In this paper, the rotating disc electrode atomic emission spectrometry (RDE-AES) was used to determine the content of 21 mental and pollution elements such as silver, aluminum, and barium and other pollutants in transformer insulating oil. The influences of the immersion depth of disk electrode and the homogenization method of oil sample on the test results were investigated, and the test method was verified with the standard oil and insulating oil samples. The results show that when the immersion depth of disk electrode is 1/3 of its diameter, the relative error of the detection results is small after 3 min of ultrasound and vigorous shaking. The detection limits of each elements is 0-1.07 μg/g, the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) are 0.7%-2.9%, and except for element V, the recoveries of the other 20 elements are 96.64%-110.01%. The element P content in insulating oil was used to evaluate the class A and class B uncertainties, and the uncertainty of each component was synthesized and expanded to obtain an uncertainty of (8.34±1.06)μg/g, (k=2). The uncertainty mainly comes from the standard oil, measurement repeatability, and daily standardization processes.

本文采用旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱法(RDE-AES)测定变压器绝缘油中银、铝、钡等21种金属及污染物元素含量,考察了圆盘电极浸油深度以及油样均匀化方式对检测结果的影响,并用标准油和绝缘油样品对实验方法进行了验证。结果表明:当选择圆盘电极浸油深度为其直径的1/3时,超声3 min且用力摇匀后检测,检测结果相对误差较小。各元素检出限为0~1.07 μg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.7%~2.9%,除V元素外,其他20种元素加标回收率为96.64%~110.01%。对绝缘油中P元素含量进行A类和B类不确定度评定,并对各分量不确定度进行合成和扩展,得到不确定度为(8.34±1.06)μg/g(k=2),此不确定度主要来源于工作曲线的标准油样、测量重复性和日常标准化过程。

本文采用旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱法(RDE-AES)测定变压器绝缘油中银、铝、钡等21种金属及污染物元素含量,考察了圆盘电极浸油深度以及油样均匀化方式对检测结果的影响,并用标准油和绝缘油样品对实验方法进行了验证。结果表明:当选择圆盘电极浸油深度为其直径的1/3时,超声3 min且用力摇匀后检测,检测结果相对误差较小。各元素检出限为0~1.07 μg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.7%~2.9%,除V元素外,其他20种元素加标回收率为96.64%~110.01%。对绝缘油中P元素含量进行A类和B类不确定度评定,并对各分量不确定度进行合成和扩展,得到不确定度为(8.34±1.06)μg/g(k=2),此不确定度主要来源于工作曲线的标准油样、测量重复性和日常标准化过程。

In this paper, the rotating disc electrode atomic emission spectrometry (RDE-AES) was used to determine the content of 21 mental and pollution elements such as silver, aluminum, and barium and other pollutants in transformer insulating oil. The influences of the immersion depth of disk electrode and the homogenization method of oil sample on the test results were investigated, and the test method was verified with the standard oil and insulating oil samples. The results show that when the immersion depth of disk electrode is 1/3 of its diameter, the relative error of the detection results is small after 3 min of ultrasound and vigorous shaking. The detection limits of each elements is 0-1.07 μg/g, the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) are 0.7%-2.9%, and except for element V, the recoveries of the other 20 elements are 96.64%-110.01%. The element P content in insulating oil was used to evaluate the class A and class B uncertainties, and the uncertainty of each component was synthesized and expanded to obtain an uncertainty of (8.34±1.06)μg/g, (k=2). The uncertainty mainly comes from the standard oil, measurement repeatability, and daily standardization processes.

