In DC transmission lines, cable line is easy subjected to the impact of operating overvoltage and lightning overvoltage, which leads to cable line superimposed by impulse voltage on the basis of DC voltage, making the space charge accumulation on insulation layer change. In order to study the effect of impulse voltage superposition on the charge accumulation in the operating DC cable lines, a PEA method space charge measurement system under DC superimposed impulse voltage was developed through improvement on the traditional PEA method, combining with equivalent circuit formula deduction and Pspice software simulation, and reasonable selection of RC-component in measurement system. The space charge characteristics of XLPE samples under DC superimposed impulse voltage were measured. The results show that the coupling efficiency of impulse voltage and DC voltage is very high, and the space charge characteristics show that the superimposing the same polarity of impulse voltage can promote the injection and migration of the same polarity charge more compared with superimposing different polarity of impulse voltage.

在直流输电线路中,电缆线路易受到操作过电压与雷电过电压的侵扰,导致线路在直流电压的基础上叠加冲击电压,使绝缘层空间电荷积聚发生变化。为了研究冲击电压叠加对直流电缆线路运行中电荷积聚的影响,本文在传统的电声脉冲法上进行改进,结合等效电路进行公式推导与Pspice仿真,合理选取测量系统中阻容元件的参数取值,研制了一套直流叠加冲击电压下PEA法空间电荷测量系统,并测量了XLPE试样在直流叠加冲击电压下的空间电荷特性。结果表明:试样受到的冲击电压与直流电压均达到了极高的耦合效率,空间电荷特性表明叠加同极性冲击电压比异极性冲击电压更能够促进同极性电荷的注入和迁移。

在直流输电线路中,电缆线路易受到操作过电压与雷电过电压的侵扰,导致线路在直流电压的基础上叠加冲击电压,使绝缘层空间电荷积聚发生变化。为了研究冲击电压叠加对直流电缆线路运行中电荷积聚的影响,本文在传统的电声脉冲法上进行改进,结合等效电路进行公式推导与Pspice仿真,合理选取测量系统中阻容元件的参数取值,研制了一套直流叠加冲击电压下PEA法空间电荷测量系统,并测量了XLPE试样在直流叠加冲击电压下的空间电荷特性。结果表明:试样受到的冲击电压与直流电压均达到了极高的耦合效率,空间电荷特性表明叠加同极性冲击电压比异极性冲击电压更能够促进同极性电荷的注入和迁移。

In DC transmission lines, cable line is easy subjected to the impact of operating overvoltage and lightning overvoltage, which leads to cable line superimposed by impulse voltage on the basis of DC voltage, making the space charge accumulation on insulation layer change. In order to study the effect of impulse voltage superposition on the charge accumulation in the operating DC cable lines, a PEA method space charge measurement system under DC superimposed impulse voltage was developed through improvement on the traditional PEA method, combining with equivalent circuit formula deduction and Pspice software simulation, and reasonable selection of RC-component in measurement system. The space charge characteristics of XLPE samples under DC superimposed impulse voltage were measured. The results show that the coupling efficiency of impulse voltage and DC voltage is very high, and the space charge characteristics show that the superimposing the same polarity of impulse voltage can promote the injection and migration of the same polarity charge more compared with superimposing different polarity of impulse voltage.

