In order to study the gas production characteristics of ester insulating oils under transformer fault conditions, three ester insulating oils including single ester, natural ester, and synthetic ester insulating oils were selected to analyze their gas production characteristics under simulated low energy discharge conditions. The results show that the hydrogen production ratio of ester insulating oil is higher under low energy discharge, and the production of acetylene is much lower than that of mineral insulating oil, especially the acetylene production of synthetic esters is the lowest. The low energy discharge of mono ester and natural ester insulating oils can be determined by three-ratio, Duval triangle, and Duval pentagon methods. The low energy discharge of the synthetic ester can be determined by the Duval triangle method.

为研究酯类绝缘油在变压器故障条件下的产气特性,通过选取3种酯类绝缘油包括单酯、天然酯、合成酯绝缘油,分析其在模拟低能放电条件下的产气特性。结果表明:酯类绝缘油在低能放电条件下,氢气的产出比例较高,乙炔的产出量远低于矿物绝缘油的乙炔产出量,尤其是合成酯的乙炔产出量最低。单酯及天然酯绝缘油的低能放电可通过三比值法、大卫三角形法及大卫五边形法判定,合成酯的低能放电可用大卫三角法进行判定。

为研究酯类绝缘油在变压器故障条件下的产气特性,通过选取3种酯类绝缘油包括单酯、天然酯、合成酯绝缘油,分析其在模拟低能放电条件下的产气特性。结果表明:酯类绝缘油在低能放电条件下,氢气的产出比例较高,乙炔的产出量远低于矿物绝缘油的乙炔产出量,尤其是合成酯的乙炔产出量最低。单酯及天然酯绝缘油的低能放电可通过三比值法、大卫三角形法及大卫五边形法判定,合成酯的低能放电可用大卫三角法进行判定。

In order to study the gas production characteristics of ester insulating oils under transformer fault conditions, three ester insulating oils including single ester, natural ester, and synthetic ester insulating oils were selected to analyze their gas production characteristics under simulated low energy discharge conditions. The results show that the hydrogen production ratio of ester insulating oil is higher under low energy discharge, and the production of acetylene is much lower than that of mineral insulating oil, especially the acetylene production of synthetic esters is the lowest. The low energy discharge of mono ester and natural ester insulating oils can be determined by three-ratio, Duval triangle, and Duval pentagon methods. The low energy discharge of the synthetic ester can be determined by the Duval triangle method.

