According to the sand parameters around the transmission line corridors in Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai and other high incidence of sandstorms regions and the relevant data of dust weather, the wind speed, particle size, concentration, charge/mass ratio and other specific parameters for sand simulation were determined, and a testing apparatus was built. The effect of simulated sand conditions on the power frequency discharge voltage of external insulation in the gap was tested by using this device at an altitude of 2 200 m. The results show that the simulated sand dust environment will decrease the power frequency discharge voltage of the short gap below 0.2 m, but will not reduce the power frequency discharge voltage of the long air gap above 0.2 m, and the charged dust in the air itself is not the cause of the gap trip discharge.

本研究参考西藏、新疆、青海等地沙尘暴高发地区输电线路走廊附近沙尘参数的调研结果,以及沙尘暴天气的相关气象资料确定了模拟风沙试验中风速、粒径、浓度、荷质比等具体参数,并搭建了一套模拟风沙试验装置。利用该装置,在海拔2 200 m地区开展了模拟风沙条件对间隙外绝缘工频放电电压的影响试验。结果表明:模拟沙尘环境仅会降低间隙距离为0.2 m以下短间隙的工频放电电压,而不会降低间隙距离为0.2 m以上长空气间隙的工频放电电压;空气中带电沙尘本身不是造成间隙跳闸放电的根本原因。

本研究参考西藏、新疆、青海等地沙尘暴高发地区输电线路走廊附近沙尘参数的调研结果,以及沙尘暴天气的相关气象资料确定了模拟风沙试验中风速、粒径、浓度、荷质比等具体参数,并搭建了一套模拟风沙试验装置。利用该装置,在海拔2 200 m地区开展了模拟风沙条件对间隙外绝缘工频放电电压的影响试验。结果表明:模拟沙尘环境仅会降低间隙距离为0.2 m以下短间隙的工频放电电压,而不会降低间隙距离为0.2 m以上长空气间隙的工频放电电压;空气中带电沙尘本身不是造成间隙跳闸放电的根本原因。

According to the sand parameters around the transmission line corridors in Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai and other high incidence of sandstorms regions and the relevant data of dust weather, the wind speed, particle size, concentration, charge/mass ratio and other specific parameters for sand simulation were determined, and a testing apparatus was built. The