随着电力工业的飞速发展,大型电力变压器成为电网中的关键设备之一,变压器油是变压器的绝缘介质和冷却介质,对变压器的安全运行有直接影响。变压器油中金属及污染物杂质主要来自生产、安装调试及运行过程[1-2]。油中金属及污染物杂质的存在,特别是金属铜和铁,会对油品氧化起到催化作用,使油中产生酸性氧化物和油泥。酸性氧化物又会腐蚀金属使金属含量增加,加速油的氧化。如此恶性循环,加速油品老化,导致变压器油的介质损耗因数增大,绝缘性能大幅降低,甚至造成变压器油绝缘失效,增加事故发生概率[3-5]。因此,及时跟踪检测变压器油中金属及污染元素含量,将有助于判断变压器的潜伏隐患及故障发生的部位,有利于变压器的安全稳定运行[6]
目前检测变压器油中金属及污染物元素的方法主要为电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)[1,3,7],但此方法样品的前处理过程复杂,样品检测周期长。近年来,随着旋转圆盘电极发射光谱技术的改进,因其无需气源、样品前处理过程简单、可直接对原油液进行检测、操作方便、耗材少、单次检测时间在40 s以内,可同时检测出20余种金属及污染物元素等特点,在润滑油、渣油[[8-12]中应用广泛,在变压器油中部分金属元素的检测中也有相关研究[13]
本文采用旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱法测定变压器油中21种元素含量,考察浸油深度、均匀化方式对检测结果的影响,并考察结果的精密度和准确度。基于JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定和表示》[14]和CNAS-GL06:2018《化学分析测量不确定度的评估指南》[15]相关要求,对P元素含量的测试过程和结果进行不确定度评定,进而评价该方法的适用性。
旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱仪分析原理如图1所示,在棒电极与圆盘电极之间加载振荡高压,产生电弧放电,石墨圆盘电极浸入油样液面,通过持续旋转,将油样带入圆盘电极和棒电极的分析间隙,再分析间隙产生电离激发,油样电离产生特征光谱。产生的光谱通过透镜直接进入入射狭缝,通过狭缝集中在衍射光栅上,经光栅分离成特定波长的单色光,单色光通过CMOS采集器进行采集,将单色光强度值与光谱仪内存储的校准曲线进行比较,最终转化为样品中元素的含量信息[16-17]
旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱仪:RotrOIL油料光谱仪(意大利GNR分析仪器集团)。激发光源:振荡型电弧放电。检测器:高分辨率CMOS检测器,仪器焦距为500 mm。光学系统传输:采用无光纤传导,直接光路进光,确保最佳的光学灵敏度,光学系统温度控制为(30±1)℃,光谱范围为190~900 nm。
标准油样为意大利GNR公司生产的21种元素混合标油,元素含量分别为0、1、3、5、10、50、100 μg/g,并以标油中元素含量值代表其名称。
选用220 kV变压器油、750 kV变压器油-1、750 kV变压器油-2作为实验样品。
在每个元素的分析范围内,通过分析已知含量的标油,建立每个元素的校准曲线并设置校准因子以获得线性响应,出厂时已用元素含量为0、1、3、5、10、50、100 μg/g的标油进行曲线校准,每个元素的校准因子为1~1.5。表1列出了典型元素和推荐波长。
在每次分析样品前,要对仪器进行有效性检查,先用元素含量为100 μg/g的标油进行核查,若检测值超出标准值的±10%,则用元素含量为100 μg/g或者50 μg/g的标油执行MetalOil谱线校准;若检测值继续超出±10%的误差范围,则用元素含量为 0 μg/g和100 μg/g的标油执行日常两点标准化[9],空白标油和工作标油分别检测3次。
仪器通过有效性检查后进入分析界面,安装圆盘电极和棒电极,圆盘电极和棒电极的规格满足ASTM D6595-2017[18]标准尺寸规定,电极尺寸详见图2。随之将油样倒入油盒,放入样品台,点击激发,每个样品检测3次。仪器工作条件为预燃时间10 s,采集时间30 s。因变压器油燃点低,激发期间会引起部分样品起火燃烧,在检测变压器油时必须在样品盒上加装保护盖,但保护盖不能影响样品传送量、不能接触电极,以免影响检测结果。
圆盘电极表面为多孔结构,在旋转的过程中会持续带动油样进入激发间隙,其浸油深度影响着单位转数的进样量。浸入过深,油液会污染电机轴,同时会引起仪器激发力度增大,加重负荷量,缩短仪器使用寿命;而浸入过浅,进样量不够,单次进样量不稳定,检测结果重复性较差。本文采用元素含量为100 μg/g的标油进行检测,考察圆盘电极浸油深度分别为其直径的1/4、1/3、1/2时对检测结果的影响。经反复实验发现,当浸油深度为其直径的1/4时,实验重复性较差。当浸油深度为其直径的1/3和1/2时,检测结果接近,重复性均较好,检测精度高。综合检测结果以及仪器寿命考虑,选择圆盘电极浸油深度为其直径的1/3。
油样经过数天运输或闲置存放一段时间后,可能含有颗粒状物质聚集,导致金属及污染物元素分布不均匀,造成结果有偏差,因此实验前需要对油样进行均匀化处理。本文采用不同方式对已经放置30 d元素含量为100 μg/g的标油进行均匀化处理,对比直接测量、用力摇匀(上下摇晃15次)后测量、超声3 min且用力摇匀后测量3种均匀化方式对实验结果的影响,结果如表2所示(经实验验证,更换人员摇晃对结果影响可忽略不计),同时对3种方式所得的实验结果产生的相对误差绝对值进行对比,结果如图3所示。从表2图3可以看出,不做均匀化处理而直接测量的相对误差绝对值较大,部分元素相对误差已超出10%;用力摇匀后测量的相对误差绝对值明显下降,而超声3 min且用力摇匀后测量的相对误差绝对值最小,21种元素相对误差绝对值基本为0%~3%,满足误差要求。
在圆盘电极浸油深度为其直径的1/3时,采用超声3 min且用力摇匀的实验条件,重复检测空白标油11次,计算11次测量结果的标准偏差,以3倍的标准偏差所对应的含量作为检出限[12,19],实验结果见表3。从表3可以看出,各元素的检出限为0~1.07 μg/g,此均匀化方法可以满足绝缘油中相关元素的检测。
在圆盘电极浸油深度为其直径的1/3时,采用超声3 min且用力摇匀的实验条件,对元素含量为10 μg/g的标油重复检测6次,计算6次结果的相对标准偏差,结果见表4。从表4可以看出,21种元素含量的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.7%~2.9%,具有较好的重复性。
取质量为10.12 g的220 kV变压器油,加入到质量为2.16 g、元素含量为10 μg/g的混合标油中,混合均匀后,在圆盘电极浸油深度为其直径的1/3时,采用超声3 min且用力摇匀的实验条件进行回收率检测,结果如表5所示。由表5可知,V元素回收率较差,仅为85.27%,其他20种元素回收率为96.64%~110.01%,满足了绝缘油中20种金属及污染物元素的检测。
选取220 kV变压器油、750 kV变压器油-1、750 kV变压器油-2,按照圆盘电极浸油深度为其直径的1/3时,采用超声3 min且用力摇匀的实验条件进行金属及污染物元素含量检测,结果如表6所示。由表6可知,220 kV变压器油中P元素含量较高,为8.34 μg/g,750 kV变压器油-1中Ni和Si含量较高,分别为1.51 μg/g和10.22 μg/g,750 kV变压器油-2中Si元素和Zn元素含量较高,分别为6.97 μg/g和2.27 μg/g。结果表明3种变压器油中的金属及污染物元素含量有一定的差异,这与变压器的安装过程、运行方式、运行时间、电压等级等相关,通过旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱法可及时掌握变压器油中金属及污染物元素含量的变化趋势。
RotrOIL油料光谱仪需要通过已知标准油(标准物质)的元素含量对其进行标定,建立已知元素含量与光强度的函数关系后,才能将光强度转换成被测油样的元素含量。根据待测样品中元素对应光波长及强度,在标定的曲线上找出对应该元素的含量并直接读出[20]
数学模型可用式(1)表示。