油浸式变压器是电力系统中重要的电气设备之一,绝缘油在油浸式变压器中起到绝缘和散热的作用。目前油浸式变压器中使用的绝缘油主要是以石油为原料的矿物绝缘油,但矿物绝缘油的生物降解率较低,在泄漏的情况下容易造成自然环境的污染。而酯类绝缘油的生物降解率一般高于80%,有助于减少CO2的排放,属于环境友好型液体电介质。鉴于此,近年来酯类绝缘油受到了更多的关注,并逐渐应用在高电压等级的变压器中。酯类绝缘油目前包含单酯、双酯、三酯和四酯,除了源自大自然的三酯绝缘油之外,其他的油品均为通过化学合成方法获得。其中单酯绝缘油一般由天然植物油与醇类通过酯交换反应或脂肪酸直接与醇类脱水反应获取;三酯绝缘油主要为天然酯绝缘油,也称植物绝缘油,主要源于天然油料作物,主体成分为甘油三酯,也可通过化学合成获得;四酯绝缘油主要为季戊四醇酯,习惯上称其为合成酯。天然酯及合成酯绝缘油属于高燃点及高黏度绝缘油,单酯绝缘油燃点略高于矿物绝缘油,其运动黏度低于传统矿物绝缘油。
油中溶解气体分析(DGA)是检测油浸式变压器运行故障的最有力手段之一。油浸式变压器的内部故障主要分为电故障和热故障,在放电或过热的情况下,绝缘油及绝缘纸会产生化学变化生成气体,生成的气体会溶解于绝缘油中。对变压器绝缘油中的溶解气体进行分析,可诊断变压器的运行状态,判断变压器的故障类型。
N A MUHAMAD等[1]研究了大豆基天然酯绝缘油在局部放电和电弧条件下的产气特性,结果表明,大豆基天然酯绝缘油产生更多的H2。张召涛[2]研究表明,电击穿时,天然酯及矿物绝缘油的最显著特征气体均为C2H2。C PERRIER等[3]研究表明,电击穿时,矿物绝缘油和天然酯的故障气体均为C2H2及H2。蔡胜伟等[4]研究表明,天然酯绝缘油在工频击穿下产生的烃类气体小于矿物绝缘油。胡小博等[5]研究表明,天然酯在沿面闪络及击穿故障下的CO产出量高于矿物绝缘油。杜诗悦[6]研究表明,击穿故障下,菜籽基天然酯的H2产出比例最高。相晨萌[7]研究表明,击穿故障下,山茶籽绝缘油的C2H2产出比例最高。
然而,目前单酯类绝缘油的研究数据还非常缺乏,诊断造成单酯绝缘油变压器故障的原因较为困难,因此有必要对单酯绝缘油故障条件下产生的气体进行研究。本研究在同一试验平台下,对单酯、天然酯及合成酯绝缘油的电故障产气特性进行模拟试验,为明确酯类绝缘油变压器的油中溶解气体诊断阙值、获取酯类绝缘油变压器的油中溶解气体诊断方法提供参考。
选取3种酯类绝缘油,并选取一种矿物绝缘油作为基准进行对比试验,所选取试样及其典型参数如表1所示。
绝缘油中的气体和水分会对油中溶解气体的测试结果产生影响。因而,在故障模拟试验前,首先对绝缘油试样进行脱水脱气的预处理,处理平台如图1所示。预处理主要通过加热、搅拌及抽真空的方式脱去绝缘油中的水分和气体,处理温度为80℃左右,真空度小于80 Pa,处理时间大于48 h。同时使用氮气作为保护气体,防止在绝缘油的转移过程中其他气体的渗入。
电故障模拟装置结构见图2。模拟装置采用针-板电极,针电极材质为钨钢,曲率半径为40~60 μm;板电极材质为不锈钢;电极上下极杆材质为铜,穿出容器与外部电源相连,上杆可调节以改变针-板电极间距。故障模拟装置的密封容器为有机玻璃材质;容器上盖板装设有两个密封阀,左端阀连接保护用氮气;下罐体底部阀为油路阀门,注油时连接储油罐,取油样时连接玻璃注射器。本研究使用的是100 kV/1 kJ的冲击电压发生器,该电压发生器容量较小,因此模拟故障为低能放电故障。