电力系统中许多电缆线路与架空线路相连,直流电缆在正常运行过程中,操作过电压与雷击过电压可能会导致冲击电压侵入电力系统中[1]。据统计,变电站电力设备平均每年遭受雷电冲击电压入侵达数十次[2],按照30年使用寿命计算,其使用期间承受雷电冲击电压达上千次,电力设备每日正常的投切设备则会使其承受数万次操作冲击过电压[3-4]。虽然直接由冲击电压引起的电缆绝缘故障不多见,但直流电压与冲击电压的叠加作用对电缆绝缘的累积影响不容忽视,会加速电缆绝缘的老化[5-6]
电缆在冲击电压下的电场分布可能会发生改变[7],许多学者对于直流电缆绝缘在冲击电压下电树枝的引发特性、影响因素与生长规律等方面均有所研究[8-10]。DU B X等[11]指出绝缘材料在直流叠加同极性冲击条件下,直流电压越高,电树枝的生长速度越快;叠加异极性时则随直流电压的升高,电树枝的生长速度减慢,且叠加的冲击极性决定了电树枝的结构。但直流叠加冲击电压过程中空间电荷的迁移及演变特性未见报道,也未见有关可进行直流叠加冲击电压空间电荷测量方法的相关报道。
电声脉冲(PEA)法以其技术简单、成本低、精度高在国内外得到了广泛应用[12-13],目前根据设备运行工况的不同,研究者逐渐开发出不同测试条件的PEA测量系统,诸如交/直流/方波电场[13]、温度梯度场、同轴电缆适用型[14]等。同时测试手段和数据处理技术也得到了完善和发展[15]。众所周知,空间电荷的产生被认为是绝缘材料老化加剧的主要原因,而冲击电压或高频震荡波作用期间介质内部电荷的注入、抽出和累积过程的研究仍属空白。因此,本文通过对传统的PEA法空间电荷测量系统进行改造,研制了一套适用于直流叠加冲击电压下的空间电荷测量系统,短时间内多次施加的冲击电压可以等效为绝缘材料多年承受的冲击电压次数,在研制设备的基础上测量直流叠加冲击电压下XLPE试样中的空间电荷特性,研究XLPE在长期经受冲击电压下电荷积聚特性的演变规律。
图1为PEA法测量空间电荷的基本原理[15]。纳秒脉冲电压通过电极施加到试样上,直流电压作用下试样内部感应的空间电荷在纳秒脉冲的作用下发生微弱的振动出现位移从而形成声波,声信号经过PVDF压电传感器后转换为电信号通过示波器输出。对于交流或方波电压下的周期性电场,测量系统设计的难点在于交变电场与脉冲电压的同步;当叠加冲击电压在施加电压上时,关键问题是如何实现冲击电压与纳秒脉冲电压的解耦,即实现两者电压之间的隔离。
电声脉冲法的测量等效电路如图2所示[16]。在电声脉冲法测量中,由于测试样品具有极大的电阻率且为容性负载,在电路中可以等效为电容Cs。在电声脉冲法测量中,纳秒脉冲属于高频交流信号,通过耦合电容Cp和Cs的分压作用将脉冲电压施加到试样上。此外,与纳秒脉冲电源串联的Cp还可以阻挡直流电压,起到保护纳秒脉冲电源的作用[17]
直流高压通过串联保护电阻Rd将直流电压完全耦合到试样上,Rd可以防止试样在加压过程中发生击穿导致电源发生破坏,也可以增大直流电源的等效内阻,防止纳秒脉冲电压对直流电源的工作产生干扰,因此Rd应具有高阻值。
图3为直流叠加冲击电压的等效电路。从图3可以看出,直流电压支路中通过串联电阻使直流电压耦合到试样上,冲击电压则通过空气球隙或耦合电容器耦合到被测试样上。考虑到空气球隙在低电压梯度时可能会使球隙断开,在异极性冲击时会导致测试对象发生放电,使空气球隙无法稳定实现直流电压与冲击电压的叠加,因此在装置中选取耦合电容器。耦合电容器作为大阻抗用于阻隔交、直流电压,冲击电压通过耦合电容器将电压耦合到试样上。冲击电压回路上耦合电容器与Cs为两个电容器串联,为保障耦合效率应保证耦合电容器的值远大于Cs
