In order to study the feasibility of using sapium sebiferum seed oil as the natural ester insulating oil for transformers, sapium sebiferum seed oil was subjected to refining treatments including degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and dehydration, to prepare a sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil. Its physicochemical and electrical properties were compared with those of mineral insulating oil, and accelerated thermal ageing test was carried out on it under 130℃ to study its thermal ageing characteristic. The results show that the main fatty acid component of sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil is polyunsaturated fatty acid, its physicochemical and electrical properties can meet the requirements of relevant standards, and its kinematic viscosity and dielectric loss factor are greater than those of mineral insulating oil, but the ignition point is much higher than that of mineral insulating oil. After thermal ageing at 130℃ for 250 h, 500 h, 750 h, and 1 000 h, the sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil has less color change and higher breakdown voltage than mineral insulating oil, but its increase amplitude of dielectric loss factor is great.

为研究乌桕籽油作为变压器用天然酯绝缘油的可行性,将乌桕籽油经过脱胶、脱酸、脱色和脱水等精炼处理后得到乌桕籽绝缘油,将其与矿物绝缘油进行理化性能和电气性能对比,并在130℃条件下进行加速热老化试验,研究其热老化特性。结果表明:乌桕籽绝缘油主要的脂肪酸成分为多不饱和脂肪酸,其理化性能和电气性能符合相关标准要求,其运动黏度和介质损耗因数大于矿物绝缘油,但燃点远高于矿物绝缘油;在130℃下经过250、500、750、1 000 h热老化后,乌桕籽绝缘油的颜色变化程度小于矿物绝缘油,且拥有高于矿物绝缘油的击穿电压,但是介质损耗因数的增幅较大。

为研究乌桕籽油作为变压器用天然酯绝缘油的可行性,将乌桕籽油经过脱胶、脱酸、脱色和脱水等精炼处理后得到乌桕籽绝缘油,将其与矿物绝缘油进行理化性能和电气性能对比,并在130℃条件下进行加速热老化试验,研究其热老化特性。结果表明:乌桕籽绝缘油主要的脂肪酸成分为多不饱和脂肪酸,其理化性能和电气性能符合相关标准要求,其运动黏度和介质损耗因数大于矿物绝缘油,但燃点远高于矿物绝缘油;在130℃下经过250、500、750、1 000 h热老化后,乌桕籽绝缘油的颜色变化程度小于矿物绝缘油,且拥有高于矿物绝缘油的击穿电压,但是介质损耗因数的增幅较大。

In order to study the feasibility of using sapium sebiferum seed oil as the natural ester insulating oil for transformers, sapium sebiferum seed oil was subjected to refining treatments including degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and dehydration, to prepare a sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil. Its physicochemical and electrical properties were compared with those of mineral insulating oil, and accelerated thermal ageing test was carried out on it under 130℃ to study its thermal ageing characteristic. The results show that the main fatty acid component of sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil is polyunsaturated fatty acid, its physicochemical and electrical properties can meet the requirements of relevant standards, and its kinematic viscosity and dielectric loss factor are greater than those of mineral insulating oil, but the ignition point is much higher than that of mineral insulating oil. After thermal ageing at 130℃ for 250 h, 500 h, 750 h, and 1 000 h, the sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil has less color change and higher breakdown voltage than mineral insulating oil, but its increase amplitude of dielectric loss factor is great.

