An ANF/BTNF paper-based composite film was prepared taking aramid nanofiber (ANF) as the high-temperature resistant matrix and filling with barium titanate nanofiber (BTNF). The effect of different BTNF content on the dielectric properties of the composite films was studied. The results show that the thickness of ANF/BTNF composite film is about 10 μm. When the mass fraction of BTNF is 0%-20%, both the dielectric constant and electric strength of the composite films increase with the increase of BTNF content. When mass fraction of BTNF increases to 40%, the dielectric constant of the composite film increases significantly, but decreases rapidly at high-frequency zone, and the dielectric loss factor increases significantly, at the same time, the electric strength of the composite film decreases slightly. Therefore, the ANF/20BTNF composite film with 20% mass fraction of BTNF has the best comprehensive dielectric properties, the dielectric constant at 1 kHz reaches 4.78, and the electric strength is 8.90 kV/mm.

选用芳纶纳米纤维(ANF)作为耐高温基体,并填充钛酸钡纳米纤维(BTNF)制备ANF/BTNF纸基复合薄膜,研究不同BTNF填充量对复合薄膜介电性能的影响。结果表明:ANF/BTNF复合薄膜的厚度约为10 μm。当BTNF质量分数为0~20%时,随着BTNF填充量的增加,复合薄膜的介电常数和电气强度均提升。当BTNF的质量分数增大到40%时,复合薄膜的介电常数显著提升,但是在高频区快速降低,介质损耗因数显著增大,同时复合薄膜的电气强度略微下降。因此,BTNF质量分数为20%的ANF/20BTNF复合薄膜综合介电性能最佳,在1 kHz时介电常数达到4.78,电气强度为8.90 kV/mm。

An ANF/BTNF paper-based composite film was prepared taking aramid nanofiber (ANF) as the high-temperature resistant matrix and filling with barium titanate nanofiber (BTNF). The effect of different BTNF content on the dielectric properties of the composite films was studied. The results show that the thickness of ANF/BTNF composite film is about 10 μm. When the mass fraction of BTNF is 0%-20%, both the dielectric constant and electric strength of the composite films increase with the increase of BTNF content. When mass fraction of BTNF increases