The relationship between the withstand voltage and the thickness of the sheath was studied when the air gap distance is 0, 5, 10, 15 cm, respectively. The influence of the length of sheath on the development of creeping discharge was studied when the sheath surface is dry, wet, and dirty, respectively. The results show that with the increase of the length and thickness of gap, the breakdown voltage of the insulating sheath-air combined gap increases nonlinearly, and the increase rate of the breakdown voltage also increases. The surface flashover electric field intensity of the insulating sheath decreases obviously in dirty state, the average flashover electric field intensity is 1.2 kV. Based on the above research, the configuration of anti bird droppings flashover insulating sheath was obtained. The thickness of the sheath is determined according to the line voltage level, and then the covering length is determined by the maximum surface flashover distance. It is recommended that the thickness and covering length of sheath in 110 kV transmission line is 6 mm and 60 cm, respectively; while the thickness and covering length of sheath in 220 kV transmission line is 8 mm and 110 cm, respectively.

通过研究空气间隙长度分别为0、5、10、15 cm时,护套的耐受电压与护套厚度的关系,以及护套表面状态为干燥、潮湿、污秽时,护套长度对沿面放电发展的影响。结果表明:绝缘护套-空气组合间隙的击穿电压随间隙长度和厚度的增大呈非线性增大,且间隙长度和厚度越大,击穿电压增加速度越大。绝缘护套的沿面闪络电场强度在污秽状态下会显著降低,该状态下护套表面平均闪络电场强度为1.2 kV/cm。基于上述研究得到了防鸟粪闪络绝缘护套的配置方法,即由线路电压等级确定护套的厚度,由极限沿面闪络距离确定包覆长度,并得出110 kV输电线路中,厚度和长度的推荐值分别为6 mm和60 cm;220 kV输电线路中,厚度和长度的推荐值分别为8 mm和110 cm。

通过研究空气间隙长度分别为0、5、10、15 cm时,护套的耐受电压与护套厚度的关系,以及护套表面状态为干燥、潮湿、污秽时,护套长度对沿面放电发展的影响。结果表明:绝缘护套-空气组合间隙的击穿电压随间隙长度和厚度的增大呈非线性增大,且间隙长度和厚度越大,击穿电压增加速度越大。绝缘护套的沿面闪络电场强度在污秽状态下会显著降低,该状态下护套表面平均闪络电场强度为1.2 kV/cm。基于上述研究得到了防鸟粪闪络绝缘护套的配置方法,即由线路电压等级确定护套的厚度,由极限沿面闪络距离确定包覆长度,并得出110 kV输电线路中,厚度和长度的推荐值分别为6 mm和60 cm;220 kV输电线路中,厚度和长度的推荐值分别为8 mm和110 cm。

The relationship between the withstand voltage and the thickness of the sheath was studied when the air gap distance is 0, 5, 10, 15 cm, respectively. The influence of the length of sheath on the development of creeping discharge was studied when the sheath surface is dry, wet, and dirty, respectively. The results show that with the increase of the length and thickness of gap, the breakdown voltage of the insulating sheath-air combined gap increases nonlinearly, and the increase rate of the breakdown voltage also increases. The surface flashover electric field intensity of the insulating sheath decreases obviously in dirty state, the average flashover electric field intensity is 1.2 kV. Based on the above research, the configuration of anti bird droppings flashover insulating sheath was obtained. The thickness of the sheath is determined according to the line voltage level, and then the covering length is determined by the maximum surface flashover distance. It is recommended that the thickness and covering length of sheath in 110 kV transmission line is 6 mm and 60 cm, respectively; while the thickness and covering length of sheath in 220 kV transmission line is 8 mm and 110 cm, respectively.

