In this paper, the compatibility of four kinds of insulation materials, including enamelled round wire, enamelled rectangular wire, impregnated resin, and rubber gasket materials, with automatic transmission fluid (ATF) for oil-cooled electric vehicle motor was studied. Deionized water was added to ATF and the volume fraction was 0.5%, the compatibility experiments of four insulation materials with ATF were conducted at 155℃ according to the thermal class. The results show that the enamelled round wire, enamelled rectangular wire, and the impregnated resin has good compatibility with ATF. The performance of acrylic rubber was degraded obviously during the experiment, which does not meet the performance requirements of sealing materials.

本文进行了油冷型电动汽车电机用绝缘材料漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂及橡胶密封材料与自动变速箱油(ATF)相容性的研究。在ATF中添加体积分数为0.5%的去离子水,根据耐热等级在155℃下开展4种绝缘材料与ATF的相容性试验。结果表明:漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂与ATF具有良好的相容性;所选用丙烯酸酯橡胶在试验过程中性能劣化明显,不符合密封材料性能要求。

本文进行了油冷型电动汽车电机用绝缘材料漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂及橡胶密封材料与自动变速箱油(ATF)相容性的研究。在ATF中添加体积分数为0.5%的去离子水,根据耐热等级在155℃下开展4种绝缘材料与ATF的相容性试验。结果表明:漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂与ATF具有良好的相容性;所选用丙烯酸酯橡胶在试验过程中性能劣化明显,不符合密封材料性能要求。

In this paper, the compatibility of four kinds of insulation materials, including enamelled round wire, enamelled rectangular wire, impregnated resin, and rubber gasket materials, with automatic transmission fluid (ATF) for oil-cooled electric vehicle motor was studied. Deionized water was added to ATF and the volume fraction was 0.5%, the compatibility experiments of four insulation materials with ATF were conducted at 155℃ according to the thermal class. The results show that the enamelled round wire, enamelled rectangular wire, and the impregnated resin has good compatibility with ATF. 随着石油资源的日益紧缺和生态环境压力的不断加大,与传统能源汽车相比,更加绿色清洁、零排放的电动汽车正越来越引起人们的重视[1-2]。电控、电机、电池是电动汽车的三大核心部件,电机主要用于提供驱动动力等,对电动汽车的稳定运行及寿命起到关键作用[3-4]