to 40%, the dielectric constant of the composite film increases significantly, but decreases rapidly at high-frequency zone, and the dielectric loss factor increases significantly, at the same time, the electric strength of the composite film decreases slightly. Therefore, the ANF/20BTNF composite film with 20% mass fraction of BTNF has the best comprehensive dielectric properties, the dielectric constant at 1 kHz reaches 4.78, and the electric strength is 8.90 kV/mm.

绝缘材料对大型电气绝缘设备的持久可靠性及安全运行至关重要。绝缘纸因其较高的机械强度和优异的介电性能,在高压设备中作为绝缘材料得到了广泛应用[1-2]。绝缘纸根据原料的不同可分为植物纤维绝缘纸、无机纤维绝缘纸和合成纤维绝缘纸,其中芳纶绝缘纸是一种高性能合成纤维绝缘纸,广泛用于国防、交通和航空航天等领域。随着芳纶绝缘纸在特高压变压器等特种电气设备中被大规模应用,对新一代芳纶绝缘纸的耐温性能、耐电晕性能、电气强度等性能提出了更高的要求与挑战[3-4]。因此,开发具备优异综合性能的芳纶绝缘纸基复合材料的需求日益迫切。
对位芳纶纤维(PPTA)作为一种高性能纤维,其耐腐蚀性好、耐高温,并且具有高弹性、高模量的优异特性。早期研究发现,在碱性环境中,二甲基亚砜(DMSO)可以促进PPTA去质子化并进一步形成可溶性聚阴离子[5]。基于此,学者们实现了自上而下法制备芳纶纳米纤维(ANF),并提出基于宏观Kevlar纤维的部分去质子化过程来实现芳纶纳米纤维的制备及水相稳定分散,这是制备ANF的首创性工作[6-8]。ANF因其较强的氢键作用可以形成交织网络结构,不仅具备成纸性能,而且用其制备的芳纶纳米绝缘纸具有柔韧性好、透明性高以及机械强度高和耐高温等优异性能。ANF不仅保留了芳纶纤维优异的力学性能和耐高温性能,同时还具有纳米尺寸结构、高长径比和高比表面积,使其成为复合材料的新型“构建单元”,可作为耐高温介电薄膜的优选基体材料[9-12]。HE H等[13]通过ANF和聚乙烯醇(PVA)不同分子链间的氢键作用实现了分子级互溶,制备了高机械强度、高韧性的柔性薄膜。MA T等[14]通过真空辅助过滤和热压制备了具有仿珍珠层结构的聚多巴胺功能化(BNNS@PDA)/ANF复合纳米导热纸,提高了纸张的导热性能和力学性能。熊宥皓等[15]将ANF、氮化硼纳米片(BNNS)以及钛酸钡(BT)颗粒共混成功制备了具有夹芯结构的三元介电复合薄膜,改善了简单共混复合情形下电气强度和介电常数相互抑制的问题。
钛酸钡(BT)是一种铁电材料,具有优异的介电和铁电性质[16]。研究表明,由于纤维材料可以减小复合材料中表面能的差异,常选用纳米纤维替代纳米颗粒作为无机填料的填充形式[17]。SONG Y等[18]分别用BT颗粒和BT纳米纤维(BTNF)与聚偏氟乙烯和环氧树脂基体复合,发现BTNF制备的复合材料比BT颗粒制备的复合材料介电常数明显升高,两种复合材料的电气强度都得到了提高。通过上述理论分析,将BTNF引入ANF中可以提高材料的介电性能和击穿性能,同时,以ANF作为基体材料还可以提高电介质的耐高温性能。因此,本研究采用ANF作为聚合物基体,BTNF作为无机填料,采用真空抽滤后热压的方法制备ANF/BTNF纸基复合薄膜(下文统称为复合薄膜),探究BTNF填充量对复合薄膜介电常数和电气强度的影响,为高性能芳纶纳米绝缘纸基复合材料的开发和应用提供参考。
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K88-96型)、2,4-戊二酮(纯度为99%)、冰乙酸(纯度为99.5%),北京伊诺凯试剂公司;醋酸钡(纯度为99%),Alfa公司;钛酸四丁酯(纯度为98%),TCI公司;二甲基亚砜(DMSO,纯度为99.5%),Aladdin公司;KOH,北京伊诺凯试剂公司;Kevlar纤维,杜邦公司。