随着电网建设的持续发展以及生态环境的不断改善,由鸟类活动引起的线路故障次数也随之增加[1-3]。据统计,2013—2017年,内蒙古赤峰、通辽等地共发生线路跳闸事故197次,其中由鸟害引起的跳闸事故为81次,约占总事故次数的41%。目前针对电网线路涉鸟故障采取的防治措施包括:安装防鸟刺、驱鸟器,输电线路包覆绝缘护套等[4-9]。其中,因绝缘护套安装方便,对鸟类活动影响小,被逐渐应用于鸟害事故多发地区。
针对绝缘护套的防护效果,已有学者展开了相关研究,文献[10]研究了鸟粪下落时,导线包覆绝缘护套前后的放电特性差异,得出护套可承担35~50 kV左右的电压;文献[11]提出了一种在复合绝缘子高压侧导线上缠绕绝缘护套用以防范鸟粪闪络的方法,结果表明,该方法能够使均压环包覆护套表面的电位降低,鸟粪闪络的可能性减小;文献[12]建立污秽复合绝缘子干燥情况下在高压端输电导线包覆绝缘护套的物理模型,分析了护套参数对实施效果的影响,通过试验给出了均匀电场下绝缘护套的击穿电压与其厚度的关系,并以220 kV复合绝缘子为例,研究了安装绝缘护套前后复合绝缘子起晕电压和污闪电压的变化情况;文献[13]仿真和试验研究了绝缘护套包覆对500 kV输电线路模拟杆塔中导线与塔身间空气间隙击穿特性的影响,结果表明单导线包覆绝缘护套后可缩短13.6%的间隙距离,4分裂导线包覆绝缘护套后可缩短9.3%的间隙距离。
基于上述对绝缘护套的研究现状可知,导线包覆绝缘护套对保障线路安全稳定运行具有积极意义。但是,目前对不同电压等级线路所需要包覆的护套厚度、长度尚不清晰,护套配置方案尚不明确。因此,有必要对线路包覆绝缘护套的电气特性以及护套的配置方案进行更深入的研究。本文通过试验研究架空输电线路防鸟粪闪络绝缘护套的电气特性,并提出线路护套的配置方案。
真实鸟粪通道具有较高的电导率,即导电性较好,且在下落过程中由于重力的作用,往往呈现为细长状,此外,研究表明,鸟粪在下落过程中,间隙击穿过程所需的时间在微秒级,即可以认为在间隙击穿过程中,鸟粪处于静止状态[4]。本文采用长度为40 cm、直径为1 cm的铜棒模拟下落过程中的鸟粪,基于此,搭建了如图1所示的试验模型。其中环氧树脂绝缘门型架构长度为2 m、宽度为0.8 m、高度为2.5 m,在门型架构上方放置金属网,以模拟输电杆塔的金属横担,其长度为1.2 m、宽度为1 m,导线为110 kV线路用钢芯铝绞线,根据试验要求,导线和护套的长度、铜棒与护套的相对位置均可以改变。图1中棒电极与护套及导线的空间位置如图2所示。
试验过程中,首先调节棒电极与导线的相对位置,并固定棒电极和导线;导线末端接工频试验变压器的高压侧输出,变压器的型号为YD30/200;升压速度控制为1 kV/s,直至间隙击穿。为了消除试验过程中的随机性对试验结果的影响,每个间隙距离下进行5次试验,由于护套绝缘性能具有不可恢复性,每次试验均采用全新的绝缘护套。
试验中卡扣式绝缘护套采用室温硫化成型工艺制备而成,具有优异的电气、耐电蚀损性能及憎水性。
试验前在用于110 kV线路的ACSR钢芯铝绞线上涂覆硅橡胶专用粘合剂,将绝缘护套包覆在钢芯铝绞线上,并用粘合剂涂刷护套卡扣部分,静置3天,保证卡扣的凹槽及凸棱处完全固化且粘接完好,包覆绝缘护套的导线如图3所示。护套厚度分别选择为0、2.0、3.0、3.5 mm。