effect of simulated sand conditions on the power frequency discharge voltage of external insulation in the gap was tested by using this device at an altitude of 2 200 m. The results show that the simulated sand dust environment will decrease the power frequency discharge voltage of the short gap below 0.2 m, but will not reduce the power frequency discharge voltage of the long air gap above 0.2 m, and the charged dust in the air itself is not the cause of the gap trip discharge.

沙尘天气是常见于西北、华北和东北西部地区的一种灾害性天气,多发生于春季。沙尘天气对电网安全的影响不可忽视,2014年4月23日,新疆吐鲁番和哈密等地区发生特强沙尘暴天气,造成750 kV吐鲁番-哈密一线多次故障跳闸。2006年3月28日,河南郑州因沙尘暴天气发生30多起线路跳闸事故。2019年2月24日青海地区330 kV柴林Ⅰ线也因沙尘暴天气发生跳闸事故。国外也曾出现过类似的事故,2021年3月蒙古国在特强沙尘暴的影响下出现大面积停电。沙特电网近几十年来亦一直受到沙尘天气的困扰。鉴于沙尘天气对输电线路外绝缘的影响,很有必要对沙尘环境下空气间隙的放电特性进行研究[1-2]
目前,学者们对沙尘环境中空气间隙放电特性的研究已经取得了一些成果。司马文霞等[3-4]设计了一套沙尘暴环境模拟装置,并利用该装置进行模拟沙尘环境下短空气间隙的工频放电特性试验。结果表明,动态的风沙流对棒-棒空气间隙工频击穿电压的影响较小,且无明显规律,而阴极表面沉积的沙粒会导致棒-棒间隙工频击穿电压降低,同时沙尘带电量对间隙击穿电压没有明显影响。然而,该试验中模拟的沙尘带电量仅在150 nC/kg以下,远低于国内外学者在野外和风洞试验中测量到的沙尘荷质比[5-11]。同时,该研究仅探究了沙尘条件对 5 cm以下短间隙工频放电电压的影响。邓鹤鸣[12]采用正、负雷电冲击电压对间隙距离为20~45 cm的线-板电极进行击穿特性试验,研究了沙尘颗粒粒径对沙尘环境中空气间隙击穿电压的影响。结果表明,粒径较大的沙尘(大于0.1 mm)有利于放电的发展,但当沙尘粒径超过2 mm时,这种影响减弱。A A AL-ARAINY等[13]在雷电和操作冲击电压作用下对沙尘环境中空气间隙进行击穿特性试验。结果表明,沙尘对空气间隙雷电放电特性有影响,影响程度与所施加电压的波形、电压极性、电极形状(方形和半球形)、空气间隙距离均有关;当空气间隙的长度超过40 cm后,沙尘对空气间隙击穿电压的影响可以忽略不计。然而,文献[12-13]的研究均在室内环境中进行,仅探讨了弥散沙尘对间隙雷电和操作冲击放电电压的影响,未开展风速与沙尘带电模拟,模拟沙尘暴条件不完全。
针对上述研究的不足,本研究根据西藏、青海、新疆等地沙尘暴天气频发,参考输电线路走廊地区沙尘参数的调研结果,结合沙尘暴天气的气候特征,最终确定了模拟沙尘暴环境的关键参数。同时,搭建一套模拟风沙试验装置以模拟西北高海拔地区沙尘暴的风速、浓度、粒径、荷电量。基于该装置,在昆明高海拔地区开展模拟沙尘环境对0.15~2.00 m线-板空气间隙工频击穿特性影响的试验。试验中通过改变沙尘粒径和浓度等参数,获得对空气间隙工频放电最不利的模拟沙尘条件。在此基础上,探究沙尘对间隙放电特性影响的机理,希望能为线路外绝缘工程建设提供参考。
本课题组曾调研了西藏、青海、新疆等地区输电线路走廊附近沿线3 600 km的沙尘参数[14-15],调研得到的沙尘粒径一般在0~500 μm。考虑粗沙难以输运至输电线路高度,本研究选择0~125 μm,125~250 μm两种粒径。
