In this paper, the oil resistance reliability of impregnated resin, enameled flat wire, and aramid fiber paper for oil-cooled motors was studied, and the performance changes of insulating materials after long-term contact with automatic transmission fluid (ATF) under high temperature conditions were investigated. The results show that the insulating materials are greatly affected by the moisture in ATF in the oil resistance test, water and air can promote the hot oxygen ageing of ATF to generate acidic substances, which can accelerate the hydrolysis of material. After conducting high-temperature oil resistance test for 2 000 h, the two impregnating resins, enameled flat wire D and two aramid papers show excellent oil resistance and good reliability.

本文通过对油冷电机用浸渍树脂、漆包扁线、芳纶纸开展耐油可靠性研究,探索绝缘材料在高温条件下与自动变速箱油(ATF)长时间接触后的性能变化情况。结果表明:绝缘材料在耐油试验中受ATF中水分影响较大,水和空气促进ATF热氧老化产生的酸性物质会加速材料水解。在2 000 h高温耐油试验后,两款浸渍树脂、漆包扁线D和两款芳纶纸耐油性优异,表现出良好的可靠性。

本文通过对油冷电机用浸渍树脂、漆包扁线、芳纶纸开展耐油可靠性研究,探索绝缘材料在高温条件下与自动变速箱油(ATF)长时间接触后的性能变化情况。结果表明:绝缘材料在耐油试验中受ATF中水分影响较大,水和空气促进ATF热氧老化产生的酸性物质会加速材料水解。在2 000 h高温耐油试验后,两款浸渍树脂、漆包扁线D和两款芳纶纸耐油性优异,表现出良好的可靠性。

In this paper, the oil resistance reliability of impregnated resin, enameled flat wire, and aramid fiber paper for oil-cooled motors was studied, and the performance changes of insulating materials after long-term contact with automatic transmission fluid (ATF) under high temperature conditions were investigated. The results show that the insulating materials are greatly affected by the moisture in ATF in the oil resistance test, water and air can promote the hot oxygen ageing of ATF to generate acidic substances, which can accelerate the hydrolysis of material. After conducting high-temperature oil resistance test for 2 000 h, the two impregnating resins, enameled flat wire D and two aramid papers show excellent oil resistance and good reliability.

随着“双碳”目标的提出,电动汽车得到迅猛发展,成为我国实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的重要支撑[1]。驱动电机作为电力驱动系统的核心,为电动汽车提供驱动动力,决定了电动汽车的综合性能[2-3]。近年来,通过优化驱动电机的热管理方式,集成油冷电驱系统以其结构紧凑、低成本、高效率已经成为各大电动汽车厂商主推的产品之一[4]。油冷电机主要的液体介质是自动变速箱油(automatic transmission fluid,ATF),由基础润滑油和各种添加剂组成,用于为系统降温、防止变速箱内器件磨损、保证系统操作的顺畅性等[5]