绝缘是电机的心脏,绝大多数电机的损坏是绝缘失效引起的[5]。性能优异的绝缘材料是提升电动汽车驱动电机可靠性和功率密度的重要基础,是持续发展高频、高压、高温内油冷驱动电机的技术支撑[6]。漆包线和浸渍树脂是散绕电机的主绝缘材料,直接影响电机的性能和使用寿命[3,7]。橡胶材料与油脂的相容性差,会使橡胶收缩、磨损或变形,最终导致油泄漏事故,直接关系到汽车使用的安全性[8]。自动变速箱油(automatic transmission fluid,ATF)作为一种用于自动变速器的液体工作介质,由基础油和各种添加剂按一定比例组成,用于保持排挡系统操作的顺畅性,防止变速器、零部件磨损及腐蚀,为系统降温等[9]。在油冷型电动车电机中,ATF与电机绝缘材料直接接触,这就要求所选用的绝缘材料与ATF之间具有良好的相容性,即各自的功能不会由于化学或物理或两者兼有的因素发生不利的相互影响[10]
本文对油冷型电动汽车电机用耐电晕漆包圆线、耐电晕漆包扁线、浸渍树脂及密封材料橡胶与ATF的相容性进行研究。通过试验前后固体材料和ATF性能的变化,进行相容性分析,并确定相容性试验条件及固液试验比例。
耐电晕漆包圆线,型号为QP-2/220,漆膜厚度为0.087 mm,符合GB/T 6109.1—2008中二级漆膜厚度要求,铜陵精达里亚特种漆包线有限公司;耐电晕漆包扁线,型号为RWB-2/220,宽边漆膜厚度为0.167 mm,窄边漆膜厚度为0.156 mm,符合GB/T 7095.1—2008中二级漆膜厚度要求,铜陵精达里亚特种漆包线有限公司;浸渍树脂,型号为ET90,苏州太湖电工新材料股份有限公司;丙烯酸酯橡胶,型号为RS-A60,杜邦公司;自动变速箱油(ATF),型号为德士龙6,嘉实多公司。
ATF中添加体积分数为0.5%的去离子水,固体材料浸泡于ATF中,漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂、橡胶材料表面积与ATF的比例分别为:300 cm2/800 mL、300 cm2/800 mL、1 300 cm2/800 mL、65 cm2/800 mL。每种固体材料单独放置于不锈钢密封试验罐中,单独准备ATF作为空白样品。试验选定温度为155℃,试验时间为336 h和672 h。
漆包圆线、漆包扁线的击穿电压按照IEC 60851-5:2019测试;浸渍树脂击穿电压和绝缘电阻率按照IEC 60455-2:2015测试;橡胶质量变化和体积变化按照ISO 1817:2015测试;橡胶硬度按照ISO 868:2003测试;橡胶拉伸强度和断裂伸长率按照ISO 37:2017测试。
固体材料按照测试项目要求,测试前制备成特定形状。漆包圆线制备成绞线对,漆包扁线制备成“U”形线圈,浸渍树脂制备成直径为10 cm、厚度为1 mm的漆饼,橡胶拉伸强度测试项目需制备成哑铃型。
ATF酸值按照IEC 62021-1:2003测试;击穿电压按照IEC 60156:2018测试;电阻率和介质损耗因数按照IEC 60247:2004测试;运动黏度按照ISO 3104:2020测试,水分按照IEC 60814:1997测试。
漆包圆线在高温下试验不同时间的外观对比如图1所示。从图1可以看出,漆包圆线在高温试验后颜色变暗,漆膜没有脱落,但漆膜附着力变差,在触碰时容易起皮、脱落。
漆包圆线在试验前、试验336 h和试验672 h后的击穿电压如图2所示。
图2可以看出,漆包圆线的击穿电压从初始到试验336 h后有明显下降,但仍大于初始值的50%,依据T/CEEIA 415—2019《新能源汽车驱动电机绝缘结构技术要求》说明漆包圆线与ATF相容。从试验336 h到试验672 h,漆包圆线击穿电压维持稳定,符合相容性要求。整个试验过程中,漆包圆线的击穿电压值符合IEC 60317-0-1:2013的限值要求。
漆包扁线在高温试验不同时间段的外观对比如图3所示。从图3可以看出,漆包扁线在高温试验后颜色变暗,试验336 h后漆膜没有脱落,但在试验672 h后漆包扁线“U”形处漆膜有起翘、脱落现象。
漆包扁线在试验前、试验336 h和试验672 h后的击穿电压如图4所示。从图4可以看出,击穿电压从初始到试验336 h后出现下降,但降幅小于漆包圆线,符合相容性要求。试验过程中,漆包扁线击穿电压值符合IEC 60317-0-2:2020的限值要求。本试验中选取的漆包圆线和漆包扁线涂层成分一致,均为单涂层聚酰胺酰亚胺,但漆包扁线的击穿电压降幅小于漆包圆线,二者的差别主要是圆线和扁线的工艺不同导致的。
浸渍树脂在高温下试验不同时间的外观对比如图5所示。从图5可以看出,浸渍树脂在高温试验后颜色逐渐变暗,但外观完整,没有出现开裂、破碎的现象,从外观看与ATF有良好的相容性。
