The broadband dielectric response of oil-paper insulation was studied, and broadband dielectric response tests were carried out on laboratory samples of oil-paper insulation with different moisture contents. According to the relaxation polarization part of dielectric spectrum, the spectral parameters characterizing the moisture degree were extracted, and their relationship with the moisture content in the oil-paper insulation was analyzed. Further moisture tests for the oil-immersed bushing scaled-down model were designed, and the application of the spectral parameters in the moisture diagnosis of bushing was discussed. The results show that the low-frequency polarization process in the relaxation polarization spectrum is more sensitive to the moisture content, and its loss peak value can be used as a characteristic parameter to characterize the moisture content; under different moisture types of the bushing, the change patterns of the loss peaks and characteristic frequencies of the low-frequency and high-frequency relaxation polarization are different, which can be used as a preliminary criterion for the moisture type of the bushing.

以油纸绝缘宽频介电响应为研究对象,针对实验室不同水分含量的油纸绝缘样品,开展了宽频介电响应测试。通过介电谱中的弛豫极化部分,提取了表征受潮程度的频谱参数,分析其与油纸绝缘中水分含量的关系,进一步设计了油浸式套管缩比模型的受潮试验,讨论了频谱参数在套管受潮诊断中的应用。结果表明:弛豫极化频谱中的低频极化过程对水分含量较为敏感,其损耗峰峰值可作为表征水分含量的特征参数;在套管不同受潮类型情况下,低频和高频弛豫极化的损耗峰值及特征频率等参数的变化规律不同,可作为套管受潮类型的初步判据。

以油纸绝缘宽频介电响应为研究对象,针对实验室不同水分含量的油纸绝缘样品,开展了宽频介电响应测试。通过介电谱中的弛豫极化部分,提取了表征受潮程度的频谱参数,分析其与油纸绝缘中水分含量的关系,进一步设计了油浸式套管缩比模型的受潮试验,讨论了频谱参数在套管受潮诊断中的应用。结果表明:弛豫极化频谱中的低频极化过程对水分含量较为敏感,其损耗峰峰值可作为表征水分含量的特征参数;在套管不同受潮类型情况下,低频和高频弛豫极化的损耗峰值及特征频率等参数的变化规律不同,可作为套管受潮类型的初步判据。

The broadband dielectric response of oil-paper insulation was studied, and broadband dielectric response tests were carried out on laboratory samples of oil-paper insulation with different moisture contents. According to the relaxation polarization part of dielectric spectrum, the spectral parameters characterizing the moisture degree were extracted, and their relationship with the moisture content in the oil-paper insulation was analyzed. Further moisture tests for the oil-immersed bushing scaled-down model were designed, and the application of the spectral parameters in the moisture diagnosis of bushing was discussed. The results show that the low-frequency polarization process in the relaxation polarization spectrum is more sensitive to the moisture content, and its loss peak value can be used as a characteristic parameter to characterize the moisture content; under different moisture types of the bushing, the change patterns of the loss peaks and characteristic frequencies of the low-frequency and high-frequency relaxation polarization are different, which can be used as a preliminary criterion for the moisture type of the bushing.

