In cable accessories, the interface between cable body insulation and accessory insulation often coat with insulating oil for cable to enhance the sealing and insulating properties between the interfaces of cable accessories. In order to investigate the compatibility and applicability of cable body insulation and insulating oil, and to provide a reference for the selection of insulating oil for cables, the adsorption compatibility of PP and XLPE on three typical insulating oils (silicone oil, silicone grease, and polyisobutylene) at 25℃ and 75℃ was studied. The results show that affected by the molecular structure, PP and XLPE have limited adsorption capacity on silicone oil and silicone grease, and they can easily adsorb polyisobutylene, resulting in a significant increase of quality. PP coordinating with silicone grease have the best properties, which can improve the mechanical properties and electric strength of PP. XLPE exhibits close properties in silicone oil and silicone grease, among which silicone grease impregnation maintains good mechanical properties, while silicone oil impregnation maintains good insulating properties. Through analysis it is found that appropriate amount of adsorption improves the surface roughness, fills the internal defects of the insulation, and improves the insulating properties of material. By studying the influence of different types of coating materials on the main insulating material at different temperatures, the adaptability results of insulating medium and cable main insulation are obtained, which can provide a reference for standardizing the selection of insulating oils for cable terminals and improving the operating reliability of cable terminals.

在电缆附件中,电缆本体绝缘与附件绝缘界面处会涂敷电缆用绝缘油,以增强电缆附件界面之间的密封性和电气绝缘性能。为了考察电缆本体绝缘与绝缘油的相容性及适用性,本文对PP、XLPE在25、75℃下对3种典型绝缘油(硅油、硅脂、聚异丁烯)的吸附相容性进行研究。结果表明:受分子结构的影响,PP和XLPE对硅油和硅脂的吸附能力有限,而极易吸附聚异丁烯,造成质量的显著增加;PP与硅脂配合具有最佳的性能,可使PP的力学性能与电气强度提升;而XLPE在硅油与硅脂中展现接近的材料性能,其中硅脂浸渍老化后保持较好的力学性能,而硅油浸渍老化后则保持较好的绝缘性能。通过分析发现,适量的吸附一定程度上提高了表面粗糙度并填补了绝缘内部缺陷,提升了材料的绝缘性能。通过研究不同种类的涂敷料在不同温度下对主绝缘材料的影响,得到了绝缘介质与电缆主绝缘的适配性结果,可为规范电缆终端绝缘油的选择、提高电缆终端的运行可靠性提供参考。

在电缆附件中,电缆本体绝缘与附件绝缘界面处会涂敷电缆用绝缘油,以增强电缆附件界面之间的密封性和电气绝缘性能。为了考察电缆本体绝缘与绝缘油的相容性及适用性,本文对PP、XLPE在25、75℃下对3种典型绝缘油(硅油、硅脂、聚异丁烯)的吸附相容性进行研究。结果表明:受分子结构的影响,PP和XLPE对硅油和硅脂的吸附能力有限,而极易吸附聚异丁烯,造成质量的显著增加;PP与硅脂配合具有最佳的性能,可使PP的力学性能与电气强度提升;而XLPE在硅油与硅脂中展现接近的材料性能,其中硅脂浸渍老化后保持较好的力学性能,而硅油浸渍老化后则保持较好的绝缘性能。通过分析发现,适量的吸附一定程度上提高了表面粗糙度并填补了绝缘内部缺陷,提升了材料的绝缘性能。通过研究不同种类的涂敷料在不同温度下对主绝缘材料的影响,得到了绝缘介质与电缆主绝缘的适配性结果,可为规范电缆终端绝缘油的选择、提高电缆终端的运行可靠性提供参考。

In cable accessories, the interface between cable body insulation and accessory insulation often coat with insulating oil for cable to enhance the sealing and insulating properties between the interfaces of cable accessories. In order to investigate the compatibility and applicability of cable body insulation and insulating oil, and to provide a reference for the selection of insulating oil for cables, the adsorption compatibility of PP and XLPE on three typical insulating oils (silicone oil, silicone grease, and polyisobutylene) at 25℃ and 75℃ was studied. The results show that affected by the molecular structure, PP and XLPE have limited adsorption capacity on silicone oil and silicone grease, and they can easily adsorb polyisobutylene, resulting in a significant increase of quality. PP coordinating with silicone grease have the best properties, which can improve the mechanical properties and electric strength of PP. XLPE exhibits close properties in silicone oil and silicone grease, among which silicone grease impregnation maintains good mechanical properties, while silicone oil impregnation maintains good insulating properties. Through analysis it is found that appropriate amount of adsorption improves the surface roughness, fills the internal defects of the insulation, and improves the insulating properties of material. By studying the influence of different types of coating materials on the main insulating material at different temperatures, the adaptability results of insulating medium and cable main insulation are obtained, which can provide a reference for standardizing the selection of insulating oils for cable terminals and improving the operating reliability of cable terminals.

