The electric multiple unit roof insulators with different operating years were selected as research objects, and the hydrophobic analysis (contact angle method), Fourier infrared analysis, and scanning electron microscope analysis were conducted on them, respectively. The results show that with the increase of service time, the hydrophobicity of the insulator decreases rapidly, while the decreasing trend slows down year by year, and the hydrophobicity of the top umbrella skirt is generally lower than that of the middle and bottom umbrella skirts, which is consistent with the change trend of Si-CH3 content in insulator analyzed by FTIR. With the increase of service time, the surface morphology of the insulator changes significantly. The micromorphology of the electric multiple unit roof insulator serviced for 6 years is similar to that of the insulator serviced in 110 kV transmission grid for 15‒19 years, which is one of the important reasons that the hydrophobic ageing speed of electric multiple unit insulator is faster than that of transmission grid insulators.

选取不同运行年限的动车组车顶绝缘子为研究对象,分别对其进行憎水性分析(接触角法)、傅里叶红外分析和扫描电镜分析。结果表明:随着服役时间的增加,绝缘子的憎水性下降迅速,但下降趋势逐年减缓,顶部伞裙的憎水性普遍低于中部伞裙与底部伞裙,这与FTIR分析的绝缘子中Si-CH3含量变化趋势吻合。随着服役年限的增加,绝缘子表面形貌变化明显,服役6年的动车组绝缘子已与110 kV输电网中服役15~19年的绝缘子微观形貌相似,这是动车组绝缘子憎水性老化速度快于输电网绝缘子的重要原因之一。

选取不同运行年限的动车组车顶绝缘子为研究对象,分别对其进行憎水性分析(接触角法)、傅里叶红外分析和扫描电镜分析。结果表明:随着服役时间的增加,绝缘子的憎水性下降迅速,但下降趋势逐年减缓,顶部伞裙的憎水性普遍低于中部伞裙与底部伞裙,这与FTIR分析的绝缘子中Si-CH3含量变化趋势吻合。随着服役年限的增加,绝缘子表面形貌变化明显,服役6年的动车组绝缘子已与110 kV输电网中服役15~19年的绝缘子微观形貌相似,这是动车组绝缘子憎水性老化速度快于输电网绝缘子的重要原因之一。

The electric multiple unit roof insulators with different operating years were selected as research objects, and the hydrophobic analysis (contact angle method), Fourier infrared analysis, and scanning electron microscope analysis were conducted on them, respectively. The results show that with the increase of service time, the hydrophobicity of the insulator decreases rapidly, while the decreasing trend slows down year by year, and the hydrophobicity of the top umbrella skirt is generally lower than that of the middle and bottom umbrella skirts, which is consistent with the change trend of Si-CH3 content