In order to improve the mechanical strength and weather resistance in special environment of direct-drive wind generator insulation system, the partial model of direct-drive wind generator stator was impregnated by epoxy modified unsaturated polyesterimide impregnating resin. At first, the performance of the resin and the initial performance of the partial model were tested. Then the partial model was subjected to 12 cycles of water immersion and cold-thermal shock tests, and the performance changes before and after the test were analyzed. The results show that the resin has low odor, low curing volatile content, and excellent mechanical properties, insulating properties, and storage stability. The initial performance of the partial model is excellent. The insulation resistance of the model coil at 150℃ and after water immersion increases at first and then decreases during test process, while the dielectric loss factor at 150℃ increases gradually. After test, the insulating properties of the model coil can meet the requirements of direct-drive wind generator.

为了提高直驱风力发电机绝缘系统的力学性能和特殊环境下的耐候性,采用环氧改性不饱和聚酯亚胺浸渍树脂浸渍直驱风力发电机定子局部模型,首先测试环氧改性不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂材料的性能和局部模型的初始性能,然后对局部模型进行12个周期的浸水冷热冲击试验,分析试验前后的性能变化。结果表明:该树脂具有气味小、固化挥发分低,力学性能、绝缘性能和贮存稳定性优良等特点;局部模型的初始性能优异;模型线圈的150℃绝缘电阻和浸水绝缘电阻在试验过程中先增大后减小,而150℃介质损耗因数在试验过程中逐渐增大;试验后模型线圈的绝缘性能能够满足直驱风力发电机的产品要求。

为了提高直驱风力发电机绝缘系统的力学性能和特殊环境下的耐候性,采用环氧改性不饱和聚酯亚胺浸渍树脂浸渍直驱风力发电机定子局部模型,首先测试环氧改性不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂材料的性能和局部模型的初始性能,然后对局部模型进行12个周期的浸水冷热冲击试验,分析试验前后的性能变化。结果表明:该树脂具有气味小、固化挥发分低,力学性能、绝缘性能和贮存稳定性优良等特点;局部模型的初始性能优异;模型线圈的150℃绝缘电阻和浸水绝缘电阻在试验过程中先增大后减小,而150℃介质损耗因数在试验过程中逐渐增大;试验后模型线圈的绝缘性能能够满足直驱风力发电机的产品要求。

In order to improve the mechanical strength and weather resistance in special environment of direct-drive wind generator insulation system, the partial model of direct-drive wind generator stator was impregnated by epoxy modified unsaturated polyesterimide impregnating resin. At first, the performance of the resin and the initial performance of the partial model were tested. Then the partial model was subjected to 12 cycles of water immersion and cold-thermal shock tests, and the performance changes before and after the test were analyzed. The results show that the resin has low odor, low curing volatile content, and excellent mechanical properties, insulating properties, and storage stability. The initial performance of the partial model is excellent. The insulation resistance of the model coil at 150℃ and after water immersion increases at first and then decreases during test process, while the dielectric loss factor at 150℃ increases gradually. After test, the insulating properties of the model coil can meet the requirements of direct-drive wind generator.

