Nuclear grade medium voltage cables were conducted thermal-water tree and irradiation-water tree ageing tests. The nuclear grade medium voltage cables with different ageing time were tested by PDC method to obtain the conductivity under different voltages, and the nonlinear coefficients under different ageing conditions were obtained through the conductivity. The results show that with the increase of ageing time, the nonlinear coefficients of the cable samples under two ageing conditions increase gradually. Under the condition of heat-water tree combined ageing, with the increase of ageing time, the absorption peak intensity of O-H bond increases, indicating that the cable samples are water tree aged more seriously. In the irradiation-water tree ageing test, the absorption peak intensity of O-H bond increases slightly, indicating that the ageing degree of water tree increases. At the same time, although the characteristic peak of O-H bond appears near 1 640 cm-1 in the infrared spectra of water tree aged cable sample, the peak value changes little with the increase of irradiation dose. Therefore, the results of O-H bond absorption peak in infrared spectrum test can not well reflect the radiation ageing state of cable, but can only reflect the ageing state of water tree.

对核级中压电缆开展热-水树和辐照-水树老化试验,基于PDC法对不同老化时间的核级中压电缆进行测试,得到不同电压下的电导率,并通过电导率得出不同老化条件下的非线性系数。结果表明:随着老化时间的增加,两种老化条件下电缆试样的非线性系数均呈逐渐增大的趋势。在热-水树联合老化条件下,随着老化时间的增加,O-H键的吸收峰强度增强,说明电缆试样水树老化越严重;在辐照-水树老化试验中, O-H键的吸收峰强度略有增强,说明水树老化程度有所增加。同时,水树老化电缆试样的红外光谱虽然在 1 640 cm-1附近出现了O-H键的特征峰,但该峰值随着辐照剂量的增加变化较小。因此,红外光谱测试中O-H键吸收峰的结果不能良好地反映电缆的辐照老化状态,而只能反映水树老化状态。

对核级中压电缆开展热-水树和辐照-水树老化试验,基于PDC法对不同老化时间的核级中压电缆进行测试,得到不同电压下的电导率,并通过电导率得出不同老化条件下的非线性系数。结果表明:随着老化时间的增加,两种老化条件下电缆试样的非线性系数均呈逐渐增大的趋势。在热-水树联合老化条件下,随着老化时间的增加,O-H键的吸收峰强度增强,说明电缆试样水树老化越严重;在辐照-水树老化试验中, O-H键的吸收峰强度略有增强,说明水树老化程度有所增加。同时,水树老化电缆试样的红外光谱虽然在 1 640 cm-1附近出现了O-H键的特征峰,但该峰值随着辐照剂量的增加变化较小。因此,红外光谱测试中O-H键吸收峰的结果不能良好地反映电缆的辐照老化状态,而只能反映水树老化状态。

Nuclear grade medium voltage cables were conducted thermal-water tree and irradiation-water tree ageing tests. The nuclear grade medium voltage cables with different ageing time were tested by PDC method to obtain the conductivity under different voltages, and the nonlinear coefficients under different ageing conditions were obtained through the conductivity. The results show that with the increase of ageing time, the nonlinear coefficients of the cable samples under two ageing conditions increase gradually. Under the condition of heat-water tree combined ageing, with the increase of ageing time, the absorption peak intensity of O-H bond increases, indicating that the cable samples are water tree aged more seriously. In the irradiation-water tree ageing test, the absorption peak intensity of O-H bond increases slightly, indicating that the ageing degree of water tree increases. At the same time, although the characteristic peak of O-H bond appears near 1 640 cm-1 in the infrared spectra of water tree aged cable sample, the peak value changes little with the increase of irradiation dose. Therefore, the results of O-H bond absorption peak in infrared spectrum test can not well reflect the radiation ageing state of cable, but can only reflect the ageing state of water tree.