基于上述试验平台,首先研究不同厚度和间隙距离下,含绝缘护套的组合间隙的工频击穿特性。采用单一变量法,在研究护套厚度对击穿电压的影响时,将护套的长度设置为2 m,并固定间隙距离,保证护套不会发生沿面击穿,所得试验数据仅为在一定间隙距离下护套厚度与体击穿电压的关系。
随着工频试验电压的升高,首先会在棒电极尖端出现电晕放电,当电压升高到一定的等级后,可观察到棒电极尖端与护套间有明显的电弧放电通道,当绝缘护套所承受的电压超过其耐受电压时,护套会被击穿,相关照片如图4所示。
将空气间隙的长度分别设置为0、5、10、15 cm,得到组合间隙的击穿电压如图5所示。从图5可以看出,当绝缘护套厚度一定时,组合间隙的击穿电压随空气间隙长度的变化呈二次函数关系,通过曲线拟合得到不同绝缘护套厚度下,击穿电压与空气间隙长度的关系如表1所示。
当空气间隙长度为0 cm时,护套的体击穿电压随护套厚度的变化如图6所示,由图6可知在所研究的厚度范围内,绝缘护套的击穿电压随其厚度的增加呈非线性增大趋势,通过曲线拟合得出击穿电压与厚度的对应关系如式(1)所示,其中U为击穿电压,x为护套的厚度,当护套的厚度大于2.0 mm时,该公式可以用于估算护套的击穿电压。

棒电极下方的电场分布是影响组合间隙击穿的重要因素,为了研究该处电场的分布特性,建立与试验模型相同的三维仿真模型,如图7所示,仿真模型的参数与实际模型保持一致,导线电压设置为63 kV,调整棒电极下端与绝缘护套上表面的垂直距离为0.7 m,在x轴方向与绝缘子的距离为0.5 m;选取图中截线1上的电场值作为特征电场,得到图8所示的电场分布图。
图8可以看出,当距离棒电极尖端10 cm时,电场值降低至最小值,随着与棒电极尖端的距离进一步增大,电场值略有上升,但上升幅度较小。文献[14]指出,维持正极性流注稳定发展需要一个最小的维持电场,在标准大气压下该电场为0.4~0.5 kV/mm,由此可知,当空气间隙长度超过10 cm后,因为电场强度的下降,为了达到维持电场值,需要升高电压,所以间隙的击穿电压会显著升高。本文所研究的护套厚度范围为2.0~3.5 mm,在该范围内,棒电极周围区域的电场畸变仍然较为严重,因此当空气间隙长度为0时,护套的击穿电压随厚度的增大基本呈线性增加。
当绝缘护套的包覆长度较短时,在鸟粪下落的过程中,可能首先会发生沿面闪络,如图9所示,当护套的体击穿电压高于护套的沿面闪络电压时,会在护套上表面形成贯穿电极的放电通道,因此有必要对护套的沿面闪络特性展开研究。
为了研究护套的沿面闪络特性,在2.1节的试验平台中,调整棒电极与护套上表面的距离为0,在保证护套左端(图9中端点1的位置)不发生沿面闪络的前提下,调整L的值,研究绝缘护套长度对沿面闪络特性的影响。试验过程护套表面出现的沿面放电现象如图10所示。
当护套表面处于干燥状态时,在不同护套厚度下,沿面闪络电压随L的变化如图11(a)所示,定义体击穿电压和沿面闪络电压值相等时的L值为护套的极限沿面距离;由图11(a)可知,绝缘护套厚度对沿面闪络特性的影响较小,3种厚度下,沿面闪络电压随L的增加速率基本相同;但是不同厚度下的极限沿面距离有所不同,厚度越大,极限沿面闪络距离越大。这是由于护套厚度越大,体击穿电压越高,因此对应的极限沿面闪络距离越大。
