Due to its advantages of high flash point, high ignition point, and biodegradability, natural ester insulating oil is gradually being promoted and applied in high voltage level power transformers. In order to provide basic data support for the insulation structure design of high voltage and large capacity natural ester transformer, we took mineral oil as a reference, and selected natural ester insulating oil as the test object to analyze its breakdown characteristics and gas generation law under lightning impulse voltage. The results show that the lightning impulse breakdown voltage of natural ester turn-to-turn insulation is above 200 kV, with the increase of turn-to-turn insulation thickness and insulation gap distance, it shows an upward trend and is slightly lower than the breakdown voltage of mineral oil under the same conditions. H2 and C2H2 dissolved in oil are the main characteristic gases under lightning impulse voltage, and their relative percentage content increases with the increase of insulation gap. The Duval pentagon method is used for fault diagnosis of dissolved gases in oil, and the discharge at the fault points are basically diagnosed as high-energy discharge, which are consistent with the energy released by lightning impulse.

天然酯绝缘油具有闪点高、燃点高、可生物降解等优点,逐步在高电压等级的电力变压器中推广应用。为了对高电压、大容量天然酯变压器的绝缘结构设计提供基础数据支撑,本文以矿物油为参比,选取天然酯绝缘油作为试验对象,分析其在雷电冲击电压作用下的击穿特性和产气规律。结果表明:天然酯匝间绝缘雷电冲击击穿电压均在200 kV以上,随着匝间绝缘厚度和绝缘间隙距离的增大呈现上升趋势,且略小于相同条件下矿物油的击穿电压;油中溶解的H2和C2H2是雷电冲击电压作用下的主要特征气体,其相对百分含量随绝缘间隙的增大而增大;采用Duval五边形法对油中溶解气体进行故障诊断,故障点的放电基本被诊断为高能放电,与雷电冲击所释放的能量一致。

天然酯绝缘油具有闪点高、燃点高、可生物降解等优点,逐步在高电压等级的电力变压器中推广应用。为了对高电压、大容量天然酯变压器的绝缘结构设计提供基础数据支撑,本文以矿物油为参比,选取天然酯绝缘油作为试验对象,分析其在雷电冲击电压作用下的击穿特性和产气规律。结果表明:天然酯匝间绝缘雷电冲击击穿电压均在200 kV以上,随着匝间绝缘厚度和绝缘间隙距离的增大呈现上升趋势,且略小于相同条件下矿物油的击穿电压;油中溶解的H2和C2H2是雷电冲击电压作用下的主要特征气体,其相对百分含量随绝缘间隙的增大而增大;采用Duval五边形法对油中溶解气体进行故障诊断,故障点的放电基本被诊断为高能放电,与雷电冲击所释放的能量一致。

Due to its advantages of high flash point, high ignition point, and biodegradability, natural ester insulating oil is gradually being promoted and applied in high voltage level power transformers. In order to provide basic data support for the insulation structure design of high voltage and large capacity natural ester transformer, we took mineral oil as a reference, and selected natural ester insulating oil as the test object to analyze its breakdown characteristics and gas generation law under lightning impulse voltage. The results show that the lightning impulse breakdown voltage of natural ester turn-to-turn insulation is above 200 kV, with the increase of turn-to-turn insulation thickness and insulation gap distance, it shows an upward trend and is slightly lower than the breakdown voltage of mineral oil under the same conditions. H2 and C2H2 dissolved in oil are the main characteristic gases under lightning impulse voltage, and their relative percentage content increases with the increase of insulation gap. The Duval pentagon method is used for fault diagnosis of dissolved gases in oil, and the discharge at the fault points are basically diagnosed as high-energy discharge, which are consistent with the energy released by lightning impulse.