油纸绝缘具有稳定的绝缘性能、散热性能以及低廉的成本,从20世纪初起就被广泛地应用于各类电力设备,近年来随着特高压工程的实施,油纸绝缘作为一种成熟可靠的绝缘材料,进一步被用于换流变压器的主绝缘及套管绝缘中[1]。据统计,在变压器附件缺陷引发故障中,套管故障仅次于分接开关故障,占变压器电气故障的35%~45%,且这一比例随电压等级的升高而增大,而绝缘受潮则是引起套管故障的主要原因之一[2-3]。因此对油浸式套管中绝缘受潮情况的有效检测和可靠性评估具有重要意义和价值。
近年来,基于介电响应原理的试验方法,因具有无损评估等优点而被逐渐广泛应用到油纸绝缘状态评估中[4]。现有的介电响应方法主要有时域回复电压(RVM)法、极化/去极化电流(PDC)法和频域介电谱(FDS)法,其中RVM法只能对绝缘整体状况进行评估,无法区分绝缘油和绝缘纸各自的状况,且对试验结果的解释非常复杂,对系统误差也比较敏感;PDC法虽可分别评估绝缘油和绝缘纸的状况,但易受现场因素干扰,且初始极化去极化电流往往不易准确测量;相比传统的工频介损测量,FDS法将测量范围由工频扩展到10-3~103 Hz甚至更宽的频带中,因此又称为宽频介电响应,FDS法因测量频带宽,携带信息丰富,抗干扰能力强,在油纸绝缘状态检测和评估方面更具优势[5-6]
国内外学者对FDS法的频谱理论、检测方法和现场应用方面展开了不少研究。S WOLNY等[7]对绝缘纸板的频域介电响应曲线实测数据进行了拟合,并指出了温度和水分含量与拟合模型系数的变化关系。D LINHJELL等[8]发现复相对介电常数的实部和虚部随着水分含量的增加均呈现向高频平移的特性,其中虚部的最小值随着水分含量的增加而增大且在低频区有损耗峰出现。马志钦[9]研究了水分对油纸绝缘介损频谱的影响,建议用10-1~101 Hz范围内的介质损耗来评估水分含量,并根据试验结果给出了经验公式。董明等[10]建立了油纸绝缘频谱解释模型,研究了水分对频谱模型参数的影响,建立了直流电导率的拟合值与水分含量的定量关系。然而,目前大多数研究仅停留在对简单单层油纸结构的状态表征上,对于具有具体结构的油纸绝缘系统研究不多,且对于套管受潮类型的诊断研究存在不足。
本文主要开展油纸绝缘材料的受潮试验,研究受潮程度与宽频介电响应模型参数的相关性,提取对受潮程度敏感的特征参量,设计并制作油纸绝缘套管模型,开展不同受潮程度和受潮类型的模拟试验并进行宽频介电响应测试分析,探究频谱参数与受潮类型的相关性。
在实验室内搭建了FDS测试平台,如图1所示。测试平台由试验罐体和测量设备两部分组成,其中试验罐体为圆柱形全密封有机玻璃罐体,其内部装设三电极测量装置,进行测试时将油浸纸板试品放置于上电极和测量电极之间,并将测量电极外侧的环形屏蔽电极接地,以屏蔽样品的表面电流。试验罐体装设有压力真空表和温度传感器,测量时将试验罐体放置于烘箱中,监控并调节装置内气压和温度。温度传感器分辨率为0.1℃,将探头贴在油浸纸板样品表面以精确测量试样温度。在上盖板和底座上分别设有气阀和油阀,可相互配合实现纸板的真空浸油。本文的宽频介电响应测试所选取的测量频带为10-3~104 Hz,测量过程中遵循宽频密集取点的原则,每10倍频率等对数间距取20个频率点,共计140个频率点。为满足频带范围的要求,并缩短测试周期,选择用测试频带较宽的宽带介电响应测试仪(Novocontrol Concept 80型)测量101~104 Hz频带内的样品的介电谱,而采用IDAX300介电响应测试仪进行10-3~101 Hz范围内的频谱测试,外施电压均取200 V,由于两种仪器的测试模块一致,对于同一油纸样品测量所产生的误差可以忽略不计。此外,对于体积较大的电容芯子,所有测试均由IDAX300介电响应测试仪完成。
在进行油纸绝缘样品的受潮处理时,根据IEC 60641-2-2004,首先将绝缘纸板和绝缘油在(105±2)℃温度下分别真空干燥24 h和48 h,得到干燥的绝缘纸板(水分含量小于0.5%)和绝缘油(水分含量小于20×10-6),将干燥的绝缘纸板放置在电子天平上并暴露在空气中自然吸潮,根据天平读数大致估计水分含量的变化,当其到达预期值附近时,从绝缘纸板上取样并利用卡尔费休滴定仪精确测定其水分含量,将测量值作为绝缘纸板的含水量,同时迅速将绝缘纸板放入图1所示的试验腔体,并在室温环境下真空浸油,待样品充分浸油后进行宽频介电响应测量。在以上步骤中,只需要控制样品自然吸潮的时间,即可得到不同水分含量的样品并完成宽频介电响应测试。通过以上方法得到水分含量分别为1.48%、3.06%、4.21%、5.67%、6.71%的样品。
对制备的不同水分含量样品进行宽频介电响应测试,得到的实测介电常数实部及虚部曲线如图2所示。
图2可以看出,随着水分含量的增大,复介电常数实部和虚部均整体增大,但低频区域的增幅远大于高频区域,说明水分含量对电导过程以及低频弛豫极化强度的影响更加显著,而对高频区域的极化过程的影响相对不明显。此外,当水分含量大于4.21%时,介电常数实部频谱曲线的低频区域显著增长,且在100~102 Hz出现了新的“台阶”状区域,推测该区域可能存在新的极化过程[11]
试验得到的复介电常数实部ε′(ω)表示电介质材料在电场下的极化强度,虚部ε″(ω)表示电介质在交变电场下的损耗,包括电导损耗和极化损耗两部分,如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:εσ(ω)表示电导损耗;εp(ω)表示极化损耗。
为了分离复介电常数虚部频谱中的电导损耗和极化损耗部分,本文在Debye模型的基础上对实部进行求导,得到复介电常数实部和虚部极化损耗部分的关系如式(2)所示[11]

