A silicon carbide/organic montmorillonite/epoxy resin micro-nano non-linear corona resistant composite material was prepared. The influence of silicon carbide and organic montmorillonite content on the dielectric properties of the corona resistant material was studied. Bars were prepared using the corona resistant material, and their corona resistance and surface temperature were tested. The results show that the addition of a certain amount of nano organic montmorillonite could effectively improve the non-linear characteristic of the corona resistant composite, reduce the surface temperature of anti-corona area, and improve the corona resistance of bars.

制备了碳化硅/有机化蒙脱土/环氧树脂微纳米复合非线性防电晕材料,实验分析了复合材料中碳化硅和有机化蒙脱土的含量对材料介电性能的影响,并对应用该复合防电晕材料的线棒进行试验,测试了线棒的耐电晕性能以及防晕区表面温度。结果表明:一定含量的纳米有机化蒙脱土的加入能有效提高SiC防电晕复合材料的非线性特性,降低线棒防晕区域表面温度,提高耐电晕性能。

制备了碳化硅/有机化蒙脱土/环氧树脂微纳米复合非线性防电晕材料,实验分析了复合材料中碳化硅和有机化蒙脱土的含量对材料介电性能的影响,并对应用该复合防电晕材料的线棒进行试验,测试了线棒的耐电晕性能以及防晕区表面温度。结果表明:一定含量的纳米有机化蒙脱土的加入能有效提高SiC防电晕复合材料的非线性特性,降低线棒防晕区域表面温度,提高耐电晕性能。

A silicon carbide/organic montmorillonite/epoxy resin micro-nano non-linear corona resistant composite material was prepared. The influence of silicon carbide and organic montmorillonite content on the dielectric properties of the corona resistant material was studied. Bars were prepared using the corona resistant material, and their corona resistance and surface temperature were tested. The results show that the addition of a certain amount of nano organic montmorillonite could effectively improve the non-linear characteristic of the corona resistant composite, reduce the surface temperature of anti-corona area, and improve the corona resistance of bars.

高压电机定子绕组端部用防电晕漆主要由碳化硅微粉、胶黏剂以及分散剂等组成。其中碳化硅为一种非线性半导体材料,有着电阻随外施电场强度增加而下降的特性。碳化硅应用在电场分布不均匀的发电机定子绕组端部,在高电场作用下碳化硅涂层表面的电阻可以根据所承受电场强度的大小进行自动调节,使绕组端部表面电压分布变得均匀,从而有效消除端部电晕。文献[1-4]对碳化硅的非线性导电机理进行了详尽的研究,但国内外对不同胶黏剂防电晕漆特性的研究却很少,主要集中在单组份聚酯漆和环氧酯漆作为胶黏剂的复合材料防晕漆的特性研究[5-6]