BTNF的制备流程如图1(a)所示。按照化学计量比例分别称取醋酸钡和钛酸丁酯,将1.275 g醋酸钡加入3 mL乙酸中,在室温下充分搅拌2 h,得到溶液A;将1.475 mL钛酸丁酯加入2 mL 2,4-戊二酮中,在室温下充分搅拌1 h,得到溶液B;然后将溶液B逐滴加入溶液A中,持续搅拌3 h,获得透明的混合溶液。配置聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)溶液:将0.2 g PVP加入3 mL乙醇中持续搅拌1 h,得到均匀溶液C。将溶液C逐滴加入上述混合溶液中并充分搅拌以调节混合溶液黏度,得到BT前驱体溶液。
将BT前驱体溶液采用静电纺丝法制备BT纳米纤维前驱体,调节静电纺丝加工工艺参数,其中,针尖与收集器的距离设置为10.0 cm,纺丝电压设置为15 kV,推注速度设定为0.200 mm/min。将前驱体纤维放置于坩埚内,在750℃马弗炉中煅烧2 h。待温度降至室温后,采用研钵磨成粉体,即得到BTNF。
ANF的制备流程如图1(b)所示。称取1.5 g氢氧化钾(KOH)加入500 mL二甲基亚砜(DMSO)中,搅拌至KOH充分溶解。称取2 g Kevlar纤维,加入配置好的DMSO/KOH溶液中,在30℃下持续搅拌7 d,得到红棕色ANF溶液。
复合薄膜的制备流程如图2所示。称取2 g BTNF加入200 mL DMSO中,充分搅拌并利用超声波处理得到BTNF分散液。用DMSO稀释ANF溶液至0.2 mg/mL。取适量的BTNF分散液和ANF溶液混合,加入40 mL去离子水促进ANF的部分质子化,利用乳化机充分搅拌,得到ANF和BTNF的均匀混合液,经循环水真空泵抽滤得到复合湿膜,利用热压机在120℃下热压处理5~10 min,然后再利用控温热台在200℃烘干2 h,得到最终的复合薄膜。本实验制备不同BTNF质量分数(10%、20%、30%、40%)的复合薄膜。方便起见,将复合薄膜命名为ANF/xBTNF,其中x代表BTNF在复合薄膜中的质量分数,如ANF/20BTNF代表BTNF质量分数为20%的复合薄膜。采用同样的步骤制备ANF薄膜作为对比试样。
采用Verios G4型场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察BTNF前驱体和最终纤维的形貌,工作电压为10 kV,并采用EDS分析元素确认纤维位置。采用Talos-F200X型高分辨透射电子显微镜(TEM)对ANF试样进行结构表征。采用Bruker D2型X射线衍射仪观察BTNF的结晶谱图,并对ANF/BTNF复合薄膜进行分析。采用Wenke型阻抗分析仪测试试样的介电常数和介质损耗因数。采用美瑞克RK2671BM型耐压测试仪测试复合薄膜的电气强度。
图3(a)为静电纺丝前驱体纤维网的图片,可以看出试样呈白色,纤维网较蓬松。图3(b)为前驱体纤维在750℃煅烧处理2 h后的照片,可以看到煅烧后试样有明显收缩,颜色仍然是白色,无其他显著差异。图3(c)为前驱体纤维的扫描电镜图,可以看出成功制备出直径均一性高的前驱体纤维,长度方向上连续性好。图3(d)为最终得到的BTNF的扫描电镜图,可以看到纤维经研磨后被切断,长度不到10 μm,直径分布较集中,平均直径约为1 μm,相比前驱体纤维,最终的BTNF表面粗糙度增大。图3(e)对比了煅烧处理前后BT前驱体纤维的直径变化,可以看到高温(750℃)煅烧处理后钛酸钡纤维的直径明显减小。
图3(f)为钛酸钡的立方相结晶结构示意图,图3(g)是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的化学结构式。为了进一步表征其元素组成,采用面扫和点扫的形式进行EDS测试。图3(h)是图3(d)区域1内元素扫描的定量统计结果,其中C、N元素含量最高,这与制备BTNF时加入的PVP有关,同时Ti、Ba元素含量也较高,这与BT纤维相关,而O元素与BTNF和BT纤维这两相均相关。图3(i)是进一步在纤维上(图3(d)点2处)采集到的元素信息,可以看到C含量显著下降但未消失,纤维表面仍有少量的有机相,定性反映出两相有一定的界面结合效果。
