In order to explore the impact of the performance of silicone dry mica tape on the reliability of insulation system of traction motor, we conducted the material basic performance, laboratory simulation of wire rod, and insulation system reliability evaluation on two imported mica tapes and two domestic mica tapes. The results show that the mica tape with less resin and higher air permeability shows a better compatibility with the silicone impregnating varnish. The formed insulation system has a lower thermal dielectric loss factor and a higher curing rate, which improves the breakdown voltage and improves the reliability of the insulation system.

为了探究有机硅少胶云母带的性能对牵引电机绝缘系统可靠性的影响,针对两种进口云母带和两种国产云母带开展了材料基础性能试验、模拟线棒验证以及绝缘系统可靠性评定。结果表明:胶含量较少、透气性较高的云母带与有机硅浸渍漆的相容匹配性更优,形成的绝缘系统热态介质损耗因数较小、固化率较高,提高了绝缘系统的击穿电压,提升了绝缘系统的可靠性。

为了探究有机硅少胶云母带的性能对牵引电机绝缘系统可靠性的影响,针对两种进口云母带和两种国产云母带开展了材料基础性能试验、模拟线棒验证以及绝缘系统可靠性评定。结果表明:胶含量较少、透气性较高的云母带与有机硅浸渍漆的相容匹配性更优,形成的绝缘系统热态介质损耗因数较小、固化率较高,提高了绝缘系统的击穿电压,提升了绝缘系统的可靠性。

In order to explore the impact of the performance of silicone dry mica tape on the reliability of insulation system of traction motor, we conducted the material basic performance, laboratory simulation of wire rod, and insulation system reliability evaluation on two imported mica tapes and two domestic mica tapes. The results show that the mica tape with less resin and higher air permeability shows a better compatibility with the silicone impregnating varnish. The formed insulation system has a lower thermal dielectric loss factor and a higher curing rate, which improves the breakdown voltage and improves the reliability of the insulation system.