随着我国高电压工程的不断发展,高压电缆成为电力系统中最为重要的部分。高压电缆主要由电缆本体与电缆附件组成,而附件绝缘因其复杂的绝缘结构,使中间接头和终端等电缆附件成为电缆绝缘最薄弱的环节。相关数据表明,电缆附件的故障率约占电力电缆系统运行故障的70%以上[1]。因此,相较于性能稳定、绝缘性能较为良好的电缆本体绝缘,电缆附件的安全运行直接关系到电网输电系统的稳定性和可靠性。
在电缆附件结构中存在电缆本体绝缘/附件绝缘的双层复合界面,其是造成电缆附件电气性能不足、易放电击穿的主要原因。特别是在不规范施工操作以及长期运行后,复合界面会受到划痕、杂质入侵、老化等因素影响,工程中往往在复合界面处涂敷硅油、硅脂等绝缘介质(油)以提高绝缘界面之间的密封性和电气性能,在一定程度上抑制局部放电[2-3]。目前,针对电缆附件涂敷用绝缘介质及其界面的研究主要着眼于材料基础性能表征以及绝缘油对材料性能的影响层面。如王霞等[4]研究了不同硅脂涂覆料在不同温度下对硅橡胶(SiR)溶胀及其性能的影响,为SiR优良匹配绝缘油的选型提出了明确的方法;YAN Z M等[5]测试了硅脂引发的溶胀对SiR电学性能的影响,发现溶胀降低了SiR冲击电压下的耐电树枝性能;J W CHOE等[6]探讨了硅油的黏度对SiR的影响,认为硅油黏度越大,越容易造成SiR的溶胀;连鸿松等[7]提出了电缆终端用绝缘油的选用方法与准则,重点研究了硅油和聚异丁烯与三元乙丙橡胶的相容性,并为电缆终端现场施工提出了建议。
上述研究表明,电缆附件用绝缘介质对附件绝缘(SiR、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)等)的相容性研究已较为全面的开展。同时学者们针对界面涂层对双层介质电气性能的影响也开展了系列研究,如易姝慧等[8]研究了不同界面状态的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)双层介质的电导特性,发现热压接触式双层介质的电导率温度依赖性强于其他两种物理接触界面;柳松等[9]研究了不同涂覆条件对XLPE/SiR界面电气强度的影响,指出在冲击电压下普通硅脂试样比氟化硅脂试样具有更高的击穿电压,但涂覆氟化硅脂可以更好地改善界面防潮性。但目前有关电缆附件用绝缘介质与电缆本体绝缘相容性的研究鲜有报道。特别是随着高压直流电缆输电技术的发展,环保型电缆绝缘聚丙烯(PP)基热塑性材料因其具有无需交联、不引入副产物、高温性能优良等优点,已成为替代XLPE的重要选择[10-11]。但是,相较于XLPE,PP的分子量更大、硬度更高、耐老化性能不足[12],导致PP的吸附溶胀特性并不明确,对于PP电缆附件绝缘中的选型不能一味延续XLPE电缆的生产经验。因此,考察电缆附件用界面绝缘介质与PP绝缘材料的相容性,对比分析电缆附件常用绝缘介质对PP绝缘性能的影响规律,对指导PP电缆附件绝缘介质的选型,理解绝缘介质与基底材料的相容性机理具有重要意义。
本文针对PP、XLPE与3种附件界面涂敷料(硅脂、硅油、聚异丁烯)的相容性及适用性问题,在常温(25℃)与高温(75℃)下开展浸渍老化试验,通过理化、电气等综合性能测试,分析不同附件界面涂敷料对电缆本体绝缘性能的影响规律,探讨涂敷料的迁移渗入机理,为电缆附件界面优良涂敷料的选型提供参考与依据。
