In order to study the influence of different interface pressure on the electric field distortion of the composite interface of crosslinked polyethylene/silicon rubber (XLPE/SR) insulation in the cold shrinkable cable intermediate joint, a simulation model of 35 kV cold shrinkable cable intermediate joint was established by the finite element simulation software. The electric-thermal-force field of the composite interface without defects and with metal impurities, circumferential scratches, and longitudinal scratches was simulated and calculated. The results show that the interface pressure has different effects on the joint deformation and electric field strength distortion under different conditions. The joint deformation with longitudinal scratch is more significant, and the field strength distribution at the defect is more obviously affected by the interface pressure. The field strength of the shielding tube is inversely proportional to the interface pressure, and the field strength of the stress cone in the joint with longitudinal scratches is directly proportional to the interface pressure. The overall field strength of the insulation composite interface except for the defects decreases with the increase of the interface pressure.

为了研究不同界面压力对冷缩式电缆中间接头的交联聚乙烯/硅橡胶(XLPE/SR)绝缘复合界面电场畸变的影响,采用有限元仿真软件建立了35 kV冷缩电缆中间接头仿真模型,对复合界面无缺陷以及存在金属杂质、环向划痕、纵向划痕时的电-热-力场进行仿真计算。结果表明:界面压力对各条件下的接头变形及场强畸变存在不同程度的影响,含纵向划痕的接头变形更显著,缺陷处场强分布受界面压力的影响更明显。屏蔽管场强与界面压力成反比,含纵向划痕的接头应力锥场强与界面压力成正比,绝缘复合界面除缺陷部位外整体场强随界面压力增大而减小。

为了研究不同界面压力对冷缩式电缆中间接头的交联聚乙烯/硅橡胶(XLPE/SR)绝缘复合界面电场畸变的影响,采用有限元仿真软件建立了35 kV冷缩电缆中间接头仿真模型,对复合界面无缺陷以及存在金属杂质、环向划痕、纵向划痕时的电-热-力场进行仿真计算。结果表明:界面压力对各条件下的接头变形及场强畸变存在不同程度的影响,含纵向划痕的接头变形更显著,缺陷处场强分布受界面压力的影响更明显。屏蔽管场强与界面压力成反比,含纵向划痕的接头应力锥场强与界面压力成正比,绝缘复合界面除缺陷部位外整体场强随界面压力增大而减小。

In order to study the influence of different interface pressure on the electric field distortion of the composite interface of crosslinked polyethylene/silicon rubber (XLPE/SR) insulation in the cold shrinkable cable intermediate joint, a simulation model of 35 kV cold shrinkable cable intermediate joint was established by the finite element simulation software. The electric-thermal-force field of the composite interface without defects and with metal impurities, circumferential scratches, and longitudinal scratches was simulated and calculated. The results show that the interface pressure has different effects on the joint deformation and electric field strength distortion under different conditions. The joint deformation with longitudinal scratch is more significant, and the field strength distribution at the defect is more obviously affected by the interface pressure. The field strength of the shielding tube is inversely proportional to the interface pressure, and the field strength of the stress cone in the joint with longitudinal scratches is directly proportional to the interface pressure. The overall field strength of the insulation composite interface except for the defects decreases with the increase of the interface pressure.

