The operating environment of EMU is complex, under the influences of multiple factors such as electricity, heat, and high-speed airflow, the performance of insulating material for high-voltage cable terminal on the roof is an important factor affecting the safety and stability of power supply system for EMU. In this study, the thermal conductivity, glass transition temperature, and dielectric properties of typical insulating materials for cable terminal on the roof were tested and analyzed by combining experimental analysis with simulation calculation. The electric field distribution at room temperature and the temperature distribution at different ambient temperatures of the cable terminal were studied by establishing an electric-thermal coupling simulation model of the roof cable terminal. The results show that the thermal conductivity of both ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) and epoxy resin (EP) increases with the increase of temperature, and decreases with the increase of temperature when the temperature is higher than 80℃. At room temperature, the thermal conductivity of EPDM and EP is 0.251 W/(m·K) and 0.431 W/(m·K), respectively. The dielectric constant of EPDM decreases gradually with the increase of temperature, decreasing from 3.7 at -60℃ to 3.28 at 100℃. The dielectric constant of EP increases gradually with the increase of temperature, increasing from 5.02 at -60℃ to 5.29 at 100℃, which is due to the difference of their glass transition temperature. The simulation results show that the change of electric field at the terminal of AC cable caused by temperature is small, the maximum distortion point occurs at the root of stress cone, and the electric field is 3.12 kV/mm. The secondary electric field concentrates in the main insulation of cable, and the electric field is 2.9 kV/mm.

动车组运行环境复杂,在电、热、高速气流等多重因素影响下的车顶高压电缆终端绝缘材料性能是影响动车组供电系统安全稳定的重要因素。本研究采用实验分析与仿真计算相结合的方法,测试分析了车顶电缆终端典型绝缘材料的导热性能、玻璃化转变温度和介电性能;通过建立车顶电缆终端电-热耦合仿真模型,分别研究了室温下电缆终端电场分布以及不同环境温度下的电缆终端温度分布。结果表明:三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂的导热系数均随着温度的升高而增大,高于80℃时,导热系数随着温度的升高有所减小。室温下,三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂的导热系数分别为0.251 W/(m·K)和0.431 W/(m·K)。三元乙丙橡胶的相对介电常数随着温度的升高逐渐减小,从-60℃的3.70减小到100℃的3.28;环氧树脂的相对介电常数随着温度的升高逐渐增大,从-60℃的5.02增大到100℃的5.29,这是由于二者的玻璃化转变温度不同引起的。仿真结果表明:温度引起交流电缆终端的电场变化不大,最大畸变点出现在应力锥根部,其值为3.120 kV/mm;其次电场集中分布在电缆主绝缘,电场强度为2.995 kV/mm。

动车组运行环境复杂,在电、热、高速气流等多重因素影响下的车顶高压电缆终端绝缘材料性能是影响动车组供电系统安全稳定的重要因素。本研究采用实验分析与仿真计算相结合的方法,测试分析了车顶电缆终端典型绝缘材料的导热性能、玻璃化转变温度和介电性能;通过建立车顶电缆终端电-热耦合仿真模型,分别研究了室温下电缆终端电场分布以及不同环境温度下的电缆终端温度分布。结果表明:三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂的导热系数均随着温度的升高而增大,高于80℃时,导热系数随着温度的升高有所减小。室温下,三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂的导热系数分别为0.251 W/(m·K)和0.431 W/(m·K)。三元乙丙橡胶的相对介电常数随着温度的升高逐渐减小,从-60℃的3.70减小到100℃的3.28;环氧树脂的相对介电常数随着温度的升高逐渐增大,从-60℃的5.02增大到100℃的5.29,这是由于二者的玻璃化转变温度不同引起的。仿真结果表明:温度引起交流电缆终端的电场变化不大,最大畸变点出现在应力锥根部,其值为3.120 kV/mm;其次电场集中分布在电缆主绝缘,电场强度为2.995 kV/mm。

