A finite element simulating model of stator bar end was established by COMSOL software, and the influences of electrical properties parameters of insulating material on the electric field and potential distribution of bar end were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of relative permittivity of main insulation, the maximum electric field on stator bar end surface increases, therefore it is better to choose smaller relative permittivity of main insulating material. The resistivity of main insulation material has no significant effect on the maximum electric field on bar end surface. The relative permittivity of each anti corona layer has little effect on the maximum electric field on bar surface. It is better to choose larger nonlinear resistance coefficient of medium resistance anti corona layer. The nonlinear resistance coefficients of medium and high resistance anti corona layer have little effect on the maximum electric field on bar surface, and it is best to choose 1. The nonlinear resistance coefficient of high resistance anti corona layer has no effect on the maximum electric field on bar surface. The influence degree of initial resistivity of different anti corona layers on the maximum electric field of bar surface is different. Through partial correlation analysis, the influence degree of electrical properties parameters of insulating material on the maximum electric field at bar end is ranked, and the initial resistivity and nonlinear resistance coefficient of the medium resistance anti corona layer are the dominant factors.

应用COMSOL软件建立了定子线棒端部的有限元仿真模型,分析了绝缘材料电性能参数对线棒端部表面电场及电位分布的影响。结果表明:随着主绝缘相对介电常数的增大,线棒端部表面最大电场增大,主绝缘材料的相对介电常数选择偏小为佳;主绝缘材料电阻率对线棒端部表面最大电场的影响不显著。各级防晕层的相对介电常数对线棒表面最大电场变化影响很小。中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数取较大值时为佳;中高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数对线棒表面最大电场影响很小,但取值为1时最佳;高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数对线棒表面最大电场基本没有影响。不同防晕层初始电阻率对线棒表面最大电场的影响程度不同,通过偏相关分析,得到绝缘材料电性能参数对端部电场最大值的影响程度排序,其中中阻防晕层的初始电阻率和非线性电阻系数为主导因素。

应用COMSOL软件建立了定子线棒端部的有限元仿真模型,分析了绝缘材料电性能参数对线棒端部表面电场及电位分布的影响。结果表明:随着主绝缘相对介电常数的增大,线棒端部表面最大电场增大,主绝缘材料的相对介电常数选择偏小为佳;主绝缘材料电阻率对线棒端部表面最大电场的影响不显著。各级防晕层的相对介电常数对线棒表面最大电场变化影响很小。中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数取较大值时为佳;中高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数对线棒表面最大电场影响很小,但取值为1时最佳;高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数对线棒表面最大电场基本没有影响。不同防晕层初始电阻率对线棒表面最大电场的影响程度不同,通过偏相关分析,得到绝缘材料电性能参数对端部电场最大值的影响程度排序,其中中阻防晕层的初始电阻率和非线性电阻系数为主导因素。

A finite element simulating model of stator bar end was established by COMSOL software, and the influences of electrical properties parameters of insulating material on the electric field and potential distribution of bar end were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of relative permittivity of main insulation, the maximum electric field on stator bar end surface increases, therefore it is better to choose smaller relative permittivity of main insulating material. The resistivity of main insulation material has no significant effect on the maximum electric field on bar end surface. The relative permittivity of each anti corona layer has little effect on the maximum electric field on bar surface. It is better to choose larger nonlinear resistance coefficient of medium resistance anti corona layer. The nonlinear resistance coefficients of medium and high resistance anti corona layer have little effect on the maximum electric field on bar surface, and it is best to choose 1. The nonlinear resistance coefficient of high resistance anti corona layer has no effect on the maximum electric field on bar surface. The influence degree of initial resistivity of different anti corona layers on the maximum electric field of bar surface is different. Through partial correlation analysis, the influence degree of electrical properties parameters of insulating material on the maximum electric field at bar end is ranked, and the initial resistivity and nonlinear resistance coefficient of the medium resistance anti corona layer are the dominant factors.