in insulator analyzed by FTIR. With the increase of service time, the surface morphology of the insulator changes significantly. The micromorphology of the electric multiple unit roof insulator serviced for 6 years is similar to that of the insulator serviced in 110 kV transmission grid for 15‒19 years, which is one of the important reasons that the hydrophobic ageing speed of electric multiple unit insulator is faster than that of transmission grid insulators.

2010年以来,我国高铁飞速发展,截至2020年底我国高速铁路网总里程已超过3万公里,位于世界榜首[1]。高速动车组的动力来源于牵引供电系统,牵引供电系统通过接触网、受电弓和车顶绝缘子等设备向列车提供电能,其中由于列车车顶空间狭小等原因,车顶绝缘子的爬电距离安全余量设计受到限制[2]。近年来,我国高铁发生了多起车顶绝缘子雾闪事故,这些故障大多与动车组车顶绝缘子憎水性的下降有关[3]。因此,动车组车顶绝缘子憎水性随服役年限变化规律的研究对保障动车组的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。
国内外学者对输配电网中绝缘子的憎水性变化规律已进行了较多研究。文献[4-7]指出,随着绝缘子老化的进行,内部小分子的流失将导致绝缘子憎水性的部分或完全丧失,从而造成绝缘子的永久破坏。文献[8]通过对绝缘子的建模分析,发现憎水性下降后,在降雨或潮湿时,绝缘子表面干燥区几乎承担了全部的沿面电压,从而导致绝缘子击穿事故的发生。文献[9-11]通过对绝缘子进行1 000 h紫外老化试验,建立了绝缘子憎水性与紫外光照时间的关系,还提出紫外线照射导致硅橡胶绝缘子主链上的甲基脱落是绝缘子憎水性下降的主要原因。文献[12-13]分析了不同填料对绝缘子憎水性的影响,发现在绝缘子制作过程中过多的或者不合理的填料会导致绝缘子的憎水性降低。文献[14]通过对110 kV输电网中相同运行环境下绝缘子的不同伞裙与正反面的对比,发现各伞裙憎水性变化的差异。但是国内外学者对动车组车顶绝缘子的憎水性以及对应的微观特性研究相对较少,如文献[15]指出在强风沙环境中,颗粒冲蚀导致粗糙度的上升会使得附着在绝缘子上的水珠静态接触角减小,从而降低憎水性。文献[16]建立动车绝缘子的风洞仿真模型,对比了绝缘子迎风面与侧风面的憎水性变化趋势。文献[17]建立动车组的三维立体力学模型,分析了动车组绝缘子的积污模型。
目前我国高铁动车组车顶绝缘子已在现场服役多年,为掌握不同服役年限下动车组绝缘子不同伞裙憎水性的变化特性,本研究选取服役年限为3、4、5、6年的绝缘子各5只展开试验,并将绝缘子分为上、中、下3个伞裙区域,分别进行绝缘子憎水性测量(静态接触角法),并通过傅里叶红外分析和表面微观形貌观察分析其表面化学基团与微观形貌对憎水性的影响,以期为绝缘子服役寿命评估提供依据。
选择国内某知名动车组生产厂家现场运行了不同年限的高压隔离开关用绝缘子作为被测试品,该类绝缘子共有5片大伞裙,4片小伞裙,大伞裙直径为180 mm,小伞裙直径为150 mm,高度均为400 mm,爬电距离为1 050 mm。取服役时间分别为3、4、5、6年的绝缘子各5只,在每个绝缘子的顶部、中部、底部3个伞裙分别取4个样片进行试验,共计240个试品。
从服役3~6年的绝缘子的3个伞裙上分别截取4块尺寸为50 mm×60 mm的样片,根据DL/T 376—2010用无水乙醇与去离子水先后清洗样片,去除表面杂质,24 h后用精准加样器在样片上滴5 μL去离子水,采用深圳市致佳仪器设备有限公司生产的ZJ-6900型接触角测量仪分别测量不同服役年限绝缘子的静态接触角。试验时室内温度为18.5℃,相对湿度为35.1%。每个服役时间的绝缘子取5只进行测试,结果取平均值。
傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)是研究复合绝缘子硅橡胶伞裙老化状况的常用方法之一。该种方法可以根据不同化学官能团所吸收的光的波数差异,准确地分析出材料表面的官能团成分,在材料分析领域应用广泛[18],其中硅橡胶绝缘子的红外光谱如图1所示。
采用美国赛默飞-IN10型傅里叶红外光谱来分析不同服役年限绝缘子的表面分子结构。动车组所用的硅橡胶绝缘子主要成分为聚二甲基乙烯基硅氧烷,主要由Si-O-Si主链和CH3侧链组成,表1为硅橡胶绝缘子主要官能团的吸收波段。