牵引电机作为轨道交通车辆牵引传动系统中的一个关键部分,正朝着大功率化、小型轻量化和高可靠性方向发展,而采用具有卓越的耐热性能和电绝缘性能的有机硅绝缘系统是轨道交通牵引电机实现其发展目标的关键手段[1-2]
有机硅云母带作为有机硅绝缘系统的关键配套材料,其性能对绝缘结构有着重要影响,成为绝缘系统的重要研究对象。文献[3]通过模拟线棒浸漆试验研究了国产有机硅少胶云母带和国产有机硅浸渍漆的相容性。文献[4]通过模拟线棒试验研究了进口云母带与国产云母带的工艺性能和电气性能。文献[5]通过绕包线棒浸渍试验对比研究了一种新型有机硅少胶云母带与进口云母带的电气绝缘性能。文献[6]通过模型验证研究了两种国产云母带与进口云母带从材料到绝缘结构的性能差异。文献[7]研究了两种有机硅绝缘系统的热老化性能及其寿命。目前关于有机硅少胶云母带性能测试的研究主要集中在对材料的基础性能以及与绝缘浸渍漆的相容匹配性上。而有机硅少胶云母带的性能与绝缘系统可靠性关系的研究尚未见报道。
本研究以两种进口云母带(进口A、进口B)和两种国产云母带(国产C、国产D)为对象,对比分析4种云母带材料的基础性能和绝缘结构电气性能,其中采用进口A云母带的绝缘结构具有长期可靠的运行经验,因此将其作为基准绝缘结构,通过绝缘系统的可靠性试验探究有机硅少胶云母带的性能与绝缘系统可靠性的关系。
有机硅少胶云母带,分别来自国外A、B公司和国内C、D公司;聚酰亚胺薄膜,天津市天缘电工材料股份有限公司;玻璃丝带,永济优耐特绝缘材料有限公司;有机硅绝缘漆,德国Wacker公司;聚酰亚胺薄膜熔敷导线,山东迪赛机电有限公司。
NF2671B型安全耐压测试仪,南通电子仪器厂;工频耐压测试仪,上海海鹰电气有限公司;2816a型介质损耗测试仪,联德机械有限公司;HT-2102AP型拉力机,台湾弘达仪器股份有限公司。
按照GB/T 5019.2—2009《以云母为基的绝缘材料 第2部分:试验方法》[8]规定方法制取云母带基础性能测试试样。测试云母带组成成分、电气强度和机械强度等性能。
线棒制作:分别采用4种有机硅少胶云母带绕包聚酰亚胺薄膜熔敷导线制作线棒,每种云母带各绕包5根线棒,共20根,具体线棒制作工艺如下:有机硅少胶云母带半叠包5次,聚酰亚胺薄膜半叠包1次,玻璃丝带半叠包1次。
线棒包好绝缘之后,真空压力浸渍(VPI)有机硅绝缘漆,经过200℃高温固化得到有机硅绝缘系统模拟线棒结构。
介质损耗因数测试:按照GB/T 34665—2017《电机线圈/绕组绝缘介质损耗因数测量方法》[9]分别测试各组试样常态和热态(200℃)的介质损耗因数。测试时记录环境温度和相对湿度。
工频击穿电压测试:根据JB/T 50133—1999《中型高压电机少胶整浸线圈产品质量分等》对每根线棒逐个进行工频击穿电压测试,将试验电压由0开始以500 V/s的速率连续升压,直至发生击穿。
胶含量测试:从线棒主绝缘取样,采用马弗炉高温600℃焙烧2 h充分去除有机组分,从而计算线棒主绝缘中胶含量。
固化率测试:从线棒主绝缘取样,采用乙二胺溶剂抽提法测试线棒固化率。
根据T/CEEIA 343—2018《牵引电机绝缘系统多因子耐久性评定方法》[10]规定的试样制作要求,设计并制作了4种动车牵引电机单槽模型,如图1所示,4种模型分别采用4家不同公司的云母带,采用相同的浸漆固化工艺整体VPI浸渍同一种有机硅绝缘漆并烘焙固化,每种模型有10个,其中5个作为试验试样,5个作为备品。
根据文献[11]的试验规程进行图2所示试验,直至失效。
试验过程中,在电热联合试验或诊断试验过程中试样失效,则该试样达到寿命终点,停止该试样后续试验。
表1为4家公司的有机硅少胶云母带基础性能测试结果。从表1可以看出,相较于进口A云母带,进口B云母带由于采用了干法上胶工艺,有效降低了胶黏剂含量,云母含量较高,透气性较好,浸渍漆更易渗透进绝缘系统,形成性能良好的整体绝缘结构。国产C和国产D云母带由于采用传统湿法上胶工艺,透气性相比进口云母带有所下降。
基于4家公司云母带的线棒常态介质损耗因数如图3所示。从图3可以看出,在1.0UN测试电压下,进口A和进口B云母带绕包线棒的介质损耗因数均小于国产C和国产D云母带绕包线棒,但4种云母带绕包线棒的常态介质损耗因数均小于1.0%。
4种云母带绕包线棒的热态(200℃)介质损耗因数如图4所示。
图4可以看出,不同电压下,4种云母带绕包线棒的热态介质损耗增量均很小,热态介质损耗主要表征组成绝缘结构材料之间的相容匹配性,热态介质损耗因数越小表明云母带与浸渍漆的相容匹配性越好[12]。因此,4种有机硅少胶云母带与有机硅浸渍漆的相容匹配性由高到低依次为进口B、国产D、进口A、国产C。
4种云母带绕包线棒的胶含量如图5所示。从图5可以看出,4种云母带绕包线棒的主绝缘结构胶含量基本相当,胶含量均在31%左右。结合表1中云母带自身胶黏剂含量计算得到,进口B云母带组成的绝缘系统树脂浸入量最多,其次是国产D云母带,国产C云母带组成的绝缘系统树脂浸入量最少。由此得出,云母带胶黏剂含量越少,透气性越高,云母带组成的绝缘系统树脂浸入量越多。这是由于进口B云母带采用了干法粉末上胶技术,其余3种云母带均采用了传统湿法上胶工艺,而云母纸吸胶能力强,采用湿法上胶工艺时,液态胶黏剂大部分会渗入云母纸层间,填充云母片间的空隙,另一小部分胶黏剂则在云母纸和补强玻璃布间形成连续均匀的胶膜[13],从而导致云母带透气性大幅下降,不利于VPI过程中浸渍树脂的渗入,树脂浸入量较低。
4种云母带绕包线棒的固化率如图6所示。从图6可以看出,4种云母带绕包线棒的固化率由高到低依次为进口B、国产D、进口A、国产C。结合图4图6数据可得,云母带组成绝缘系统的热态介质损耗因数越小,固化率越高。
4种云母带绕包线棒的击穿电压如图7所示。从图7可以看出,4种云母带绕包线棒的击穿电压水平均很高,进口B云母带绕包线棒的击穿电压最高,与线棒热态介质损耗因数和固化率的变化趋势基本一致。说明线棒绝缘结构的一体性越好,热态介质损耗因数越小,绝缘系统的固化率和工频击穿电压越高,这就使得绝缘系统的电气性能更优。
经过验证,进口A云母带组成的绝缘系统通过了4个周期可靠性评定试验;进口B云母带组成的绝缘系统通过了7个周期可靠性评定试验;国产C云母带通过了3个周期可靠性评定试验;国产D云母带通过了5个周期可靠性评定试验。说明进口B云母带模型绝缘结构的可靠性最高,这也印证了上文所述进口B云母带组成的绝缘系统电气性能最优的结论。
使用进口A公司云母带的绝缘结构具有长期可靠的运行经验,作为基准绝缘结构,进口B和国产D云母带组成的绝缘结构可靠性均优于基准绝缘结构,因此进口B和国产D云母带可在牵引电机中应用。而国产C云母带组成的绝缘结构可靠性低于基准绝缘结构,因此国产C云母带需要进一步应用考核。
(1)进口B有机硅少胶云母带组成的有机硅绝缘系统性能最优。
(2)胶含量比较少、透气性比较高的云母带与有机硅浸渍漆的相容匹配性更优,形成的绝缘系统热态介质损耗因数较小、固化率较高,提高了绝缘系统的击穿电压,提升了绝缘系统的可靠性。
(3)国产云母带的性能与进口最优云母带相比仍存在差距,但国产D云母带满足牵引电机使用要求。
