A transformer oil circulating flow device was established, the flow transformer oil containing metal particles was conducted partial discharge (PD) experiment, and the PD characteristic parameters were extracted. By combining with the movement behavior of metal particles in flow transformer oil, the influence mechanism of electrode covering paper on the PD of metal particle in flow transformer oil was discussed. The results show that when the electrode is covered with paper, the partial discharge initial voltage (PDIV) increases, and the discharge amplitude and frequency decrease. When the double electrodes are bare or only the lower electrode is covered with paper, the discharge concentrates in two phase sections of 0°-90° and 300°-360°. When the two electrodes are covered with paper, the discharge phases concentrate near 45° and 160° mainly. The metal particles will be settled on the paper because of the existence of insulating paper and lead to the increase of horizontal distance between two adjacent collision points. In addition, after the electrode is covered with paper, the electric field in the oil will decrease, which makes the vertical velocity of the particles decrease and the collision frequency between particles and electrodes decrease, resulting in the decrease of PD strength and change of the discharge phase distribution.

本研究建立了变压器油循环流动装置,开展了含金属微粒流动变压器油的局部放电(PD)实验,并提取PD特征参数,结合流动变压器油中金属微粒的运动行为,讨论电极覆纸情况对流动变压器油中金属微粒PD的影响机制。结果表明:相比于电极裸露的情况,电极覆盖绝缘纸时,测得的局部放电起始电压升高,放电幅值和频率降低。在双电极裸露与仅下电极覆纸的情况下,放电集中在0°~90°和300°~360°两个相位区间,而在双电极覆纸的情况下,放电相位主要集中在45°和160°附近。绝缘纸的存在会使金属微粒在纸上滞留,并导致两个相邻碰撞点之间的水平距离增加。此外在电极覆纸后油中电场会减小,使得微粒运动时的垂直速度减小,降低了微粒与极板的碰撞频率,导致局部放电强度有所削弱,放电相位分布发生改变。

本研究建立了变压器油循环流动装置,开展了含金属微粒流动变压器油的局部放电(PD)实验,并提取PD特征参数,结合流动变压器油中金属微粒的运动行为,讨论电极覆纸情况对流动变压器油中金属微粒PD的影响机制。结果表明:相比于电极裸露的情况,电极覆盖绝缘纸时,测得的局部放电起始电压升高,放电幅值和频率降低。在双电极裸露与仅下电极覆纸的情况下,放电集中在0°~90°和300°~360°两个相位区间,而在双电极覆纸的情况下,放电相位主要集中在45°和160°附近。绝缘纸的存在会使金属微粒在纸上滞留,并导致两个相邻碰撞点之间的水平距离增加。此外在电极覆纸后油中电场会减小,使得微粒运动时的垂直速度减小,降低了微粒与极板的碰撞频率,导致局部放电强度有所削弱,放电相位分布发生改变。

A transformer oil circulating flow device was established, the flow transformer oil containing metal particles was conducted partial discharge (PD) experiment, and the PD characteristic parameters were extracted. By combining with the movement behavior of metal particles in flow transformer oil, the influence mechanism of electrode covering paper on the PD of metal particle in flow transformer oil was discussed. The results show that when the electrode is covered with paper, the partial discharge initial voltage (PDIV) increases, and the discharge amplitude and frequency decrease. When the double electrodes are bare or only the lower electrode is covered with paper, the discharge concentrates in two phase sections of 0°-90° and 300°-360°. When the two electrodes are covered with paper, the discharge phases concentrate near 45° and 160° mainly. The metal particles will be settled on the paper because of the existence of insulating paper and lead to the increase of horizontal distance between two adjacent collision points. In addition, after the electrode is covered with paper, the electric field in the oil will decrease, which makes the vertical velocity of the particles decrease and the collision frequency between particles and electrodes decrease, resulting in the decrease of PD strength and change of the discharge phase distribution.

