In order to investigate the arc resistance of coating modified polyimide fabric, a waterborne polyurethane was used as matrix to prepare a barrier thermal insulating coating with SiO2 aerogel and a reflective thermal insulating coating with TiO2 filler, and then two coatings were applied on the polyimide fabric, respectively. The effect of filler addition amount and the matrix on the thermal protection performance and rupture performance of polyimide fabric under the effect of fault arc was studied. The results show that the thermal protection performance of the modified polyimide fabric increases with the increase of filler addition, the thermal protection performance of polyimide modified by thermal insulating coating with 6% of SiO2 and 6% of TiO2 increases by 34.79% and 21.78%, respectively. Waterborne polyurethane matrix has no effect on the thermal protection performance of polyimide fabrics, but it can make their rupture performances increase by 20%.

为探究涂层改性的聚酰亚胺织物的防电弧性能,本研究使用水性聚氨酯为基体,分别制备了以SiO2气凝胶为填料的阻隔型隔热涂料和以TiO2为填料的反射型隔热涂料。分别将两种涂料涂敷在聚酰亚胺织物上,考察在故障电弧作用下,填料添加量和基体对聚酰亚胺织物热防护性能和破裂性能的影响。结果表明:改性后的聚酰亚胺织物的热防护性能随填料添加量增加而提升,添加6%的SiO2和6%的TiO2隔热涂层分别使聚酰亚胺热防护性能提高了34.79%和21.78%;水性聚氨酯基体对聚酰亚胺织物的热防护性能无影响,但使其破裂性能提升了20%。

In order to investigate the arc resistance of coating modified polyimide fabric, a waterborne polyurethane was used as matrix to prepare a barrier thermal insulating coating with SiO2 aerogel and a reflective thermal insulating coating with TiO2 filler, and then two coatings were applied on the polyimide fabric, respectively. The effect of filler addition amount and the matrix on the thermal protection performance and rupture performance of polyimide fabric under the effect of fault arc was studied. The results show that the thermal protection performance of the