以常用的XLPE薄膜试样为例,其厚度为0.2~0.5 mm,相对介电常数为2.3左右[18]。PEA测量系统中,测量电极的接触面为圆形,直径为15 mm,可计算得到试样的等效电容约为10~50 pF。在选择参数时,设定试样电容为20 pF,采用公式推导与Pspice仿真相结合。改进后的直流叠加冲击电压空间电荷测量电路与Pspice的仿真电路如图4所示。
在计算电路参数时假定各电压源为理想电源,纳秒脉冲电源施加到试样上的耦合效率可以表示为式(1)

式(1)中:j为虚数单位;ωp为施加冲击电压的频率。
在PEA测量系统中,纳秒脉冲的脉宽为10 ns,频率主要分布在100 MHz~5 GHz范围。考虑到与试样Cs并联的支路阻抗Ri+1/ωpCiRd+1/ωpL比试样在脉冲频率分量下的阻抗1/ωpCs大10倍,将式(1)进行简化可得式(2)
ηpCpCs+Cp
式(2)可知,Cp的增大有助于提升脉冲耦合效率。以宽度为10 ns的脉冲进行计算,对于Cp参数取不同的数值,得到不同Cp取值时试样的脉冲耦合效率如图5所示。
图5可以看出,当Cp增大时,耦合效率增大并趋于饱和。同时需考虑Cp作为冲击电压负载电容,取值过大会降低耦合到试样上的冲击电压,且PEA测量过程对纳秒脉冲电压幅值要求较低,纳秒脉冲电压达到1~2 kV即可满足要求,不需要极高的耦合效率,因此选取Cp电容值为100 pF代入后续计算。
冲击电压施加到试样上的耦合效率表达式如式(3)所示。

式(3)中,ωi为纳秒脉冲频率。
为了确保纳秒脉冲的分压效率不会过低,试样与直流电压相连的电阻Rd应为高电阻。为了简化分析,先将直流支路视为断路,忽略分子与分母中Rd+jωiL项。此外,由于Rm的阻值固定且远小于1/ωiCp,同样可忽略该项,简化后的耦合效率如式(4)所示。

考虑到冲击电压的变化速度很快,电压频率分布广泛,且能量主要集中在快速变化的阶段。以IEC 60060-1-2010规定的1.2/50 μs雷电过电压与250/2 500 μs的操作过电压为例[19],对两种过电压快速升压部分进行频域变换,得到两种标准冲击电压的频谱分布如图6所示。
图6可以看出,两种冲击电压的能量在频率为103~106 Hz较为集中,因此将103~106 Hz作为ωi的频率范围。从式(4)可以看出,为了使冲击电压有较高的耦合效率,1/Ci +ωiRi应当足够小,即Ri较小,Ci较大。首先忽略Ci的影响,对冲击电压和纳秒脉冲的耦合效率在不同Ri下进行频率扫描,结果如图7所示。由图7可知,在低频段(103~104 Hz)无论Ri取何值冲击电压都具有较高的耦合效率,可以认为Ri的取值范围较大。当Ri较低时,脉冲电压在高频下的耦合效率较高。但为了保证样品上的纳秒脉冲电压不会过低,Ri的值应大于100 Ω。因此,选取Ri的值为500 Ω。
图8为前述参数确定,以Ci为变量进行仿真计算时冲击电压与纳秒脉冲在不同频率分量下的耦合效率。从图8(a)可以看出,Ci的取值对纳秒脉冲电压在高频下的耦合效率影响很小,但对于其耦合频带会有一定影响,考虑到纳秒脉冲为高频信号,其对耦合频带的影响可以忽略。从图8(b)可以看出,随着Ci的增大,耦合到试样上的冲击电压升高,并逐渐达到饱和。考虑到Ci增大会增加直流电压源的负载电容,因此Ci不应取值过大,应取值为10 nF。