采用某商用110 kV电缆用XLPE与PP粒料为原料制备试验样品。首先利用真空烘箱将粒料在10-2 Pa、70℃条件下干燥24 h,随后通过平板硫化机将粒料逐渐升温至175℃在无压力下预热5 min,再将压力升至15 MPa保持20 min进行热压和交联,最后自然冷却至室温,获得厚度分别为0.3 mm和 1 mm的平板状绝缘试样。根据不同测试需求裁切绝缘试样,获得特定尺寸的样品。其中,用于质量、理化与表面性能测试的样品尺寸为20 mm×20 mm×1 mm,用于击穿测试的样品尺寸为100 mm×100 mm×0.3 mm。用于力学性能测试的哑铃型样品参照GB/T 528—2009相关要求,使用特定的冲刀和压力设备来制备,哑铃型样品厚度为0.3 mm、长度为20 mm、宽度为2 mm。
选用硅油、硅脂和聚异丁烯3种典型的电缆附件绝缘涂覆料作为研究对象,考虑电缆实际运行温度范围并便于XLPE和PP材料对比,选用75℃作为老化试验温度,老化时长为168 h;同时在常温25℃下添加对照组,以分析温度对老化的影响。在老化试验中,使用耐高温且性能稳定的刚玉坩埚作为容器,并通过不锈钢隔网将剪裁准备好的XLPE和PP样品分层摆放,如图1所示,确保所有样品完全浸没在绝缘油内,避免样品在绝缘油中相互粘连而影响浸渍老化试验结果。
在老化试验结束后,取出电缆绝缘样品并使用四氯化碳充分清洗掉样品表面的绝缘油,随后将样品放入烘箱内在50℃下静置6 h,确保样品表面无杂质残留,以供后续开展测试。
使用分析天平(精度为0.1 mg)进行质量测试,在放入老化烘箱前,将尺寸为20 mm×20 mm×1 mm的PP、XLPE样品放入电子称中读取其质量,单位为g。在常温和75℃高温下老化168 h后,通过上述浸渍方案中清洗方法清洗样品,随后再放入电子称中读取其质量,对比老化前后两次测量的质量数据。
使用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM,德国蔡司Sigma 500)观察老化前和在不同温度下老化后的PP、XLPE样品表面形貌状态,样品表面喷金处理,放大倍数分别为1 k和5 k。
使用Nicolet傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对老化前和在不同温度下老化后的PP、XLPE样品进行测试,获得FTIR光谱,分析材料的化学成分和分子构成,采用反射模式,测量波数范围为400~4 000 cm-1,分辨率为2 cm-1
采用INSTRON 5982万能力学试验机进行力学性能测试,拉伸速率为200 mm/min,直至样品断裂,获得绝缘样品的应力-应变曲线,并计算断裂伸长率(e),如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:Lk为样品断裂时的长度;L0为样品原始长度。每组样品重复测试3次,结果取平均值以降低试验误差。
将绝缘样品固定在特制的聚四氟乙烯平台上,使用直径为10 mm、间距为5 mm的指形电极紧压在样品表面,通过高压直流电源(Spellman SL600)以500 V/s的速度升压,使用高压探头(TEK P6015A)和电流线圈(Pearson 6560)配合示波器(TEK 3052B)分别对实验过程中的施加电压和放电电流进行检测,记录闪络发生时的电压,试验电路拓扑结构如图2所示。为减少实验误差,每个样品测试15次,使用Weibull分布对闪络电压进行处理获得特征闪络电压[13],如式(2)所示。