The operating environment of EMU is complex, under the influences of multiple factors such as electricity, heat, and high-speed airflow, the performance of insulating material for high-voltage cable terminal on the roof is an important factor affecting the safety and stability of power supply system for EMU. In this study, the thermal conductivity, glass transition temperature, and dielectric properties of typical insulating materials for cable terminal on the roof were tested and analyzed by combining experimental analysis with simulation calculation. The electric field distribution at room temperature and the temperature distribution at different ambient temperatures of the cable terminal were studied by establishing an electric-thermal coupling simulation model of the roof cable terminal. The results show that the thermal conductivity of both ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) and epoxy resin (EP) increases with the increase of temperature, and decreases with the increase of temperature when the temperature is higher than 80℃. At room temperature, the thermal conductivity of EPDM and EP is 0.251 W/(m·K) and 0.431 W/(m·K), respectively. The dielectric constant of EPDM decreases gradually with the increase of temperature, decreasing from 3.7 at -60℃ to 3.28 at 100℃. The dielectric constant of EP increases gradually with the increase of temperature, increasing from 5.02 at -60℃ to 5.29 at 100℃, which is due to the difference of their glass transition temperature. The simulation results show that the change of electric field at the terminal of AC cable caused by temperature is small, the maximum distortion point occurs at the root of stress cone, and the electric field is 3.12 kV/mm. The secondary electric field concentrates in the main insulation of cable, and the electric field is 2.9 kV/mm.