核级中压电缆作为核电厂重要的电力设备之一,其绝缘状态直接关系到机组的安全运行。交联聚乙烯(cross-linked polyethylene,XLPE)由于其具有优良的电气性能、力学性能和抗辐照等特性,是目前使用最广泛的核电厂中压电缆绝缘材料[1-2]。电缆在运行过程中,会受到电、热、水分[3]、辐照等因素的作用,导致绝缘发生老化降质甚至绝缘失效,影响核电厂的安全稳定运行,因此对核电厂中核级中压电缆的绝缘状态监测势在必行。
周凯等[4]对4种不同极性整流电压下XLPE材料的水树生长特性进行了对比分析。李康乐等[5]利用极化-去极化电流法测量不同老化阶段的电缆试样,发现老化电缆的电气性能和水树长度不呈正相关的关系。陶文彪等[6]采用水针电极、高频高压的方法分析了电缆中水树生长与电-机械应力的关系。A N JAHROMI等[7]对中压电缆的频域介电特性进行分析,研究了不同电压下中压电缆的频域介质损耗的变化规律。综合国内外现有报道,主要集中在单一老化条件下对电缆进行研究,而对联合老化条件下的研究鲜有报道。
本研究对核级中压电缆进行热-水树[8]联合老化以及辐照-水树联合老化试验,并对老化后的电缆试样进行一系列的性能测试(包括理化性能和电气性能),研究核级中压电缆在不同联合老化条件下的绝缘特性,并基于PDC测试方法[9-10]根据测试数据提取相应参数,对核级中压电缆的老化状态进行分析。
采用四川明星电缆厂生产的核级中压电缆为研究对象,型号为HDYJLE,规格为1×95 mm2,电压等级为8.7/10 kV,导体材料为铝,绝缘材料为XLPE。
从电缆上截取30根长度为35 cm的试样进行热-水树老化(先热老化再水树老化)、辐照-水树老化(先辐照老化再水树老化)。其中,热-水树联合老化试样的热老化时间分别设定为30、60、90 d,热老化温度为135℃。辐照-水树联合老化试样的辐照老化累计剂量为360、1 080、1 800 kGy。进行水树老化时,剥除电缆外护套、铜屏蔽层等,并剥除一端绝缘层,露出长度约为2 cm的缆芯。随后分别在电缆两端剥掉8 cm的外半导电层,用于保持足够的绝缘距离。取中部17 cm处为水树老化区,选用一次性注射器钢针(针尖曲率半径为(2.5±0.5)μm)在老化区域的外半导电层上等间距(3~5 mm)地扎出深度约为3 mm的针孔缺陷。在试样中间位置套上热缩管,用热风枪加热端部,使其收缩套在电缆半导电层两端,在热缩管中央开一个小孔,注入浓度为1 mol/L的NaCl溶液作为导电溶液。采用图1所示水树老化试验平台对电缆试样进行水树老化,施加电压为7.5 kV,频率为400 Hz,老化时间共90 d,每隔15 d取样1次。
极化-去极化是介质在外加电场作用下的一种介质响应,现阶段主要为通过实时监测介质中极化-去极化电流的变化来观测整个极化-去极化过程。极化电流包括瞬时充电电流、吸收电流和稳态泄漏电流3个部分,其中瞬时充电电流是由电子极化、离子极化和偶极子极化3个过程产生,吸收电流则主要由界面极化和空间电荷移动产生。
根据麦克斯韦方程,理想电缆XLPE绝缘层中的全电流密度满足式(1)

式(1)中:σ0为XLPE绝缘层的电导率;E为各项同向介质所施加的电场强度;D为电位移矢量,t为时间;ε0是真空介电常数,ε0=8.842×10-12 F/m;P为极化强度。等式右边的第一项为感应电流,第二项为真空位移电流,第三项为包含了快极化和慢极化过程的极化电流。

式(3)中:U0为极化电压;C0为电缆的几何电容;f(t)是反映绝缘电介质慢极化行为的响应函数。
t=tctc为充电时间)时,被测电缆对地短接,根据叠加定理可以等效为从t=tc时刻起,对XLPE绝缘施加电压Uc,可得到去极化电流表达式如式(4)所示。

式(4)中,由于f(t)是单调递减函数,当tc较大时,等式右边第2项可以忽略。
电缆水树老化通常从内、外半导电层与绝缘层的交界面处引发,随着老化时间的增加,水树区域的电导率会突然增大,由式(3)式(4)可得电导率公式如式(5)所示。

由于核电厂中压电缆所处的环境受湿度因素影响较大,当湿度较大时,由极化-去极化电流得到的电导率会受到一定的影响,需要进一步引入非线性因子(DONL)来评估电缆的非线性程度,其定义如式(6)所示。

