In order to study the reliability of traction motor insulation system, according to the operation condition of traction motor, we established a reliability verification method with electrothermal ageing, temperature variation, constant damp heat, mechanical vibration, and sand and dust as ageing factors. The comparative tests were conducted on the reference insulation structure of locomotive traction motor and one to be evaluated, and the non-destructive characteristic parameters including insulation resistance, dielectric loss factor, and PDIV were measured. The results show that the reliability verification method can quickly compare the reliability of insulation system. During the test, the insulation performance increases at first and then decreases. Dielectric loss factor and PDIV have more obvious characterization effect on the ageing of insulation system than insulation resistance.

为了研究牵引电机绝缘系统的可靠性,根据牵引电机的运行环境,制定了电热联合老化、温度变化、恒定湿热、机械振动和沙尘为老化因子的可靠性验证方法,对机车牵引电机基准绝缘结构和待评结构进行对比试验,并测量了绝缘电阻、介质损耗因数和局部放电起始电压等非破坏性特征参数。结果表明:可靠性验证方法可以快速对比绝缘系统的可靠性,试验过程中绝缘性能先升高后下降,介质损耗因数和局部放电起始电压对绝缘系统老化的表征效果比绝缘电阻明显。

为了研究牵引电机绝缘系统的可靠性,根据牵引电机的运行环境,制定了电热联合老化、温度变化、恒定湿热、机械振动和沙尘为老化因子的可靠性验证方法,对机车牵引电机基准绝缘结构和待评结构进行对比试验,并测量了绝缘电阻、介质损耗因数和局部放电起始电压等非破坏性特征参数。结果表明:可靠性验证方法可以快速对比绝缘系统的可靠性,试验过程中绝缘性能先升高后下降,介质损耗因数和局部放电起始电压对绝缘系统老化的表征效果比绝缘电阻明显。

In order to study the reliability of traction motor insulation system, according to the operation condition of traction motor, we established a reliability verification method with electrothermal ageing, temperature variation, constant damp heat, mechanical vibration, and sand and dust as ageing factors. The comparative tests were conducted on the reference insulation structure of locomotive traction motor and one to be evaluated, and the non-destructive characteristic parameters including insulation resistance, dielectric loss factor, and PDIV were measured. The results show that the reliability verification method can quickly compare the reliability of insulation system. During the test, the insulation performance increases at first and then decreases. Dielectric loss factor and PDIV have more obvious characterization effect on the ageing of insulation system than insulation resistance.

