Under the sinusoidal, bipolar square wave, and bipolar short impulsive voltage with 50 Hz of frequency, three typical corona-resistant turn-to-turn insulated twisted pairs for new energy vehicles were used to experiment, and the influences of three voltages on their partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) characteristics were studied. The results show that within the effective bandwidth after frequency domain filtering, the discharge frequency domain energies under bipolar repetitive short pulse and square wave voltage distribute in 0.5‒0.9 GHz mainly. Keeping other test environments unchanged, the PDIVs under sinusoidal and bipolar repetitive square wave voltage are almost equal. The PDIVs under sinusoidal and square wave are about 20% lower than under bipolar repetitive short pulse voltage, and with the increase of pulse width, the PDIV decreases under bipolar repetitive short pulse voltage. According to the research results, when conducting PDIV test on turn-to-turn insulation, the sinusoidal and square wave voltage are more conservative test voltages for evaluating the PDIV of inverter-fed motor turn-to-turn insulation. When conducting PDIV test on capacitive sample of twisted pairs, the sinusoidal voltage can be considered to replace pulse voltage.

在频率为50 Hz的正弦、双极性方波和双极性短脉冲电压下,采用新能源汽车3种典型的具有耐电晕特性的匝间绝缘绞线对,研究了3种电压对其局部放电起始电压(PDIV)特性的影响规律。结果表明:频域滤波后的有效带宽内,双极性重复短脉冲及方波电压下的放电频域能量主要分布在0.5~0.9 GHz;保持其他测试环境不变,正弦及双极性重复方波电压下的PDIV几乎相等,而正弦和方波电压下的PDIV比双极性重复短脉冲下的PDIV低约20%,并且随着脉宽的增加,双极性重复短脉冲电压下的PDIV呈下降趋势。根据研究结果,在对匝间绝缘进行PDIV测试时,正弦和方波电压是较为保守评估变频电机匝间绝缘PDIV的测试电压;在对绞线对等容性试样进行PDIV测试时,可考虑采用正弦电压替代脉冲电压。

在频率为50 Hz的正弦、双极性方波和双极性短脉冲电压下,采用新能源汽车3种典型的具有耐电晕特性的匝间绝缘绞线对,研究了3种电压对其局部放电起始电压(PDIV)特性的影响规律。结果表明:频域滤波后的有效带宽内,双极性重复短脉冲及方波电压下的放电频域能量主要分布在0.5~0.9 GHz;保持其他测试环境不变,正弦及双极性重复方波电压下的PDIV几乎相等,而正弦和方波电压下的PDIV比双极性重复短脉冲下的PDIV低约20%,并且随着脉宽的增加,双极性重复短脉冲电压下的PDIV呈下降趋势。根据研究结果,在对匝间绝缘进行PDIV测试时,正弦和方波电压是较为保守评估变频电机匝间绝缘PDIV的测试电压;在对绞线对等容性试样进行PDIV测试时,可考虑采用正弦电压替代脉冲电压。

Under the sinusoidal, bipolar square wave, and bipolar short impulsive voltage with 50 Hz of frequency, three typical corona-resistant turn-to-turn insulated twisted pairs for new energy vehicles were used to experiment, and the influences of three voltages on their partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) characteristics were studied. The results show that within the effective bandwidth after frequency domain filtering, the discharge frequency domain energies under bipolar repetitive short pulse and square wave voltage distribute in 0.5‒0.9 GHz mainly. Keeping other test environments unchanged, the PDIVs under sinusoidal and bipolar repetitive square wave voltage are almost equal. The PDIVs under sinusoidal and square wave are about 20% lower than under bipolar repetitive short pulse voltage, and with the increase of pulse width, the PDIV decreases under bipolar repetitive short pulse voltage. According to the research results, when conducting PDIV test on turn-to-turn insulation, the sinusoidal and square wave voltage are more conservative test voltages for evaluating the PDIV of inverter-fed motor turn-to-turn insulation. When conducting PDIV test on capacitive sample of twisted pairs, the sinusoidal voltage can be considered to replace pulse voltage.

