The circuit breaker nozzle is an important operating insulation component, which has a decisive impact on the opening and closing of circuit breakers. In order to strengthen the quality control of nozzle, the testing conditions of the nozzle material performance were studied. Comparing the tensile property test results of the nozzle material samples with different sizes and different tensile rates, it is found that the dispersion of tensile strength measured with smaller samples and faster tensile rates is smaller. Comparing the electric strength test results of the nozzle material samples under different voltage boosting modes, it is found that the dispersion of electric strength measured by 20 s stepwise voltage boosting mode is smaller. According to the test results, a more reasonable test condition for mechanical strength and electric strength of nozzle materials is selected.

断路器喷口是重要的动作绝缘部件,对断路器开断有决定性影响。为加强喷口的质量管控,对喷口材料性能的测试条件进行研究。对比不同试样尺寸、不同拉伸速率下喷口材料试样拉伸性能的测试结果,发现采用较小的试样、较快的拉伸速率时测得的试样拉伸强度分散性更小;对比不同升压方式下喷口材料试样电气强度的测试结果,发现选取20 s逐级升压方式测得的试样电气强度分散性更小。根据试验结果选取了较为合理的喷口材料机械强度、电气强度测试条件。

断路器喷口是重要的动作绝缘部件,对断路器开断有决定性影响。为加强喷口的质量管控,对喷口材料性能的测试条件进行研究。对比不同试样尺寸、不同拉伸速率下喷口材料试样拉伸性能的测试结果,发现采用较小的试样、较快的拉伸速率时测得的试样拉伸强度分散性更小;对比不同升压方式下喷口材料试样电气强度的测试结果,发现选取20 s逐级升压方式测得的试样电气强度分散性更小。根据试验结果选取了较为合理的喷口材料机械强度、电气强度测试条件。

The circuit breaker nozzle is an important operating insulation component, which has a decisive impact on the opening and closing of circuit breakers. In order to strengthen the quality control of nozzle, the testing conditions of the nozzle material performance were studied. Comparing the tensile property test results of the nozzle material samples with different sizes and different tensile rates, it is found that the dispersion of tensile strength measured with smaller samples and faster tensile rates is smaller. Comparing the electric strength test results of the nozzle material samples under different voltage boosting modes, it is found that the dispersion of electric strength measured by 20 s stepwise voltage boosting mode is smaller. According to the test results, a more reasonable test condition for mechanical strength and electric strength of nozzle materials is selected.

