Combined with the special application environment and special structural characteristics of traction motor, the polyester imide insulation system of traction motor based on polyesterimide resin and three-in-one mica tape was studied in this paper. The heat resistance and processability of polyesterimide resin were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and viscosity-temperature curve, on the basis of it, simulated insulation structure was prepared using the three-in-one mica tape with good compatibility with polyesterimide resin to verify the electrical ageing performance and reliability of the insulation system. The results show that the insulation system based on the selected polyesterimide resin and three-in-one mica tape has outstanding processability, mechanical properties, electrical properties, heat resistance, reliability, and low cost. The heat resistance index reaches to 215, which meets the requirements of high bonding strength, high heat resistance, and high reliability of traction motor.

结合牵引电机特殊的应用环境及结构特点,本文针对基于聚酯亚胺树脂和三合一云母带的牵引电机聚酯亚胺绝缘系统开展了研究。通过热失重分析及其黏温曲线研究了聚酯亚胺树脂的耐热性和工艺性,在此基础上,采用与聚酯亚胺树脂相容性良好的三合一云母带制备模拟绝缘结构,验证了绝缘系统的电气性能、耐老化性能及可靠性。结果表明:基于本文所选聚酯亚胺树脂及三合一云母带构建的绝缘系统具有突出的工艺性、力学性能、电气性能、耐热性、可靠性及低成本,耐热指数达到215,满足牵引电机高粘结强度、高耐热、高可靠性要求。

结合牵引电机特殊的应用环境及结构特点,本文针对基于聚酯亚胺树脂和三合一云母带的牵引电机聚酯亚胺绝缘系统开展了研究。通过热失重分析及其黏温曲线研究了聚酯亚胺树脂的耐热性和工艺性,在此基础上,采用与聚酯亚胺树脂相容性良好的三合一云母带制备模拟绝缘结构,验证了绝缘系统的电气性能、耐老化性能及可靠性。结果表明:基于本文所选聚酯亚胺树脂及三合一云母带构建的绝缘系统具有突出的工艺性、力学性能、电气性能、耐热性、可靠性及低成本,耐热指数达到215,满足牵引电机高粘结强度、高耐热、高可靠性要求。

Combined with the special application environment and special structural characteristics of traction motor, the polyester imide insulation system of traction motor based on polyesterimide resin and three-in-one mica tape was studied in this paper. The heat resistance and processability of polyesterimide resin were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and viscosity-temperature curve, on the basis of it, simulated insulation structure was prepared using the three-in-one mica tape with good compatibility with polyesterimide resin to verify the electrical ageing performance and reliability of the insulation system. The results show that the insulation system based on the selected polyesterimide resin and three-in-one mica tape has outstanding processability, mechanical properties, electrical properties, heat resistance, reliability, and low cost. The heat resistance index reaches to 215, which meets the requirements of high bonding strength, high heat resistance, and high reliability of traction motor.