电机是驱动新能源汽车的心脏,也是新能源汽车三大关键技术之一。新能源汽车驱动电机直接连接至变频器,称为变频电机。变频电机一般采用脉宽调制(pulse-width modulation,PWM)技术控制,运行在高频重复方波电压下,绝缘系统承受较为严酷的电、热应力[1]。当出现端部过电压、电压分布不均、工艺浸渍不良等原因造成绝缘局部场强集中时,局部放电(partial discharge,PD)发生的概率较大[2-3]。特别是对于广泛采用低压散绕结构的新能源汽车驱动电机,放电现象会破坏有机物大分子链结构,造成变频电机绝缘快速失效。
根据IEC相关标准[4-5],在设计、制造变频电机前,应在正弦和重复脉冲电压下进行测试,以判断绝缘系统的局部放电起始电压(PDIV)是否高于其正常运行电压,以保证在全寿命周期内不出现局部放电。此外,在新能源汽车的运行过程中,存在机械、电、热等众多老化因素[6],PDIV可能有所下降,因此实验所得PDIV相对于实际运行电压应留有较大裕度。
新能源汽车主绝缘和相间绝缘一般不存在电压分布不均匀的现象,虽然其工作在PWM电压下,但可以采用正弦电压进行PDIV测试,测试所得的峰峰值作为评价主绝缘和相间绝缘的参数。然而,在端部过电压、电压绕组不均匀分布、绕组感性及容性分布参数的影响下,变频电机匝间绝缘实际承受的是持续时间为纳秒至微秒级的高频双极性短脉冲电压[7]。因此,为模拟变频电机绝缘实际承受的电应力,需采用双极性重复方波或脉冲电压模拟脉宽调制电压进行匝间PDIV测试[8-9]
不同于传统直流及正弦电压,重复脉冲不同电压参数(如上升时间、占空比、基波频率等)对变频电机绝缘PDIV的影响不可忽视[4-5]。不同波形参数对变频电机匝间绝缘的PDIV影响虽有报道,但研究多采用重复方波和正弦电压进行对比,少部分研究采用单极性重复短脉冲电压[7-8],而双极性重复短脉冲电压(匝间绝缘实际承受的电应力)对变频电机匝间绝缘的PDIV影响尚未见报道。
本研究在频率为50 Hz的正弦、双极性重复方波和双极性重复短脉冲电压下,对比分析不同波形电压对3种典型新能源汽车匝间绝缘PDIV统计特征及放电时频域分布特性的影响规律,并结合放电物理过程提出机理解释,以期为3种应力下新能源汽车变频电机匝间绝缘PDIV的评估提供实验依据和理论参考。
正弦电压下变频电机匝间绝缘的PDIV测试系统如图1所示。信号发生器输入50 Hz的正弦信号,功率放大器将该输入信号放大2 000倍,得到连续可调的正弦电压,该电压再经限流水电阻向试样输出。去除端部绝缘的绞线对一端接正弦输出,另一端接地。使用耦合阻抗传感器和TechImp PD-Check采集放电,并通过网络接口将放电统计特性显示在计算机上。正弦输出电压经高压探头,按1 000∶1的比例显示在最大采样率为20 GS/s、带宽为2.5 GHz的数字示波器上,以读取正弦输出电压的峰峰值。
双极性重复脉冲电压下变频电机匝间绝缘PDIV测试系统如图2所示,双极性脉冲电源输出参数如表1所示。
双极性高压重复脉冲电源输出电压峰峰值可达10 kV,频率为50 Hz。产生的双极性重复方波和双极性重复短脉冲电压的上升时间为150 ns,其中双极性重复短脉冲电压的脉宽时间持续可调。本研究采用脉宽为1、2、5 μs的短脉冲电压和重复方波电压作为电源输出进行PDIV测试。