绝缘结构是电机的“心脏”,轨道交通牵引电机运行的可靠性很大程度上由绝缘结构的绝缘性能决定。据统计,大约有37%的牵引电机失效是由绝缘故障造成的[1]。同时随着电机变频调速传动技术的不断发展,逆变器的高频脉冲输出容易引起电机绕组绝缘过早失效,因此绝缘系统的性能优劣直接影响到电机的安全性、可靠性和使用寿命。随着列车运行区域的不断扩大,低温、潮湿、风沙等环境因素对牵引电机的影响越来越大,对牵引电机的可靠性要求越来越高。研究表明,变频电机的脉冲电压频率、脉冲上升时间、脉冲电压幅值以及温度对绝缘系统的耐电晕寿命影响比较大[2-4],在加速脉冲电老化试验电压3.0UΦPUΦP指变流器的最高脉冲尖峰电压幅值)下,绝缘系统寿命应不低于1 000 h[5]。牵引电机在运行中除了承受电应力和热应力外,也受到机械振动、潮湿、沙尘等环境应力的影响,因此多因子的老化更能反映电机绝缘系统的性能[6]
本研究对牵引电机的运行条件进行调研,制定可靠性验证的试验流程,制作模拟机车定子绕组绝缘系统的试样,对其进行电热联合老化、温度变化、恒定湿热、机械振动和沙尘的加速老化对比试验,并测量介质损耗因数和绝缘电阻等非破坏性特征参数,评估牵引电机绝缘系统的可靠性。
列车运行区域最北至黑龙江塔河,最南至海南三亚,最西至新疆喀什,环境差异很大。在夏季,牵引电机运行区域中除了青藏高原等地区外,大多数地方普遍高温,6月至8月最热,最高温度为35~40℃,平均气温为37℃左右。而在冬季,我国南北温差很大,黑龙江大兴安岭属全国最冷地区,2019年塔河1月份最高平均气温为-17℃,最低平均气温为-32℃;海南三亚是冬季全国温度最高的地区,2019年1月份最低平均气温为20℃,最高平均气温为27℃。
高温会提高电机的运行温度,低温会使电机启动时受到冷热冲击作用,高温或低温都会影响电机绝缘系统的可靠性。相阿峰等[7]研究的CRH380B型高寒动车组牵引电机具有较好的低温适应性,能在-25℃下启动运行,在-40℃以上的冰雪环境中实现350 km/h设计速度的正常运营,能承受-40~40℃温差的考验。
夏季全国降水量比较大,大部分地区的相对湿度都超过60%。冬季内陆比较干燥,南方和沿海地区的湿度比较大,其中海南省年平均湿度在85%以上,5月至10月空气湿度在90%以上。当绕组湿度为环境空气的露点或露点以下时,绝缘表面就会形成潮气膜,从而降低绝缘电阻。当潮气、油和部分导电飞尘等附着在绕组表面时,能沿着绝缘外部形成部分导电薄膜,在电场强度作用下产生表面电流和爬电,导致绝缘劣化[8]
洪凤平等[9]指出高速交流牵引电机的额定运行转速约为4 140 r/min,最高运行转速可达6 120 r/min,经测试,300 kW牵引电机在6 000 r/min时,轴向、水平、直向的最大振动速度分别为13.5、10.3、6.1 mm/s。运行过程中电机定子绕组在机械振动的作用下会导致两种结果:①使绕组绝缘磨损,造成表面破坏,导致槽放电;②造成绝缘发生机械疲劳损伤,形成局部缺陷或分层[10]
我国目前高速铁路线路主要集中在东部、中部以及南部,西部地区2014年12月底开通了兰新线,运行的CRH5型250 km/h动车组能适应高海拔、高温、高风沙条件[11]。蒋富强等[12]对兰新线的沙尘研究发现,空气中主要沙粒的尺寸集中在0.1~0.25 mm,次要沙粒尺寸为0.25~0.5 mm和小于0.075 mm。列车运行中除了环境中的风沙还有线路上的沙尘,这些沙尘进入电机后在转子的高速运转中获得高速动能冲击绕组绝缘,导致绝缘磨损。
根据T/CEEIA 343—2018[13]规定的可靠性试验流程(如图1所示),制作了两种机车牵引电机的模拟试验模型,两种绝缘结构分别采用厚度为0.12 mm的有机硅少胶云母带A和云母带B,均使用有机硅绝缘漆,采用相同的浸漆工艺,两种试验模型数量均为10个,其中5个用于试验,其余用于对比。使用云母带A的绝缘结构是具有长期可靠运行经验的基准结构,使用云母带B的绝缘结构为待评结构。
(1)初始诊断试验:在试验前对试样进行初始诊断试验,获得试样起始阶段(老化试验前)的状态和绝缘特性,以便与试验后的状态进行对比。初始诊断试验包括测试绝缘电阻、介质损耗因数和局部放电起始电压。