电阻Rd起到保护直流电源的作用,既要阻挡冲击电压又要将直流电压施加到试样上,考虑到直流电压充电时间的问题,线路的时间常数Rd(Ci+Cp+Cs)不应过大,即Rd的阻值不应过大。对Rd进行参数扫描,通过仿真得到试样上直流电压的充电过程,如图9所示。从图9可以看出,当Rd大于1 GΩ时,样品完全充电时间超过10 s,考虑到空间电荷测量的采样频率和脉冲施加频率较高,会影响空间电荷的测量和信号的采集,因此在参数取值时Rd应小于 1 GΩ。
图10为不同Rd下的耦合效率频谱。从图10可以看出,Rd的取值不会影响纳秒脉冲的耦合,但Rd越大,冲击电压的频带就越宽,影响最终的测量结果,因此Rd的取值为100 MΩ。
根据上述分析,CpRiCiRd分别取100 pF、500 Ω、5 nF和100 MΩ,电感L的值设置为0.1 H。
图11为直流叠加冲击电压PEA空间电荷测量系统,主要由以下7部分组成:
(1)直流电源:产生高压直流信号,可调节范围为0~60 kV。
(2)双路信号发生器:可产生多种函数波形,输出电压幅值为1 mV~20 V连续可调,输出频率为0.1~6.0 MHz连续可调,使用时通道1输出方波信号触发纳秒脉冲开关,通道2输出指数波形经放大后产生冲击电压。
(3)Trek 30任意波形放大器:将输入的任意周期信号波形放大3 000倍,输出电压幅值为0~30 kV,提供冲击电压。
(4)纳秒脉冲:由高频高压开关HTS-50-08-uf搭建而成,检测到方波上升沿时,产生一个20 ns脉宽、峰值为0~1 000 V的纳秒窄脉冲[20]
(5)PEA电极:上电极向试样施加冲击电压、直流电压与纳秒脉冲电压,下电极及屏蔽盒接地,声波信号由下电极处的PVDF薄膜转换为电信号并由放大器输出。
(6)示波器:显示空间电荷测量结果。
(7)计算机:采集与处理空间电荷信号。
该测量系统可以测量直流叠加冲击电压下试样的空间电荷特性,同时该测量系统也可以测量直流电压与冲击电压单独作用时介质的空间电荷积聚情况。但是针对该测量系统仍然存在以下需要进行验证的问题:①在仿真过程中没有考虑各电压源的内阻,冲击电压是否会对纳秒脉冲源和直流电源造成损坏;②该测量系统中冲击电压由高功率放大器产生,无法承受充放电过程中产生的大电流,需要串联保护电阻,这可能会对电压的波形造成畸变。针对以上两个问题,在仿真电路中增加电源的内阻以及串联冲击电源的保护电阻,将直流电压设置为10 kV,将操作冲击电压设置峰值为10 kV,得到试样上的电压波形如图12所示。
图12可以看出,耦合到操作冲击电压没有发生畸变,能够完整地与直流电压叠加。在实际的测试实验中施加到试样上的直流叠加冲击电压波形与图12中是一致的,表明测试系统可以实现完整的电压叠加。
在直流电压与冲击电压两个高电压中,电容能够完全阻挡直流电压,不需要考虑直流电压对其他电源造成的影响,因此只对施加冲击电压时直流电源和纳秒脉冲源上的电压进行仿真计算,结果如图13所示。从图13可以看出,冲击电压耦合到直流电源和纳秒脉冲源上的电压很小,并不会对二者造成破坏。
基于上述直流叠加冲击电压PEA法空间电荷测量系统,测量XLPE试样在直流电压、冲击电压及直流叠加冲击电压下的空间电荷特性。
根据CIGRE TB496中针对直流电缆关于施加冲击电压幅值的建议[21],同极性叠加时冲击电压幅值为直流电压U0的1.1倍,合成电压峰值为2.1U0;异极性叠加时冲击电压幅值为直流电压U0的-2.2倍,合成电压峰值为-1.2U0