随着我国城市化的推进,在用电量不断提高的同时,更需要应用占地面积小的电缆供电线路代替架空线路,以满足城市空间充分利用和美观的要求,因此电力电缆被广泛应用在城市电网中,其中交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆由于具有较好的介电性能、耐热性能,成为20世纪60年代以来技术发展最快的一种电力电缆[1-2]。在长线路中起连接作用的电缆中间接头是电力电缆线路中的重要组成部件,也是容易发生故障的关键部件。
主绝缘为硅橡胶(SR)的冷缩式接头通常与中低压XLPE电缆配套使用。冷缩式接头的现场安装有独特的工艺要求,其原理是通过过盈配合使接头绝缘与电缆主绝缘之间形成适当的界面压力,构成双层介质复合结构[3-4],以此实现接头安装。电缆接头作为电力电缆线路中容易发生故障的部件之一,其双层介质复合结构是造成故障的重要因素。另外,基于电缆接头现场安装的特点,接头安装质量受主观因素影响较大,安装过程中易在绝缘复合界面形成划痕、杂质等缺陷。据统计,在电缆运行故障中,由电缆接头原因造成的运行故障约占63%左右,其中73%是由于电缆接头界面放电引起的[5]。由此可见,界面性能对电缆接头的运行可靠性有直接影响。
电缆接头界面性能一直是业内研究和改进的重点内容,研究方法也在不断更新,除常规试验法外,目前常用有限元仿真对接头进行建模分析。国内外对这方面的研究多为缺陷的电场或电热场耦合分析以及绝缘老化对界面电场分布的影响等[6-8]。陈诗佳等[9]考虑硅脂存在的溶胀效应,通过试验对比采用硅脂与硅凝胶涂覆界面对界面和硅橡胶性能的影响,并使用COMSOL仿真软件对其界面电场分布进行计算。李如锋等[10]分析了电缆接头存在不同形状的局部微间隙对场强的影响,通过建立模型和有限元仿真计算,证明了场强的畸变与间隙面积成正比。H A ILLIAS等[11]基于有限元仿真分析了存在不同尺寸、位置缺陷的中压电缆接头电场分布,研究了绝缘材料的电气性能对接头场强分布的影响。
对于电缆接头界面力场的研究,主要是针对温度等因素对界面压力的影响、界面压力测量的问题。陈杰等[12]考虑现场常用的薄膜传感器会出现压电材料变形的问题,对压电薄膜传感器的结构进行优化,并根据形变量给出受力补偿参数公式,最后制作界面压力测量设备,通过试验证明了补偿公式的必要性。XIA R等[13]通过有限元仿真计算研究了温度、热老化时间对界面压力的影响。
综上所述,目前对于电缆接头界面的研究主要集中在界面缺陷对接头界面电、热场分布的影响,以及温度、热老化等因素对界面压力的影响等,缺乏界面压力变化对缺陷发展以及电场分布、接头变形的影响研究。本文以无缺陷和含3种典型缺陷的电缆接头为例,分别以0.15 MPa和0.50 MPa为界面压力增量,设置0.10~1.00 MPa、1.00~2.00 MPa范围内的界面压力,构建35 kV电缆中间接头和缺陷模型,利用有限元仿真对缺陷发展和电场变化展开研究,剖析界面压力对电缆接头界面绝缘性能的作用,探究电缆接头界面压力对电场分布的影响规律,为电缆接头安装操作以及故障分析提供参考。
选择YJV-26/35-3×240型XLPE电力电缆及35 kV冷缩式电缆中间接头为研究对象,采用SolidWorks软件搭建1∶1三维模型,主要结构如图1所示,仿真计算所需材料参数如表1所示[14-15]。仿真时,为简化计算,取铜的介电常数为1.00,以此忽略其对电场的屏蔽效应。