式(2)中:U是闪络电压测试数据;Uf是特征闪络电压;β是拟合形状参数。
绝缘击穿测试参考GB/T 1408.1—2006相关要求,使用直径为20 mm的球-球电极结构,交流高压由50 kV工频无局放试验变压器产生并进行自动调压,升压速率为1 kV/s。通过保护电阻抑制击穿产生的过流,电极与装置如图3所示。为防止绝缘样品表面闪络,将样品浸没在变压器油中。每个样品进行至少10次击穿测试,记录每个击穿点的厚度,计算获得样品的电气强度,并使用Weibull分布对电气强度数据进行处理,获得特征电气强度。
PP与XLPE经不同电缆附件涂敷用绝缘介质浸渍老化后的质量变化如图4所示。需要说明的是,部分老化后样品出现质量轻微下降,可能是四氯化碳清洗过程中带走了老化前样品表面的顽固污渍或杂质,因此认为该类样品质量保持稳定。从图4可以看出,无论常温还是高温下,PP对聚异丁烯均存在大量吸附的现象,质量增幅分别达到4.5%和21.4%。虽然在常温下XLPE对聚异丁烯的吸附有限,但在高温下出现了较大的质量增幅,增幅为8.7%;在硅脂中,PP与XLPE则出现少量的吸附现象,其中PP的质量增幅高于XLPE,但不超过3.4%;在硅油中,PP和XLPE的质量基本保持稳定。总的来看,PP和XLPE在硅油和硅脂中的质量稳定性较好,而二者对聚异丁烯具有较强的吸附作用,整体上PP对于3种涂覆料的吸附要高于XLPE。
在浸渍绝缘油后,绝缘材料表面形貌会因其吸附绝缘油而出现变化,通过对其表面形貌的观察可以更好地了解PP和XLPE对不同绝缘油的吸附相容性。PP与XLPE经不同电缆附件涂敷用绝缘介质浸渍老化后的表面形貌变化如图5所示。
图5(a)可以看出,对于PP绝缘,未老化前其表面较为光滑。在常温硅油中浸渍老化后,PP表面出现明显颗粒状沉积物,而在75℃高温中浸渍老化后,表面颗粒消失,取而代之为表面褶皱。在常温硅脂中浸渍老化后,PP表面出现微小孔洞,同样也出现了较多的颗粒物,而在75℃高温中浸渍老化后,其表面孔洞消失,取而代之为条纹状褶皱与少量颗粒物。经聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,常温条件下同样出现明显的表面孔洞,而75℃高温下其表面出现褶皱的同时出现较大体积的颗粒物,这与PP在聚异丁烯中质量的大幅增加结果相对应。
图5(b)可以看出,对于XLPE绝缘,未老化前其表面光滑无颗粒,在常温和75℃高温硅油中浸渍老化后,表面出现少量褶皱状物。在常温硅脂中浸渍老化后,其表面有极少量的颗粒物,表面较为粗糙,而在75℃高温条件下,材料表面出现褶皱。在常温下,聚异丁烯浸渍老化不会改变材料表面形貌,但在75℃高温条件下材料表面发生显著变化,出现更大尺寸的褶皱状物与波纹,这与XLPE在聚异丁烯中较强的吸附结果相对应。
综上可以看到,在材料表面出现的颗粒状沉积物多为材料吸附绝缘油后在表面留下的残余物,造成XLPE和PP在绝缘油浸渍老化后质量增加;高温下出现明显的褶皱状物,可能是由于高温加速了XLPE与PP对绝缘油的吸收,在一定程度上改变了材料内部分子结构,从而在表面形成了褶皱。特别地,浸渍在高温聚异丁烯中的PP与XLPE产生了明显的褶皱状物或波纹,这与其在聚异丁烯中的质量增幅最大相一致。因此,综合质量与表面形貌结果,PP和XLPE对硅油、硅脂的吸附效果弱于对聚异丁烯的吸附效果。