为了保证特高压交流系统中的无功平衡及控制谐波分量,换流站内必须设置大量交流滤波器开关(断路器)来控制交流滤波器的投入和切除。由于电压等级高,滤波器组容量大,特高压换流站中使用的550、800、1 100 kV断路器要耐受断口恢复电压(TRV)高、合闸涌流大,且操作频繁的影响,这对断路器喷口的绝缘性能和力学性能等均提出了更高要求[1-2]
喷口作为断路器的动作绝缘部件,在动作过程中起熄灭电弧、创造高速气吹条件的作用,其质量直接关乎断路器能否有效开断[3-5]。然而喷口的质量检测一直未引起业内重视,更没有相关的检测标准,对于特高压交流滤波器组断路器如此严苛的应用场合,需要加强喷口的质量管控。
交流滤波器组断路器喷口材料的基材为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),其具有优异的化学惰性、介电性能、物理性能以及耐腐蚀性能等。在PTFE中加入一些无机填料可以明显改善PTFE材料的机械强度、硬度以及耐磨损性能[6]。目前国内断路器喷口基材中一般会添加二硫化钼(MoS2)、氮化硼(BN)、氧化铝(Al2O3)等无机填料。喷口成型工艺也是决定喷口材料性能的一个重要因素[7],会影响喷口的成型均匀性、一致性和致密性。
在前期直流工程调试和运行期间,存在滤波器组断路器喷口击穿引发交流系统侧电流和电压畸变,进而导致换相失败、预测功能误动的问题。经解体分析,产生该问题的主要原因是断路器喷口材料中填料含量偏高,喷口的电气强度降低,喷口结构螺纹根部被击穿,导致侧电流和电压畸变[8]。因此,国内对于喷口材料的质量管控还需要进一步加强。
本文选取两种比较典型的喷口材料:添加质量分数为7%氮化硼的聚四氟乙烯喷口材料和添加质量分数为0.2%二硫化钼的聚四氟乙烯喷口材料。对喷口材料的力学性能和电气性能测试方法进行研究,采用不同试样形状、不同拉伸方法对喷口材料的拉伸强度进行测试来选取较为合理的喷口材料机械强度测试方法;采用不同形状电极及升压方式测试喷口材料的电气强度,以选取较为合理的喷口材料电气强度测试方法。研究成果能够为喷口材料的质量管控提供参考,以有效控制喷口材料的质量和稳定性,淘汰缺陷产品和次品,从而直接保障滤波器组断路器的长期可靠运行。
复合材料的拉伸强度测试是测试其在一定环境条件下受轴向力或能量作用时所表现出的特性,拉伸强度的测试与成型件的设计计算、材料选择、工艺评价、材质的检验等密切相关[9]。测出的拉伸强度数据不仅取决于材料本身,还与试验的条件有关。例如试样的形状和尺寸,试验时的加载应力特点,包括加载速度、环境介质的成分和温度等[10-14]
喷口材料拉伸强度的测试方法可以参考GB/T 1040.1—2018和HG/T 2903—1997,两个标准的测试要求主要区别在于试样形状的不同。GB/T 1040.1—2018中对施加的拉伸速率没有明确规定。
在GB/T 1040.2—2022中,对材料的拉伸强度测试给出了具体规定,喷口材料测试试样一般为机加工试样,综合考虑喷口材料的拉伸性能、拉伸试验机的参数,选用其中按比例缩放的1BA型试样,后文编号为甲试样,具体尺寸如图1所示(单位:mm)。图1中的l3为试样总长度(150~160 mm),l1为窄平行部分的长度((60±0.5)mm),r为半径(≥60 mm),l2为宽平行部分间的距离(106~120 mm),b2为端部宽度((20±0.2)mm),b1为窄部分宽度((10±0.2)mm),h为厚度((4±0.2)mm),L0为标距((50±0.5)mm),L为夹具间的初始距离L2+02。HG/T 2903—1997中给出的试样尺寸如图2所示(单位:mm),后文编号为乙试样。
分别加工甲、乙两种试样各60件(其中20件为备用件),试样表面光洁平整,没有加工缺陷、毛刺,没有任何影响拉伸强度试验的因素。加工好的试样如图3所示,其中较长的为甲试样,白色的为BN增强的喷口材料,黑色的为MoS2增强的喷口材料。
由于喷口在灭弧过程中会承受大量的热量,因此需要关注不同温度条件下喷口的力学性能。依据GB/T 1040.1—2018,对两种拉伸试样分别在23、75、115、150℃下(保温时间为1 h),以100 mm/min和300 mm/min的速率进行拉伸强度测试。