当前,我国能源革命电力转型正走向前台,着力实现电力供给向清洁能源转化[1]。电力变压器是电网设备建设的重点,其中作为变压器“血液”的绝缘油起到绝缘、散热、灭弧等作用[2]。由于传统矿物绝缘油的燃点、闪点较低且不可再生,在变压器内部发生故障时易导致设备爆炸和绝缘油泄漏等事故,进而对环境造成严重的污染[3-4]。因此,天然酯绝缘油在变压器中的应用越来越广泛,并且逐步向高电压等级的电力变压器推广和应用[5-7]。2022年山东电力设备有限公司成功研制了世界上首台500 kV天然酯绝缘油变压器,并顺利通过了全部型式试验。
在工程实际应用中,电力变压器普遍采用油-纸绝缘结构,其中变压器的匝间绝缘和层间绝缘是一种准均匀场,其尺寸较大且出线端电场较为集中,是决定油浸式变压器纵绝缘水平的重要绝缘结构[8-9]。目前通常采用雷电冲击电压评估电介质本身的绝缘性能。然而对于天然酯绝缘油在均匀电场下的击穿性能研究相对较少。K J RAPP等[10]通过平行布置匝间绝缘电极模型模拟天然酯在准均匀场下的击穿性能,发现天然酯在12~50 mm油隙下的击穿电压与矿物油相近,但在同等油隙下天然酯一般比矿物油低10~15%。K J RAPP等[11]又采用碟状电极模拟稍不均匀场下天然酯油隙的击穿性能,发现天然酯的大间隙击穿电压与矿物油的相近,且没有明显的极性效应。
由于国内大容量天然酯变压器挂网较少,油-纸绝缘结构所需的理论与数据支撑不足,对其绝缘结构设计与安全距离的把握仍缺乏深入的研究与系统的理论,因此有必要针对天然酯变压器在雷电冲击电压下的绝缘性能进行深入研究,进一步探索天然酯变压器的绝缘结构设计方法,为500 kV天然酯变压器的结构优化提供击穿数据支撑。
因此,本文通过设计搭建一套天然酯绝缘油雷电冲击放电试验平台,研究匝间绝缘模型在雷电冲击电压作用下的击穿特性,同时取试验油样进行油中溶解气体分析,为天然酯变压器的结构设计和优化提供基础数据支撑。
采用目前应用广泛且具有代表性的Midel eN 1204型菜籽基天然酯绝缘油作为试验对象,选取克拉玛依25#矿物绝缘油进行对比试验,表1所示为菜籽基天然酯绝缘油的基本性能参数,其电气性能参数与矿物油基本相近,且燃点较高,可达350℃以上。
试验选用变压器制造厂绕制而成的匝间绝缘模型如图1所示。电极采用矩形铜条(厚度为1.25 mm,宽度为11.20 mm,长度为380 mm),铜条外表面包裹不同层数厚度为0.75 mm的绝缘纸,用以模拟变压器绕组中不同厚度的匝间绝缘。电极之间间距可在4~8 mm调节,用以模拟匝间绝缘的不同间隙距离。电极间用3个绝缘纸匝块(中间以及两边)绑好固定,在样品处理和运输过程中保持准确的间隙,安装电极后可将匝块拆除。电极出线处引出150 mm,用以连接高压端和低压端,并固定在减压盘处。设计规格为500 mm×400 mm的固定支架,采用环氧树脂螺杆固定减压盘以及电极,其中用于固定减压盘的固定装置开口为长条,通过与铜夹子的配合调节和固定电极的位置。
根据油浸式变压器中常见匝间绝缘规格选取3种匝间绝缘模型,其中匝间绝缘厚度分别为0.60、0.95、1.35 mm。对上述3种匝间绝缘模型分别在3种绝缘间隙下进行模拟试验,间隙分别为4、6、8 mm。
在试验前,需要对绝缘油和匝间绝缘电极模型进行严格的预处理,以去除其中水分和气体,保证试验数据的重复性和有效性[12]。首先,采用真空滤油机对试验所用天然酯绝缘油进行过滤以及脱水脱气处理,设定滤油机温度为80℃,气压为100 Pa。然后将匝间绝缘电极模型和固定纸板放入真空干燥箱中进行脱水脱气处理,再将干燥后的匝间绝缘模型安装于试验罐体中,对罐体进行真空注油并循环,以充分浸渍缺陷模型并消除气泡的干扰。最后,对绝缘油和绝缘纸板进行微水含量测定,发现测试结果均满足标准中所给出的干燥要求,因此可认为残余水分对试验结果的影响可忽略不计[13]