目前,GB/T 20480—2017《沙尘天气等级》[16]中依照能见度将沙尘天气分为5个等级,分别为浮尘(<10 000 m)、扬沙(<1 000 m)、沙尘暴(<500 m)、强沙尘暴(<100米)、特强沙尘暴(<50 m)。本研究模拟的沙尘环境是根据沙尘浓度进行标定,参考L J HAGEN等[17]总结的能见度和沙尘浓度的关系x=58.1/γ(其中γ是沙尘的浓度,单位为mg/cm3x是能见度),强沙尘暴与特强沙尘暴所对应的沙尘浓度分别为580 mg/m3和1 160 mg/m3。同时,文献[18-21]表明,当发生特强沙尘暴时,地面空气中的物质浓度可以达到1 017 mg/m3。据我国环境部门记录[22],1993年5月5日发生的特强沙尘暴,甘肃省金昌市的室外空气的总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)浓度达到1 016 mg/m3。综合考虑上述研究成果,本研究选取沙尘浓度为500 mg/m3和1 000 mg/m3分别作为强沙尘暴和特强沙尘暴的浓度等级。
如引言所述,沙尘暴发生时,由于气流与沙粒、沙粒与沙粒、沙粒与地面的直接摩擦作用,沙尘暴颗粒会带上电荷。带电沙粒随风沙悬浮于空气中并出现在输电线路附近时便会影响周围的电场分布,从而可能影响其外绝缘特性。因此,模拟沙尘环境有必要对沙尘的带电量进行模拟。表1总结了国内外学者在沙尘暴发生地实测得到的沙粒荷质比。
达到输电线路高度的沙尘多为细沙,细沙由于不对称摩擦作用通常带负电。根据表1统计的沙粒带电量的测量结果,考虑较为极端环境,最终确定模拟沙尘环境中的沙粒荷质比为-100 μC/kg和-200 μC/kg。
一般情况下,风速达到6~9 m/s的风就可以将地面上的沙尘吹到空气中,此时为浮尘和扬沙天气。当风速介于六级和八级之间,为中等强度沙尘暴;当风速高于九级时,沙尘暴等级上升为强沙尘暴。同时,沙尘暴瞬时风速亦可能达到25 m/s,该情况为特强沙尘暴。本研究选取风速10 m/s对应浮沉扬沙天气、18 m/s对应中等沙尘暴天气、25 m/s对应特强沙尘暴天气。
本研究选取模拟沙尘环境风速分别为10、18、25 m/s,沙尘试验浓度为500 mg/m3和1 000 mg/m3。将试验沙尘粒径(d)分为d<125 μm和125 μm<d<250 μm。根据国内外学者在沙尘暴发生时得到的沙尘荷质比测量结果,选择沙粒荷质比分别为0、 -100、-200 μC/kg。
本研究设计了一套沙尘暴模拟试验装置,其结构如图1所示。下面则逐一叙述模拟沙尘环境中各参量的控制方法。
风机由55 kW的变频调速电机提供动力,风机出口处最大风速可以达到35 m/s,在试品安装处(距离风机出口7 m位置)最大风速可达25 m/s。风机出口安装24片倒流叶片。导流叶片增大了沙尘的弥散范围,使得试品区域沙尘弥散面积超过3 m×3 m。沙尘扩散效果如图2所示,装置满足了风速及沙尘扩散面积的要求(风机出口直径为1.5 m)。
本研究选择的沙尘粒径为125~250 μm以及0~125 μm两种。试验选用新疆本地沙源,采用筛沙机分别配合60目与120目筛网获得上述两种沙粒。模拟沙尘浓度控制则采用螺旋喂料器,试验中通过改变给喂料器的转速来调节沙速度,进而控制沙尘浓度。
本试验采用场致荷电对沙尘颗粒进行荷电[23]。颗粒的场致荷电理论公式如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:qs为颗粒带电量;m为颗粒质量;ρ为颗粒密度;d为颗粒直径;εr为颗粒相对介电常数;ε0为真空介电常数;τ为颗粒的荷电时间常数,τ=4ε0E0/iE0为颗粒所处位置的电场强度;t为颗粒的荷电时间;i为离子流密度,单位是A/m2