电力电缆接头的运行受电-热-力相互耦合的作用,导致接头物理场畸变,在电缆XLPE绝缘与接头硅橡胶绝缘的复合界面上畸变更为明显。本研究中电-热耦合采用电磁作用产生的热为热源,通过Q=J·E和温度场控制方程建立耦合关系;热-力耦合通过热膨胀建立关系,温度升高产生的热应力增大了界面受到的压力,压力的增大进一步扩大了接头形变;力场对电场的影响是基于形变后对模型重新划分网格的方式,将力场仿真计算结果作为初始数据导入电场计算得到压力对电场分布的影响。
有限元仿真计算是将模型划分为小的单元来完成,对于三维仿真模型采用自由四面体网格划分,并通过局部细化等方法将模型结构及材料参数相差较大的区域进行细化处理,保障仿真正常运行和计算精度,电缆中间接头模型的网格划分如图2所示。
目前中低压电缆常用的冷缩式电缆接头在现场安装过程中受施工人员施工水平、施工环境等因素影响,容易产生缺陷,造成电场集中,最终导致绝缘击穿。因此,结合电缆接头实际安装过程,选择环向划痕、纵向划痕和金属杂质3种典型界面缺陷构建模型,进一步分析界面压力对场强分布畸变的影响[17]
根据电缆接头安装工艺规范,连接管压接后,需要打磨连接管毛刺等,并清洗金属微粒,在这个过程中,难以观察较小的金属杂质是否清洗干净,常在绝缘复合界面有残留。YJV-26/35-3×240型XLPE电力电缆采用铜连接管,同时考虑金属杂质对接头屏蔽管和应力锥处场强分布的影响,在绝缘复合界面中部设置半径为1 mm、铜材质的金属杂质缺陷,如图3所示。
在电缆冷缩接头安装过程中,由于需要将电缆剥开处理,其中一个步骤是按照一定尺寸对半导电层定位剥切口后进行剥切,在操作时,由于半导电层较薄,可能会划伤绝缘层,造成环向划痕气隙缺陷。根据相关接头的安装说明,对下刀部位进行计算后得到环向划痕的参考位置,在XLPE/SR复合界面上设置深度为0.5 mm、宽度为0.3 mm的环向划痕缺陷,考虑是对XLPE造成的损伤,将缺陷嵌入XLPE绝缘层中,介质设置为空气,如图4所示。
在电缆接头安装剥离外半导电层过程中,还需要纵向用刀,此时容易因下刀过深而在电缆XLPE绝缘表面产生纵向划痕,划痕处会引起电场集中而产生局部放电[18]。根据剥切电缆接头安装过程,计算得到纵向划痕的参考位置,同时考虑缺陷对应力锥和屏蔽管的影响,以此为依据选择仿真中划痕缺陷的位置,在XLPE/SR复合界面上设置深度为0.5 mm、宽度为0.3 mm、长度为20 mm的纵向划痕缺陷,并嵌入XLPE绝缘中,如图5所示。
依据35 kV电缆中间接头运行实际情况,设置导体电位为40.5 kV,载流量为525 A,铜屏蔽层接地,环境温度为25℃,导体初始温度为70℃。不同缺陷下的电热耦合场分布如图6所示。
除初始界面压力外,考虑到界面应力主要由机械和热应力叠加组成[19-20],安装要求初始面压达到0.10~0.25 MPa,因此设置0.10 MPa和0.25 MPa两个临界值作为初始界面压力,通过有限元计算热膨胀耦合场得到界面所受压力的范围值,如图7所示。从图7可以看出,XLPE/SR界面所受压力经热膨胀耦合后最大值可达到2 MPa。因此,分别以0.15 MPa和0.50 MPa为界面压力增量,对电缆接头模型界面设置0.10、0.25、0.40、0.55、0.70、0.85、1.00、1.50、2.00 MPa的界面压力。
另外,为了方便比较观察界面各部分变形和场强变化,设置三维模型的二维截面显示场分布图,并设置应力锥、XLPE/SR复合界面、屏蔽管为界面观测路径,应力锥为观测路径L1、XLPE/SR复合界面为观测路径L2、屏蔽管为观测路径L3,具体路径如图8所示,不同缺陷界面观测路径所受压力分布曲线如图9所示。
图9可以看出,随着界面压力的增加,相较于无缺陷接头的界面压力均匀增大,存在缺陷的接头缺陷处界面压力急剧增大,且与界面其他部位承受的压力差距明显。含金属杂质缺陷的接头界面缺陷处压力最大值与应力锥和屏蔽管相近;含有纵向划痕和环向划痕缺陷的接头界面缺陷处压力最大值远超观测路径的其他部位,不同的是纵向划痕中心压力值为负值,环向划痕中心压力值为正值,接头受压力分布如图10所示。
