脂的红外吸收峰相吻合[8],判断该吸收谱线为硅脂存在所致,吸收峰出现的温度为200~230℃。随着温度的升高,在高波数(短波长)位置出现谱线基线正漂移,这是由于高温条件下热解产生的大分子团簇[9]随着高纯氮气进入气室后导致光的散射所致。
基于FTIR技术实现对T型电缆插头热解行为的研究,检测系统的理论基础是朗伯-比尔定律,如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:I(v)和I0(v)分别为透射光强与入射光强; σ(v)为频率v处的吸收截面;C为待测气体的浓度;L为有效测量光程长度;A(v)为吸光强度。
式(1)可知气体的浓度与吸光度成线性关系,因此分解组分吸光度的大小可以反映其浓度值。图5为氮气气氛下80~260℃内橡胶材料热解产物吸光度随温度的变化。由图5可知,在80~260℃的热解温度范围内,氮气氛围下,T型电缆插头材料的热解产物分别为CO2、H2O及硅脂,在80℃以下,3种分解产物的吸光度几乎为零,随着温度的升高,CO2和H2O的逸出量逐渐增大,在200℃时达到最大,之后随着温度的升高而降低,两种物质随温度的变化趋势基本一致。在200℃以下,几乎没有硅脂逸出,200℃之后硅脂含量急剧增大,在260℃时硅脂逸出量达到最大,这与硅脂的热稳定性基本吻合[8]
为了验证在室温至300℃时T型电缆插头橡胶材料的质量损失情况,称取10 mg橡胶样品进行研磨备样,采用Diamond TG/DTA综合热分析仪,在氮气氛围下进行测试,气体流速为100 mL/min,升温速率为4℃/min,温度范围为29~305℃。所得热重曲线如图6所示。由图6由热重分析(TGA)曲线可知,当温度升至305℃时,质量损失率为2.50%,表明上述温度附近确有热解产物逸出,但该温度下T型电缆插头本体并未发生分解,质量损失较小。由微商热重分析(DTG)曲线可知,在89℃及238℃附近峰值并不明显,主要由于CO2及硅脂是小分子化合物,占测试样品比重较小,也与TGA曲线基本吻合。
论证了高压电气设备用T型电缆插头橡胶材料初始热解产物的类型,即CO2、H2O和硅脂;CO2与H2O分子的初始分解温度约为80℃,200℃时达到浓度高峰,两者的逸出量随温度的变化趋势相似;硅脂的分解温度为200~230℃,其浓度随着温度升高而增大;热重分析结果显示305℃时,橡胶材料的质量损失率为2.50%。
该试验可为基于气体化学分析实现高压电器用T型电缆插头及电缆线路的故障预判及安稳运行提供依据。