研究表明,环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的耐磨性、耐热性、粘接强度以及冲击强度比纯环氧树脂更加优异[7-10]。若以碳化硅微粉作为填料,环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料作为胶黏剂制备防电晕材料,将会提高防电晕材料的附着性、耐热性等性能,同时,纳米粒子的加入将可能对复合材料的非线性特性产生一定的影响。本研究以环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料作为胶黏剂,与碳化硅一起制备成一种新型微/纳米复合防电晕材料,对其性能进行研究,并与纯环氧树脂作为胶黏剂制备的防电晕漆性能进行对比分析。
双酚A型环氧树脂(EP),无锡树脂厂;低黏度聚酰胺树脂固化剂,北京香山联合助剂厂;600目和1 200目碳化硅(SiC),日本FUJIMI INCORPORATED公司;甲苯、丙酮、无水乙醇,哈尔滨试剂化工厂;硅烷偶联剂A-1100,深圳市海城兴业科技有限公司;过200目筛的有机化蒙脱土(OMMT),自制。
扫描电子显微镜,FEI Sirion 200型,美国FEI电子光学公司;电子偏光显微镜,DM2500P型,德国徕卡公司;紫外成像仪,UVOLLE型,以色列OFIL公司;红外热像仪,Ti10型,FLUKE公司。
用高速搅拌器将一定配比的甲苯、丙酮、无水乙醇和EP的混合溶液搅拌成透明状液体,之后分成6等份,根据EP的质量比,按照0、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%的比例称取OMMT,分多次加入到各EP与溶剂的混合溶液中,高速搅拌均匀后[11],加入定量的固化剂,再次搅拌成没有明显絮状的溶液,防电晕漆胶黏剂制备完成。
按照EP的质量比,分别称取一定质量的600目和1 200目SiC微粉,向SiC微粉中加入无水乙醇和丙酮的混合溶液进行浸润处理。由于SiC粒子比表面积大,易吸附水分,在浸润之前,SiC微粉需在120℃进行干燥处理5 h以去除粒子表面附着的水分。经过浸润处理后的SiC粒子更易与EP胶黏剂融和在一起,不易产生团聚现象[12]
将1.3.1中制备的胶黏剂试样加入到经过浸润处理后的SiC微粉中,在用搅拌器进行高速搅拌的同时,加入一定量的硅烷偶联剂A-1100以降低SiC颗粒和EP分子之间的结合能,使SiC颗粒在胶黏剂试样中分散更加均匀。待混合溶液搅拌均匀后,防电晕漆试样制备完成。
使用毛刷将防电晕漆试样均匀地涂刷在环氧玻璃布板上,为防止在防电晕漆固化过程中SiC粒子发生沉降,影响测试结果,涂刷时漆膜要尽可能薄,并且在第1遍固化后再涂刷第2遍[13]。最终漆膜厚度控制在0.10~0.20 mm。为消除环境因素的影响,涂刷试样在室温固化48 h后,在80℃的烘箱中保持5 h后再进行测试。
为验证微纳米复合防电晕材料的实际应用效果,按照1.3.1胶黏剂试样的制备方法,制备出不同纳米OMMT含量的胶黏剂。然后根据1.3.2防电晕漆的制备方法,分别选用600目和1 200目SiC,按照胶黏剂与SiC质量比为1∶1.8的比例,分别配制了 OMMT含量为0、3%、5%的防电晕漆复合材料试样,并将试样在实验线棒上进行应用。
实验线棒采用铝导体,导体尺寸为13 mm×51 mm,导体圆角半径为2 mm,线棒主绝缘长度为1 200 mm,厚度为3.5 mm。线棒中部涂刷长度为400 mm的低电阻漆作为测量电极,两侧分别涂刷作为中阻漆的以600目SiC为填料的复合材料和作为高阻漆的以1 200目SiC为填料的复合材料[6],涂刷长度分别为150 mm和180 mm。涂刷时,为保证3段防晕漆交接部分过渡良好,中阻漆和高阻漆都分别向前搭接20 mm,即中阻部分与低阻部分、高阻部分与中阻部分分别重合20 mm。为保证涂刷效果,每种防电晕漆都涂刷两遍。
防电晕漆试样表面电阻率和非线性特性的测试采用两电极系统。在固化后的试样表面贴覆铝箔作为电极。电极长度为40 mm,宽度为10 mm,间距为10 mm。由于电极和试样的接触状态对测试结果有极大的影响,为使测试结果准确,每次测试时在电极上均施加2 kg重物使电极与试样表面充分接触[14]。测量线路图如图1所示,其中A是数字检流计,B是高压变压器,Z是整流计,C是滤波电容器,R0是保护电阻,D是电阻分压器,V是静电电压表,RX是试样,F是分流计。
为研究纯EP和EP/OMMT纳米复合材料的微观结构,对两种胶黏剂在扫描电子显微镜(SEM)下进行了观测,结果如图2所示。在SEM测试前,用氢氟酸腐蚀材料试样断面后表面溅射镀碳,再进行测试。从图2可以看出,OMMT以片层结构的形态均匀地分散在EP基体中形成纳米复合材料。
使用高倍偏光显微镜(PLM)对防电晕漆试样的表面状态进行了观测,结果如图3所示。从图3可以看出,纯EP作为胶黏剂的防电晕漆和EP/OMMT纳米复合材料作为胶黏剂的防电晕漆表面都十分平整,SiC粒子在两种胶黏剂中分散比较均匀。