式(2)中,K=-2ln10/(εs-ε)。因此,可以从实部直接求得虚部中的极化损耗部分,如式(3)所示。

根据式(3)可以将虚部中的极化损耗部分提取出来,得到弛豫极化损耗的频谱曲线如图3所示。
图3可知,随着水分含量增加,弛豫极化损耗总体呈增加趋势。在弛豫极化损耗曲线上出现了两个损耗峰:一个在较低频率区域,约10-3~10-1 Hz,另一个在中频区域,约100~101 Hz。在这里将10-3~10-1 Hz的极化过程称为极化过程1,100~101 Hz的弛豫过程称为极化过程2。极化过程1始终存在于频谱曲线上,其出现与否与水分含量无关,且极化过程1的频率范围与文献[11]中低频弛豫过程的频率范围相同,两者为同一极化过程,即由陷阱电子和空穴引起的空间电荷极化过程,该过程是油纸复合绝缘材料固有的极化过程。随着水分含量增加,其损耗峰值逐渐增加,并且损耗峰出现的位置逐渐左移,这说明水分的存在增强了其极化强度,并增加了空间电荷极化的驰豫时间。
进一步可以发现,水分含量较低时,低频区域仅存在极化过程1,而当水含量超过4.21%时,在100~101 Hz出现了极化过程2,且其损耗峰幅值随水分含量增加而增大,这意味着随油浸纸板中水分含量的持续增加,当水分含量达到某一阈值后,产生了新的极化机制,并出现了新的极化过程。油纸绝缘中的水分一般具有吸附态、溶解态和游离态3种存在形式,其中游离态水分只有当总水分含量大于一定值时才会存在,因此极化过程2可能是由于绝缘油中水分含量达到饱和后产生的游离水分引起的。
极化过程1和2的损耗峰峰值和特征频率的关系如图4所示。
图4可以看出,极化过程1的损耗峰峰值随水分含量的增大而呈指数增大,其特征频率随水分含量的增大略有减小,因此将用极化过程1,即陷阱电子和空穴极化过程的损耗峰峰值ε″peak1作为特征参量之一,来表征油浸纸板总体的水分含量。极化过程2,即油中游离水分引起的极化过程的损耗峰峰值ε''peak2和特征频率均随水分含量增加而增大,但由于数据有限,可用作油中存在游离水分的定性判据。
进一步对极化过程1的峰值ε''peak1与水分含量m的关系按指数规律进行拟合,拟合公式如式(4)所示,参数的拟合结果为a=0.005 3,b=0.97,R2=0.99。