扫描电子显微镜利用狭窄的高能电子束扫描物体表面,可以清晰地将图像放大50~10 000倍,在材料的微观特性分析上应用广泛[19]。采用美国FEI公司的Quanta 250 FEG型扫描电子显微镜对不同服役时间的绝缘子样片进行观察,放大倍数为200倍和5 000倍。
憎水性是评估绝缘子状态的重要指标[20],憎水性降低将导致在雨雪天气,绝缘子表面干燥区域承担过高的沿面电压,严重威胁绝缘子的稳定运行。图2为不同服役年限绝缘子各伞裙样片静态接触角(θ)的测试结果。从图2可以看出,不同运行年限绝缘子各部位伞裙接触角从小到大依次为顶部伞裙、中部伞裙、底部伞裙,表明经过长期运行后,动车组受电弓绝缘子顶部伞裙憎水性下降最为明显,不同服役年限绝缘子顶部伞裙的接触角均小于95°,服役6年的绝缘子接触角已经减小至77°,远小于国家标准要求的θ>100°,而中部伞裙与底部伞裙大多大于此标准。因此在评价绝缘子寿命时,应优先考虑绝缘子顶部伞裙的性能。
图34为动车组绝缘子顶部伞裙接触角随服役年限的变化。从图34可以看出,随着服役年限的增加,顶部伞裙的接触角减小明显,服役3年和服役4年的绝缘子在1年间就减小了8°,而服役4年和服役6年的绝缘子在两年间只减小了6°。可见在绝缘子投运前期,憎水性有一个较快的下降区间,而随着长时间的运行,憎水性的下降速度逐年变缓。
针对动车组绝缘子憎水性的研究,本研究主要分析1 270~1 255 cm-1波段的Si-CH3基团,为减小数据误差,通过计算这两波段的峰面积进行比较,结果如图5所示。从图5可以看出,随着服役年限的增加,绝缘子的Si-CH3基团吸收峰面积逐年减小,在服役年限达到5年后,减小趋势变缓。顶部伞裙Si-CH3基团吸收峰面积明显小于底部伞裙,总体上比底部伞裙小10%~15%,这些规律均与绝缘子憎水性的测试结果相吻合。
图6为不同服役时间的绝缘子样片的电镜扫描结果。从图6可以看出,随着服役时间的增加,绝缘子的微观形貌发生了极大的变化。服役3年的伞裙表面平整光滑,孔洞数量极少,而服役4年的伞裙表面开始出现沟壑,从5 000倍放大图片可清晰地观察到一些填料已经开始分解,并随着服役时间延长,表面沟壑与孔洞数量逐渐增加。当服役年限达到6年时,部分绝缘子表面已经出现较大面积的缺失,老化继续向深处发展,甚至会影响绝缘子的稳定运行,如图6(d)中所示。
动车组车顶绝缘子接触角随服役年限的增加呈逐年减小的趋势。这是因为硅橡胶绝缘子的憎水性得益于其硅氧主链上所交联的非极性甲基基团,然而Si-C键能为301 kJ/mol、甲基中的C-H键能为413 kJ/mol,均低于太阳光中紫外光的能量(600 kJ/mol)。长时间的自然光照射下,硅橡胶交联的甲基断裂,从而导致憎水性下降。由图5看到,服役6年的绝缘子顶部伞裙的甲基含量仅为服役3年绝缘子的69%,而在输电线路中,绝缘子服役9~14年其分子结构中的甲基才开始大规模脱落[21]
相比于输电线路中的绝缘子,动车组受电弓绝缘子的微观形貌变化更为迅速。由图6(d)看到,服役6年的绝缘子已与110 kV输电线路中服役15~19年的绝缘子表面形貌相似[17]。大量孔洞的出现与表面沟壑的加深,导致接触角减小,这也是动车组绝缘子憎水性下降速度更快的原因之一。
图7图8分别为受电弓绝缘子的电场仿真图及电场强度沿绝缘子表面的变化趋势图,仿真结果显示绝缘子各部位伞裙表面的电场强度从高到低依次为顶部伞裙、底部伞裙、中部伞裙,顶部伞裙的场强可达到0.28 kV/mm,而中部伞裙的场强最高值仅为0.11 kV/mm,这导致放电会首先出现在绝缘子顶部位置,促进顶部憎水性更快速的下降。但是动车受电弓绝缘子憎水性仍表现出中部差于底部的情况,这表明虽然电场可以促进憎水性的劣化,但电场并不是憎水性变化的决定因素。一方面由于动车的电压等级仅为35 kV,电压等级较低,电场对憎水性下降的影响不大,另一方面动车组会时常清洗绝缘子,使得绝缘子表面不易积聚污染物,污闪现象较少。
综上所述,绝缘子表面接触角减小速率逐年减缓主要受两方面原因影响,一方面随着服役年限的增加,绝缘子中所含的甲基含量逐渐减小;另一方面随着服役年限的增加,材料表面逐渐出现孔洞,使得材料内部未交联的甲基加速渗透到绝缘子表面,使其憎水性有一定程度的恢复。
通过对不同服役年限绝缘子的憎水性测试、傅里叶红外分析和扫描电镜分析研究了服役时间对绝缘子憎水性的影响规律,主要得到以下结论:
(1)绝缘子顶部伞裙憎水性低于中部与底部伞裙,且随服役时间增加下降速度最快,服役3年以上的绝缘子顶部伞裙接触角普遍小于95°,已经不满足入网要求,而中部与底部伞裙接触角均大于100°,尚能保持较高的憎水性。因此在动车受电弓绝缘子服役2年时,应对顶部伞裙进行检测。
(2)随着服役年限的增加,绝缘子憎水性呈逐渐下降的趋势,下降速度逐年减缓,与输电网中绝缘子相比憎水性下降趋势相同,但是动车组绝缘子的憎水性下降速度比输电网中绝缘子憎水性的下降速度快。
(3)服役4年的绝缘子表面开始出现裂纹与孔洞,填料开始分解,并逐年劣化,至服役6年时出现大面积缺失,会影响绝缘子的稳定运行。
(4)在动车受电弓绝缘子中电场虽然可以进一步促进憎水性的下降,但由于电压等级低、绝缘子定期清洗等原因,电场作用在影响绝憎水性的因素中不占主导地位。