(2)电热联合老化试验:根据T/CEEIA 343—2018,选择在180℃、2.5倍峰值电压(Up)下进行250 h的工频电热联合老化试验。
(3)机械振动试验:根据GB/T 2423.10—2019[14],选择振动频率为100 Hz,振幅为0.2 mm,振动加速度为2 g,振动时间为8 h。
(4)温度变化试验:根据GB/T 2423.22—2012[15],高温选取155℃,低温选取-45℃,升温速率为(3±0.6)℃/min,降温速率为 (1±0.2)℃/min,两个温度下的暴露时间均为3 h,高低温循环12次。
(5)恒定湿热试验:根据GB/T 2423.3—2006[16]选择试验温度为(40±2)℃、相对湿度为(93%、3%),试验时间为168 h(7 d)。
(6)沙尘试验:模拟户外和车载环境条件下沙尘对样品的密封性能和磨蚀影响,根据GB/T 2423.37—2006[17],沙尘试验选择最严酷的Lc吹沙尘方式进行,持续时间为4 h。
(7)电气性能试验:电气性能试验主要用于检测每老化分周期后绝缘状态的变化,测试项目与初始诊断试验相同。
初始诊断的数据如图2表1所示,可以看出两种结构试样的初始诊断数据比较接近,其中A结构试样的介质损耗因数比B结构试样小,绝缘电阻、局部放电起始电压略高于B结构试样。
根据文献[18]测试云母带和浸渍树脂的相容性试验方法,对两种结构的试样在200℃下进行热态介质损耗因数测试,结果如图3所示。从图3可以看出,B结构试样的热态介质损耗因数明显小于A结构试样,说明B结构试样与浸渍树脂的相容性优于A结构试样。
对5个对比试样进行击穿电压试验,测得A结构试样的击穿电压中值为40.77 kV,B结构试样的击穿电压中值为40.18 kV。
上述数据表明B结构试样的常态电气性能较A结构试样差,但其热态介质损耗因数较低,综合来看两种结构性能差异不大。
经过4个周期的老化试验,A结构试样在第4周期进行了4 h的电热联合老化试验后第3个试样失效,B结构试样在第4周期试验完成后只有1个试样失效,因此B结构试样的可靠性优于A结构试样。
在直流1 kV下测得试样的常态绝缘电阻随试验周期数的变化趋势如图4所示。
图4可以看出,两种云母带结构的绝缘电阻都随着试验周期的增加不断减小,这是由于可靠性试验中的恒定湿热试验后,绝缘表面受潮,沙尘试验后,绝缘表面受到沙尘污染,表面的泄漏电流增大,绝缘电阻减小。从第二周期开始,A结构试样的绝缘电阻略小于B结构试样,但两者数据差异不明显。
在常态温度(室温)和1.0Up(峰值电压)测量电压下,测量得到试样的介质损耗因数随试验周期数的变化趋势如图5所示。从图5可以看出,第一周期试验后两种结构试样的介质损耗因数略有减小,这是由于经过高温烘培后绝缘漆进一步固化,绝缘性能进一步提升。此后两种云母带结构试样的介质损耗因数随试验周期数的增加不断增大,这是因为可靠性试验过程中绝缘受潮,并随着电热联合老化时间的增加绝缘系统不断老化,所以介质损耗因数不断增大。
在低压下介质损耗因数及其增量与电压无关,当测试电压增大时,如果绝缘中有空隙,就会发生局部放电,介质损耗因数及其增量就会增大。图6为两种结构的介质损耗因数增量(tanδ1.0Up-tanδ0.2Up)的变化趋势。
图6可以看出,介质损耗因数增量随试验周期的增加不断增大,这是由于可靠性试验中的温度变化和机械振动产生的机械应力使绝缘出现分层现象,导致绝缘性能下降。
第二周期后A结构试样的介质损耗因数及增量明显大于B结构试样,说明B结构试样的耐老化性能优于A结构试样。
工频局部放电起始电压(PDIV)随试验周期数的变化趋势如图7所示。
图7可以看出,经过一个周期的试验后,两种结构试样的PDIV都提高,这是由于绝缘系统进一步固化,消除了部分气隙。第二周期开始后PDIV不断下降,说明随着老化周期的增加绝缘内部气隙电场触发了局部放电的产生,绝缘内部和表面空间电荷的累积加剧了局部放电现象[19],从而加速绝缘失效。第二周期后A结构试样的PDIV比B结构试样结构的PDIV下降快,而电热联合老化时A结构试样有一个试样失效,说明A结构试样的老化速度比较快。
(1)模拟牵引电机运行条件制定的电热联合老化、机械振动、温度变化、恒定湿热以及沙尘为老化因子的可靠性验证方法,可以快速对比绝缘结构的可靠性,适用于牵引电机绝缘系统选型。
(2)机车牵引电机基准绝缘系统可以通过3个周期的可靠性验证试验,待评结构的可靠性优于基准结构,可以进行替代。
(3)牵引电机绝缘系统在老化过程中,由于高温的作用绝缘漆进一步固化,绝缘系统的性能呈现先提升后下降的趋势,介质损耗因数和PDIV对绝缘系统老化的表征效果比绝缘电阻明显。