车顶高压电缆终端作为动车组输配电系统的薄弱环节,要求具有良好的电气绝缘性能和环境耐受能力。车顶电缆终端所处的运行工况十分复杂,列车运行带来的高速气流、南北方地理差异形成的温差、雨雪冰冻带来的潮气和水分,还有因列车振动引起的谐波干扰和操作过电压等都会影响高压终端的整体绝缘性能[1-4]。高压终端的绝缘能力可以通过实验结合仿真的方法进行评估。
目前,动车组高压系统的研究工作主要集中在车顶绝缘子表面积污,高压电缆终端作为车顶重要的电力连接部件,其材料的绝缘特性直接影响供电系统的安全[5-6]。此外,通过计算机仿真手段,掌握电场-热场等耦合因素下绝缘结构的电场分布和温度场分布规律,可以为终端结构优化设计和终端绝缘水平提升提供依据[7-10]。然而,针对动车组车顶高压终端材料特性和电-热耦合的研究相对较少。
本研究选用在运的高压电缆终端取样制成样品,通过实验表征材料的绝缘性能,通过电场仿真计算终端电场分布。首先,采用激光闪射法测试三元乙丙橡胶(ethylene propylene diene monomer,EPDM)和环氧树脂(epoxide resin,EP)的导热性能,采用宽频介电谱测试仪测试三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂材料的介电性能。然后,根据车顶高压终端尺寸和材料特性,建立高压电缆终端电场仿真物理场模型,计算电-热耦合作用下高压终端内部电场分布。动车组车顶高压终端运行时不仅要承受一天内南北方的地理温差,还要承受不同季节巨大的自然温差,夏季最高气温高达50℃以上,冬季最低气温可达-40℃以下[1]。考虑自然环境对高压终端材料特性的影响,最后计算不同环境温度下高压终端温度场分布和电场分布。在高电场和极端温度的作用下,绝缘材料会发生老化或劣化,导致车顶高压终端存在潜在放电和击穿风险。本研究拟通过材料绝缘特性分析和终端电-热耦合场仿真,发现终端绝缘的薄弱环节,从而为通过绝缘补强提高终端整体绝缘水平提供参考。
测试样品取自在运的动车组车顶高压电缆终端,对其进行切片、裁剪处理,得到如图1所示的样品,从左到右依次为半导电层试样、绝缘层试样和外层保护绝缘套管试样。
电缆终端在运行过程中会产热,热量会沿着电缆终端的轴向和径向进行传导,由于电缆终端属于多层绝缘介质复合结构,温度场分布受不同材料导热系数差异的影响。材料的导热系数采用LFA467型激光闪射仪进行测量,样品直径为25.4 mm,厚度控制在1 mm左右。从25℃到90℃之间选取8个温度点进行测试,测试开始之前对样品表面进行清洁、干燥,并对材料表面喷涂石墨处理,以保证样品能够均匀地吸收能量,保证测试结果的准确性,导热系数测试结果如图2所示。从图2可以看出,3种材料的导热系数随着温度的升高呈现先增大后减小的现象。半导电材料的导热系数从25℃的0.659 W/(m·K)先增大到80℃的0.797 W/(m·K),然后减小到90℃的0.766 W/(m·K);三元乙丙橡胶材料在测试区间内的导热系数为0.251~0.295 W/(m·K);环氧树脂材料在测试区间内的导热系数为0.431~0.488 W/(m·K)。三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂均属于高分子聚合物,导热性能较差;半导电材料由于炭黑的存在,导热系数明显高于三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂。
取动车组车顶终端用三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂材料进行差示扫描量热测试(DSC),测试曲线如图34所示。通过DSC曲线可以得出材料的玻璃化转变温度[11],从图34可以看出,三元乙丙橡胶的玻璃化转变温度为-54.4℃,环氧树脂的玻璃化转变温度为123.3℃。三元乙丙橡胶是乙烯、丙烯和少量的非共轭二烯烃的共聚物,主链由-C-C-单键构成,分子链可以围绕单键进行内旋转,与环氧树脂相比,玻璃化转变温度相对较低。材料玻璃化转变温度会影响其相对介电常数随温度的变化。
介电性能测试采用宽频介电谱测试系统,测试频率设置为工频50 Hz,测试温度设置为-60~100℃,测试温度条件已覆盖动车组车顶电缆终端在实际运行中经受的绝大多数温度条件。三元乙丙橡胶相对介电常数随温度的变化规律如图5所示,环氧树脂相对介电常数随温度的变化规律如图6所示。从图56可以看出,三元乙丙橡胶的相对介电常数随着温度的升高逐渐减小,从-60℃的3.70下降到100℃的3.28;环氧树脂的相对介电常数随着温度的升高逐渐增大,从-60℃的5.02增大到100℃的5.29。
相对介电常数的大小与材料内部微观分子运动有关,分子链运动的活跃程度与材料的玻璃化转变温度有关[12-13]。根据DSC曲线,三元乙丙橡胶的玻璃化转变温度为-54.4℃,在测试温度区间内,当温度低于玻璃化转变温度时,材料内部分子链逐渐解冻,相对介电常数略有增加,当温度高于玻璃化转变温度时,分子链无序热运动逐渐占据主导,三元乙丙橡胶的相对介电常数随温度升高逐渐减小;环氧树脂的玻璃化转变温度为123.3℃,测试温度区间低于玻璃化转变温度,随着温度的升高,环氧树脂分子链逐渐解冻,表现为介电常数随温度升高而增大。由于材料玻璃化转变温度的差异,三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂在测试温度区间内极化表现截然相反。
电缆终端电场仿真采用有限元法,电场分布遵循电场的泊松方程。根据电磁场理论,电力设备尺寸远小于波长的十分之一时,电场可近似为静电场,本文中高压终端内部电场均按静电场处理。根据电缆终端实际运行环境和材料性能测试实验设置电缆终端模型物理场边界条件和材料性能参数。
电缆运行过程中的损耗主要以热的形式进行传导,当电流流过电缆,电缆线芯导体发热,根据欧姆定律,并忽略电缆导体中的热量损失,可以得到单位长度电缆线芯发热量为S=I2R[14]
单位长度线芯有效电阻R可以由式(1)计算。

式(1)中:R为温度T时的电阻值;R0为25℃下线芯的电阻值;α25为线芯导体材料以25℃为基准时的电阻温度系数。
一段时间内导体的产热量可以用式(2)计算得到。