PP与XLPE经不同电缆附件涂敷用绝缘介质浸渍老化后的表面化学成分变化如图6所示。
图6(a)可以看出,PP的特征峰以C-CHx(波数为1 400~1 500 cm-1)、C-H(波数为1 350~1 400 cm-1)、C-C(波数为950~1 100 cm-1)、CHx(波数为660~720 cm-1)等官能团为主[14],经常温硅油浸渍老化后,PP表面原有的化学键断裂,引入Si元素,出现明显的Si-O(波数为1 025~1 110 cm-1)与Si-C(波数为740 cm-1)等基团[15-16]。经75℃硅油浸渍老化后,PP化学成分变化更加明显,含硅基团和(CH3)x等特征峰峰值更高。经常温硅脂浸渍老化后,PP中仅引入Si-C的含硅基团且含量不高,但经75℃硅脂浸渍老化后,Si-O、Si-C等含硅基团特征峰明显增加,与硅油浸渍老化结果几乎相同。经常温和75℃聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,PP化学成分均无明显变化,这是由于聚异丁烯的主要化学元素C、H与PP成分相似,因此即使出现吸附也不会改变材料的化学成分;同时也验证了PP同聚异丁烯在化学成分上的相似性,造成了电缆绝缘对聚异丁烯显著的吸附效果。
图6(b)可以看出,XLPE也存在与PP类似的含碳基团特征峰。经常温硅油浸渍老化后,XLPE出现少量含硅基团Si-O、Si-C特征峰,而经75℃硅油浸渍老化后,含硅基团特征峰明显增大,在原有基础上还出现Si-H(波数为850~900 cm-1)基团特征峰;经常温硅脂浸渍老化后,XLPE化学成分无明显变化,而经75℃硅脂浸渍老化后,XLPE中出现少量的含硅基团Si-O与Si-C特征峰;经常温聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,XLPE化学成分无明显变化,但经75℃聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,XLPE产生了显著的C-C、C-H基团。
由化学成分变化分析可见,硅油相比于硅脂,其含硅基团更容易浸入PP或XLPE中而改变绝缘材料的化学成分。此外,在聚异丁烯作用下,PP和XLPE均不会发生明显的化学成分变化,能保持较稳定的化学成分,但这种化学成分的相似性造成了PP、XLPE对聚异丁烯显著的吸附作用。另外,与XLPE相比,PP在常温硅油、硅脂浸渍老化后的化学成分变化更大,但在高温下二者相似。
PP与XLPE经不同电缆附件涂敷用绝缘介质浸渍老化后的典型应力-应变曲线如图7所示。从图7(a)可以看出,对于PP,未处理样品的最大承受机械应力为45.0 MPa,硅油浸渍无论是在常温还是高温,均会造成材料力学性能的下降,最大承受机械应力分别降至33.1 MPa和23.2 MPa;相比之下,常温下硅脂浸渍老化对PP力学性能没有显著影响,而75℃下硅脂浸渍老化会大幅降低PP的力学性能,最大承受机械应力降至18.8 MPa;在聚异丁烯浸渍老化中,常温下PP的力学性能有所提升,但在高温下会降低PP的力学性能,且下降幅度最大,最大承受机械应力降至10.3 MPa。
图7(b)可以看出,对于XLPE,未处理样品的最大承受机械应力为28.8 MPa,低于PP。3种涂敷料浸渍老化对XLPE力学性能的影响类似,均会导致力学性能的下降,且高温对力学性能的影响更大。如经常温硅油浸渍后,材料的最大承受机械应力降至16.9 MPa,而经75℃高温硅油浸渍老化后,最大承受机械应力下降至13.9 MPa。与PP结果类似,XLPE经高温聚异丁烯浸渍后的最大承受机械应力降幅也最大。