电机绝缘是驱动系统的薄弱环节之一,绝大多数电机的损坏是由电机绕组的绝缘失效引起的[6-8]。浸渍树脂、漆包线、槽绝缘作为电机绕组的三大主绝缘材料,其性能的优劣会直接影响汽车电机的运行和使用寿命[9-10]。在采用油冷电机技术的电驱系统设计中,驱动电机和ATF高度集成在一起,对电机用绝缘材料的评估既需考虑传统的热、电、环境等因素,也要考虑材料与ATF的兼容性。因此充分评估油冷电机绝缘材料与ATF的兼容性是电驱系统设计开发的重要环节。目前业内对电机绝缘材料和ATF的研究多采用密闭的不锈钢罐体[5,11],而电动汽车驱动电机以及电机控制器为防止冷凝现象和呼吸效应,常用的技术手段是安装防水透气阀[12]。驱动电机运行过程中由于ATF本身水分及工作环境“吸水”,油品可能受潮。基于上述原因,有必要以贴合电机运行工况的模式,探索油冷电机绝缘材料与ATF长时间接触后的性能变化情况。
本研究在新能源电机用浸渍树脂、漆包扁线和芳纶纸中各挑选两款同类型产品,与ATF开展高温耐油试验,并通过材料性能测试,判断材料的可靠性和耐久性,以期为电机材料选型提供一定的参考。
主要试验材料为浸渍树脂(厂家A和厂家B)、漆包扁线(厂家C和厂家D)、芳纶纸(厂家E和厂家F)、ATF。漆包扁线漆膜厚度约为0.08 mm,芳纶纸厚度为0.25 mm。
ATF中添加质量分数为0.2%±0.02%的去离子水,将固体材料浸泡于ATF中,每种固体材料单独放置于不锈钢密封试验罐中,密封罐罐盖上安装汽车电机用防水透气阀,每12 h向密封罐内添加0.08%去离子水。试验选定温度为150℃,试验时间为500、1 000、1 500、2 000 h。
采用击穿仪(HT-20/5A型,桂林电器科学研究院有限公司)对漆包扁线、绝缘纸进行击穿电压测试,升压速度为0.5 kV/s;采用击穿仪(HT-50型,桂林电器科学研究院有限公司)对浸渍树脂进行击穿电压测试,升压速度为2.0 kV/s;采用数字局放仪(JFD-2010型,上海杰智电工科技有限公司)对漆包扁线进行局部放电试验,局放量达到100 pC判定为局部放电起始峰值电压;采用高频脉冲试验电源(HF3k-5型,桂林赛盟检测技术有限公司)对漆包扁线进行耐电晕性能试验,脉冲电压峰峰值为3 kV,试验频率为20 kHz,脉冲上升时间为100 ns,试验温度为155℃;采用电子万能试验机(CMT-1503型,珠海市三思泰捷电气设备有限公司)对绝缘纸进行拉伸强度测试,位移速率为100 mm/min;采用数字高阻计(6517B型,吉时利公司)测量浸渍树脂的体积电阻率,直流电压为500 V,电化时间1 min后记录试验结果;采用电子万能试验机(AG-IC型,岛津公司)测量粘结强度,位移速率为10 mm/min。具体测试标准如表1所示。
通过对相同固体绝缘材料和ATF试样分别在不加水、加水0.2%和加水0.5%三种条件下开展384 h耐油试验,验证ATF不同含水量对固体材料的影响,结果如表2所示。从表2可以看出,固体绝缘材料的性能受ATF中水分影响较大。相同试验条件下,随着ATF中水分增加,材料劣化加快,一方面是材料本体的水解,另一方面可能是高温条件下,水和空气促进ATF的热氧老化产生酸性物质[13],从而加速材料水解。为了延长材料耐油试验时间,降低水分的影响,本研究选用0.2%±0.02%含水量作为耐油试验中ATF的含水量。
试验用密封罐上安装了防水透气阀来平衡内外压差,如图1所示。随着温度的升高,罐体内部的水分会汽化为水蒸气,增压后的水蒸气可能会通过透气阀排至大气中。因此我们对带透气阀的密封罐中ATF在高温环境下的含水量保持情况进行验证,油品初始含水量为0.2%左右,依据GB/T 6324.8—2014,在150℃下每2 h采用卡尔费休法测试油品含水量,得出水分含量随时间的变化情况如表3所示。
表3可以看出,装有透气阀的密封容器无法保证水分的稳定性,油品的含水量随着时间的延长逐渐降低,所以需要定期添加水分以维持内部含水量。经验证,以容积约为2 L的密封罐为例,使试验用ATF初始含水量为0.2%±0.02%,注入量为密封罐容积的75%,ATF在带透气阀的密封罐中经150℃高温处理12 h后其含水量降至约0.12%,若每12 h加入0.08%的水分,则可使油品含水量保持在0.2%±0.02%,如表4所示。因此,在耐油试验中每12 h向密封罐中添加0.08%去离子水以维持罐体内部水分含量。
(1)电气强度