矿物绝缘油具有优异的绝缘性能、化学稳定性以及低运动黏度、高导热性等特点,在电力变压器等电力设备中得到广泛应用,目前我国变压器绝缘油的年消耗量约60万吨[1]。但矿物绝缘油是由石油提炼而来,属于不可再生资源,难以生物降解,一旦发生矿物绝缘油泄漏将引发环境污染,不符合绿色低碳发展的要求[2-3]
天然酯绝缘油亦称植物绝缘油,其具有良好的防火、环保和延寿特性[4-5],被认为是矿物绝缘油的优选替代品。BIOTEMP、FR3和Midel eN等国外天然酯绝缘油,以及RAPO、DEEP和VINS oil等国内天然酯绝缘油已大量投入使用,目前变压器用天然酯绝缘油一般以大豆油、菜籽油和葵花籽油等草本植物油为原料制备[6],以木本油料植物油为原料制备的较少。
乌桕是中国重要的木本植物,与油桐、油茶、油棕合称为中国四大木本油料树种[7]。乌柏具备生长周期短、适应能力强、挂果期长等优点,其单位面积的产油量超过具有“油中之王”之称的油棕,种子的含油率超40%[8],同时种植乌桕不占用耕地资源。因此,利用乌桕籽制备变压器用天然酯绝缘油,既可以拓展其应用领域,又可开拓天然酯绝缘油的原料范围。
本研究通过核磁共振氢谱分析技术对精炼后乌桕籽绝缘油的氢核进行分析,通过计算获取占比最高的脂肪酸类型。测定乌桕籽绝缘油的理化性能和电气性能,并与矿物绝缘油的参数进行对比。在130℃下对乌桕籽绝缘油和矿物绝缘油进行长达1 000 h的热老化试验,通过测定和对比不同老化时间样品的击穿电压和介质损耗因数,分析乌桕籽绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的热老化特性。
试验采用克拉玛依25#矿物绝缘油和乌桕籽绝缘油进行研究。乌桕籽绝缘油是以乌桕籽油为原料在实验室经过脱胶、脱酸、脱色和脱水等步骤精炼而成。
(1)核磁共振光谱测试
采用NMR-400M核磁共振波谱仪获取乌桕籽绝缘油分子中氢核的核磁共振吸收光谱即1H NMR谱(核磁共振氢谱)。通过分析1H NMR谱中化学位移与氢核的对应关系,并对图谱中相关氢核对应的面积进行积分,获取乌桕籽绝缘油中主要的脂肪酸类型[9]
(2)电气性能测试
根据GB/T 507—2002,采用ZHNY1701型绝缘油击穿电压全自动测定仪测定绝缘油的工频击穿电压;根据GB/T 5654—2007,采用AI-6000型介损电阻率测量仪测定绝缘油的介质损耗因数;根据GB/T 3535—2006,采用ZHL1306型凝点倾点全自动测定仪测定绝缘油的倾点;根据GB/T 7600—2014,采用JF-5型微水仪测定绝缘油的水分含量;根据GB/T 265—1988,采用BN-1A型运动黏度测定仪测定绝缘油的运动黏度。
试验前使用真空干燥箱对乌桕籽绝缘油、矿物绝缘油、带塞磨口锥形密封烧瓶进行预干燥,在温度为90℃、压力不大于100 Pa的真空干燥箱中真空干燥处理24 h。
分别将干燥好的乌桕籽绝缘油、矿物绝缘油放置在130℃恒温烘箱中进行长时间热老化试验,热老化时间分别为250、500、750、1 000 h,每批样品老化完成后取出并测定击穿电压和介质损耗因数。
天然酯绝缘油的主要成分为甘油三酸酯,由甘油骨架和不同类型的脂肪酸构成,脂肪酸分子主要是由碳原子、氢原子和少量氧原子组成[10]图1为精炼后乌桕籽绝缘油的1H NMR谱,体现乌桕籽绝缘油的化学位移与氢核的对应关系,表1为乌桕籽绝缘油核磁共振氢谱中各峰的归属。从图1表1可知,乌桕籽绝缘油主要由油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸和其他脂肪酸组成。
核磁共振氢谱中,信号峰的面积与所对应氢核的数量成正比[11],因此通过对信号峰面积进行积分,可以判断乌桕籽绝缘油中主要脂肪酸的含量,乌桕籽绝缘油1HNMR谱中各信号峰的积分面积见表1
已有研究表明,亚麻酸甲基质子与信号峰B有关,信号峰A包括除亚麻酸外所有甲基质子的信号,而亚油酸、油酸、所有饱和酸含量与信号峰A、E、G的面积有关,由此可得到式(1)~(4)的关系式[12],其中信号峰A~J的积分面积用SASJ表示,亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸和所有饱和酸含量分别用Y1Y2Y3Y4表示。