绝缘层的介质损耗(W)可以用式(3)计算。

式(3)中:ω为角频率;tanδ为工频下绝缘的介质损耗因数;U为绝缘层承受的电压;C为单位长度电缆的电容。
根据IEC 62497-1:2010的附录D选取额定电压,经查UN=27.5 kV。在该电压下绝缘层介质损耗比线芯发热小得多,因此在计算过程中忽略介质损耗,用导体线芯的发热量进行计算。
电缆终端内部温度分布采用热传导的泊松方程得到[15-16],传热方程如式(4)所示。

式(4)中:T为终端温度;ϕ为产热功率;λ为材料的导热系数。
电缆终端电场分布根据静电场的泊松方程得到,电位的二阶泊松方程如式(5)所示,电位的梯度即电场强度的大小,在电缆绝缘与套管绝缘中电场与相对介电常数成反比,如式(6)所示[17]。计算中用到的材料相对介电常数由温度场分布计算结果结合实验数据决定。

式(5)~(6)中:ϕ为电位;ρ为源电荷密度;ε为材料介电常数;ε1ε2分别为电缆绝缘和套管绝缘的相对介电常数;E1E2分别为电缆绝缘和套管绝缘内部的电场。
根据终端运行工况和材料绝缘特性建立物理场仿真模型[18],计算车顶高压电缆终端内部电位和电场分布,结果如图78所示。
从图78可以看出,电缆终端导体电位为27.5 kV,沿终端径向呈现梯度分布,等值线的密集程度代表着电场强度的大小。结合电缆终端电场分布,终端电场畸变位置位于终端应力锥根部和电缆主绝缘,电场强度分别为3.12 kV/mm、2.99 kV/mm。电缆主绝缘承担了终端的高电位,应力锥均化了终端接头附近的电场畸变,应力锥根部和主绝缘属于动车输配电系统的薄弱位置[19-20]
根据终端电场分布的结果(图8),沿电缆终端径向建立坐标系,以电缆铜芯中心为坐标原点,作出终端沿直径方向的电场分布,如图9所示,图中从坐标原点往两侧依次为电缆铜芯、三元乙丙橡胶主绝缘、应力锥半导电部分、环氧套管以及空气域。由图9可知,电场主要分布在电缆主绝缘与环氧增强绝缘以及应力锥绝缘部分,其中电场畸变严重的位置分别位于应力锥绝缘部分与主绝缘部分交界处、应力锥与环氧材料交界处,畸变电场强度分别为1.58 kV/mm和0.51 kV/mm。
图10为终端运行一段时间内主绝缘最大电场的变化曲线。从图10可以看出,随着运行时间的延长,终端主绝缘部分温度逐渐升高,三元乙丙橡胶相对介电常数减小,主绝缘电场随温度升高略有减小。随着运行时间的继续延长,终端温度场分布达到平衡,电场强度不再随时间发生变化。
电缆终端不同区域最大电场如表1所示。由表1可知,电缆主绝缘最大电场为2.995 kV/mm;应 力锥最大电场位于应力锥根部,电场强度为3.120 kV/mm;环氧绝缘处最大电场为1.108 kV/mm。
动车组高压电缆终端电场不仅受到多层复合绝缘介质结构的影响,而且受到运行工况、周围环境以及因动车高速运行带来的谐波电压、过电压等的影响,材料的绝缘裕度很难确定。本研究通过对电-热耦合条件下高压终端的电场和热场进行仿真,结果显示温度变化引起的终端内部电场变化不大,但应力锥与电缆主绝缘部分电场强度较大,属于动车组高压电缆终端的薄弱位置。同时,终端绝缘材料会在电和热的作用下发生老化,使绝缘材料绝缘性能下降,造成电缆终端绝缘放电甚至击穿。
动车组车顶高压终端随着动车组高速运行,受到自然地理环境的影响,近年来,动车组在各种恶劣条件下发生故障的情况越来越频繁。以兰新客运专线为例,由于深居内陆,冬夏两季特征明显,气温变化大,冬季最冷的1月,平均气温为-20℃以下,极端最低气温曾达到-50℃;夏季最热的7月,平均气温为33℃以上,极端最高气温曾达到48℃。
