In order to master the viscosity, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and dielectric properties of transformer oil with different moisture content from normal temperature to extreme cold, we prepared four samples of 45# transformer oil with different moisture content, and tested their viscosity, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and dielectric properties from +30℃ to -50℃. The results show that with the decrease of temperature, the viscosity of transformer oil increases exponentially, the higher the moisture content, the higher the viscosity of transformer oil. The thermal conductivity is less affected by temperature and moisture content. The electrical conductivity and dielectric loss factor increase at first and then decrease with the decrease of temperature, the higher the moisture content, the higher the peak value of conductivity and dielectric loss factor, and the larger the corresponding peak temperature. While the relative dielectric constant increases approximately linearly with the decrease of temperature, the variation trend of relative dielectric constant of transformer oil with different moisture content is the same and the difference is small.

为掌握常温到极寒条件下不同微水含量变压器油的黏度、导热系数、电导率与介电性能等特性,配制4种不同微水含量的45#变压器油试样,在+30~-50℃对变压器油黏度、导热系数、电导率与介电性能进行测试。结果表明:随着温度降低,变压器油的黏度呈指数函数增大趋势;变压器油的微水含量越高,黏度越大;导热系数受温度和微水含量的影响较小;电导率和介质损耗因数随温度的降低均呈先增大后减小的趋势,微水含量越高电导率和介质损耗因数的峰值越高,对应达到的峰值温度越高,而相对介电常数随温度的降低近似呈线性增加,不同微水含量的变压器油相对介电常数随温度的变化趋势相同,差异较小。

为掌握常温到极寒条件下不同微水含量变压器油的黏度、导热系数、电导率与介电性能等特性,配制4种不同微水含量的45#变压器油试样,在+30~-50℃对变压器油黏度、导热系数、电导率与介电性能进行测试。结果表明:随着温度降低,变压器油的黏度呈指数函数增大趋势;变压器油的微水含量越高,黏度越大;导热系数受温度和微水含量的影响较小;电导率和介质损耗因数随温度的降低均呈先增大后减小的趋势,微水含量越高电导率和介质损耗因数的峰值越高,对应达到的峰值温度越高,而相对介电常数随温度的降低近似呈线性增加,不同微水含量的变压器油相对介电常数随温度的变化趋势相同,差异较小。

In order to master the viscosity, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and dielectric properties of transformer oil with different moisture content from normal temperature to extreme cold, we prepared four samples of 45# transformer oil with different moisture content, and tested their viscosity, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and dielectric properties from +30℃ to -50℃. The results show that with the decrease of temperature, the viscosity of transformer oil increases exponentially, the higher the moisture content, the higher the viscosity of transformer oil. The thermal conductivity is less affected by temperature and moisture content. The electrical conductivity and dielectric loss factor increase at first and then decrease with the decrease of temperature, the higher the moisture content, the higher the peak value of conductivity and dielectric loss factor, and the larger the corresponding peak temperature. While the relative dielectric constant increases approximately linearly with the decrease of temperature, the variation trend of relative dielectric constant of transformer oil with different moisture content is the same and the difference is small.

油浸式电力变压器作为电力系统中能量传输分配的核心,在电网中占据着重要的地位。变压器运行中受内部化学反应及周围环境等因素的影响,其内部油纸绝缘性能会不断劣化,导致变压器发生故障,给电网供电带来安全隐患[1-2]
油浸式电力变压器的内部绝缘主要由绝缘纸板和变压器油构成,因此变压器油是极其重要的液体绝缘介质[3]。国内外研究表明,变压器油的绝缘性能直接决定变压器能否处于正常安全的运行状态,水分和温度是影响其绝缘性能的主要因素[4-8]。变压器油中水分含量的增加会改变变压器内部的电场分布,使得变压器中油纸绝缘的电气强度快速下降,加快变压器油的老化,缩短变压器油的绝缘寿命[9]
然而上述研究大多在常温或高温条件下进行,在低温或极寒条件下变压器油的性能研究报道很少。近年来在我国东北寒冷地区和西部高海拔地区,变压器长期面临-40℃及以下温度的极寒天气,给其正常运行造成极大的影响,如吉林通化地区和双阳地区的主变压器曾因温度过低使得瓦斯继电器及连管中的变压器油凝固,导致变压器轻瓦斯保护动作[10-11]。因此,亟需开展极寒条件下变压器油的性能研究工作。
水分是低温或降温过程中研究变压器油性能的关键因素,随着油温的变化,水分以溶解水、悬浮水、沉积水3种存在形式相互转化[12-13]。当温度较高时,油中水分主要为溶解水;当温度降低时,水在油中溶解度降低达到过饱和状态形成极微小的水珠悬浮于油中,成为悬浮态水分,过多悬浮态水分聚集便会沉积在油底部形成沉积水;当温度降至0℃及以下时,微水凝结成冰滴,水的相位发生改变,使变压器油和微水构成的体系变得不再单一、均质,其电气理化性能将发生改变,可能使油液劣化变质失去原有的功能,造成变压器的运行故障[14]
因此,为探究极寒条件下不同微水含量变压器油的黏度、导热系数和介电性能的特性,本研究通过高低温试验箱控制变压器油及试验环境温度,在每个温度点采集数据,对采集到的数据进行拟合计算等处理,分析从常温到极寒条件下微水含量对变压器油的黏度、导热系数、电导率与介电性能的影响。