耐油试验不同时间后,浸渍树脂A和B的电气强度试验结果如图2所示。从图2可以看出,耐油试验2 000 h后,树脂A的电气强度由初始的23.8 kV/mm升高到25.3 kV/mm,树脂B的电气强度由初始的23.1 kV/mm下降至22.1 kV/mm。两款树脂均为聚酯亚胺浸渍树脂,具有高耐热性、耐腐蚀性等优点,与ATF表现出良好的兼容性,树脂A的耐油性优于树脂B。
(2)体积电阻率
两款浸渍树脂的体积电阻率测试结果如图3所示。从图3可以看出,耐油试验2 000 h后,树脂A的体积电阻率由初始值7.8×1013 Ω·m降至3.6×1013 Ω·m,性能保持率为46%;树脂B的体积电阻率由初始值6.3×1013 Ω·m降至1.8×1013 Ω·m,性能保持率为29%。两款浸渍树脂体积电阻率在试验中出现明显波动,上升下降趋势总体相近,可能由于体积电阻率的测试易受多方面因素影响,再现性低,不同周期测试无法保证测试环境及影响因素完全一致导致。但在1 000 h后能看出二者变化趋势的不同走向,树脂A仍有上升,树脂B出现明显降幅,从体积电阻率性能保持情况来看,树脂A的耐油性优于树脂B。
(3)粘结强度
两款浸渍树脂的粘结强度试验结果如图4所示。从图4可以看出,耐油试验2 000 h后,树脂A的粘结强度由初始的206 N下降到136 N,树脂B的粘结强度由初始的241 N下降到128 N。树脂B的初始粘结强度略高于树脂A,耐油试验2 000 h后树脂B的粘结强度低于树脂A,由此可见,树脂A粘结强度性能保持更好,表现出更优异的耐ATF油性能。
(1)击穿电压
耐油试验不同时间后,漆包扁线C和D的击穿电压测试结果如图5所示。从图5可以看出,扁线C的初始击穿电压为12.8 kV,在试验1 000 h后击穿电压迅速降至2.4 kV,1 500 h后漆膜出现开裂脱落现象(见图6),已失去绝缘性能。扁线D从初始到试验2 000 h,击穿电压由13.1 kV降至10.5 kV,试验1 000 h时击穿电压略微升高,出现轻微波动,整体呈缓慢下降趋势,2 000 h后击穿电压保持在初始值的80%,体现出较好的耐油性能。
(2)局部放电起始峰值电压
两款漆包扁线的局部放电起始峰值电压测试结果如图7所示。从图7可以看出,与击穿电压测试结果类似,扁线C在试验1 000 h后局部放电起始峰值电压由初始的1.77 kV下降到1.53 kV,试验1 500 h后无法进行试验。扁线D的局部放电起始峰值电压呈逐渐下降趋势,变化不大,基本维持在1.70~1.84 kV,性能保持率大于90%,体现出较好的耐油性。
(3)耐电晕性能
耐油试验不同时间后漆包扁线的耐电晕性能测试结果如表5所示。从表5可以看出,扁线C在耐油试验500 h后耐电晕性能出现显著升高,这是由于漆包线浸没在ATF中,其外部附着了一层油膜,提高了产生电晕的电压值;但是在耐油试验1 000 h后由于漆膜破坏耐电晕寿命迅速下降。而扁线D耐电晕性能优异,初始和耐油试验后耐电晕寿命始终大于12 000 min。
(1)击穿电压
耐油试验不同时间后,芳纶纸E和F的击穿电压试验结果如图8所示。从图8可以看出,两款芳纶纸的初始击穿电压约为8 kV,耐油试验500 h后,二者击穿电压均出现明显升高,这是由于芳纶纸浸泡于ATF中吸油饱和后形成油纸绝缘系统,电气性能得到显著提升。试验2 000 h后两款芳纶纸的击穿电压略微下降,芳纶纸E降幅更为明显,但都维持在12 kV以上,二者均表现出较好的耐油性能。
(2)拉伸强度
两款芳纶纸的拉伸强度如图9所示。从图9可以看出,芳纶纸E纵向、芳纶纸E横向、芳纶纸F纵向、芳纶纸F横向拉伸强度初始值分别为28.5、16.1、32.5、12.2 N/mm,耐油试验2 000 h后芳纶纸E纵向、芳纶纸E横向、芳纶纸F纵向、芳纶纸F横向拉伸强度保持率分别为71.9%、76.4%、77.8%、65.4%。从拉伸强度保持率来看,两款芳纶纸的耐油性能相当。
(3)断裂伸长率
两款芳纶纸的断裂伸长率测试结果如图10所示。从图10可以看出,芳纶纸的断裂伸长率在耐油试验500 h后均出现明显降幅,500 h后下降趋势放缓,二者性能变化趋势相当,最终芳纶纸E纵向、芳纶纸E横向、芳纶纸F纵向、芳纶纸F横向断裂伸长率保持率分别为18.1%、19.3%、31.6%、27.7%,结合拉伸强度的结果来看,耐油试验后,芳纶纸F的拉伸性能总体优于芳纶纸E。
(1)浸渍树脂、漆包扁线和芳纶纸受ATF中水分含量影响较大,高温条件下水和空气促进ATF热氧老化产生的酸性物质会加速材料水解。
(2)两款浸渍树脂、漆包扁线D和两款芳纶纸与ATF油进行高温试验2 000 h后,表现出优异的耐油性能,材料性能较为可靠;漆包扁线C在耐油试验1 500 h漆膜脱落开裂,性能劣化明显,可靠性不佳。
(3)对所选材料进行2 000 h的高温耐油试验后,通过对材料电气性能和力学性能检测分析,对比出同类型材料耐油性优劣,浸渍树脂A优于浸渍树脂B,漆包扁线D优于漆包扁线C,芳纶纸F优于芳纶纸E,可为油冷电机用绝缘材料选型提供一定的参考。