首先,计算室温下电缆终端温度场分布,环境初始温度预设为25℃,主绝缘与增强绝缘以及半导电材料的导热系数由实验测试结果拟合得到。电缆终端温度场仿真结果如图11所示。从图11可以看出,电缆终端最高温度随着投入运行时间的延长逐渐增大,在15 h附近达到稳定,稳定时终端最高温度为54.9℃。终端内部径向温度分布随时间的变化如图11中小图所示,横坐标为电缆终端由铜芯到环氧绝缘套管之间的距离。可以看出,电缆终端最高温度出现在铜芯附近,约为54.9℃,最低温度在环氧与空气交界面,最低温度为30.3℃,内外温差为24.6℃。温差以及不同材料导热性能的差异会在电缆终端内部形成温度梯度,温度会影响材料的相对介电常数、电导率以及导热系数,从而引起电缆终端内部电场发生改变。
然后,按极端天气设置环境条件,计算电缆终端在环境温度-30、25、50℃下运行一段时间后电缆终端的温度分布,计算结果如图12(a)(c)所示。由图12(a)可知,电缆终端温度最低点在法兰附近,其值为2.15℃,环氧套管与空气的交界面温度为19.5℃,但芯棒在低温环境下最高温度仍可达到40℃;由图12(b)可知,室温下,电缆终端最低温度为法兰附近的35℃,环氧套管与空气界面温度为36.7℃,芯棒最高温度为53.2℃;由图12(c)可知,法兰附近的温度达到63℃,环氧套管与空气界面温度为65℃,电缆芯棒温度达到77℃。
表2为不同环境温度下应力锥根部电场强度和温度。由表2可知,不同环境温度下,应力锥根部温度变化较大,但电场强度变化很小。对于交流电缆终端,应力锥根部承担的电场较高,属于电缆终端放电的薄弱位置。虽然随着环境温度变化,应力锥根部电场变化较小,但在极端低温条件下,结合DSC测试结果,环氧树脂材料的玻璃化转变温度为123.3℃,在高寒环境下处于玻璃态,具有较差的形变能力。而三元乙丙橡胶的玻璃化转变温度为-54.4℃,在极端低温条件下仍处于高弹态,温度降低时仍具有良好的收缩性[2]。三元乙丙橡胶与环氧树脂间收缩度的不同,易在两者之间界面产生气隙,造成界面结构不匹配的现象,导致界面放电的产生。
(1)三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂的导热系数总体上随着温度的升高而增大,当温度超过80℃时,导热系数有所下降。三元乙丙橡胶的导热系数从25℃的0.251 W/(m·K)增大到80℃的0.295 W/(m·K),环氧树脂的导热系数从25℃的0.431 W/(m·K)增大到80℃的0.488 W/(m·K),相同温度下,环氧树脂的导热系数均大于三元乙丙橡胶。高于80℃时,导热系数随着温度的升高有所下降。
(2)三元乙丙橡胶的介电常数随着温度的升高逐渐减小,从-60℃的3.70下降到100℃的3.28;环氧树脂的介电常数随着温度的升高逐渐增大,从 -60℃的5.02增大到100℃的5.29,这是由于二者的玻璃化转变温度不同造成的。
(3)计算了电缆终端不同区域的电场分布。电缆终端电场最大畸变点出现在应力锥根部,电场强度为3.120 kV/mm;其次电场集中分布在电缆主绝缘,电场强度为2.995 kV/mm;随着电缆终端温度的升高,终端内部电场变化较小,但是极端低温条件下三元乙丙橡胶和环氧树脂收缩度的差异易引起界面缺陷放电。