式(1)可知,沙粒的充分荷电需要3个条件,分别是电场、一定的荷电时间以及充足的空气离子。因为模拟沙尘暴的风速较高,沙尘通过荷电区域的时间较短,所以需要增大荷电区域的长度。但是,荷电区域的加长必然要求更高的电势以提供较大的电场,保持电晕网起晕。这两者本身存在矛盾。为了解决这一矛盾,本研究采用多层荷电网的形式,满足了沙尘荷电的需求。多层荷电网由起晕网与接地网交替排列组成,如图3所示。沙粒荷电量的测量标定方式如图4所示。
荷电标定时,随风运动的带电沙粒穿越平行平板和屏蔽板进而被纯铜开口沙粒收集箱收集[22],其尺寸为20 cm×10 cm×20 cm,开口大小为15 cm × 2 cm,其背面为1 000目铜网,风沙流通过时沙粒会被收集箱收集。沙粒收集箱通过双层屏蔽线与吉时利6517B型静电计(灵敏度为1 pA)相连,带电沙粒将电荷转递给铜质的沙粒收集箱形成电流,由静电计测量并被采集卡采集传输给电脑,通过式(2)即可计算得到沙粒的带电量。

式(2)中:m1为试验前沙粒收集筒的质量;m2为试验后沙粒和沙粒收集桶的总质量;I为采集卡采集的电流读数;t为测量时间。
平行平板的作用主要是滤除由电晕网产生的随空气一起流动的空气离子,避免空气离子对沙粒荷电量测量以及间隙放电的影响。屏蔽板的作用则仅用于荷电测量,防止电晕网及平行平板的电场作用下沙粒收集箱产生感应电,引起荷电测量误差。多次测量后,沙粒荷电标定结果如表2所示。
工频试验设备为2 250 kV工频试验变压器,电源容量为4 500 kVA,结构型式为户外、单相、敞开式,其照片如图5所示。试验过程中记录温度和湿度,便于后续对放电电压进行温湿度校正。
工频试验中试品布置方式如图6所示,结合现场杆塔的结构,本试验采用棒电极与板电极平行布置的方式。棒电极长度为2 m,直径为10 cm,两端半球直径为10 cm,焊接点打磨后光滑无毛刺;板电极为多块不锈钢板铺设而成,边长为7 m,均接地。工频试验变压器的高压引线经水电阻与棒电极相连。试验中,由于模拟环境风速较大,使用8根绝缘绳加固绝缘子和棒电极,保证棒电极在25 m/s风速下无位移和抖动。
试验方法采用GB/T 16927-1—2011《高电压试验技术第1部分:一般定义及试验要求》[24]规定的破坏性放电电压试验方法,具体为调整间隙距离后,逐渐升高电压,直到放电为止。当施加的电压在75%预期放电电压以下时,升压速度可稍快,当电压升至75%预期放电电压时,缓慢升压,从75%~100%放电电压的升压时间约为1 min直到间隙击穿,此时记录击穿放电瞬间的工频试验电压有效值和气象条件。放电后电压退至零位,再次升压,充分考虑放电的分散性,每个间隙距离施加电压的次数为10次。
不同风速条件下(无沙尘),线-板间隙分别为0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 m的工频电压击穿试验结果如图7所示。从图7可以看出,风速基本不会影响4种线-板空气间隙的工频击穿电压,工频击穿电压测量结果的偏差均在3%以内。同时,从图7还可以看出,随着风速增大,不同长度线-板间隙的工频击穿电压呈现先略微降低后略微升高的趋势。对于不可压缩流动,可用伯努利方程描述流场的能量守恒,如式(3)所示。

式(3)中:P为气压;ρa为空气密度;g为重力加速度;z为高度;C为常量。P/ρa可以理解为气流的压力势能;gz为气流的重力势能;V2/2为气流的动能,随着气流速度的提高,必然导致空气的气压有所减小,进而降低击穿电压。但是,由于气流流速较小,气流的动能远小于其压力势能,这种影响可以说非常微弱。随着风速继续增大,气流的吹弧效应会造成间隙击穿电压的升高,但由于间隙流注的发展过程非常迅速,这种效应对击穿电压的影响仍然有限。
沙尘粒径分别选择0~125 μm和125~250 μm,荷电量选择-200 μC/kg,不同风速下有无沙尘环境对线-板间隙工频击穿电压的影响如图8所示。从图8可以看出,有无沙粒条件对空气间隙击穿电压影响很小,可以忽略不计。同时,沙尘粒径对棒板-间隙工频击穿电压影响不明显,两种粒径风沙条件下的击穿电压差别小于1%,细沙条件下棒板-间隙击穿电压略低于粗沙条件,这可能是由于粗砂的粒径较大,在间隙放电空间中会吸附放电过程中产生的电子和离子,对放电起到一定的阻碍作用。