随着我国水电开发的进程,水电工程逐步向高海拔地区转移,水轮发电机的容量及电压等级不断提高,对发电机的绝缘性能提出了更高的要求。大型水轮发电机定子线棒端部是电场的薄弱环节[1-2],长期的电晕、电腐蚀引起线棒绝缘失效[3-4]而发生击穿的事故常有报道。
目前的研究一般在定子线棒表面涂刷多级非线性防晕层[5-7]来降低线棒端部的电场,但由于电场分布不均[5-6]及各级防晕层搭接处电阻率的差异,仍会发生电晕放电。漆临生等[5]利用ANSYS计算了防晕层材料参数对定子线棒端部电位分布的影响,但未考虑SiC材料的非线性电阻特性。孙永鑫等[7-8]利用有限元弱解形式计算得到26 kV线棒端部电位分布和电场分布,并计算了防晕层的损耗,但其绝缘配合形式单一。HU H T等[9]、张芳芳[10]利用COMSOL建立端部有限元模型计算了防晕层参数对线棒端部电场强度和损耗的影响,但还需研究更多绝缘材料参数的推荐值。
本研究建立定子线棒三段式非线性端部防晕结构三维模型,深入计算和分析不同绝缘材料电性能参数对线棒端部电位和电场分布的影响和原因;根据不同绝缘材料电性能参数对线棒最大电场的影响,得到推荐的主绝缘、各级防晕层材料参数设计值;最后利用偏相关分析量化各个绝缘材料电性能参数对端部最大电场的影响程度,为电机定子线棒端部绝缘材料电性能参数设计提供指导。
以某水电站的18 kV水轮发电机定子线棒端部为研究对象,线棒端部的结构如图1所示。
发电机流过工频电流时,时变电荷q(t)和时变磁场∂B/∂t分别产生库伦电场Ec和感应电场Eind。在工频条件下,感应电场远小于库伦电场[11],则式(1)成立。

工频电场的性质近似于呈无旋性的静态电场,根据麦克斯韦方程组,在工频(低频)下忽略电磁感应∂B/∂t的作用,可得到式(2)~(5)的基本方程。

以上为定子线棒在工频下所满足的控制方程,将ED与时间的关系转化为电位与时间的关系。
仿真需要同时考虑材料电阻率和相对介电常数,因此在COMSOL的AC/DC中选择电流接口以及瞬态场。本研究设置包围线棒端部的球体,如图2所示,形成封闭区域,将线棒开域问题转化为有限域求解[12]。为了满足良好的计算精度和计算时间,采用用户控制剖分网格,如图2所示。
定子线棒的导体为铜,主绝缘大多使用以云母、玻璃布和粘结剂等制备的复合材料,在仿真中假设主绝缘为单一的环氧粉云母材料。线棒端部的防晕层材料是具有非线性特性的半导体,它的电阻率会随着电场的增大而减小[13]
模型各介质基本参数来自于实测数据和公开发表的文献[14-17],如表1所示。
分析对象为18 kV的线棒端部,对导体施加工频电压,如式(8)所示,并设置低阻防晕层接地,U=0。下文计算得到的电场分布和电位分布均为电压达到峰值时的情况。