进一步,根据式(1)计算样品的断裂伸长率,结果如表1所示。从表1可以看出,对于PP,未处理样品的断裂伸长率为895%,常温硅油浸渍老化降低了PP的断裂伸长率,而常温硅脂、聚异丁烯浸渍老化在一定程度上提升了PP的断裂伸长率,这与最大承受机械应力的结果相对应。在高温下,硅油、硅脂、聚异丁烯浸渍老化后PP的断裂伸长率均出现下降,其中聚异丁烯对材料力学性能的影响最大,断裂伸长率降至362%。对于XLPE,未处理样品的断裂伸长率为844%,在常温下,硅油、硅脂、聚异丁烯浸渍老化均会降低XLPE的断裂伸长率。而高温下的浸渍老化会进一步加深对XLPE力学性能的劣化,同样地,聚异丁烯对材料力学性能的影响最大。
总体来看,PP的力学性能优于XLPE,PP在高温浸渍老化后展现更好的稳定性。对于PP,常温下硅脂和聚异丁烯浸渍对材料力学性能有一定的有积极作用,在高温下聚异丁烯对材料力学性能的劣化作用最大,而浸渍硅脂对材料力学性能的影响最小;对于XLPE,硅脂浸渍引起的断裂伸长率下降程度小于硅油和聚异丁烯。无论XLPE还是PP,均在硅脂中展现出较好的力学性能。
PP与XLPE经不同电缆附件涂敷用绝缘介质浸渍老化后的表面闪络电压Weibull分布如图8所示,其63.2%特征取值如表2所示。从图8(a)表2可以看出,PP老化前的闪络电压为8.8 kV,无论常温还是75℃高温下,经硅油浸渍老化后,闪络电压出现较明显的下降;经常温或75℃高温硅脂浸渍老化后,闪络电压保持稳定;经常温聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,闪络电压提至9.3 kV,但在75℃高温下闪络电压下降明显,下降至7.9 kV。
图8(b)表2可以看出,XLPE老化前的闪络电压为7.8 kV,经常温硅油浸渍老化后,闪络电压出现较明显的提升,提升至8.9 kV,而经75℃高温硅油浸渍老化后,闪络电压保持稳定;经硅脂浸渍老化后,其闪络电压的结果与硅油基本相同,但硅脂浸渍老化后的闪络电压更稳定(Weibull分布图中斜率更大);经常温聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,闪络电压出现较明显的提升,而经75℃高温下浸渍老化后,闪络电压变化不大。
综上,考虑电缆实际运行的高温环境,对于PP电缆绝缘,涂敷硅脂可以保证其表面良好的电气绝缘性能;而对于XLPE,涂敷硅油或硅脂均可保证材料表面良好的电气绝缘性能。
PP与XLPE经不同电缆附件涂敷用绝缘介质浸渍老化后的电气强度Weibull分布如图9所示,其63.2%特征取值如表3所示。
图9(a)表3可以看出,PP浸渍老化前的电气强度为61.9 kV/mm,经常温硅油浸渍老化后,PP的电气强度基本保持稳定,为60.9 kV/mm,而经75℃高温硅油浸渍老化后,其电气强度有所提升(72.7 kV/mm);无论常温还是高温下,经硅脂浸渍老化后,PP的电气强度出现不同程度的提升,如75℃高温下提升达到12.4%;经常温聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,PP的电气强度保持稳定,而经高温下聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,PP的电气强度有所下降(60.0 kV/mm)。