分别以600目SiC和1 200目SiC作为填料,不同OMMT含量胶黏剂的防电晕漆表面电阻率随SiC含量的变化关系如图4所示。从图4可以看出,所有材料的初始表面电阻率ρ0随着SiC含量的增加均呈现下降趋势,随着SiC占比的不断增加,下降趋势逐渐趋于平缓,当SiC与胶黏剂的质量比超过3.0时,ρ0几乎不再变化。测试结果中,600目SiC防电晕漆初始表面电阻率低于1 200目SiC防电晕漆,胶黏剂中OMMT的含量变化对防电晕漆的初始表面电阻率ρ0影响不大。
这主要是因为防电晕漆复合材料的主要成分为胶黏剂和SiC,胶黏剂是绝缘材料,体积电阻率很高,约为1014 Ω·cm,SiC是非线性半导体材料,体积电阻率约为107 Ω·cm,胶黏剂的体积电阻率要远高于SiC材料。随着SiC含量增加,防电晕漆中的SiC颗粒占比增加,胶黏剂占比降低,材料的表面电阻率下降。但当SiC含量达到一定范围时,胶黏剂的特性不再对复合材料产生大的影响,复合材料表现出的特性更接近于SiC粒子的本征性能,随着SiC含量的增加,不再对复合材料的初始表面电阻率ρ0产生大的影响,所以当SiC含量达到一定范围后,ρ0不再随着SiC含量的增加产生变化[9-10]
研究结果表明,对于SiC粒子来讲,其外表面有一层SiO2薄膜[15],随着SiC粒子表面SiO2含量的变化,表现出的非线性系数和电阻率有很大不同[12]。根据SiC导电机理的表面氧化理论,SiC颗粒本身的体积电阻率远小于其表面SiO2薄膜的体积电阻率,所以当有外施电压时,电压主要作用在SiO2薄膜上,SiC颗粒越小,单位长度上的SiO2薄膜厚度越厚,电阻率就越高[16],因此600目SiC防电晕漆的表面电阻率低于1 200目SiC防电晕漆。
ρ0作为反映低电压下防电晕材料本征特性的主要参数,没有随着OMMT含量的增加而产生明显变化,其原因主要是:一定含量范围的OMMT的加入没有改变材料的导电性能,材料的导电通路仍以SiC颗粒本身以及颗粒间SiO2薄膜接触电阻为主,与纯EP作为胶黏剂的材料并无太大差异。
不同OMMT含量的防电晕漆非线性系数β随600目SiC和1 200目SiC含量的变化如图5所示。
图5可以看出,随着SiC含量的增加,所有材料的非线性系数β均不同程度增加;同时,材料的非线性系数β随着OMMT含量的增加均出现升高趋势。填料为600目SiC的防电晕漆试样非线性系数β高于填料为1 200目的SiC防电晕漆试样。
对于SiC材料,决定其非线性特性的最主要因素在于SiC颗粒间的接触性。根据SiC导电机理的表面氧化理论,在电场作用下,绝大部分电压都作用在SiC粒子外面的SiO2薄膜上,粒子越大,SiO2薄膜上的电压降越大。随着外施电压的增加,SiO2薄膜所承受的场强增加,载流子穿过SiO2薄膜的遂道效应、载流子的场发射效应和绝缘层内部中心碰撞电离效应增强,载流子数目增加[2],非线性特性增强。因此填料为600目SiC的防电晕漆试样非线性系数β高于填料为1 200目的SiC防电晕漆试样。随着SiC含量的增加,复合材料的非线性系数升高,主要是因为随着复合材料中SiC含量的增加,SiC颗粒间的胶黏剂厚度减小,对复合材料的非线性导电特性影响降低,SiC颗粒对材料的非线性导电特性作用增强,复合材料的非线性导电特性更加接近于SiC本身的非线性导电特性。
OMMT在复合材料中一方面起到防沉剂的作用,防止SiC颗粒的沉降,改善SiC颗粒的分散性,使SiC颗粒在胶黏剂中分散更加均匀;另一方面,纳米级的OMMT均匀分散在复合材料中,作为分散介质,可以有效地改善SiC颗粒间的接触性,因此,随着OMMT含量的增加,材料的非线性系数提高。
按照1.3.3中的方法,共制备了3根试样线棒,其中1#线棒试样端部防电晕漆胶黏剂为纯EP,2#线棒试样端部防电晕漆胶黏剂中OMMT含量为3%,3#线棒试样端部防电晕漆胶黏剂中OMMT含量为5%。
对3根实验线棒分别施加45 kV的交流电压,在施加电压1 min后使用红外热像仪和紫外成像仪测试线棒端部防晕区域表面温度及放电光子数。线棒防晕区域表面温度测试结果如图6所示,放电光子数如图7所示。
图6图7可以看出,3个试样在施加45 kV电压1 min后防晕区表面最高温度分别为79.1、68.9、67.9℃,放电光子数分别为32 760、2 440、1 080,防晕区表面温度和放电光子数都随着胶黏剂中OMMT含量的增加逐渐降低。这主要是由于OMMT含量的增加,提高了材料的非线性特性[8],改善了电晕放电现象,提高了起晕电压水平。因此,当OMMT含量在5%以下时,随着OMMT含量的增加,SiC复合材料的防电晕效果提高。同时,由于纳米粒子的存在增加了复合材料的热辐射率,在一定范围内,随着OMMT含量的增加,防晕层表面温度降低。
(1)当OMMT含量≤5%时,OMMT的加入有效提高了SiC防电晕材料的非线性特性。
(2)将EP/OMMT/SiC微纳米复合防电晕漆应用在实验线棒端部,当OMMT含量≤5%时,随着其含量的增加,线棒防晕区表面温度降低,线棒起晕电压水平提高。