固体介质的相对介电常数一般为3~6,主绝缘主要采用云母材料,考虑不同云母材料、绝缘老化等因素,本研究考虑了相对介电常数和电阻率一些较为极端的情况,设置相对介电常数(εrz)为2~8,主绝缘电阻率(ρz)为1012、1013、1014、1015、1016 Ω·m,仿真结果如表2图34所示。
表2可见,随着主绝缘εrz的增大,线棒端部表面最大电场随之增大;随着主绝缘材料ρz的增大,线棒端部表面最大电场略有减小,但可认为基本不变。
图3图4的电场和电位分布可见,线棒表面电场最大值位于低阻和中阻防晕层搭接位置;较小的主绝缘相对介电常数可降低线棒表面电位,并且使得拐点斜率有一定的缓和,从而降低最大电场。
文献[18]指出,在不同的环境温度下防晕层的相对介电常数会发生变化,并且不同厂家生产的防晕层相对介电常数也有所不同。本文选择相对介电常数为10~50的防晕层,研究各级不同相对介电常数防晕层条件下线棒表面最大电场的变化,不同防晕层相对介电常数配合方式见表3,计算结果如图5所示。
图5可以看出,各级防晕层不同相对介电常数对线棒表面最大电场变化影响很小,仅中阻防晕层相对介电常数取值相对较小时电场最大,但增幅十分有限。其原因在于最大电场发生在低阻和中阻防晕层搭接处,低阻和中阻防晕层的电阻率较小,在工频条件下传导电流J起主要作用,防晕层的位移电流作用很小。
防晕层非线性电阻系数与电场及防晕层电阻率有关,因此开展了表4所示的不同防晕层非线性电阻系数配合下线棒表面最大电场的研究。其中,1~3组为中阻非线性电阻系数不同,4~6组为中高阻非线性电阻系数不同,7~9组为高阻非线性电阻系数不同,计算结果如图6所示。
图6可见:①中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数β1对线棒表面最大电场的影响最大,且中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数取较大值时为佳;②中高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数β2对线棒表面最大电场影响很小,但从结果看,取值为1时最佳;③高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数β3对线棒表面最大电场没有影响。产生以上结果的原因在于,如图3所示,最大电场发生在低阻和中阻防晕层搭接处,中高阻和高阻防晕层的影响逐渐减弱。
不同中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数下线棒表面电位分布如图7所示。从图7可知,较大的中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数β1可使电位上升沿较缓,以此缓和最大电场。
各级不同防晕层初始电阻率对线棒表面最大电场的影响如表5所示。其中,1~3组为低阻防晕层初始电阻率不同,4~6组为中阻防晕层初始电阻率不同,7~9组为中高阻防晕层初始电阻率不同,10~12组为高阻防晕层初始电阻率不同,13~15组为高阻末端防晕层初始电阻率不同。计算结果如图8所示。从图8可知:①不同中高阻、高阻、高阻末端防晕层初始电阻率(第7组及之后)对线棒表面最大电场基本没有影响;②低阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ1取103 Ω·m时最佳;③中阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ2取106 Ω·m时最佳,过大过小都将导致电场强度过大。
图8还可知,中阻防晕层初始电阻率对线棒表面最大电场的影响最大,因此对不同中阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ2进行了分析。图910为不同中阻防晕层初始电阻率下线棒表面的电位和电场分布情况。从图910可以看出,当中阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ2为105 Ω·m时,低阻和中阻防晕层搭接位置附近电位上升最为缓慢,但在300 mm位置电位发生突变,即如图10(a)所示,线棒表面最大电场位于中阻和中高阻搭接位置处;随着中阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ2增大,低阻和中阻防晕层搭接位置附近电位上升斜率逐渐增大,中阻层和中高阻层的电位突变点逐渐消失,电场薄弱环节逐步转移到低阻和中阻防晕层搭接位置,且较大的ρ2使低阻防晕层末端电场更集中。
根据上述分析可知,主绝缘相对介电常数(εrz)、中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数(β1)、中高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数(β2)、低阻防晕层初始电阻率(ρ1)、中阻防晕层初始电阻率(ρ2)对线棒端部表面最大电场均存在影响。
为了客观地衡量多个绝缘参数变量对端部电场最大值的影响程度,采用SPSS Statistic软件进行相关性分析。由于不同绝缘参数对端部电场最大值是一种综合性的影响,在比较一个绝缘参数变量与端部最大电场的相关性时,需剔除其他变量的影响,因此采用偏相关分析。
统计分析的数据来自于本文不同绝缘材料电性能参数下的仿真数据。在统计分析中,α<0.01时为极显著,0.01≤α<0.05时为显著,其他情况为不显著;偏相关系数γ取绝对值后,γ∈[0,0.1)为无相关性,γ∈[0.1,0.3)为弱相关,γ∈[0.3,0.5]为中等相关,γ∈[0.5,1.0]为强相关。表6为相关性分析结果,其中系数的正负值表示正相关和负相关,系数γ的绝对值越大表示相关程度越强。
表6可知,绝缘材料电性能参数对线棒端部电场最大值的影响程度从高到低依次为中阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ2、中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数β1、主绝缘相对介电常数εrz、中高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数β2、低阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ1,说明中阻防晕层电性能参数为主导因素。
通过建立大型水轮发电机定子线棒端部的有限元模型,研究了绝缘结构不同电性参数对线棒端部表面电场及电位分布的影响,主要得到以下结论:
(1)在常见的绝缘材料电性能参数范围内,随着主绝缘相对介电常数(εrz)的增大,线棒端部表面的最大电场增大,主绝缘材料相对介电常数选择偏小为佳;随着主绝缘材料电阻率(ρz)的增加,线棒端部表面最大电场基本不变。
(2)各级防晕层的相对介电常数对线棒表面最大电场变化的影响很小。
(3)中阻防晕层非线性电阻系数(β1)对线棒表面最大电场影响最大,在取较大值时为佳;中高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数(β2)对线棒表面最大电场影响很小,但取值为1时最佳;高阻防晕层非线性电阻系数(β3)对线棒表面的最大电场基本没有影响。
(4)不同中高阻、高阻、高阻末端防晕层初始电阻率对线棒表面的最大电场基本没有影响;低阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ1取103 Ω·m最佳;中阻防晕层初始电阻率ρ2取106 Ω·m最佳。
(5)通过偏相关分析,得到绝缘材料电性参数对端部电场最大值的影响程度排序,其中中阻防晕层的初始电阻率ρ2和非线性电阻系数β1为主导因素。