随着近年来绝缘系统实际应用的研究越来越深入,有机硅、环氧酸酐及聚酯亚胺三大轨道交通牵引电机绝缘系统的性能及应用特点越来越清晰。有机硅绝缘系统最大的优点是耐热等级高,一般为220级(R)以上,但其抗振、防潮性略差。环氧酸酐绝缘系统具有优异的力学性能,抗振性较好,但是环氧酸酐树脂的贮存稳定性略差,耐热等级一般为180级(H),近年来应用受到一定限制。聚酯亚胺绝缘系统的力学性能、电气性能适中,粘结强度较高,耐热等级达到200级(N),综合性能突出[1]。西门子、GE、湘潭电机、成都电机等电机厂家都开发出了轨道交通牵引电机用聚酯亚胺绝缘系统,并进行了实际应用,取得了较好的应用效果。
具有爬坡能力强、转弯半径小、横断面小、曲线通过性能好等优点的轨道交通牵引电机在地铁、磁悬浮列车等轨道交通领域得到应用[2],例如广州地铁4、5、6号线,长沙、清远、北京S1等磁悬浮线[3]。该类牵引电机在实际中长期超负载运行,使得电机温升较高,同时在运行中振动大,此外线圈端部外露,受到砂石、粉尘、铁屑等外物的威胁。因此为适应该牵引电机特殊的结构和超负载运行工况,对于其绝缘系统,除了需要更加重视电气性能以外,对耐热性、抗振性、防护性、可靠性、工艺性等也提出了更高的要求。本文基于聚酯亚胺树脂和三合一云母带开展牵引电机聚酯亚胺绝缘系统性能及可靠性研究。
在平底铝盒中放置10 g聚酯亚胺树脂置于烘箱中烘焙固化,升温程序为:140℃/1 h+170℃/10 h。取8~10 mg固化漆饼试样放入同步热分析仪(德国耐驰STA449F5型)在空气氛围中以5℃/min的升温速率升温至600℃,得到热失重曲线。
使用上海平轩科学仪器有限公司NDJ-1S型数字式黏度计在恒温浴中采用合适的转子进行黏度测试,记录不同温度下的黏度值,绘制黏温曲线。
线圈绕制、涨型后采用云母带、玻璃丝带等进行绝缘包扎,线圈直线部分最外层包一层四氟乙烯薄膜带,包扎绝缘后的线圈采用VPI工艺浸渍聚酯亚胺树脂,按155℃/5 h+170℃/7 h的固化工艺烘焙固化,最后拆除线圈外层四氟乙烯薄膜带,在线圈直线部分包覆金属箔(金属箔两端距线圈拐角处30~50 mm),保证金属箔电极与线圈直线部分充分接触,得到如图1所示试样。
采用扬州攀峰电气公司2840型高精度介质损耗测量仪测试模拟结构在不同电压下的介质损耗因数。采用日本日置IR3455-30型便携式交直流绝缘电阻表测试1 000 V电压下的绝缘电阻。采用上海申发检测仪器有限公司JTKZ-5 50 kV型工频耐压试验仪测试击穿电压,升压速率为500 V/s。
选取直线电机定子铁心,在铁心内嵌入5把完整线圈,然后浸渍聚酯亚胺树脂,烘焙固化后得到图2所示的模卡绝缘结构。
模卡绝缘结构进行外观检查无缺陷,在2UN电压下持续进行10 min的对地工频耐压初始诊断后,在260℃下以3天为一个周期进行6个周期的加速热老化试验,每周期老化试验后进行2UN持续10 min对地工频耐压试验。
热分级试验流程见图3。试样初始诊断后进行热老化试验,每个热老化周期后,将进行振动、潮湿以及耐压等试验,以测试试样热老化后的性能。
采用爱斯佩克SEG-041H型老化烘箱进行三点热老化试验[4],老化温度、时间参数如下:低温点230℃一个周期为28~30天;中温点250℃一个周期为7~10天;高温点270℃一个周期为2~5天。每个温度点进行周期老化后,进行振动试验、受潮处理、耐压试验。
振动试验:采用苏州苏试试验股份有限公司DC-600-6型电动振动试验系统进行,振幅为峰-峰0.2 mm,频率为60 Hz,加速度为150 m/s2,持续时间为1 h。
受潮处理:每个老化周期后,试样在产生可见凝露、湿度大于95%的潮湿试验箱中暴露2天。
耐压试验:采用工频耐压试验仪对试样进行对地工频耐压试验,电压为2UN,持续10 min。
牵引电机浸渍树脂的黏度、挥发性、粘结强度、介质损耗因数、电气强度以及储存稳定性等是重要的性能指标。聚酯亚胺树脂与原牵引电机采用的环氧酸酐树脂的性能如表1所示。
表1可以看出,相比于原牵引电机采用的环氧酸酐树脂,聚酯亚胺树脂黏度较低,有利于充分渗透绝缘材料和填充绝缘系统内部空隙;粘结强度突出,可提高绝缘系统力学性能和防护性;体积电阻率、电气强度较高,可保证绝缘系统电气绝缘性能;储存稳定性好,具有较好的工艺性;介质损耗较低;挥发物含量低,环境友好;但是凝胶时间较长,不利于快速固化保证挂漆量。因此,聚酯亚胺树脂虽然具有低黏度、高强度、高绝缘、储存稳定、环保、良好的工艺性等优点,但是低黏度、长凝胶时间也对电机的挂漆量、填充密实性产生不利影响,需要优化浸漆工艺,确保填充密实性和挂漆量。