特高频天线用于采集放电信号。为减小高频电力电子开关器件引起的干扰(干扰信号的频谱能量主要分布在300~400 MHz),将特高频天线固定于距离试样10 cm处,并且在特高频天线和数字示波器间加装400 MHz的高通滤波器。输出电压的正负两极经差分高压探头差分后,以1 000∶1的比例显示在数字示波器上。数字示波器与计算机相连,并执行IEEE 488.2协议进行数据传输,将放电结果和输出电压存入数据库以便后期处理分析。
研究采用的3种典型新能源汽车绞线对试样由聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂浸渍而成,漆包线在显微镜下观测得到的直径分别为0.65、0.66、0.69 mm,分别记为a试样、b试样、c试样。为保证实验结果的可靠性,每种绞线对绕制5个试样。每个试样统一绕制10匝,使漆包线两端的夹角为60°(如图3所示),用于模拟变频电机运行过程中出现的多点放电现象[4,10]。绕制时应避免损伤漆包线的绝缘漆,以免造成短路影响实验结果。
实验前,将所有漆包线试样进行统一处理:使用无水酒精清洗,并放入100℃温度控制箱内处理12 h,以保证实验结果不受试样表面可能存在的水分和污渍的影响。实验时,将试样固定在绝缘支架上,并放入温湿度控制箱内,控制温度恒定为25℃、湿度恒定为60%RH,以排除环境因素的影响。
图2中的双极性高压重复脉冲电源的拓扑图如图4所示,该全桥电路由稳压电容C1,正极性高压直流电源+HV,限流电阻R1、R2,高压电力电子开关SW1、SW2和负载CL组成。控制高压电力电子开关中A和B开关的开断状态,即可改变输出在负载CL上脉冲的脉宽。本实验采用现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)控制A、B开关的开断,以控制输出电压。
采用频率均为50 Hz的正弦、双极性重复方波和双极性重复短脉冲电压进行实验,其中双极性重复方波和双极性重复短脉冲电压由图4的电源拓扑图产生,产生的双极性重复短脉冲电压波形如图5所示。并且电压的上升时间为150 ns,双极性重复短脉冲电压脉宽设置1、2、5 μs,如图6所示。
在正弦电压和双极性脉冲电压下对绞线对进行PDIV测试,分别统计不同波形下的局部放电相位谱图(phase resolved partial discharge pattern, PRPDP)。图7为正弦电压下的局放放电谱图。从图7可以看出,在正弦电压下的局部放电主要分布在0°~90°和180°~270°相位,在其余相位出现放电的概率较小。
图8为不同脉宽的双极性短脉冲及方波电压下的局部放电谱图。从图8可以看出,在双极性方波及短脉冲电压下的放电在上升沿和下降沿附近出现概率较大,并且放电幅值集中在400~600 mV。
对双极性短脉冲及方波电压下的局部放电波形进行傅里叶变换,得到局部放电能量的时域和频域分布[11-12],如图9所示。
图9可以看出,双极性短脉冲及方波电压的频域能量主要分布在0.5~0.9 GHz,部分放电在1.1、1.3、1.9 GHz也存在能量分布,少部分放电在2.1 GHz存在能量分布(如图9(b)所示),其余频段的能量分布较少。因此在上升时间为150 ns、频率为50 Hz的双极性短脉冲及方波电压下进行PDIV测试时,采用的特高频天线应在0.5~2.0 GHz内有较高的增益,并且为消除电源产生的低频段干扰,应在天线输出端使用高通滤波器,以提高信噪比。