对复合薄膜进行X射线衍射分析,结果如图4所示。从图4可以看出,纯ANF薄膜只在20.2°处出现了1个弥散峰,表明纤维中氢键结构被破坏,结晶度较低。复合薄膜在31.6°、38.1°、44.3°、64.4°处出现了衍射峰,表明煅烧处理后的BTNF具有结晶结构,分别对应于(110)、(111)、(200)、(220)晶面,(200)晶面处未出现分峰,说明BTNF是面心立方相结构。
图5为不同ANF/BTNF复合薄膜试样的表面形貌和断面形貌。从图5(a)(b)可以看出,纯ANF的表面紧致度高,断面纤维呈网络结构,直径为15~20 nm。从图5(c)(d)可以看出,当BTNF质量分数为20%时,无机BTNF填料较均匀地分布在ANF/BTNF试样内部,表明两者之间具有良好的界面相互作用,断面形貌齐整,部分区域有微小的BTNF团聚体,尺寸约为10 μm。从图5(e)(f)可以看出,进一步增加BTNF质量分数到40%时,复合薄膜表面分布有大量的BTNF,仅部分BTNF被ANF包覆,整个试样表面粗糙度增加。从复合薄膜的断面形貌图可以看出添加大量BTNF后,BTNF分散状态均匀,同时BTNF是一维填料,大部分BTNF平行于试样上下表面排布,局部有少量团聚体,尺寸为10~20 μm。整体而言,制备的ANF-BTNF复合薄膜中BTNF分散均匀。
选取ANF/20BTNF复合薄膜的断面图进行局部放大得到图6(a),从图中可以看出BTNF和ANF基体有较好的结合,对其进行面扫EDS测试得到不同元素的面扫EDS结果如图6(b)(f)所示。从图6(b)(f)可以看出,区域内C、N元素占据大部分区域,这主要来自于ANF基体的贡献。O元素与ANF基体和BTNF填料都有关,可以看到其分布较均匀。Ba元素和Ti元素集中在纤维位置,分布也较宽,这也能反映BTNF在ANF中分散均匀。
介电性能对复合材料的储能特性具有重要影响,介质损耗因数越小对材料的储能特性越有利。图7为ANF和ANF/BTNF复合薄膜的介电性能测试结果。从图7可以看出,纯ANF薄膜的介电常数较小,在1 kHz时约为2.13,主要有两方面的原因:一方面,芳纶纤维本身的介电常数较小,约为3.3;另一方面,当芳纶纳米纤维制膜较薄时易引入一些微小空隙,导致介电常数略微减小。当添加BTNF后,复合薄膜的介电常数增大,ANF/20BTNF在1 kHz时的介电常数为4.78。当BTNF添加量较低时,复合薄膜试样的介电常数和介质损耗因数对频率的依赖性较低。当BTNF质量分数达到40%时,复合薄膜的介电常数(1 kHz)显著增大到59.1。但是,ANF/40BTNF复合薄膜试样的介电常数随着频率升高快速减小,在高频1 MHz时减小至2.36,同时ANF/40BTNF复合薄膜试样的介质损耗因数显著增大。
为了评价复合薄膜在高电场下的可靠性,对不同薄膜试样的电气强度进行测试,结果如图8所示。由于ANF抽滤得到的薄膜中纤维之间存在一些细微空隙,试样的电击穿性能对厚度比较敏感,为了减少误差,本实验制备的复合薄膜厚度接近,约为10 μm。从图8可以看出,纯ANF薄膜的电气强度为4.10 kV/mm,随着BTNF的加入,复合薄膜的电气强度提升,当BTNF的质量分数达到20%时,复合薄膜的电气强度达到了8.90 kV/mm,相比纯ANF薄膜提升了117%。进一步增加BTNF含量时,复合薄膜的电气强度开始下降,当BTNF质量分数达到40%时,复合薄膜的电气强度为6.67 kV/mm,相比纯ANF薄膜仍有62.7%的提升。这主要是因为大量填充无机填料后,在薄膜厚度较薄时,容易在成型过程中出现缺陷,造成电气强度下降。
本研究利用静电纺丝法并结合煅烧处理成功制备了钛酸钡纳米纤维(BTNF),平均直径约为 1 μm,借助真空抽滤后热压的方法制备了ANF/BTNF复合薄膜,研究了不同BTNF含量对复合薄膜介电性能的影响,主要得到以下结论:
(1)制备的BTNF是面心立方相结构;制备的ANF呈网络状,直径为15~20 nm。
(2)在ANF/BTNF复合薄膜中,微观上ANF与BTNF具有较好的氢键结合作用,同时抽滤作用下BTNF在层内以水平分布为主。
(3)当BTNF质量分数为0~20%时,随着其添加量的增加,复合薄膜的介电常数和电气强度均提升;当BTNF质量分数增大到40%时,复合薄膜的介电常数显著提升,但是随频率升高会快速下降,介质损耗因数显著增大,同时复合薄膜的电气强度下降。因此,ANF/20BTNF是优选体系,复合薄膜厚度约为10 μm,在1 kHz时介电常数达到4.78,电气强度为8.90 kV/mm。