当前全球风电产业处于持续增长态势,风力发电技术日趋成熟并得到广泛应用[1]。直驱式风力发电机采用多极电机与叶轮直接连接进行驱动的方式,免去了齿轮部件,在低风速时具备高效率、低噪音、长寿命和运行维护成本低等优点。随着风力发电技术的发展,直驱风力发电机的优势逐渐显现[2-5]
直驱风力发电机的体积非常庞大,公路运输困难,经常会遇到拆除收费站护栏等问题[6]。同时由于风力发电集中分布在风能条件较好的戈壁、草原、海边、高原等地方,此类区域范围环境条件较为恶劣,要求发电机电机绝缘结构必须满足冷热冲击变化、低温、潮湿等特殊环境的可靠性要求[7-8]
浸渍树脂作为绝缘系统的重要组成部分,对电机绝缘防护起到关键性作用,因此其性能需满足直驱风力发电机在特殊环境下的使用要求。本研究采用环氧改性不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂(Better 116HU型)浸渍直驱风力发电机定子局部模型,然后对其进行周期性浸水冷热冲击试验,测试试验过程中局部模型的绝缘性能和完成12周期试验后的绝缘性能,以验证Better 116HU型树脂能否满足风力发电机的使用要求[9-10]
Better 116HU型浸渍树脂,广州贝特新材料有限公司;LOCTITE 5009型双组分有机硅灌封胶,汉高乐泰胶水(中国)有限公司;TJ1357-6型表面绝缘磁漆,株洲时代电气绝缘有限责任公司。
模型制作:首先使用电机定子铁心冲片叠压成铁心1/24面积的局部模型铁心;然后使用电机线圈根据电机嵌线工艺嵌入局部模型铁心;最后经VPI工艺处理并加热固化、灌封、喷涂绝缘磁漆完成局部模型制作。
VPI真空压力浸渍设备,沈阳国机真空技术有限责任公司;SD2002型抗干扰介质损耗因数测试仪,武汉森德电力科技有限公司;DGH型电热鼓风干燥箱,宁波红菱电热烘箱有限公司;Fluke 1550B型绝缘电阻测试仪,Fluke Corporation;CAP2000+型旋转黏度计,美国BROOKFIELD公司;GEL22A型凝胶时间测定仪,美国SUNSHINE公司;HT-10/50型工频耐压测试仪、PC68型数字高阻计,桂林电器科学研究院有限公司;QS30D型高压电桥,上海椋虹电子系统集成有限公司。
树脂常规性能按照GB/T 15022.2—2017和 GB/T 1981.2—2009进行测试,其中旋转黏度采用CAP 2000+型旋转黏度计,用2#转子进行测试;凝胶时间采用自动凝胶时间测试仪进行测试;电气强度根据GB/T 1408.1—2016测定,试验媒质为变压器油,采用连续升压方式;体积电阻率根据GB/T 31838.2—2019测定;介质损耗因数根据GB/T 1409—2006测定,粘结强度按照GB/T 1981.2—2009进行测试,使用裸铝线;工艺性和冷热冲击性能:在尺寸为45 mm×45 mm、深度约25 mm的平底铝盒中分别放置漆包线、铜扁线、M10螺母,再加入树脂,固化后观察厚层是否开裂。若试样未开裂,采用冷热冲击试验箱进行-45~155℃的高低温循环试验。
(1)常态绝缘性能测试
局部模型冷却至室温后,测试常态介质损耗因数、电容、绝缘电阻、耐压试验、浸水绝缘电阻等。
(2)高温绝缘性能测试
局部模型放入烘箱中,将其线圈温度升高至150℃,保持至少4 h后,在烘箱中测试模型线圈的热态绝缘电阻、介质损耗因数和电容。
(3)浸水冷热冲击试验
浸水冷热冲击试验为周期性试验,共进行12个周期,其中1个周期试验为:将局部模型置于烘箱中,使其线圈温度升高至150℃,保持至少4 h;再将其温度降低至135℃后把局部模型直接放入冷水槽中浸泡2 h(水浸至模型上槽口100 mm),在浸泡过程中测试刚入水和浸泡2 h时线圈的绝缘电阻;最后将模型从水中吊出直接放入烘箱,测试出水后线圈的绝缘电阻。