试样在屈服或断裂时的应力为拉伸强度σm。试验结果以每组试样的算术平均值表示,若某一试样的测定值低于规定标准时,按下述方法进行数据处理:每个试样的测定值与平均值之间偏差不得超过10%,超过±10%的舍去。舍去后剩下的试样不得少于3个。
在各温度下,采用不同拉伸速率分别对两种BN增强的喷口材料试样进行拉伸强度测试,拉伸强度测试结果及标准差的温度曲线如图4图5所示。从图4可以看出,对于BN增强的喷口材料,每种试样在不同速率下的拉伸强度随温度的变化趋势基本相似,当温度高于75℃后,拉伸强度大致呈下降趋势;试样形状相同时,300 mm/min的拉伸速率下测得的材料拉伸强度要大于100 mm/min的拉伸速率下测得的拉伸强度。从图5可以看出,在不同试样和拉伸速率的组合中,乙试样在300 mm/min的拉伸速率下所测拉伸强度标准差最小,表明此条件下测试结果相对稳定。
在各温度下,采用不同拉伸速率分别对两种MoS2增强的喷口材料试样进行拉伸强度测试,测试结果如图6图7所示。
图6图7可以看出,对于MoS2增强的喷口材料,甲试样在不同拉伸速率下所测拉伸强度的变化趋势是一致的。从两种试样的拉伸强度标准差曲线来看,乙试样在300 mm/min拉伸速率下的测试结果更稳定,这和BN增强的喷口材料的试验结果一致。
综合两种不同喷口材料的测试结果,推荐采用乙型试样、300 mm/min的拉伸速率对喷口材料进行拉伸强度测试。
从喷口材料的拉伸强度测试结果来看,温度从常温升高到75℃时,喷口材料的拉伸强度变化不大,甚至略有上升,温度继续升高,材料的拉伸强度会出现一定程度的下降。因此对喷口材料的力学性能测试必须考虑在运行工况中灭弧室升温导致的喷口温度上升对材料力学性能的影响。
断路器喷口材料的电气强度测试主要依据GB/T 1408.1—2016,该标准规定了固体绝缘材料电气强度测试的各种条件,但对于喷口用聚四氟乙烯类材料,各试验条件对测试结果的影响并不明确[15-19]
对比2 000 V/s快速升压和20 s逐级升压两种加压方式下所测结果的稳定性。将添加MoS2与添加BN的两种聚四氟乙烯材料分别加工80个试样(其中30个为备用试样),试样尺寸如图8所示。电气强度测试电极采用球电极,直径为20 mm,电极和试样的位置关系如图9所示。
采用2 000 V/s快速升压法和20 s逐级升压法,分别在23、75、115、150、200℃下测试5个试样,取试验结果的中值作为该温度点的电气强度值。
BN增强的喷口材料电气强度测试结果及其标准差分别如图10图11所示。从图10可以看出,在2 000 V/s快速升压和20 s逐级升压两种加压方式下,试样的电气强度随温度的变化趋势一致,均随着温度的升高先增大后减小,当温度达到75℃时,试样的电气强度最大;在各温度下,采用2 000 V/s快速升压法所测电气强度值均高于20 s逐级升压法所测值。从图11可以看出,20 s逐级升压所测电气强度值更稳定。
MoS2增强的喷口材料电气强度测试结果及其标准差分别如图12图13所示。从图12可以看出,对于MoS2增强的喷口材料,在不同加压方式下,试样的电气强度随温度的变化趋势基本一致,随着温度的升高先增大后减小;在各温度下,采用2 000 V/s快速升压法所测电气强度值均高于20 s逐级升压法所测值。从图13可以看出,20 s逐级升压法所测电气强度值更稳定。这是因为20 s逐级升压过程中,电气强度以试样能耐受20 s而不击穿的最高试验电压来确定,每一级有一个耐压过程,可以充分反映材料的耐压水平。而2 000 V/s快速加升法持续升压,忽略了材料的放电发展过程,因此其测试结果偏高,且不如20 s逐级升压法的测试结果稳定。
综上,喷口材料的电气强度测试中,加压方式推荐选取20 s逐级升压法。从喷口材料的电气性能测试结果来看,温度升高时,特别是温度高于75℃后,喷口材料的电气强度会显著减小,考虑到灭弧室工作时的温升,必须严格要求喷口材料在高温下的电气强度,对喷口材料应进行严格的质量管控,以保证断路器的运行安全。
(1)将两种喷口材料制作成不同尺寸的试样,采用不同拉伸速率在各温度下进行拉伸强度测试。根据测试结果,两种喷口材料均是采用HG/T 2903—1997规定的试样尺寸、拉伸速率为300 mm/min时测得的结果更稳定,因此,喷口材料的力学性能测试推荐选择HG/T 2903—1997规定的试样尺寸,拉伸速率选300 mm/min。
(2)采用球-球电极,通过不同升压方式在各温度下对不同喷口材料进行电气强度测试。根据测试结果,相对于2 000 V/s快速升压法,20 s逐级升压法测得的电气强度值标准差更小。从测试结果稳定性来看,喷口材料的电气强度测试推荐选取20 s逐级升压的加压方式。