图9(b)表3可以看出,XLPE浸渍老化前的电气强度为82.3 kV/mm,高于PP,经常温硅油浸渍老化后,XLPE的电气强度基本保持稳定,但经75℃高温硅油浸渍老化后,XLPE的电气强度有所提升,提升至90.0 kV/mm;经常温硅脂浸渍老化后,XLPE的电气强度出现较明显的下降,下降到80.1 kV/mm,而经高温浸渍老化后,XLPE的电气强度基本稳定;经常温聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,XLPE的电气强度下降最多,下降至75 kV/mm,而经高温浸渍老化后,XLPE的电气强度又出现提升,达到90.3 kV/mm。
结合沿面闪络测试结果,对于PP,涂敷硅脂后其具有最佳的电气绝缘性能,常温浸渍老化后闪络电压和电气强度保持稳定,且高温浸渍老化后闪络电压保持稳定,且电气强度提升明显;对于XLPE,涂敷硅油后其具有最佳的电气绝缘性能,常温浸渍老化后闪络电压提升了14.1%,而电气强度基本保持稳定;高温浸渍老化后闪络电压稳定,而电气强度提升了9.4%。
首先讨论硅油、硅脂和聚异丁烯3种典型的电缆附件绝缘涂覆料在常温下与PP和XLPE材料的相容性及其对材料绝缘性能的影响规律。
从质量变化与SEM测试中可以看到,PP对聚异丁烯的吸附程度大于硅脂与硅油。这是因为聚异丁烯为C、H的典型元素组合,与PP元素组成相似,根据相似相溶原理,作为小分子的聚异丁烯极易进入到大分子PP中,导致两者发生明显的吸附相容过程[17-19],从而造成PP质量的增加以及材料表面形貌的显著变化。相比于聚异丁烯,PP吸附硅油和硅脂的能力有限,这是由于二者为硅氧烷类绝缘介质,与PP的元素成分与分子结构差异较大,造成PP对二者的吸收较少,质量稳定性较好。对于具有典型交联网络结构的XLPE,其与硅油、硅脂和聚异丁烯涂敷料的分子结构差异较大,因此在常温下其对3种绝缘介质的吸附较少,因而其浸渍老化前后的质量以及表面形貌变化不明显。
对于PP和XLPE的力学性能来说,聚合物力学性能与其化学组成、分子结构、交联等有密切的关系[20]。PP为非交联的线性分子结构,涂敷料的渗入扩散不会造成分子结构的变化;而对于XLPE,涂敷料的渗入扩散会在一定程度上影响XLPE本身的化学交联结构,使XLPE交联度降低,自由体积增大,严重影响其力学性能[21]。因此在3种绝缘介质的常温浸渍老化作用下,尽管PP和XLPE都不同程度地出现了力学性能的变化或下降,但PP的力学性能均优于XLPE。特别地,在常温条件下,PP吸附硅脂与聚异丁烯后,不但使材料本身分子量提高,还填补了材料原本缺陷,改善了PP分子结构,从而在一定程度上提升了PP的力学性能。
此外,经绝缘介质浸渍老化后材料的表面形貌与化学成分等均发生了变化,会进一步影响绝缘材料的电气绝缘性能。对于PP,经常温硅油浸渍老化后,其表面出现尺寸较大的颗粒沉积物,导致电极与材料表面触紧密度下降,在间隙中电场强度大幅增大,这些电场较强的区域会促进初始电子的场致发射,进而导致沿面放电形成,造成闪络电压降低[22-23]。而PP经常温硅脂浸渍后,表面形成尺寸较小的颗粒物与孔洞,其在改变金属电极与材料接触的基础上,同时增加了材料表面的粗糙度以及孔洞对电子的捕获作用,使爬电距离增加,造成闪络电压相对稳定。