(4)循环试验结束后的绝缘性能测试
在最后一周期浸水试验结束后,将局部模型在120℃烘箱中烘焙12 h,冷却至室温,测试其线圈介质损耗因数、电容、绝缘电阻和击穿电压。
本研究的Better 116HU型浸渍树脂主要由不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂、引发剂、潜伏型环氧固化剂和无挥发活性稀释剂组成。按照GB/T 15022.2—2017《电气绝缘用树脂基活性复合物 第2部分 试验方法》测试了树脂的常规性能,结果如表1所示。从表1可以看出,Better 116HU型浸渍树脂具有较好的环保性、贮存性能、绝缘性能和力学性能,并且有较好的耐环境性能。
图1为局部模型上下端部的外观。从图1可以看出,经过VPI工艺处理的局部模型线圈表面漆膜饱满,挂漆均匀。有机硅灌封胶与树脂附着性良好,经二次浸漆高温烘焙后未出现开裂问题,说明Better 116HU型树脂满足目前直驱风力发电机定子VPI工艺要求。
表2为模型线圈初始绝缘性能的测试结果。从表2可以看出,采用Better 116HU型树脂浸渍的局部模型性能优异,满足直驱风力发电机定子常态介质损耗因数小于2%的要求。
图2为模型线圈在12个周期的浸水冷热冲击试验过程中150℃绝缘电阻的变化曲线。从图2可以看出,在浸水冷热冲击试验过程中,线圈的高温绝缘电阻先增大后减小,然后趋于稳定。这是由于在前期浸水冷热冲击试验过程中,模型线圈绝缘一体性好,水分对线圈绝缘影响小,而在150℃高温烘焙时会提高Better 116HU型树脂的固化程度,从而增大了线圈绝缘电阻。但在经过多次浸水冷热冲击后,模型两端的有机硅灌封胶逐渐出现开裂现象,水分会从裂缝渗入线圈绝缘表面和内部,导致线圈的绝缘电阻减小。
图3为局部模型线圈在12个周期的浸水冷热冲击试验过程中浸水2 h的绝缘电阻变化曲线。从图3可以看出,线圈的浸水绝缘电阻在前3个周期出现增大,之后开始减小,在第8个周期后逐渐趋于稳定。前期浸水绝缘电阻增大是由于在冷热冲击过程中树脂的固化程度提高,但是随着试验进行,端部灌封胶与线圈绝缘粘接失效,导致水分渗入,引起线圈绝缘电阻减小。
图4为模型线圈在12个周期的浸水冷热冲击试验过程中150℃介质损耗因数的变化曲线。从图4可以看出,线圈150℃介质损耗因数在前5个周期呈缓慢增大趋势,之后增大速度变快,这与模型绝缘电阻开始出现明显下降的周期是基本一致的。在浸水冷热冲击试验过程中,随着端部灌封胶的开裂,水分渗入铁心槽内绝缘层间,在高温烘焙过程中不能充分将槽内的水分排出,导致线圈的介质损耗因数增大。
12周期浸水冷热冲击试验后,将模型烘干除潮,测试其绝缘性能,结果如表3所示。从表3可以看出,局部模型的介质损耗因数、对地电容、绝缘电阻和击穿电压都可以满足1.5 MW直驱风电发电机定子局部模型试验评定标准的要求。
图5为局部模型浸水冷热冲击试验后的外观与剖面图。从图5可以看出,铁心槽内线圈断面处匝间绝缘无孔隙、分层;主绝缘无孔隙、分层;铁心断面处楔下、层间及槽底边角树脂填充良好。而且取出线圈后主绝缘一体性良好,说明局部模型槽内树脂填充效果良好。
(1)Better 116HU型浸渍树脂气味小、固化挥发分低,具有优良的力学性能、绝缘性能和贮存稳定性,能够满足各项技术指标要求。
(2)Better 116HU型浸渍树脂浸渍的直驱风电定子局部模型线圈表面漆膜饱满,挂漆均匀,且其浸水绝缘电阻、常态和高温介质损耗优良。
(3)经过浸水冷热冲击试验,定子局部模型线圈的综合性能优良,达到1.5 MW直驱风力发电机定子的验证标准要求。
(4)通过对局部模型进行拆解分析,模型槽内树脂填充饱满,模型线圈的绝缘一体性良好。