天然酯匝间绝缘雷电冲击系统平台如图2所示,主要包括冲击电压发生器、信号采集及控制系统、放电试验罐体、阻容分压器等。该平台可以实现不同间隙距离、不同缺陷形式下的匝间绝缘雷电冲击放电试验。其中,冲击电压发生器可以通过改变波头电阻和波尾电阻产生1.2(±30%)/50(±20%)μs的标准雷电冲击波形。所施加的标准雷电冲击电压经过分压器测量后输出至采集系统,从而将电压电流波形记录下来。采用匝间绝缘缺陷模型用以模拟天然酯变压器中的匝间绝缘和层间绝缘。试验罐体容量约为800 L,其中罐体上层油箱用于试验,下层油箱用于储油,便于在缺陷电极模型更换过程中进行油样调整,如图3所示。
采用逐级升压法进行天然酯匝间绝缘的雷电冲击试验,对比分析其在不同匝间绝缘厚度和不同油隙距离下的雷电击穿特性和产气规律。主要试验流程如下:
(1)试验准备:按照相关标准及要求制作匝间绝缘电极模型,安装试验罐体内部的绝缘件、引线以及结构件等。
(2)试验样品预处理:对试验油样和匝间绝缘电极模型进行脱水脱气处理;对电极模型进行真空浸渍,在试验罐体内部进行热油循环。
(3)选择合适的放电试验起始电压,采用逐级升压法进行雷电冲击试验。每次施加雷电冲击电压至少间隔2 min,直至匝间绝缘模型发生击穿。记录此时的电压、电流波形,并取油样进行油中溶解气体分析。
(4)每种规格的匝间绝缘模型共获得10组有效数据后,将试验油箱的天然酯绝缘油放入试验罐体的下部油箱进行循环过滤,更换匝间电极模型后进行下一组试验。
对天然酯匝间绝缘模型在3种匝间绝缘规格、3种绝缘间隙下进行雷电冲击放电试验,发现在击穿瞬间辐射出强烈的光,匝间绝缘模型的绝缘纸表面严重碳化受损,且电极在电动力作用下发生位移变形,如图4所示。
图5所示为天然酯匝间绝缘雷电冲击击穿电压随匝间绝缘厚度和绝缘间隙距离的变化规律,其中雷电冲击电压为多次重复性试验的平均值,经计算标准差均在10 kV以内。从图5可以看出,天然酯匝间绝缘的雷电冲击击穿电压均在200 kV以上。在同一匝间绝缘厚度下,天然酯匝间绝缘的雷电冲击击穿电压随着绝缘间隙距离的增大而增大,其增长趋势大致呈线性关系。其中匝间绝缘厚度为1.35 mm时的雷电冲击击穿电压随绝缘间隙距离变化的增长率最高,其在绝缘间隙为8 mm时的雷电冲击击穿电压可高达480 kV。
在同一绝缘间隙距离下,天然酯匝间绝缘的雷电冲击击穿电压随着匝间绝缘厚度的增大而增大。在绝缘间隙为4 mm时,不同匝间绝缘厚度下的雷电冲击击穿电压较为相近,均在250 kV左右。而在绝缘间隙为6 mm和8 mm时,不同匝间绝缘厚度下的雷电冲击击穿电压差异变大,其值可达25 kV以上。
图6所示为矿物绝缘油匝间绝缘雷电冲击击穿电压随绝缘厚度和绝缘间隙的变化规律,将其与天然酯匝间绝缘雷电冲击击穿电压进行对比分析。从图6可以发现,传统矿物绝缘油匝间绝缘的雷电冲击击穿电压同样也随着绝缘间隙、匝间绝缘厚度的增大呈现增大趋势。对比图5图6可以看出,在同一匝间绝缘厚度和绝缘间隙距离下,两种绝缘油体系下的匝间击穿特性存在一定差异。传统矿物绝缘油的匝间绝缘雷电冲击击穿电压略大于Midel eN 1204型菜籽基天然酯的雷电冲击击穿电压,增幅大约为10%。此外,天然酯的雷电冲击击穿电压更易受绝缘厚度影响,绝缘厚度越大,击穿电压随绝缘间隙的增大变化更加明显。