带有不同缺陷的接头在不同界面压力下的位移分布如图11所示,除应力锥和屏蔽管外,划痕附近位移随界面压力增大而增大。从图1011可以看出,无缺陷和含金属杂质的接头变形较均匀,变形向线芯方向发展,应力锥和屏蔽管附近位移较大;含环向划痕缺陷的接头整体向线芯方向缩进,划痕处向划痕中部紧缩变形,如图11(e)环向划痕缺陷下位移分布径向截面所示;在纵向划痕的影响下,接头所受压力出现局部增大,整体向线芯方向内缩,但缺陷处出现外扩变形,纵向划痕附近位移变化较大,且对应力锥和屏蔽管都存在一定影响。
复合界面不存在缺陷时在不同界面压力下的电场强度分布曲线如图12所示。从图12可以看出,无缺陷接头观测路径L1、观测路径L3的电场强度整体随界面压力的增大而减小,在0.10 MPa压力下的场强最大值分别达到1.701 kV/mm和0.983 kV/mm,接头最大场强位于应力锥、电缆XLPE主绝缘、接头SR绝缘交界点上,其值为4.269 kV/mm。观测路径L2的电场强度完全符合随界面压力的增大而逐渐减小的规律,其中在观测路径L2中部变化不明显,在分别靠近应力锥和屏蔽管的两端变化明显。
界面压力的增大一定程度上会增加电缆接头与电缆绝缘的结构紧密度,减少局部场强的集中,使整体电场强度下降,从而提升界面的绝缘性能[21]
复合界面存在金属杂质时在不同界面压力下的电场强度分布曲线如图13所示。从图13(a)可以看出,观测路径L1的整体电场强度随界面压力的增大而逐渐减小,同时由于界面压力引起应力锥变形,应力锥场强整体向接头两侧偏移,场强最大值位于应力锥根部。在0.10 MPa压力下场强最大值可达1.703 kV/mm;当所受压力达到2.00 MPa时,场强最大值为1.580 kV/mm,下降了约7%。应力锥根部位于交联聚乙烯和硅橡胶绝缘交界处,应力锥采用的半导电材料与绝缘复合界面构成多层复合介质界面,由于各材料之间的相对介电常数相差较大,导致电场畸变程度较大,电场强度增大[22]。随着接头长时间投入运行,应力锥根部的局部场强增大会加速其周边区域绝缘材料老化,降低接头击穿电压。
图13(b)可以看出,XLPE/SR界面的金属杂质周边场强明显增大,随着界面压力的增大,场强整体呈现下降趋势但变化幅度较小。在金属杂质处电场强度有明显的下降,这是因为铜的相对介电常数远大于绝缘材料[23],而介质的相对介电常数与承担的场强成反比。从图13(b)还可以看出,观测路径L2的场强最大值位于金属杂质边缘,在0.10 MPa压力下场强最大值可达9.334 kV/mm,比无缺陷时相应位置场强1.253kV/mm增加了644.9%,场强最小值约为0.865 kV/mm;在2.0 MPa压力下场强最大值为9.329 kV/mm,对应无缺陷时相应位置场强1.235 kV/mm增大了655.4%,场强最小值为0.817 kV/mm。可见,场强畸变随界面压力增大有微弱的波动,金属杂质缺陷对场强的影响较大,界面压力对含有金属杂质缺陷的接头界面场强影响不明显,考虑到金属杂质缺陷对界面引起的变形较小的原因,绝缘层界面压力增大在增加了复合绝缘层紧密程度的同时,也使金属杂质与界面更加贴合,因此电场强度减小,且影响程度较小。
图13(c)可以看出,相较于观测路径L1和L2,观测路径L3的电场强度较小,最大值约为0.927 kV/mm,且随界面压力的增大而逐渐减小,只在屏蔽管两侧根部有一定增大,但最大值仍小于屏蔽管端部。