在换流变压器的制造与运行中,变压器油不可避免地会受到自由金属微粒的污染[1-3]。由于具有良好的导电性,自由金属微粒的存在极易导致油中局部电场畸变,引起局部放电(partial discharge,PD),甚至诱发绝缘击穿[4]。此外,换流变压器常采用油纸复合绝缘,变压器油道表面通常覆盖有绝缘纸浆、绝缘纸和绝缘纸板等不同种类的固体绝缘介质,以增强换流变压器的绝缘性能,提高运行可靠性。
变压器油中自由金属微粒导致的PD与其运动规律关系密切,研究者们已对金属微粒存在固体绝缘介质情况下的运动特性和PD特性展开了深入研究。R TOBAZÉON等[5]采用静电计和高速相机研究了金属微粒在平行板电极间运动时的PD特性,测量了外施电压和微粒尺寸等条件发生改变时的视在放电量和脉冲电流,探索了视在放电量和微粒带电量的关系。LI J等[6]针对准均匀交流电场下含自由金属微粒变压器油的PD特性开展了研究,发现随场强的增大,粒子运动将经历从振荡到跳跃的转变,每个运动阶段的局部放电行为不同。SHA Y C等[7]初步研究了交直流复合电压下变压器油中电极覆盖绝缘纸板时自由金属微粒的PD特性,结果表明外施电压中直流分量极性不影响局部放电起始电压(PDIV);当直流分量增大或减小时,要使得金属微粒发生放电,交流分量必须对应地减小或增大。
值得注意的是,现有研究主要围绕静止变压器油展开,然而在实际换流变压器中,由于冷却系统和温度梯度的存在,油道中变压器油始终处于流动状态[8],且油道表面覆盖有固体绝缘介质,绝缘介质的存在会使得金属微粒带电特性发生改变,进而影响金属微粒运动规律,导致PD的诱发机制与现有研究结果存在不同。近年来,针对含金属微粒流动变压器油,唐炬等[8-9]搭建含金属微粒流动变压器油的PD实验平台,初步研究不同条件下的PD特性。结果表明,油流速度越快,PDIV越高,放电次数越少,PD强度越弱。然而,在油道表面覆盖有固体绝缘介质时的PD特性尚未开展研究。
本研究利用搭建的变压器油循环流动装置,开展不同覆纸情况下含金属微粒流动变压器油的PD实验,并提取PD特征量,然后结合流动油中金属微粒的运动特性,讨论电极覆纸情况对PD的影响机制。
变压器油循环流动装置如图1所示。该装置主要由油泵、有机玻璃油道、铜制平板电极、温控系统以及压力计等设备构成[9]。油道入口处安装的超声波流量计可实时测量油流速度,在本研究中,始终控制油流速度为0.06 m/s。将两个平板电极平行放置于有机玻璃油道中心,铜制平板电极直径为100 mm,厚度为10 mm,其间距设置为10 mm。当进行电极覆纸的研究时,将3层厚度为60 μm的标准牛皮绝缘纸交替覆盖于电极表面。绝缘纸层与层之间密封贴合,以防止金属微粒滞留于电极与绝缘纸之间,对结果造成不利影响。温控系统主要由温控仪、温度传感器、加热管与制冷片等设备组成,用于控制油温。本研究采用的变压器油为实际变压器中常用的克拉玛依25#变压器油[10]。从进油口向注满变压器油的循环装置内倒入9 g直径为150 μm的铁粉,装置内的污染变压器油颗粒度达到约3 600颗/100 mL。采用最高帧频达225 000帧/s的高速摄像机观察油中微粒运动,并使用可调式LED光源为高速摄像机进行补光。
实际换流变压器阀侧绕组常承受着复合电压,其中以1∶3交直流复合电压为主[11]。本研究采用50/12型高压功率放大器与33522A型任意波形发生器共同作用,产生交直流复合电压,复合比为1∶3。根据IEC 60270:2015规定的脉冲电流法,搭建如图2所示的PD实验平台,其中Ck(1 053 pF)为耦合电容,Z为测量阻抗。PD测量信号由DPO7104型高速数字存储示波器记录。
为了研究电极覆纸时含金属微粒流动变压器油的PD特性,分别开展了在双电极裸露、仅下电极覆纸和双电极覆纸条件下的PD实验,记录放电数据。
首先,分别在电极裸露、仅下电极覆纸和双电极覆纸条件下进行了局部放电起始电压的测量实验,每组实验重复进行10次,并对结果求取平均值,如图3所示。从图3可以看出,当双电极裸露时,PDIV约为22 kV;仅下电极覆纸时PDIV增大至约24 kV;当双电极覆纸时,PDIV最高,约为28 kV。
在外施电压峰值为29 kV的条件下,利用构建的局部放电实验平台,采集了含金属微粒流动变压器油在不同覆纸情况下的PD信号。每组实验采集时间为10 min,重复5次。实验结束后,根据放电数据分别提取了放电次数、放电量和相位等PD特征量,构建局部放电相位分布(phase resolved partial discharge,PRPD)图谱,结果如图4所示。由图4可知,当双电极裸露时,放电相位点集中在0°~90°和300°~360°,在此区间内放电频繁且放电量大;当仅下电极覆纸时,放电集中区间与双电极裸露时相同,但比电极裸露时放电弱些,放电量小些。在双电极覆纸情况下,放电相位点集中在45°和160°附近,放电程度更弱。