进一步研究沙尘浓度对线-板空气间隙工频击穿电压的影响,在沙尘粒径为0~125 μm、风速为18 m/s、荷电量为-200 μC/kg的环境下,获得不同沙尘浓度对线-板间隙工频击穿电压的影响如图9所示。
图9可以看出,沙尘浓度对线-板间隙工频击穿电压的影响较小。沙尘浓度对间隙击穿电压的影响有两个方面,首先,沙粒的存在会畸变空间电场,促进电晕及流注起始的发展。其次,随着沙尘浓度的增大,空间中的沙尘可能阻碍放电的发展。通过数据对比发现,沙粒浓度对于间隙击穿过程的影响仍较微弱。
进一步研究沙尘带电量对间隙工频击穿电压的影响,在沙尘粒径为0~125 μm、风速为18 m/s、浓度为1 000 mg/m3的环境下,获得不同沙尘带电量对线-板间隙工频击穿电压影响如图10所示。
图10可以看出,沙尘荷质比对空气间隙击穿电压的影响亦较小,这是因为沙尘的带电量相较于击穿过程中空气电离的电荷量来说微乎其微,基本不会影响间隙的击穿电压。但是,带电沙尘会造成其周围的电场畸变更为严重,对线-板间隙电晕及流注的起始发展过程可能有促进作用。
通过图8(a)对比发现,各种沙尘条件对于空气间隙工频击穿电压的影响很小,除0.5 m间隙条件下,影响均小于3%。线路外绝缘设计时可以不考虑沙尘暴对线路空气外绝缘的影响。仔细对比数据发现,风速为18 m/s、沙粒浓度为1 000 mg/m2、荷质比为-200 μC/m2、粒径为0~125 μm时,间隙的击穿电压最低。但该条件对于1.0 m以上间隙放电电压的影响仍可忽略。
由前文得知,沙尘对0.5m间隙击穿电压的影响略大于其他间隙,因此进一步探究沙尘对短间隙击穿电压的影响,补充了组合沙尘条件下,间隙距离分别为0.15、0.20、0.30、0.40、0.80 m的试验,结果如图11所示。
图11可以看出,当间隙距离大于0.2 m时,沙尘对间隙工频击穿电压的影响均小于5%,而当间隙距离为0.15 m时,沙尘条件可以使其工频击穿电压降低10%。因此,可以认为沙尘条件对短间隙的工频放电电压有影响。但当间隙距离大于0.2 m时,其影响可以忽略不计。
如前文所述,沙尘会畸变空间电场,这可能促进间隙起晕及起始流注的发展。但当间隙距离超过0.2 m时,沙尘对间隙击穿电压的影响可以忽略不计。
使用COMSOL仿真软件对存在沙尘颗粒的0.15 m的线-板间隙进行静电场仿真分析。仿真中沙粒的直径设置为250 μm。进一步研究沙尘颗粒对线-板间隙静电场的影响,仿真结果如图12所示。
图12可以看出,沙尘颗粒会引起线电极端部电场发生畸变,在线电极与板电极的垂线方向上,沙尘颗粒表面电场增强,而在线电极的平行线方向上,沙尘颗粒的表面电场下降。距离棒电极越近的沙尘颗粒表面电场的畸变程度越大,在线电极附近沙尘颗粒的表面电场强度增大了约1倍。在放电发展的起始阶段,沙粒周围的电场畸变能够加速线电极周围电子崩和流注的发展[25],进而降低短间隙的击穿电压。同时,沙粒平行方向的弱电场区域有利于正、负离子的复合,进而释放光子,促进流注发展,如图13所示。
沙粒对空气间隙放电发展同样存在抑制作用,如图14所示。
沙尘颗粒在空间电场中可以吸附自由电子和光子,影响电子崩的发展,特别是当空气中沙尘浓度增大时,沙尘颗粒对光子和自由电子的吸附作用增强,进而提高间隙击穿电压。文献[26]表明,当粒径超过80 μm的沙粒位于流注前端时,沙尘颗粒可能阻碍放电的发展,此时沙粒会引起放电呈树枝状发展。对于长空气间隙来说,间隙击穿前已经形成了发展较为充分的流注。流注头部对间隙电场的畸变作用、热游离作用远大于沙粒。造成沙粒对长间隙放电的影响不明显。
(1)本文通过调研现场沙尘颗粒参数及沙尘暴天气的相关研究资料确定了模拟沙尘暴天气的关键参数。同时,搭建了一套沙尘模拟试验装置,实现了高海拔沙尘暴天气的合理模拟。
(2)沙尘颗粒对线-板间隙工频击穿电压的影响与间隙距离有关,当间隙距离超过0.2 m后,沙尘天气对间隙放电特性无明显影响。
(3)沙尘浓度、沙尘荷质比、沙尘颗粒粒径对线-板长空气间隙工频击穿电压无明显影响。