浸渍树脂在试验前、试验336 h和试验672 h后的击穿电压如图6所示。从图6可以看出,击穿电压从初始到试验672 h后逐渐下降,但变化不大,变化区间为25.5~30.1 kV。该浸渍树脂是由改性耐热不饱和聚酯树脂添加引发剂、阻聚剂和活性稀释剂等制备而成,与ATF表现出良好的相容性。试验过程中,浸渍树脂击穿电压值符合T/CEEIA 415—2019的限值要求。
浸渍树脂在试验前、试验336 h和试验672 h后的体积电阻率如图7所示。从图7可以看出,体积电阻率从初始的223 TΩ·m急剧降低至试验336 h后的34.6 TΩ·m;试验672 h后降低至11.4 TΩ·m,降幅明显。
丙烯酸酯橡胶在试验336 h后和试验672 h后的质量和体积变化如图8所示。从图8可以看出,从试验336 h到672 h,丙烯酸酯橡胶的质量逐渐减小,体积逐渐缩小,体积缩小达到10%以上,已丧失密封功能。试验中ATF添加体积分数为0.5%的去离子水,丙烯酸酯橡胶在高温、高水分含量环境下发生一定程度的水解,导致橡胶质量减轻、体积缩小。
丙烯酸酯橡胶在试验前、试验336 h后和试验672 h后的硬度如图9所示,图中含有邵氏A型和D型两组数据。从图9可以看出,从初始到试验672 h后,丙烯酸酯橡胶硬度逐渐增加,且增幅较大,无论用邵氏A型硬度计还是D型硬度计测试,硬度变化都大于30,可能是丙烯酸酯分解后,小分子发生了进一步的交联反应,导致橡胶变硬。试验中先用邵氏A型硬度计进行测量,在试验336 h后,硬度值已大于90。鉴于邵氏A型硬度计的推荐测量范围是20~90,又用邵氏D型硬度计进行了测试,测得硬度值在16.1~76.7。
橡胶在试验前、试验336 h后和试验672 h后的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率如表1所示。从表1可以看出,橡胶的拉伸强度从初始的9.5 MPa增大到试验672 h后的29.2 MPa,增幅超过初始值的两倍。断裂伸长率初始时为232%,试验336 h后急剧降低到3.8%;试验672 h后橡胶变得又硬又脆,在拉伸过程中极易断裂,无法测试断裂伸长率。
图10分别为空白ATF和浸渍漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂及橡胶的ATF酸值、水分及不同温度的电阻率变化情况。从图10可以看出,空白ATF和与不同材料反应后的ATF酸值基本随着试验时间的延长而增大(漆包扁线试验672 h的除外),且添加材料后的ATF酸值基本比相应试验时间的空白ATF酸值大(橡胶试验336 h的除外)。表明添加固体材料促进了ATF中酸类物质的生成。水分检测结果发现除浸渍树脂外,其他材料的水分基本在3 000 mg/kg以上,说明在整个试验过程中,试验罐体内的水分含量都维持在较高水平,水分的散失在可接受范围内;浸渍树脂吸收了添加的水分,导致ATF水分含量降低。电阻率在40℃和90℃的变化规律一致,添加不同材料后的ATF电阻率基本小于对应试验时间空白样品的电阻率(漆包圆线试验336 h的除外)。
图11分别为空白ATF和浸渍漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂及橡胶的ATF运动黏度、击穿电压及介质损耗因数变化情况。从图11可以看出,ATF的运动黏度没有随时间和固体材料的变化而变化,运动黏度对试验时间和固体材料的变化均不敏感。ATF击穿电压和介质损耗因数随着试验时间和固体材料的变化,没有表现出特定规律。
(1)试验中测试了漆包圆线和漆包扁线的击穿电压,浸渍树脂的击穿电压和体积电阻率,所测漆包圆线、漆包扁线和浸渍树脂性能与ATF的相容性良好。漆包圆线虽然在试验336 h后的击穿电压有较大幅度的下降,但依然满足IEC 60317-0-1:2013的限值要求。漆包扁线在试验前后,击穿电压降幅较小,高于IEC 60317-0-2:2020的限值要求。浸渍树脂在试验过程中,外观完整,没有开裂、破碎,击穿电压略有下降,但高于T/CEEIA 415—2016限值;浸渍树脂的体积电阻率随着试验时间的变化有明显下降。
(2)试验所用丙烯酸酯橡胶在ATF添加体积分数为0.5%的去离子水,155℃条件下与ATF不相容。试验后,橡胶质量减轻,体积缩小、硬度变硬,拉伸强度增大、断裂伸长率减小,性能劣化明显,不满足密封要求。
(3)随着试验时间的延长,ATF的酸值增加,添加了固体材料的ATF电阻率基本小于空白ATF电阻率。ATF的酸值和电阻率建议作为相容性试验的表征参数。运动黏度在试验前后无明显变化。由于ATF组成复杂,且在试验过程中添加了体积分数为0.5%的去离子水,击穿电压和介质损耗因数没有明显变化规律。