BYES-8A型微量水分测定仪,邦亿精密量仪(上海)有限公司;高低温试验箱,武汉环试检测设备有限公司;NDJ-8S型旋转黏度计,上海精天电子仪器有限公司;TC4000E型导热系数测试仪,西安夏溪电子科技有限公司;DX6100型一体化精密油介损体积电阻率测试仪,扬州攀峰电气有限公司;高温马弗炉,河南泰斯特仪器有限公司;真空过渡仓,郑州克普斯机械设备有限公司。
45#变压器油中微水含量x用微水质量/变压器油总质量表示,如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:w表示微水质量,mg;s表示变压器油总质量,kg;故微水含量x单位为mg/kg,即试验中BYES-8A型微量水分测定仪输出的微水含量结果单位。
通过微量水分测定仪测得试验所用的初始45#变压器油的微水含量为23.5 mg/kg,然后对45#变压器油初始试样进行除水和加湿处理得到不同微水含量试样。
除水处理是利用3A分子筛实现的,使用前需对其进行活化处理,步骤如下:先将分子筛放入马弗炉在400℃下加热4 h,然后降温至200℃后将分子筛移至充满氮气的真空过渡舱冷却至室温。制备好活化的分子筛后放入700 mL的初始45#变压器油试样中,静置两天获得微水含量较低的变压器油试样。
加湿处理是将加湿器喷出的水雾通过导管引到盛有微水含量为23.5 mg/kg的45#变压器油玻璃瓶口,保持2 min后移走导管停止加湿,并将处理过的变压器油密封静置1 d获得微水含量较高的变压器油试样。
最后通过等体积混合微水含量较低的变压器油和原始的变压器油可获得微水含量处在中间值的变压器油试样。
完成上述4种微水含量的变压器油的配置后,采用BYES-8A型微量水分测定仪对每瓶变压器油微水含量进行3次测量并取平均值,测量结果如表1所示。
依据GB/T 10247—2008中的《黏度测量方法》和JJG 1002—2005的《旋转黏度计检定规程》,采用NDJ-8S型旋转黏度计测量变压器油黏度,分别设置9个温度测试点:30、20、10、0、-10、-20、-30、-35、 -40℃。由于-50℃时变压器油凝固,黏度计无法工作,未能获得该温度下的数据。
依据GB/T 10297—2015和ASTM D5930-2017的导热系数测量技术标准,采用导热系数测试仪测量变压器油导热系数,测量方法称为瞬态热线法(又名探针法),探针直径为1.6 mm,测量范围为0.02~5.00 W/(m·K),分辨率可达0.000 1 W/(m·K),分别设置9个温度测试点:30、20、10、0、-10、-20、 -30、-40、-50℃。
依据GB/T 5654—2007《液体绝缘材料工频相对介电常数、介质损耗因数和体积电阻率的测量》,采用一体化精密油介损体积电阻率测试仪测量变压器油电导率、相对介电常数和介质损耗因数,分别设置9个温度测试点:30、20、10、0、-10、-20、-30、-40、-50℃。
图1为4种微水含量油样动力黏度随温度变化的曲线。
图1可以看出,4种油样的动力黏度均从30℃开始随温度的降低呈凹曲线上升,且微水含量越高,曲线上升越快。相比较于温度对黏度的影响,微水含量对变压器油黏度影响较小,当温度降到-10℃以下时,微水含量较高的变压器油的黏度曲线才稍高于微水含量较低的变压器油。
对4种微水含量的变压器油黏度变化曲线进行拟合分析,得到4种油样的拟合曲线均服从式(2)的指数函数规律。

式(2)中:y表示待测油样的动力黏度,mPa·s;t表示待测油样的温度,℃。A1A2t1t2y0均为拟合曲线表达式中的拟合参数,表2为不同油样表达式中的拟合参数数值。
根据文献[15],拟合曲线服从指数函数规律可以通过流变学原理进行解释。从流变学原理的角度,变压器油的黏度用式(3)表示。当摩尔体积随温度变化小且ΔS*不随温度变化的情况下,式(3)可简化为式(4)