modified polyimide fabric increases with the increase of filler addition, the thermal protection performance of polyimide modified by thermal insulating coating with 6% of SiO2 and 6% of TiO2 increases by 34.79% and 21.78%, respectively. Waterborne polyurethane matrix has no effect on the thermal protection performance of polyimide fabrics, but it can make their rupture performances increase by 20%.

随着经济的飞速发展,电力系统安全稳定运行已成为影响国计民生的重要因素,人们对电力系统的可靠性运行提出了更高的要求[1]。电力企业为了避免停电造成的经济损失,在日常检修工作中常采用带电作业的检修手段,然而带电作业会使得工作人员暴露在电力事故危险当中,提高电力事故发生的可能性。
带电作业的危险主要来自于电弧,电弧通常发生在电极与电极之间或电极与人体之间,是电力系统检修作业中的重大威胁,其对人身安全和设备安全的影响巨大[2]。电弧的危害主要有强紫外效应、冲击波效应和热效应3种,电弧瞬间释放大量的热量,核心温度达到10 000℃,周围空气被压缩后形成高热气流,造成从业人员灼伤甚至死亡[3]。研究表明[4],皮肤暴露于1.2 cal/cm2的入射能量下1 s,就会造成二级烧伤。为了保护带电作业中从业人员的人身安全,降低电力事故发生的可能性,国内外开始了对电弧防护织物的研究。
国外对于电弧防护织物的研究较早,1986年,美国杜邦公司决定针对电弧防护开展个人防护装备计划;2003年,T GAMMON等[5]通过实验研究了工作环境中可能出现的电弧事故,并提出了电弧能量的经验计算公式;2008年,L GENEVIEVE[6]开展电弧热效应防护实验,研究了防电弧服的防护性能,提出永久阻燃性对于电弧防护织物的重要性;另外,为实现防电弧服的产品化,织物舒适性和热防护性能也十分关键。2015年,M GOLOVKOV等[7]在实验中发现,在较高电弧能量的作用下,人们的反应时间大于起火时间。当前已有商品级的产品,如杜邦公司的Nomex®、IFR®永久阻燃防电弧面料,其中Nomex®由芳纶1313制成,IFR®永久阻燃防电弧面料由芳纶1313、芳纶1414和抗静电纤维混纺而成。国内对于电弧防护织物的研究开展时间较晚但成果颇丰。李冻等[8]研究了POD纤维在防电弧混纺织物的应用,结果表明POD纤维改善了织物的舒适性和防护性能,其中织物的耐磨性是芳纶1313的两倍。朱雯等[9]针对电弧防护面料性能测试时间周期长、成本高等问题,利用材料的物理性能参数构建了数学模型以预测织物的防护性能。汤晓兰等[10]通过实验探究了面料颜色与电弧防护织物性能的关系,结果表明面料颜色对织物的力学性能和阻燃性能无影响,但可以显著提高电弧防护性能。此外,我国关于防电弧服的标准GB 8965.4—2022[11]指出,电弧热防护性能值和破裂阈值是防电弧服质量的关键指标。目前,国内采用的电弧防护织物仍以进口的杜邦芳纶面料为主,但是芳纶在高温裂解时会释放出有毒气体,对从业人员的健康带来威胁。因此开发一种耐高温、阻燃、无毒、可自主生产的电弧防护织物材料尤为关键。
聚酰亚胺(PI)分子主链上含有酰亚胺环基团使其具有优异的耐高温性能、阻燃性和力学性能,此外它的化学性能稳定,介电性能良好。在柔性太阳能电池领域,耐高温、透光率高的聚酰亚胺用于衬底材料可以提高电池的光电转化效率[12];在脉冲电容器领域,高介电常数、低介质损耗的聚酰亚胺可以提高脉冲电容器的储能密度[13],有望突破储能密度不高于5.0 J/cm3的行业瓶颈。在电弧防护领域,侯喆等[14]通过实验探讨了聚酰亚胺织物的防电弧性能,结果表明聚酰亚胺的防护效果优于芳纶1313。MA C等[15]通过分子动力学分析,发现聚酰亚胺比芳纶1313有着更高的玻璃化转变温度,意味着其耐高温性能优于芳纶1313。王肖杰等[16]使用聚酰亚胺纤维作为外层面料制作了防护服并进行了相关测试,结果表明,聚酰亚胺织物除抗撕裂性之外的其他性能均满足标准GA 10—2014《消防员灭火防护服》要求。总而言之,当前研究表明聚酰亚胺织物可以用于电弧防护领域。