树脂固化物在空气下的热分解曲线可反应出固化物的耐热性。聚酯亚胺树脂的热失重曲线如图4所示。
图4可以看出,树脂分解过程在300~425℃,初始分解温度(T5%)在300℃左右,具有较好的耐热性。
为使聚酯亚胺浸渍树脂在浸渍过程中对绝缘系统具有良好的渗透性,需选择合适的浸渍温度使浸渍漆具有较低的黏度,同时又能保证均匀的漆膜厚度和良好的挂漆量。图5是聚酯亚胺树脂的黏温曲线。从图5可以看出,聚酯亚胺树脂的黏度上限曲线和管理黏度曲线随温度的升高快速下降,而黏度下限曲线随温度升高下降平缓。实际应用中,树脂加热至35~40℃,黏度降至500~750 mPa·s时,具有良好的渗透性,能充分填充线圈内部绝缘气隙,确保绝缘系统电气性能,适宜的黏度可保证足够的挂漆量,形成厚度均匀的漆膜,使绝缘系统具有良好的整体性。
对于牵引电机绝缘系统,需兼顾绝缘及强度防护,因此基于聚酯亚胺树脂的牵引电机绝缘系统,采用聚酯亚胺薄膜、玻璃丝带、云母纸复合而成的三合一云母带,云母带采用与聚酯亚胺树脂相容性良好的胶黏剂体系,确保绝缘系统良好的相容性。表2为三合一云母带性能指标。
表2可以看出,三合一云母带与玻璃布补强云母带相比,由于采用聚酰亚胺薄膜补强,三合一云母带的击穿电压明显较高,0.12 mm厚的云母带击穿电压达7.0 kV以上,同时云母、薄膜合二为一,提高了绝缘包扎工艺性。
介质损耗的高低与浸漆工艺及绝缘系统本身材料构成有关。室温下浸渍聚酯亚胺树脂的模拟线圈绝缘结构试样常态介质损耗因数如表3所示,其中额定电压UN为1 800 V。从表3可以看出,常态下,浸渍聚酯亚胺树脂的线圈试样介质损耗因数为1.0%~2.0%,满足不大于3.0%的要求,同时电压从0.2UN升至1.2UN时,介质损耗因数仅增加0.5%左右,变化很小,因此在1 800 V额定电压下,绝缘系统介质损耗因数变化很小,对电机温升影响较小。在相同电压下,4组试样的介质损耗因数波动也不大,说明模拟线圈绝缘结构试样浸漆充分,一致性较好,也说明了树脂的渗透性好,使绝缘系统具有良好的整体性。
测试结果表明,室温下模拟线圈绝缘结构试样对地绝缘电阻均不低于2 000 MΩ,超出检测设备量程,说明绝缘体系相容性良好,渗透充分,树脂的高粘结性使绝缘系统的整体性较好,表现出良好的绝缘性能。
模拟线圈试样对地击穿电压测试结果显示,5组线圈试样的击穿电压分别为16.46、17.99、19.78、16.45、17.71 kV,平均值为17.68 kV远高于7UN(12.6 kV)设计要求。可以看出,模拟线圈试样击穿电压在16~20 kV,波动较小,一致性较好,也说明了树脂的渗透性良好,填充充分,与三合一云母带的相容性良好。
模卡试样加速热老化试验后的残余击穿电压测试结果显示:5组模卡绝缘结构进行6周期的加速热老化后,残余击穿电压分别为14.5、10.7、15.0、16.1、14.6 kV,平均残余击穿电压为14.2 kV。与对地击穿电压测试结果相比,加速热老化后平均击穿电压降低了3.48 kV,降幅约为20%,下降较少,说明基于聚酯亚胺树脂的绝缘系统耐热老化性能良好。
模卡结构初始诊断结果如表4所示。
表4可以看出,模卡结构初始诊断结果良好,满足老化试验要求。初始试样局部放电起始电压为2.0~3.0 kV,接近电机实际运行时的最高电压范围,说明实际运行中,线圈内部会存在局部放电,所以采用耐电晕电磁线是有必要的。在3.0 kV下的介质损耗因数低于2.0%,满足要求,但是不同线圈间存在较大的波动,这与模卡结构浸漆后静止烘焙有关,其浸漆质量与实际电机采用旋转烘焙相比略差。
将3个温度点的热老化寿命根据式(1)进行阿仑尼乌斯坐标的线性回归分析,得到热寿命方程,画出热寿命图,并在回归线上标出20 000 h对应的温度,得到温度指数(TI),结果如表5所示。

表5可知,基于聚酯亚胺树脂的牵引电机聚酯亚胺绝缘系统耐热指数达到215,耐热等级达到200级(N)。
(1)所选聚酯亚胺树脂具有高粘结强度、高电气强度、低黏度和良好储存稳定性。
(2)所选聚酯亚胺树脂和所选三合一云母带构成的牵引电机聚酯亚胺绝缘系统具有良好的相容性。
(3)构建的聚酯亚胺绝缘系统常态击穿电压达到16 kV,老化后残余电压达到14 kV,耐热指数达到215,具有突出的电气强度、耐老化性能及耐热性。