分析原因可以发现,Midel eN 1204型菜籽基天然酯主要由混合的甘油三酸酯构成,而矿物油主要由碳氢化合物构成。相比于传统矿物油,甘油三酸酯具有较小的电离能和结合能,在放电过程中更易吸附电子。在雷电冲击电压作用下,天然酯中低电离能分子贡献了大部分的自由电子和正离子,促使流注快速发展,从而导致天然酯匝间绝缘的击穿电压较小[14]。在击穿过程中随着间隙距离增大,流注发展的距离增大,根据流注发展理论所需要的自由电子更多,此时由甘油三酸酯和纸板构成的匝间绝缘结构释放的自由电子更少,因此流注发展更困难,击穿电压也会更高。间隙越大,击穿电压的增大越明显。
在每次试验后均取绝缘油进行油中溶解气体分析,以此判断雷电冲击电压作用于匝间绝缘模型的产气规律。以放电试验前油中溶解气体含量为基础,仅分析各气体含量增量。选取匝间绝缘厚度为0.60 mm时两种绝缘油中溶解气体数据为代表,分析其在不同绝缘间隙下的产气特性,结果如图7所示。从图7可以看出,两种绝缘油中溶解气体含量较大且变化最为明显的是H2、C2H2以及C2H4,其中H2的占比最大,可达50%左右,C2H2的占比为20%左右,其他特征气体的占比相对较小。因此,油中溶解的H2、C2H2可作为雷电冲击电压作用下的特征气体。此外,随着绝缘间隙的增大,油中溶解的H2和C2H2的相对百分含量均呈现上升的趋势,而C2H4呈现下降的趋势。这可能是由于绝缘间隙变大导致雷电冲击电压变大,进一步作用于缺陷模型的放电能量增大,而C2H4较不稳定,易进一步分解产生高能气体C2H2
在同样条件下,将天然酯与矿物油的油中溶解气体进行对比分析,可以发现,矿物油中溶解的H2和C2H2含量均大于天然酯中的含量,分别为天然酯中的1.06倍和1.15倍,而C2H6的占比小于天然酯中的占比。这可能是由于分子结构和组成导致了两种绝缘油间产气特性存在差异。
M DUVAL等[15-16]通过收集现场运行数据以及实验室模拟数据提出了适用于天然酯绝缘油的故障诊断方法,主要有Duval三角形法和Duval五边形法,其中Duval五边形法是为了修正Duval三角形法的不足而提出的。本文采用适用于Midel eN 1204型绝缘油的Duval五边形法对雷电冲击电压作用后的油中溶解气体数据进行故障诊断,如图8所示,同样选取匝间绝缘厚度为0.60 mm的油中溶解气体数据进行分析。从图8可以看出,天然酯匝间绝缘模型在雷电冲击电压作用下故障点除间距最低的两组情况外,其余均落在D2区域,放电类型可被诊断为高能放电,其与雷电冲击电压所释放的放电能量一致,说明Duval五边形法对于天然酯的高能放电故障的判定具有一定适用性。此外,随着绝缘间隙和绝缘厚度的增大,故障点逐渐向五边形的右下方移动,其代表5种特征气体中C2H2和C2H4的含量逐渐增多,故障严重程度较剧烈。
本文通过搭建雷电冲击放电试验平台,设计匝间绝缘放电模型,研究分析了天然酯变压器匝间绝缘在雷电冲击电压作用下的击穿特性和产气规律,得到主要结论如下:
(1)天然酯匝间绝缘雷电冲击击穿电压均在200 kV以上。相比于矿物油,天然酯匝间绝缘的雷电冲击击穿电压相对较小,差值约为10%。匝间绝缘厚度和油隙距离的增大均会导致匝间绝缘雷电冲击击穿电压增大,其中匝间绝缘厚度一定时,击穿电压随油隙距离的增大呈现线性增长趋势。
(2)在雷电冲击电压作用下,油中溶解的H2和C2H2为主要特征气体,其占比随着匝间绝缘厚度和油隙距离增大呈现上升趋势。相比于矿物油,在同一匝间绝缘厚度和油隙距离下,天然酯中H2和C2H2含量相对较少。采用Duval五边形法进行故障诊断,结果为高能放电,与雷电冲击所释放的能量一致。
(3)天然酯绝缘油具有良好的环境友好特性,且电气特性与矿物油较为相近,可逐步向高电压、大容量的变压器推广应用,本文相关数据可为天然酯变压器的结构设计及优化提供基础数据支撑。