电弧防护织物的热防护性能是评判其防护效果的关键因素[17],因此提高织物的隔热性能至关重要。在织物表面涂敷隔热涂料形成隔热涂层是提高热防护性能最为有效的方法之一,其具有操作简单、应用范围广、隔热效果显著等特点。隔热涂料由基体、填料和助剂构成。依据填料的不同可以将隔热涂料分为阻隔型隔热涂料、反射型隔热涂料和辐射型隔热涂料。阻隔型隔热涂料通常选择导热系数较低的填料,这些填料多为多孔结构,通过引入导热系数较低的空气阻碍热量的传递实现隔热,如纳米SiO2气凝胶等;反射型隔热涂料通常选择对热射线的反射率大、吸收率低的填料,如TiO2、Al2O3、ZnO等[18]。在基体方面,主要有聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂及复合型树脂等,其中水性聚氨酯(waterborne polyurethane,WPU)以其黏度大、耐磨耗、耐射线、高弹性等优点应用广泛[19-21],且无机纳米材料在水性聚氨酯内分散性较好[22]
本研究采用水性聚氨酯为基体,选取纳米SiO2气凝胶、纳米TiO2为填料分别制备阻隔型和反射型隔热涂料对聚酰亚胺织物进行改性,然后进行热防护性能和破裂性能的试验,探讨其在电弧防护领域应用的可行性。
称取质量分数为50%的乙醇溶液和水性聚氨酯置于烧杯中,混合搅拌均匀后,再分别加入质量分数2%、4%、6%的SiO2气凝胶或纳米TiO2和少许分散剂,通过超声分散和搅拌使纳米填料分散均匀,制得涂料。各材料的用量及厂家等信息如表1所示。
本研究选用江苏奥神新材料股份有限公司生产的聚酰亚胺织物为研究对象,其径纱密度为285根/10 cm,纬纱密度为210根/10 cm,单位面积质量为200 g/m2
将聚酰亚胺织物裁剪为8 cm×8 cm的小块,浸泡于隔热涂料中1 h,然后放入60℃烘干箱内烘焙 1 h,在织物表面形成面密度为0.5 g/cm2的隔热涂层,制备流程如图1所示,制得的试样如图2所示。试样分别命名为PI&2%SiO2、PI&4%SiO2、PI&6%SiO2、PI&2%TiO2、PI&4%TiO2、PI&6%TiO2
依据ASTM F1959/F1959M:14e1和IEC 61482-1-1:2019两个测试标准搭建电弧防护织物实验平台,起弧装置依据ASTM F1959中的规定进行搭建,包括绝缘杆、铜电极和熔断丝3部分,如图3所示。
为检测织物的热防护性能和破裂性能,采用升压变压器为电容器组充电,待充电电压达到目标电压值时,充电结束断开开关S。闭合断路器CB,使得电容器组对试验回路放电,产生大电流,使熔断丝融化,在两电极间隙产生约8 ms的电弧,电弧灼烧覆盖在铜量热计上的织物。
通过铜量热计的温升计算出铜量热计接收到的电弧能量来表征织物的电弧热防护性能,如式(1)所示,ASTM E457:2008中指明了入射能量造成人体二级烧伤所需时间与铜量热计温升的关系,如式(2)所示,可由此得到Stoll曲线,最后依据Stoll二级烧伤准则衡量。电弧爆炸产生的能量入射至铜量热计表面使得铜量热计表面温度升高,若温升曲线与Stoll曲线相交,则说明当前能量足以对人体造成二级烧伤,反之则不会。

式(1)~(2)中:Q为入射至铜量热计表面的能量, J/cm2m为铜量计所采用铜片的质量,g;Ca为温度上升期间铜片的平均热容量,J/(g·℃);Ti为铜量热计铜片的初始温度,℃;Tf为热暴露一定时间后铜片的温度,℃;S为铜量热计铜片的面积,cm2ρC为铜的密度,kg/m3CP为铜的比热容,J/(kg·℃);ΔT为温度上升值,℃;Δt为时间变化量,s。
织物热防护性能试验:首先为电容器充电,设置放电电流等级为4 kA,电极间距为2 cm,铜量热计距熔断丝2 cm,将织物覆盖于铜量热计表面。然后闭合开关,发生放电,记录120 s内铜量热计表面的温度,计算温升并绘制温升曲线,用来评价织物的热防护性能。本研究模拟工作人员未采取防护,直接暴露在电弧下的情况,铜量热计表面未覆盖防护织物,其温升曲线与Stoll曲线如图4所示。从图4可以看出,铜量热计温升曲线与Stoll曲线相交,表明直接暴露在电弧下,如果从业人员不采取防护,则会造成二级烧伤。