实验过程中外施直流场强为+40 kV/mm,加压时间为1 h。同极性冲击场强为+44 kV/mm,作用时间为20 min,重复频率为100 Hz;异极性冲击场强为-88 kV/mm,作用时间与重复频率同上。反复冲击电压的设定是由于考虑到实际电缆运行中,其承受冲击电压为含有数千赫兹高次谐波的振荡波形,在电缆寿命周期可以承受数万次的冲击电压[22]
直流叠加冲击方式下,当直流电压作用30 min后开始施加冲击电压,冲击电压作用时间为1 min。每周期冲击电压波形结束的零点位作为空间电荷测量点。更详细的直流叠加冲击电压作用方式参见文献[23-24]。
图14为+40 kV/mm直流电场下XLPE中空间电荷及短路测量结果。从图14(a)可以看出,XLPE试样体内出现了明显的异极性电荷集聚。由图14(b)可以看出,在正直流电压下,电极附近主要以异极性电荷为主,由材料内部的杂质电离产生。在 +40 kV/mm的场强下,材料内部出现了少量正电荷的积聚,说明阳极发生了电荷的注入并发生了迁移,而阳极附近的异极性电荷可能是负离子积聚造成的。
图15为冲击电场下XLPE中空间电荷测量结果。在+44 kV/mm正冲击场强作用下,XLPE体内仍以异极性电荷为主,如图15(a)所示。而当冲击场强提高到-88 kV/mm时,XLPE体内聚集了大量的同极性电荷,如图15(b)所示。随着冲击电压作用时间的延长,同极性电荷量逐渐增加并向试样内部迁移和复合。对比+40 kV/mm直流电压作用,冲击电压作用下的电压处于高电压幅的时间较短,电荷积聚量明显更少。
图16为直流叠加冲击电压下XLPE中空间电荷测量结果,试样上施加的冲击电压次数等效为实际设备运行30年经受的冲击电压次数。
图16可以看出,同极性叠加方式下,XLPE试样体内发生了明显的同极性电荷注入和迁移过程;而异极性叠加方式下,电极注入和迁移特性不明显。这可能是由于同极性叠加方式下合成电压峰值2.1U0远高于异极性叠加方式下的-1.2U0,因此同极性叠加方式下较高的等效电场更有利于电荷的注入和迁移。在叠加同极性冲击电压的实验中,两个电极附近积聚了同极性电荷,发生了同极性电荷的注入,且直流电场越高或施加冲击时间越长,电荷注入和体内迁移现象越明显;在叠加异极性电压的实验中,Al电极侧也发生了显著的同极性正电荷(空穴)注入现象,且负极性冲击作用时间越长,两电极的同极性电荷注入和迁移现象越明显。
对比不同电压类型下XLPE材料中的电荷分布,计算了不同实验条件下短路后XLPE中的平均电荷密度,结果如表1所示。从表1可以看出,冲击电压作用效果类似于同极性直流电压,但对电荷的影响要小于相同电压等级的直流电压,当同极性冲击电压叠加在直流电压上时,XLPE中积聚的电荷提升,而异极性冲击电压则降低了电荷的积聚。
通过直流叠加冲击电压下XLPE电荷积聚的实验,可以看出长期多次的冲击电压作用于设备绝缘,可以等效为提升施加的电压等级,设备绝缘电荷积聚增加,对其绝缘产生了不利的影响。
(1)通过对传统的空间电荷PEA测量系统的改进,结合直流叠加冲击实验电路,得出电容器比空气球隙更适用于叠加实验,最终确定能够用于测量直流叠加冲击电压下空间电荷的等效电路,使得各电压能够耦合到试样的同时与其他电压源之间解耦。
(2)通过等效电路进行公式推导以及应用Pspice电路对等效电路进行仿真计算,得到空间电荷测量电路中各阻容元件的取值范围,使其满足试样上的纳秒脉冲测量要求,冲击电压和直流电压具有极高的耦合效率。
(3)直流叠加同极性冲击电压比叠加异极性冲击电压更能促进XLPE试样中同极性电荷的注入和迁移,冲击电压的作用类似电压等级较低的同极性直流电压,电力设备长期作用下受冲击电压影响,电荷积聚增加,不利于设备的运行。