与之类似,经聚异丁烯浸渍老化后,PP表面出现了大量孔洞,进一步增加了电子在材料表面迁移的难度,从而提升了闪络电压。对于XLPE,可以看到在常温下经3种涂敷料浸渍老化后材料表面出现一定量的颗粒沉积与褶皱表面,使表面粗糙度增加,爬电距离增加,从而提升了XLPE在浸渍后的闪络电压,其中XLPE在常温硅油浸渍后闪络电压提升了14.1%。不容忽视的是,表面粗糙度的增加会使得表面实际接触面积减小,气隙空间增大,不利于双层或多层绝缘配合。工程上为了解决这一问题,不仅采取了涂敷绝缘介质,还为界面施加一定的压力,以保证界面密封性得到进一步提升,保障附件绝缘的可靠性。
对于材料本体的电气强度,其稳定性与吸附量密切相关。适量的吸附(如增重1%~6%)有利于填补绝缘材料内部的气隙等缺陷。PP的电气强度经3种绝缘介质常温浸渍老化后展现出最佳的绝缘稳定性,可能是因为相比于具有交联分子结构的XLPE,分子链顺序排布的PP更易吸附3种绝缘介质,填补更多的内部缺陷,因此PP与绝缘介质配合在常温下展现出较好的绝缘性能。而XLPE的电气强度会出现一定程度的降低,这与XLPE力学性能下降显著的原因类似,是由于绝缘介质扩散吸附进入XLPE后会改变乃至破坏其交联网络结构,影响其结构及性能的稳定性,从而造成XLPE电气强度的降低。
进一步,分析绝缘介质浸渍老化温度对材料性能的影响。在高温下经3种绝缘介质浸渍老化后,PP和XLPE的力学性能均降低。这是由于在高温下绝缘介质以及PP、XLPE材料的分子运动加快,促进了材料对绝缘介质的吸附,使PP、XLPE质量显著增加,从而影响了材料本身的分子结构,造成力学性能下降。特别地,在高温浸渍老化下,聚异丁烯对PP和XLPE的影响最大。这是由于聚异丁烯的玻璃化转变温度较低,相比于另外两种绝缘介质其在高温下更具迁移扩散活性[24],因此聚异丁烯向PP与XLPE的迁移扩散更多,造成材料质量大幅增加、力学性能降低。
另外,高温下硅油、硅脂、聚异丁烯的浸渍老化使PP和XLPE基本保持较好的电气绝缘性能,甚至有所提高。一方面,高温下的绝缘介质吸附使绝缘材料表面的颗粒减少而出现褶皱,增加了爬电距离,使闪络电压提高;另一方面,高温促进了材料对绝缘介质的吸附,使材料本体中可能存在的气隙等缺陷被绝缘介质填充,从而增强了材料的绝缘强度,使电气强度增大。
(1)PP和XLPE对聚异丁烯呈现最强的吸附作用,造成材料质量增加、力学性能显著下降;而由于分子结构的差异,PP和XLPE对硅油和硅脂的吸附能力有限。
(2)对于PP绝缘,同时考虑高温和常温环境,其与硅脂配合具有最佳的性能。常温硅脂浸渍下PP的闪络电压和电气强度保持稳定,而力学性能得到提升;在高温硅脂浸渍下PP的力学性能保持较好,同时闪络电压保持稳定,电气强度提升了12.4%。
(3)对于XLPE绝缘,同时考虑高温和常温环境,硅油与硅脂的表现基本相同,但硅脂浸渍下XLPE可保持较好的力学性能,而硅油浸渍下XLPE可保持较好的电气绝缘性能,如常温下其闪络电压提升了14.1%,高温下电气强度提升了9.4%。
综上,硅脂对PP和XLPE的影响最小,硅油次之,聚异丁烯最差。在浸渍老化后的性能表现方面,PP的力学性能与电气绝缘性能整体优于XLPE,且PP在高温浸渍下展现更好的稳定性。研究结果为理解PP、XLPE在绝缘油中的退化过程和选型依据提供了参考。后期将进一步探究在压力作用下双层绝缘与绝缘油复合体系的性能,以完善PP电缆附件绝缘系统与界面压力选型的研究工作。