织物破裂性能试验:采用与热防护性能试验相同的试验条件,对同一试样进行多次电弧作用。通过观察铜量热计表面覆盖的试样是否发生破裂,记录耐受次数,作为评价织物在电弧作用下破裂性能优劣的依据,破裂的聚酰亚胺织物如图5所示。
为探究阻隔型隔热涂料中SiO2气凝胶的添加量以及反射型隔热涂料中纳米TiO2的添加量对聚酰亚胺织物热防护性能的影响,将涂敷不同填料添加量涂料的聚酰亚胺织物分别覆盖于铜量热计的表面进行电弧试验。
将未经处理的聚酰亚胺织物和仅涂敷水性聚氨酯的聚酰亚胺织物(PI&WPU)作为试验材料,分别覆盖在铜量热计上,每组进行5次试验,每次试验均采用新的织物样品,每次试验记录电弧爆炸120 s内铜量热计的温度,计算铜量热计的温升,如图6所示。
图6可以看出,PI和PI&WPU在电弧爆炸作用下引发的铜量热计温升几乎一致,这是由于水性聚氨酯与聚酰亚胺的热导率均为0.1~0.2 W/(m·K),较为接近,隔热性能相似。但试验中发现,由于水性聚氨酯的燃点较低,在多次电弧爆炸的作用下,织物表面的涂层出现明火。
将不同填料类型、不同填料添加量的样品分成若干组进行试验,每个试样进行1次试验,每组进行5次试验。将试样包覆在铜量热计上,在4 kA的试验电流作用下,记录120 s内铜量热计的温度,并计算温升,结果如图7所示。
图7(a)可以看出,随着涂层内SiO2气凝胶的加入,铜量热计的温升出现明显的下降,这是因为SiO2气凝胶的加入在织物表面形成了疏松多孔的结构,使得热导率较低的空气进入到涂层中,有效地减弱了热量在涂层内的传递,提升了聚酰亚胺的热防护性能。
与未涂敷隔热涂层的PI织物相比,PI&2%SiO2、PI&4%SiO2、PI&6%SiO2分别使得铜量热计的温升下降了20.13%、30.27%、34.79%。测试过程中还观察到,随着SiO2气凝胶添加量的增加,涂层开始出现结块,涂层内SiO2气凝胶的添加量趋于饱和,涂层内部引入的空气逐渐减少,对织物热防护性能的提升效果逐渐下降。
图7(b)可以看出,反射型填料纳米TiO2的加入也使得铜量热计的温升出现明显的下降。这是因为纳米TiO2的加入使得电弧爆炸产生的热辐射在涂层表面发生反射,减少了热量的射入,提升了聚酰亚胺的热防护性能。
与未涂敷隔热涂层的PI织物相比,PI&2%SiO2、PI&4%SiO2、PI&6%SiO2分别使得铜量热计的温升下降了12.05%、15.34%、21.78%。随着纳米TiO2添加量的增加,涂层对电弧爆炸引发的热辐射的反射面积也不断扩大,使得织物的热防护性能不断上升,但由于纳米TiO2在涂料内的分散较为困难,当填料含量较高时,织物表面有明显的TiO2析出,如图8所示,说明涂料对TiO2的分散能力已达到饱和。
为了探究在电弧作用下涂层改性对织物破裂性能的影响,在4 kA的试验电流下,对试样进行连续多次电弧作用,观察试样的破裂情况,结果如图9所示。由图9可知,涂敷涂料后的聚酰亚胺织物均在第6次发生破裂,可见涂层填料对聚酰亚胺织物的破裂性能无影响。对比未涂敷的聚酰亚胺织物,聚酰亚胺织物涂敷耐热涂料后,其破裂时电弧作用次数提升了20%,这是因为涂层基体填补了聚酰亚胺织物纱线间的空隙,将相邻的纱线粘结到一起,增强了聚酰亚胺织物的破裂性能。
(1)以水性聚氨酯为基体,SiO2气凝胶和纳米TiO2为填料制备了两种隔热涂料,将其涂敷在聚酰亚胺织物表面可形成隔热涂层。当填料添加量大于4%时,由于填料分散性变差,涂料涂敷后在织物表面结块或析出白色粉末。
(2)在相同电弧能量的作用下,涂料基体对聚酰亚胺织物的热防护性能无影响。
(3)在相同电弧能量的作用下,涂敷后的聚酰亚胺织物热防护性能随着涂层填料添加量的增大而提升。其中涂敷SiO2气凝胶添加量为6%的阻隔型隔热涂料后,聚酰亚胺织物的热防护性能提升了34.79%,涂敷纳米TiO2添加量为6%的反射型隔热涂料后,聚酰亚胺织物的热防护性能提升了21.78%。
(4)在多次相同电弧能量的作用下,涂敷涂料的聚酰亚胺织物破裂性能相比未处理的聚酰亚胺织物提升了20%。