为了进一步研究水分含量在实际套管中的影响,依据“等电容,等台阶”的设计原则,设计并制作了油纸绝缘套管电容芯子的简化缩比模型,其尺寸参数见表1,实物如图5所示。
考虑到套管在实际运行过程中受潮的原因和部位,本文设计了整体受潮、零屏局部受潮、末屏局部受潮3种受潮类型的模拟方案。具体的水分含量设置情况见表2,其中编号为A1的电容芯子为未受潮的干燥芯子,A2和A3为整体受潮,B1和B2为零屏受潮,C1和C2为末屏受潮。
表2中电容芯子进行介电响应测试,以A1为参照组,分别得到整体受潮、零屏局部受潮和末屏局部受潮的复电容实部及虚部频谱曲线如图6所示。由图6(a)(b)可知,整体受潮的电容芯子的复电容实部及虚部均随水分含量的增加而增大,低频部分增大的幅度较为显著,而高频部分的变化相对较小,说明油纸绝缘低频下的电导及极化过程对水分的敏感性较高,这与单层绝缘纸板的试验规律一致。此外,由图6(a)可知,随频率的增大,复电容实部在10-2~100 Hz范围内迅速下降,证明该频域范围内存在弛豫极化过程,而图6(b)中复电容虚部在该
范围内并未出现损耗峰,仅在高频区域出现了损耗峰,这说明低频区域的电导损耗分量掩盖了弛豫极化的损耗峰。
图6(c)(d)可知,零屏受潮的电容芯子的复电容实部及虚部整体的变化相对较小,其复电容实部频谱曲线呈现出向右平移的特征,幅值的变化不大,复电容虚部频谱的中、低频部分随水分含量的增加而有所增大,高频部分的损耗峰则几乎没有变化。相对整体受潮而言,零屏受潮对油纸绝缘频谱曲线,尤其是高频范围的影响较小。
图6(e)(f)可知,电容芯子末屏受潮对复电容实部及虚部频谱曲线具有显著的影响。随末屏受潮程度的增加,复电容实部曲线的幅值显著增大,其“台阶状”下降区域向高频方向移动,虚部曲线的整体幅值增大,低频部分的变化比高频部分更为显著。综合对比可知,相比零屏受潮,末屏受潮对电容芯子的频谱曲线的影响更大。
根据表1中参数,采用数值模拟的方法可求得该套管电容芯子的真空几何电容值C0为1.27×10-11 F,根据复电容与几何电容的关系可求得相应的复介电常数实部及虚部值,然后采用2.2小节中相同的频谱解析方法进行解谱,可得到复介电常数虚部中的弛豫极化损耗频谱ε″p(ω),如图7所示。观察图7可知,整体及局部受潮的弛豫极化损耗频谱上均出现了两个极化过程,其频谱范围分别与文献[10]中宽频等效模型中的低频极化过程和高频极化过程相吻合。
图7中不同受潮类型电容芯子的低频和高频极化过程的损耗峰值εpeak和特征频率fC进行统计,结果如表3所示。根据表3中参数发现,电容芯子整体受潮时,其弛豫极化频谱中的两个极化过程的损耗峰值εpeak1εpeak2均显著增大,而相应的损耗峰特征频率fC1fC2则基本不变,电容芯子均匀受潮时,低频极化过程1的变化规律与单层纸板的基本一致,说明了试验分析的可靠性;电容芯子零屏受潮时,其弛豫极化频谱的损耗峰值εpeak1εpeak2略有增加,特征频率fC1明显增大,而特征频率fC2基本不变;电容芯子末屏受潮时,其弛豫极化频谱的损耗峰值εpeak1εpeak2均显著增大,且特征频率fC1也明显增大,而特征频率fC2基本不变。当电容芯子整体均匀受潮时,介电响应的规律与单层纸板基本一致,当电容芯子局部受潮时,其极化过程1的特征频率随着不均匀程度的增大逐渐增大。这主要因为不均匀程度的增加,减小了界面极化的时间常数,导致了损耗峰的右移,同时,由于电容芯子受潮位置的不同,受到结构影响零屏受潮和末屏受潮时损耗峰幅值的变化规律也不同,可以作为判断套管电容芯子不同受潮类型的参考。
(1)油纸绝缘宽频介电响应中的低频弛豫极化过程对水分含量具有较高的敏感性,其损耗峰峰值随水分含量的增加而指数增大,可作为表征油纸绝缘材料水分含量的特征参数,而损耗峰特征频率与水分含量的相关性较低;油纸绝缘系统中游离状态的水分会导致新的弛豫极化过程。
(2)电容芯子整体受潮时,损耗峰值εpeak1εpeak2均显著增大,特征频率fC1fC2则基本不变;电容芯子零屏受潮时,εpeak1εpeak2略有增加,fC1明显增大,而fC2基本不变;电容芯子末屏受潮时,εpeak1εpeak2均显著增大,且fC1也明显增大,而fC2基本不变,以上规律可用于定性区分套管的受潮类型。