将信号峰的积分面积代入式(1)~(4),计算得到不饱和脂肪酸尤其是多不饱和脂肪酸在乌桕籽绝缘油中的占比最高。饱和脂肪酸含量高的天然酯绝缘油化学性能稳定,但是凝点高;多不饱和脂肪酸含量高的天然酯绝缘油凝点低,但是化学稳定性存在不足[13]
表2为实验室测定的乌桕籽绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的理化性能和电气性能参数。从表2可以看出,乌桕籽绝缘油的相关参数满足DL/T 1811—2018《电力变压器用天然酯绝缘油选用导则》对投入运行前变压器油性能指标的要求。
乌桕籽绝缘油属于酯类混合物(天然酯),由一系列脂肪酸甘油三酯组成,与矿物绝缘油组分不同,故二者的物理和化学特性也存在差异[14]。在相同碳原子数量的条件下脂肪酸的不饱和程度越高,单位体积内脂肪酸分子的密度越大[15],因此乌桕籽绝缘油较矿物绝缘油具有更大的密度。同时,乌桕籽绝缘油的燃点超过300℃,远高于矿物绝缘油,属于IEC 61039-2008规定的K级难燃绝缘液体[16],但其运动黏度(100℃)、酸值和介质损耗因数等参数大于矿物绝缘油。
图2为乌桕籽绝缘油热老化前后对比图。从图2可以看出,随着老化时间的增加,乌桕籽绝缘油的颜色由浅黄色逐渐加深,目测颜色变化程度较小。
图3为矿物绝缘油热老化前后对比图。从图3可以看出,随着老化时间的增加,矿物绝缘油的颜色由无色透明变为浅黄色并逐渐加深。相较于乌桕籽绝缘油,矿物绝缘油的目测颜色具有更明显的变化。
击穿电压和介质损耗因数是评定绝缘油绝缘性能优劣的重要指标[17],直接影响着绝缘油在油浸式电力设备中的应用。图4为不同老化时间乌桕籽绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的工频击穿电压测试结果。从图4可以看出,在130℃下热老化250 h时,乌桕籽绝缘油的工频击穿电压高于矿物绝缘油,但是二者的击穿电压相差不大。随着老化时间的增加,乌桕籽绝缘油的工频击穿电压虽然呈下降趋势,但仍高于矿物绝缘油。热老化1 000 h后,乌桕籽绝缘油和矿物绝缘油工频击穿电压的差值大于热老化250 h时的差值。
图5为不同老化时间乌桕籽绝缘油和矿物绝缘油介质损耗因数的变化情况。从图5可以看出,在130℃下随着老化时间的增加,两种绝缘油的介质损耗因数都呈现增大的趋势,但是矿物绝缘油介质损耗因数的增幅始终小于乌桕籽绝缘油。绝缘油的介电性能受油中水分、杂质等极性物质的影响,绝缘油氧化程度的加深会增加其内部的极性物质,而植物绝缘油的极性物质增加量大于矿物绝缘油,因此极化损耗更大。
本研究通过分析乌桕籽绝缘油的主要脂肪酸类型,对比乌桕籽绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的性能参数,对两种绝缘油开展长达1 000 h的热老化试验并测定和对比分析二者击穿电压和介质损耗因数的变化情况,主要得到以下结论:
(1)乌桕籽绝缘油中,不饱和脂肪酸尤其是多不饱和脂肪酸的占比最高。
(2)乌桕籽绝缘油的运动黏度、酸值和介质损耗因数等参数大于矿物绝缘油,但仍满足天然酯绝缘油的相关标准要求。
(3)乌桕籽绝缘油和矿物绝缘油在130℃环境下进行热老化后,乌桕籽绝缘油的击穿电压仍高于矿物绝缘油,但其介质损耗因数的增幅较大。