变压器标准中采用负极性雷电波进行试验,因此本文中绝缘油故障模拟试验也选取负极性雷电波进行测试,即针电极上施加负极性雷电波,板电极接地。试验首先采用逐级升压法对绝缘油进行耐压测试,测得5 mm电极间隙下,单酯、天然酯、合成酯、矿物绝缘油的平均击穿电压分别为44.5、41.1、37.0、61.7 kV。因此选取试验电压为65 kV进行模拟故障测试,保证各绝缘油在同等电压下进行试验。进行5次击穿试验后,震荡试验容器5 min,之后静置30 min,待模拟装置中绝缘油产生气体溶解平衡后,从底部取样阀门取出油样进行测量。
4种绝缘油击穿后的气体种类及含量如图3所示。由图3可见,矿物绝缘油的总产气量最多,之后总产气量由多到少依次为单酯、合成酯、天然酯。分别针对每种气体的产生量进行比较,发现4种绝缘油中生成甲烷、乙烯、乙炔最多的是矿物绝缘油;生成乙烷最多的是天然酯;生成的氢气最多的是合成酯。且3种酯生成的氢气量都多于矿物绝缘油。在3种酯类绝缘油中,单酯绝缘油生成的乙烯和乙炔最多,合成酯生成的氢气和甲烷最多。
目前油中溶解气体的故障诊断方式主要有三比值法、大卫三角形及大卫五边形法。三比值方法主要用于矿物绝缘油的油中溶解气体诊断,根据DL/T 722—2014《变压器油中溶解气体分析和判断导则》,主要根据气体含量(V)以V(乙炔)/V(乙烯)V(甲烷)/V(氢气)V(乙烯)/V(乙烷)来判定变压器的故障。为分析矿物绝缘油的三比值方法是否适用于3种酯类绝缘油,分别对4种绝缘油产气比值进行计算,结果如表2所示。
表2可见,对于本试验条件下的故障气体诊断,单酯、天然酯及矿物绝缘油属于低能放电,而合成酯属于电弧放电。因此三比值法可以大致判断出单酯及天然酯的电故障类型,但合成酯的电故障类型诊断会存在误差。
IEEE C57.155:2014给出了天然酯及合成酯绝缘油中故障溶解气体的大卫三角形解释方法,大卫三角形的3个坐标轴分别为甲烷、乙烯及乙炔占此3种气体之和的相对比例。
对4种绝缘油电故障条件下的油中溶解气体分别采用推荐的天然酯大卫三角形、矿物绝缘油大卫三角形以及合成酯大卫三角形进行分析,结果如图4所示。图4中, 代表单酯绝缘油; 代表天然酯绝缘油; 代表合成酯绝缘油; 代表矿物绝缘油。PD为局部放电;D1为低能放电;D2为高能放电;T1为低温热故障;T2为中温热故障;T3为高温热故障;DT为放电或过热。由图4可见,4种绝缘油模拟电故障产生的油中溶解气体均落在D1区域内,即均属于低能放电故障。
大卫五边形法是大卫本人于2017年提出的[8],该方法的图形为一个正五边形,五边形中心与各顶点的连接线为其坐标,5种坐标的数值为H2、CH4、C2H4、C2H6、C2H2共5种故障气体的相对含量。绘制时,首先绘出5种故障气体在5个坐标轴上的坐标点,之后以这5点为顶点做五边形,该五边形的几何中心即为该故障气体在大卫五边形中的具体位置。因几何中心一定会落在40%以内坐标的正五角形内,故最终大卫五边形的顶点坐标为40%。
对4种绝缘油的模拟电故障油中溶解气体绘制大卫五边形图,结果如图5所示。图5中, 代表单酯绝缘油; 代表天然酯绝缘油; 代表合成酯绝缘油; 代表矿物绝缘油。PD为局部放电;D1为低能放电;D2为高能放电;T1为低温热故障;T2为中温热故障;T3为高温热故障;S为杂散气体区域,指200℃下正常工作或过载条件的产气特性。
图5可见,单酯绝缘油、天然酯绝缘油及矿物绝缘油的故障点均在D1区域内,即低能放电故障,而合成酯的故障点在低能放电与局部放电的边界上,造成分辨困难。此外,合成酯的大卫五边形诊断方式也难以明确指出本次模拟故障的故障类型。
根据大卫五边形法的计算方式,计算4种绝缘油中5种绝缘气体总故障气体的比例,也就是大卫五边形法的顶点坐标,如表3所示。由表3可见,酯类绝缘油低能放电故障气体中氢气的比例远高于矿物绝缘油;甲烷、乙烯及乙炔的比例低于矿物绝缘油。单酯的乙烯比例在酯类绝缘油中最高,合成酯的乙炔含量在所有绝缘油中最低。
(1)矿物绝缘油中生成的总故障气体最多,之后故障气体产生总量由多至少依次为单酯、合成酯、天然酯;矿物绝缘油中生成甲烷、乙烯、乙炔较多;天然酯中生成的乙烷较多;在酯类绝缘油中,单酯绝缘油生成的乙烯和乙炔较多;合成酯生成的氢气和甲烷较多。
(2)酯类绝缘油低能放电故障气体中氢气的比例远高于矿物绝缘油,甲烷、乙烯及乙炔的比例低于矿物绝缘油。单酯的乙烯比例在酯类绝缘油中最高,合成酯的乙炔含量在所有绝缘油中最低。
(3)单酯及天然酯绝缘油的低能放电可用三比值法、大卫三角形法及大卫五边形法判定。合成酯的低能放电可用大卫三角形法进行判定。