式(3)~(4)中:η为黏度;h为普朗克常数;N为阿伏伽德罗常数;S*为粘流过程的活化熵;H*为粘流过程的焓;V为摩尔体积;R为气体摩尔常数;T为绝对温度;A为常数;Eη为流动活化能。
式(4)可知,变压器油的黏度随温度的变化服从指数函数表达式。因此结合式(4)和液体流动活化理论对实验结果进行解释如下:随着温度的降低,变压器油中分子的热运动速率变慢,流体的自由空间变小,导致分子向周围空间跃迁的阻力变大,从宏观上表现为变压器油的黏度随着温度的降低呈指数型增大。
图2为4种微水含量的变压器油导热系数随温度的变化曲线。从图2可知,不同微水含量的变压器油导热系数受温度和微水含量的影响较小,整体均在较小范围内波动。
图2显示4种微水含量的变压器油的导热系数随着温度的降低在小范围内整体呈先减小后增大的趋势,推断其可能的原因是:随着温度降低,变压器油的饱和吸水浓度降低,一部分水从油中析出,析出的微水分子阻碍油分子的热运动,使得导热系数减小。当温度降到0℃以下时,析出的微水凝结成冰滴,冰滴对油分子热运动的阻碍进一步加大,导热系数继续减小。当温度降到-45℃以后,变压器油和微水组成的复合体系完全凝固,导热系数开始增大。
与温度相比,微水含量的变化对变压器油导热系数的影响较小,随着微水含量的增加,导热系数仅在小范围内波动。
图3为4种微水含量的变压器油的相对介电常数随温度的变化曲线。从图3可以看出,4种不同微水含量的变压器油的相对介常数均随着温度的降低而近似呈线性增大。相比于温度,微水含量对变压器油的相对介电常数影响较小,4种不同微水含量的变压器油的相对介电常数随温度变化趋势相同,仅在很小范围内波动。
出现上述现象的原因是:变压器油主要成分为烷烃、环烷族饱和烃、芳香族不饱和烃等化合物,属于弱极性介质。电介质极化的宏观参数εr与分子微观参数NαEi的关系,即克劳修斯方程式[16],如式(5)所示。

式(5)中:εr为相对介电常数;N为单位体积分子数;α为分子极化率;Ei为作用于分子的有效电场;ε0为真空介电常数;E为作用在电介质上的宏观电场。
根据式(5)可知,当变压器油体积随温度降低而减小时,变压器油单位体积内分子数目N上升,从而使得变压器油相对介电常数增大。
图4为4种微水含量的变压器油的电导率随温度的变化曲线。从图4可以看出:①从30℃开始4种微水含量的变压器油的电导率随着温度的降低均呈先增大后减小的趋势,形成4条单峰值曲线;②随着微水含量由7.8 mg/kg增大到35.5 mg/kg,电导率的峰值升高,对应出现电导率峰值的温度从 -15℃升高到0℃。
通过文献[17]的研究结果,可以对上述的实验现象进行解释:①随着温度下降,变压器油的饱和吸水浓度下降,当油中含水量高于对应温度下的饱和浓度时,一部分水从油中析出,构成变压器油和微水的复合体系。在0℃附近,复合体系中微水含量达到最大值,电导率随之达到峰值。峰值过后随着温度继续下降,变压器油的饱和吸水浓度持续降低,油的黏度逐渐增大,复合体系中的微水含量增加并凝结成冰滴,冰的电导率比水小,故复合体系的电导率下降;②随着温度的降低,微水含量越高的油样越先达到对应温度下油的饱和吸水浓度,导致油水复合体系中析出的微水变多,电导率出现的峰值越高。降温过程中,越先达到饱和吸水浓度的油出现电导率峰值的时间越早,出现峰值对应的温度越高。
图5为4种微水含量的变压器油的介质损耗因数随温度的变化曲线。从图5可以看出,随着温度的降低,4种不同微水含量的变压器油介质损耗因数均呈先增大后减小的趋势,形成4条单峰值曲线。随着微水含量的增大,介质损耗因数的峰值增大,介质损耗因数峰值的温度从-15℃升高到5℃。对比可知,4种不同微水含量变压器油的介质损耗因数-温度曲线变化规律与电导率-温度曲线变化规律相同。
变压器油介质损耗因数(tanδ)的表达式为式(6)~(7)。

式(6)~(7)中:γ为电导率;g为松弛极化损耗的等效电导率;ω为外施交变电场的角频率;ε0为真空介电常数;εr为相对介电常数;εs为静态介电常数;ε为光频介电常数;τ为松弛极化时间常数。
由于变压器油极性弱,且松弛时间常数τ很小[18-19],其介质损耗因数表达式可简化为式(8)

根据式(8)可知,在交流电场作用下,tanδ和电导率γ成正比关系,因此变压器油的介质损耗因数-温度曲线变化规律与电导率-温度曲线变化规律相同。
(1)不同微水含量的变压器油动力黏度值随温度的下降符合指数函数规律。不同微水含量的变压器油动力黏度值在-10℃以上差异不大,在-10℃以下出现微小差异,微水含量越高的变压器油动力黏度值越高。
(2)不同微水含量的变压器油导热系数受温度和微水含量的影响较小,整体均在较小范围内波动。
(3)不同微水含量的变压器油相对介电常数随温度的降低近似呈线性增大,不同微水含量变压器油的相对介电常数变化趋势相同,差异不大。介质损耗因数随温度的降低呈先增大后减小的趋势,微水含量越高的介质损耗因数峰值越高,对应达到的介质损耗峰值温度越高,其曲线变化规律与电导率-温度曲线变化规律相同。