采用正弦电压及不同脉宽的双极性脉冲电压对3种典型绞线对进行PDIV测试,不同电压下的PDIV测试结果统计特性如图10所示。从图10可以看出,每种绞线对在方波电压下和正弦波电压下测得的PDIV大致相同,在双极性短脉冲电压下测得的PDIV随着脉宽的增加呈现下降的趋势,并且双极性短脉冲下的PDIV略高于方波下的PDIV。具体地,脉宽为1 μs的双极性短脉冲下的PDIV与方波下的PDIV相比,a试样从2.38 kV下降至1.97 kV,下降了约17%;b试样从2.08 kV下降至1.68 kV,下降了约19%;c试样从2.39 kV下降至1.74 kV,下降了约27%。图10(d)展示了3种典型绞线对的PDIV随电压波形的变化趋势,可以看出在使用方波和正弦波电压评估变频电机匝间绝缘时,所得到的绝缘性能较为保守,而双极性短脉冲电压能更真实地评估变频电机匝间绝缘。
一般来讲,绝缘的PDIV随绝缘尺寸改变而改变。由于a、b、c试样添加有不同的无机和有机成分,使3种材料的介电常数发生改变,导致图10中PDIV并未随漆包线直径增大形成统一规律。因此,本研究并未考虑0.65~0.69 mm直径范围内绝缘尺寸改变对PDIV的影响。
采用具有一定带宽的特高频传感器提取放电高频能量是重复脉冲电压下抑制电力电子强烈开断干扰、提升PDIV测试灵敏度的重要方法[13]。然而,由于放电能量分布可能随高频脉冲参数变化而变化,分析脉冲参数对放电频域能量分布的影响对传感器设计和选择尤为重要。图9表明,当重复脉冲持续时间在1~5 μs发生变化时,脉冲激发的放电频域能量主要分布在0.5~0.9 GHz,并且脉冲持续时间的变化并未明显改变放电的频域能量分布特性。说明依据IEC TS 61934、IEC 60034-18-41等国际标准,采用特高频法对绝缘系统进行PDIV测试时,具有合适带宽的传感器应适合于所有占空比(即不同脉宽)的测试。
在绞线对模型中,放电主要发生在漆包线之间的气隙。由气体放电的流注理论可知,形成流注需满足两个条件:①气隙内实际电场强度超过起始放电电场强度Einc;②出现激发电子崩的初始电子[14-16]。根据图10,随着脉冲宽度的增加,PDIV逐渐降低,并且方波和正弦电压下PDIV最低。实际上,流注发展至完成放电需要一定时间,即当气隙内实际电场强度大于起始放电的电场强度,且持续超过一定时间后,才能完成放电过程。以图10(a)中a试样为例,在双极性短脉冲电压下,绞线对两端施加峰峰值为2 kV的电压,并未出现放电,而在方波和正弦波条件下施加相同幅值的电压则出现放电。可能是因为短脉冲的持续时间过短,在测试过程中未能形成流注,因此需要更高的电压(约2.4 kV)以满足流注放电条件,其余试样呈现相似结果。图10中随着短脉冲脉宽增加,PDIV呈现下降趋势,也从侧面验证了以上解释。
而在正弦和方波电压下,电压持续时间较长,相对较低电压即可满足流注放电的条件,所得PDIV均低于短脉冲下的PDIV。对于变频电机绝缘系统评估,在全生命周期内,满足理论要求产生放电的PDIV最小值应是绝缘设计最应关注的保守值。因此,如采用正弦或方波电压对绝缘进行PDIV测试,得到的PDIV结果可保守评估变频电机匝间绝缘性能。然而,当通入重复短脉冲电压时,很难在匝间绝缘形成持续时间较长的脉冲电应力,得到的PDIV很可能大于正弦和方波电压下测得的保守值。
(1)在频率相同的情况下,正弦和方波电压下变频电机匝间绝缘的PDIV几乎相等。因此,在对绞线对等容性试样进行PDIV测试时,可用正弦电压替代方波电压进行测试。
(2)在双极性短脉冲电压下,随着脉宽的增加,匝间绝缘PDIV呈现下降趋势,说明较短脉冲不能完全激发绝缘中的流注放电,从而不能发现绝缘中的潜在缺陷。
(3)正弦和方波电压下PDIV比双极性重复短脉冲下低约20%,说明在对容性匝间绝缘进行PDIV测试时,正弦和方波电压是较为保守评估绝缘性能的测试电压。