基于图4中数据,统计了不同覆纸情况下的放电重复率、平均放电量和单位时间累积放电量,结果如图5所示。由图5可知,双电极裸露时的放电重复率约为170次/min,平均放电量约为70 pC;仅下电极覆纸时,放电重复率降至约40 次/min,远低于双电极裸露时,且平均放电量也有所减小,约为40 pC;而在双电极覆纸情况下,放电重复率约为30次/min,平均放电量也减小至约30 pC。由于放电重复率和平均放电量的变化趋势一致,因此单位时间累积放电量的变化趋势与二者相同。
含金属微粒变压器油的局部放电特性与油中金属微粒的运动规律密切相关,为了解电极覆纸时油中带电自由金属微粒的运动规律,对不同条件下流动油中金属微粒的运动情况进行逐帧记录,并绘制运动轨迹,如图6所示。
双电极裸露情况下,单颗金属微粒的运动轨迹如图6(a)所示。从图6(a)可以看出,金属微粒在A点与下极板发生碰撞,随后向上极板方向运动至B点与上极板发生碰撞,碰撞过程迅速完成、无滞留,然后再向下电极运动至C点与下极板发生碰撞,完成一次电极间的往返运动。随后不断重复前述运动模式,且此过程中金属微粒在水平方向上随油流运动。
仅下电极覆纸情况下,单颗金属微粒的运动轨迹如图6(b)所示。从图6(b)可以看出,金属微粒在A点和C点与覆纸电极发生碰撞。不同的是,金属微粒在接触下电极后,会在绝缘纸表面停留一段时间,随后缓慢从覆纸电极表面起跳,向上极板运动。由于微粒在B点不发生停留现象,微粒所带电荷极性瞬时反转,金属微粒逐渐回落至C点完成一次电极间的上下往返运动。随后金属微粒不断重复前述往复过程直至离开观测区域。同时在整个运动过程中金属微粒在水平方向沿油流运动方向缓慢迁移。金属微粒单次往复运动包含滞留、上升和下降3个阶段,上升阶段水平位移要明显较下降阶段更长,运动轨迹也更为平缓。
双电极覆纸情况下,单颗金属微粒的运动轨迹如图6(c)所示。从图6(c)可以看出,微粒分别在A点和B点与覆纸电极发生碰撞。与电极裸露情况不同的是,金属微粒会在覆纸电极表面滞留一段时间,且上升和下降过程的水平位移近似相同,但两个阶段轨迹仍不对称。对比不同覆纸情况下相邻两次落点的间距可知,在电极覆盖绝缘纸时的落点间距要远大于电极裸露时。
由于含金属微粒变压器油中的局部放电一般是在金属微粒与电极靠近时发生,可认为金属微粒与电极的碰撞频率与放电频率近似相同。本研究统计了1∶3交直流复合电压下60 s内金属微粒与电极间的碰撞次数,并计算了碰撞频率,结果如图7所示。从图7可以看出,双电极裸露情况下,金属微粒与电极的碰撞频率远高于其余两种条件下的碰撞频率。
利用有限元分析软件计算了金属微粒靠近电极时的电场分布,结果如图8所示,金属微粒与电极的间距为50 μm。
图8可知,相比于电极裸露的情况,电极覆纸时油中电场强度减小,导致金属微粒接触电极后的带电量下降,从而使带电金属微粒所受的电场力减小,进一步导致金属微粒垂直速度减小。由于电极间距固定,当微粒垂直速度变小时,微粒与极板的碰撞时间间隔将会增加,碰撞频率减小。此外,电极覆纸会导致微粒在覆纸电极上滞留一段时间,进一步增加了碰撞时间间隔,降低了碰撞频率。因此,电极覆纸情况下金属微粒碰撞频率相比电极裸露时显著降低,减小了局部放电次数,削弱了放电程度。
此外,当微粒与极板的碰撞集中在某些特定的相位区间时,该相位区间将出现较多的局部放电,从而使PRPD图谱的分布特性发生变化。本研究定义某一相位的微粒碰撞密度为该相位的碰撞次数与总碰撞次数的比值,可知PRPD图谱与碰撞密度相位分布关系密切。根据PD实验数据统计60 s内不同相位的碰撞次数,可计算得到不同电极覆纸情况下金属微粒与电极的碰撞密度随相位的变化如图9所示。从图9可以看出,在双电极裸露时,金属微粒与极板的碰撞主要发生在0°~72°和306°~360°,此时的碰撞密度较高;对于单电极覆纸的情况,18°~54°和342°~360°两个相位区间的碰撞密度较高;在双电极覆纸时,碰撞密度较高值出现在36°~72°和144°~180°两个相位区间。此分布特性与PD的相位分布特性几乎吻合。
(1)在双电极裸露和仅下电极覆纸情况下,放电集中在0°~90°和300°~360°两个相位区间。在双电极覆纸情况下,放电相位集中在45°和160°附近,且放电重复率与放电量均小于电极裸露情况。
(2)绝缘纸的存在会使金属微粒在纸上滞留一段时间,并导致两个相邻碰撞点之间的水平距离增加。此外在电极覆纸后,微粒带电量和油中电场减小,使得微粒垂直速度减小,降低了微粒与极板的碰撞频率。这些因素的共同作用导致局部放电强度有所削弱,放电相位分布发生改变,放电频率减小。