复合界面存在环向划痕缺陷时在不同界面压力下的界面电场强度分布曲线如图14所示。从图14可以看出,含环向划痕缺陷的接头在观测路径L1和L3的电场强度随界面压力的变化规律、场强值的大小同接头无缺陷及含有金属杂质缺陷时相近。观测路径L2两端的场强随界面压力增大而减小,场强最大值位于应力锥、XLPE绝缘和SR绝缘的交界点,其值约为3.794 kV/mm。但观测路径L2中部缺陷处由于气隙的存在导致场强分布不均,气隙缺陷处的场强比观察路径中部平均场强高[24],且在界面压力的影响下,尽管增强了绝缘界面间的紧密性,接头发生的向内紧缩变形仍使划痕缺陷更集中,缺陷处场强均匀程度下降,场强畸变增强,场强最大值增大。在0.10 MPa压力下,缺陷处场强最大值为1.63 kV/mm;在2.0 MPa压力下,缺陷处场强最大值为1.732 kV/mm,分别为无缺陷时相应位置场强最大值的1.63倍和1.82倍。
复合界面存在纵向划痕缺陷时不同界面压力下的电场强度分布曲线、缺陷变形及场强分布图如图1516所示。
图15(a)(c)以及图16可以看出,与含金属杂质缺陷和环向划痕缺陷不同,含纵向划痕缺陷的接头在观测路径L1处的电场强度随界面压力的增大位置向接头两侧偏移,同时场强有上升趋势,在2.0 MPa压力下场强最大值可达1.828 kV/mm,相较于同样压力下无缺陷接头应力锥处的最大场强1.574 kV/mm增大了0.254 kV/mm;纵向划痕导致的接头变形更明显,对接头电场分布的影响较大,从接头变形及场强分布图能明显看出场强分布向两端偏移,接头缺陷处的变形影响了接头其他部位,而压力和变形对应力锥结构位置变化的作用进而对应力锥均匀电场的能力和场强分布产生一定影响。观测路径L3的场强与其他条件下的接头相近,场强随界面压力增大而减小。
图15(b)可以看出,观测路径L2的场强随界面压力的增大而减小,但缺陷处场强与界面压力成正比,界面压力为0.10 MPa时,缺陷处场强最大值达到2.189 kV/mm,相较无缺陷接头相同位置场强1.217 kV/mm增大了79.7%;当界面所受压力为2.0 MPa时,缺陷处场强最大值达到3.052 kV/mm,比前者增大约39%,相较于无缺陷接头相同位置场强1.189 kV/mm增大了156.7%。由于划痕产生较大的气隙,而气隙的相对介电常数为1,小于交联聚乙烯和硅橡胶的相对介电常数,根据双层绝缘介质电路模型[25],电场强度与相对介电常数成反比,导致气隙缺陷周围场强增大,受到界面压力导致的变形的影响,缺陷处场强进一步增大。电场强度增大会加剧电缆接头硅橡胶和电缆交联聚乙烯主绝缘损坏,最后导致绝缘击穿。
(1)含缺陷的电缆接头绝缘复合界面缺陷处力场受界面压力影响变化显著,划痕缺陷导致的力场畸变最明显,最大值远大于平均界面压力。
(2)受界面压力的影响,接头界面发生不同程度的变形,其中含有划痕缺陷的接头界面受影响较大,但缺陷处环向划痕和纵向划痕变形方向不同,环向划痕向内缩紧,纵向划痕向外扩张,而无缺陷和金属杂质接头界面整体受压力向线芯方向压缩变形。
(3)含金属杂质、环向划痕缺陷以及无缺陷的电缆接头应力锥场强随界面压力的增大均匀下降,含纵向划痕类缺陷的接头由于变形程度较大影响了应力锥处的场强分布,应力锥整体场强随界面压力增大而增大,各条件下的接头应力锥场强最大值均位于应力锥材料与XLPE/SR复合界面交界点。
(4)绝缘复合界面电场强度分布较均匀,且场强大小与界面压力成反比,缺陷处场强与界面压力的关系与缺陷类型有关,金属杂质缺陷处场强与界面压力成反比,划痕类缺陷处场强与界面压力成正比。
(5)各条件下的电缆接头屏蔽管场强均随界面压力的增大而减小,仅在屏蔽管两侧根部有一定上升趋势,但场强最大值小于屏蔽管两侧端部。