由测试过程和数学模型分析,旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱法测定绝缘油中金属及污染物元素含量的不确定度主要来源于以下分量:测量结果的重复性引入的不确定度、日常标准化标准物质引入的不确定度和工作曲线标准油样引入的不确定度。
对220 kV变压器油中P元素含量进行不确定度评定,测量重复性引入的不确定度为A类不确定度。对待测油样重复测量3次,P元素含量分别为8.20、7.80、9.01 μg/g,平均值c¯为8.34 μg/g。采用极差法计算测量重复性引入的标准不确定度。由JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》[14]可知,测量次数n为3时,极差系数C为1.69。P元素含量最大值与最小值之差R为1.21,由此得出测量重复性引入的相对标准不确定度(ur(c))如式(2)所示,其中u(c)为标准不确定度。

在检测过程中用元素含量为0 μg/g和100 μg/g的标油执行日常两点标准化,空白标油和工作标油分别检测3次,得出相应的标准化强度比。由空白标油和工作标油日常标准化引入的不确定度为A类不确定度,根据贝塞尔公式[14],计算出标准化强度比的标准不确定度,从而得出各标油的相对标准不确定度,结果见表7
由此日常标准化引入的相对标准不确定度见式(3)

由元素含量为0、1、3、5、10、50、100 μg/g的7个标准油样进行工作曲线校准,由标准油样引入的不确定度为B类不确定度。仪器公司提供的标油证书上给出的各浓度标油的扩展不确定度为U,包含因子k=2,则各元素含量的标油引入的标准不确定度为u=Uk=U2,由此得出各标油的相对标准不确定度见表8
由此,工作曲线的标准油样引入的相对标准不确定度见式(4)
urB(c)=0+0.0052+0.0052+0.0052+0.0052+0.0052+0.0052=0.012
上述3个分量不确定度不相关,以各分量的相对标准不确定度的方和根计算相对合成不确定度,如式(5)所示。
ucr(c)=ur(c)2+ur(s)2+urB(c)2=0.0492+0.0402+0.0122=0.064
由相对合成不确定度计算合成标准不确定度如式(6)所示。
uc(c)=c¯×ucr(c)=8.34×0.064=0.53
μg/g
由合成标准不确定度计算扩展不确定度,如式(7)所示。
U=k×uc(c)=2×0.53=1.06
μg/g
式(7)中,k为包含因子,取值为2。
绝缘油中P元素含量为8.34 μg/g,其扩展不确定度为1.06 μg/g,测量结果表示为(8.34±1.06) μg/g(k=2)。
本研究采用旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱法(RDE-AES)测定变压器绝缘油中银、铝、钡等21种金属及污染物元素含量。V元素回收率较差,其他20种元素回收率为96.64%~110.01%。21种元素相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.7%~2.9%,检出限为0~1.07 μg/g,各项质量控制指标均满足测试要求,此方法快速、简便、检出限低、准确度和灵敏度高,适用于绝缘油中金属及污染物元素含量的定量分析。对变压器油中磷元素含量进行不确定度评定,比较不确定度各分量对最终合成不确定度贡献大小,表明测量重复性和日常标准化对合成结果的准确性起主要作用。