实际运行过程中,由于气候环境的影响,护套表面的状态会产生较大的变化,进而影响其沿面闪络特性。本文的主要目的是找出绝缘护套的配置方案,所以需要考虑最恶劣的情况,因此本节中对表面污秽状态下绝缘护套的沿面性能展开了研究。采用人工定量涂污的方法来模拟自然积污的过程,根据Q/GDW 152—2006中对污秽等级的划定[15],利用NaCl、硅藻泥、纯净水按照盐密,灰密=1∶5的比例配制污秽,污秽等级b级,盐密0.1 mg/cm2,灰密为1.0 mg/cm2,将配置好的污秽溶液均匀涂抹在护套表面以模拟污秽运行状态。在污秽状态下,沿面闪络电压随距离的变化如图11(b)所示。
对比图11(a)(b)可知,当护套的厚度相同时,干燥和污秽状态下的击穿电压大致相同,而污秽状态下的极限沿面闪络距离远大于干燥状态下的,这是由于污秽状态下护套的沿面性能下降,所以需要更长的沿面距离承受相同的电压。因此在配置绝缘护套的长度时,应当以污秽状态下的极限沿面闪络距离为参考值,护套的长度需大于该参考值。污秽状态下极限沿面闪络距离对应的沿面闪络电压值如表2所示,可计算出污秽状态下,护套沿面可以承受的电场强度约为1.2 kV/cm,则可以采用式(2)估算极限沿面闪络距离,其中Lmax为极限沿面闪络距离,U为间隙为0时护套的体击穿电压。

由前述研究可知,输电线路绝缘护套的防护效果主要由护套的厚度和包覆长度决定,其中护套的厚度主要由体击穿电压决定,包覆长度主要由体击穿电压和表面状态决定,因此在配置绝缘护套时,首先设定U为输电线路的额定运行电压,根据式(1)配置绝缘护套的厚度,然后根据式(2)得到极限沿面距离,即为护套的包覆长度。
以110 kV输电线路为例,单相电压约为63.5 kV,即令U等于63.5 kV,代入式(1)中,求得护套的厚度约为5.22 mm;若考虑110 kV的最高运行电压为121 kV,则护套厚度为5.55 mm;由式(2)可得极限沿面闪络距离为52.9 cm。同理,220 kV线路需配置厚度为7.77 mm,长度为105.8 cm的护套。
根据上述计算结果,应用于110 kV输电线路的防鸟粪绝缘护套,其厚度推荐使用6 mm;为了保证鸟粪下落过程中不出现沿面闪络现象,护套长度应留有一定的裕度,如图12所示,需保证L1≥60 cm。220 kV线路需配置厚度为8 mm,长度为110 cm的护套。
为了验证上述配置方案的可行性,以110 kV线路为例,在1.1节所述的试验平台中,对护套的沿面闪络和击穿特性进行测试。首先调整棒电极与护套边缘的距离,测试不同距离下的沿面闪络电压,结果如图13所示。从图13可以看出,当线路在额定电压下运行时,该护套的极限沿面闪络距离为51 cm,即上述配置方案可以有效防止护套出现沿面闪络。
确保护套不发生沿面闪络的情况下,对护套的击穿特性进行测试,结果表明,当空气间隙长度为0时,上述护套的击穿电压为78.5 kV,比额定运行电压高约23%。综上所述,该配置方案下的绝缘护套,可以有效防止由于鸟粪引起的闪络故障。
(1)绝缘护套-空气组合间隙的击穿电压随间隙长度和护套厚度的增大,呈非线性增大,且间隙长度和护套厚度越大,击穿电压增加速度越快。
(2)绝缘护套的沿面闪络特性受表面状态影响较大,污秽状态下沿面性能最差,该状态下护套表面可承受的电场强度为1.2 kV/cm。
(3)绝缘护套配置过程中,护套的厚度主要由体击穿电压决定,包覆长度由极限沿面闪络距离决定;基于此配置方法得出,110 kV输电线路中,防鸟粪闪络绝缘护套的厚度推荐值为6 mm,长度为60 cm;220 kV输电线路中,防鸟粪闪络绝缘护套的厚度推荐值为8 mm,长度为110 cm。