式(6)中,σ2 kVσ1 kV分别是极化电压为2 kV和1 kV时的电导率。正常情况下,非线性系数取值约为1。
对每个时间点取样的水树老化电缆进行极化-去极化电流(PDC)测试,先使用1 kV的极化电压对被测电缆进行PDC测试,采集极化-去极化电流,极化与去极化时间均为90 s,得到1 kV极化电压下被测电缆的直流电导率。升高极化电压至2 kV,进行2 kV极化电压下的PDC测试,并计算2 kV极化电压下被测电缆的直流电导率,然后计算电缆绝缘的非线性系数。
为了减小表面泄漏电流对测试的影响,使用无水酒精擦拭电缆表面后,在电缆两端加装屏蔽环。短接待测电缆的缆芯与屏蔽接地线一段时间后,将电缆试样置于接地的金属屏蔽箱中,以尽量减小外部电磁干扰对测试的影响,整个测试过程保持在同一温度与湿度环境下。此外,考虑到开关切换状态时可能对PDC测试造成影响,因此在开关切换1 s后再使用皮安表采集电流数据。
选用美国热电公司Nicolet 6700型傅里叶红外光谱仪进行测试,波数为4 000~400 cm-1,波数精度为0.01 cm-1,分辨率为0.09 cm-1
对热-水树联合老化电缆进行PDC测试,并对其结果进行数据处理得到直流电导率以及非线性系数。以1 kV测试电压为例,水树老化不同时间试样的极化/去极化电流变化曲线如图24所示。
图24可以看出,水树老化30 d和水树老化60 d的试样,基本保持了热老化时间越长,其极化电流幅值越大的变化趋势,说明逐渐被破坏的绝缘结构导致其Debye模型中时间常数不断变化。对于水树老化90 d的试样,其去极化电流的波形基本相同,而极化电流末端的电导电流分量显著增大,使其直流电导率迅速上升,说明其内部可能有大量的水树通道完成了桥接,使得绝缘性能大幅下降,而失去外电场作用后,又恢复原状,使得去极化电流的波形基本不变。
热-水树联合老化电缆试样在1 kV和2 kV下的直流电导率如图5所示。从图5可以看出,直流电导率在热-水树联合老化初期有所上升,并且随着老化时间的增加,热老化对绝缘结构中分子链段的破坏使得原本较为紧密的高分子聚乙烯结构产生了缺陷,因而促进了水树的生长,进而使得大量水分通过水树通道进入绝缘层内部,使得直流电导率剧烈上升,在老化最为严重的热老化90 d-水树老化90 d试样中,其直流电导率的平均值已经超过10-12数量级,属于严重老化情况。
热-水树联合老化不同时间试样的非线性系数如表1所示。从表1可以看出,在水树老化30 d的试样中,热老化时间对于电缆试样的非线性系数影响不大;而随着水树老化时间的增加,电缆整体的非线性特性逐渐显现。
热-水树联合老化试样的傅里叶红外光谱测试结果如图6所示。
图6可知,老化电缆的红外光谱在1 641 cm-1和3 411 cm-1处均存在特征吸收峰,对应为水分子的伸缩振动峰,随着热老化时间的增加,O-H键吸收峰的强度增强,表明热老化对水树老化有促进作用。
对辐照-水树联合老化电缆进行PDC测试,并对其结果进行数据处理得到直流电导率以及非线性系数。以1 kV测试电压为例,水树老化不同时间试样的极化/去极化电流的变化曲线如图79所示。
图79可以看出,对于水树老化30 d和60 d的试样,随着辐照剂量的增加,极化电流的幅值逐渐增大,在水树老化90 d的试样中,极化电流末端的电导电流分量随着辐照剂量的增加而显著增大,在失去外电场作用后,又恢复原状,使得去极化电流的波形基本不变,这与热-水树联合老化试样的变化趋势相同。
辐照-水树联合老化试样在1 kV和2 kV下的直流电导率如图10所示。从图10可以看出,对于同一水树老化时间的试样,随着辐照剂量增大,直流电导率表现出迅速增大的趋势;对于相同辐照剂量的试样,随着水树老化时间的增加直流电导率也表现出迅速增大的趋势,这是由于辐照的高能射线轰击长链聚合物分子导致其断链逐渐增加,大量极性基团在直流电场的作用下发生移动,聚合物晶区与无定形区之间的结构紧密程度差距逐渐减小,水树在其中快速生长,并且由于水树通道中含有较多的可移动离子,因此在极化-去极化测试中表现为电导率的快速增大。
表2为辐照-水树联合老化不同时间试样的非线性系数。从表2可以看出,在相同辐照剂量下,随着水树老化时间的增加,非线性系数逐渐增大;而随着辐照剂量的增加,电缆整体的非线性特性逐渐显现。
不同老化时间下辐照-水树联合老化试样的傅里叶红外光谱测试结果如图11所示。从图11可以看出,辐照-水树老化试样的红外光谱中719、1 468、2 851、2 915 cm-1处的特征峰分别对应-CH2-面外变形振动、对称和不对称伸缩振动峰。老化试样的红外光谱在1 640 cm-1和3 432 cm-1处出现了特征吸收峰,对应水分子的伸缩振动峰,随着水树老化时间的增加,O-H键吸收峰强度略有增强,说明水树老化越严重。同时可以看出,老化试样的红外光谱虽然在1 640 cm-1附近出现了O-H键的特征峰,但该峰值随着辐照剂量的增加变化较小。因此,红外光谱测试中O-H键吸收峰的结果不能良好地反映电缆的辐照老化状态,而只能反映水树老化状态。
(1)在热-水树联合老化过程中,在老化初期和老化中期阶段,随着老化时间的增加,电缆试样的极化/去极化电流幅值逐渐增大。热老化时间对电缆试样的非线性系数影响不大;而随着水树老化时间的增加,电缆整体逐渐显现非线性特性。
(2)在热-水树联合老化过程中,随着老化时间的增加,O-H键的吸收峰强度明显增强,表明热老化对水树老化有促进作用。
(3)在辐照-水树联合老化过程中,电缆试样的极化/去极化电流变化趋势与热-水树联合老化过程的变化趋势相同;随着水树老化时间的增加,非线性系数逐渐增大,辐照剂量为1 800 kGy的水树老化试样非线性系数与相同水树老化时间的试样相比明显增大。
(4)在辐照-水树联合老化过程中,随着水树老化时间的增加,O-H键的吸收峰强度略有增强。同时,水树老化试样的红外光谱虽然在1 640 cm-1附近出现了O-H键的特征峰,但该峰值随着辐照剂量的增加变化较小。因此,红外光谱测试中O-H键吸收峰的结果不能良好地反映电缆的辐照老化状态,而只能反映水树老化状态。
