In order to compare the properties of domestic and imported meta-aramid paper for traction motor, we tested and analyzed the structure, mechanical properties, and dielectric properties of domestic paper A and B and imported paper. The electrical properties of stator models using the three kinds of paper were tested. The results show that the structure of paper A is relatively loose, and its tensile strength is slightly lower than that of paper B and imported paper; The elongation at break of the three meta-aramid papers is stably maintained at 17%‒19%. The edge tear strength of paper A and B is generally higher than that of imported paper. The breakdown voltage of paper A is slightly lower than that of paper B and imported paper, but the breakdown voltage of paper A is higher than that of paper B and imported paper after impregnation. This is due to the loose structure of paper A, which is conducive to the entry of insulating paint into the paper to fill the gap. The dielectric loss factor, resistance, capacitance, and withstand voltage performance of the stator models are normal, which shows that the two kinds of domestic meta-aramid paper can replace the imported one as slot insulation and filler strip.

为对比牵引电机用国产与进口间位芳纶纸的性能,测试分析了国产A纸、B纸及进口纸的结构、力学性能和介电性能。分别采用3种纸制作了定子模型并测试其电性能。结果表明:A纸纸张结构比较疏松,其拉伸强度略低于纸张结构较为致密的B纸与进口纸;3种间位芳纶纸的断裂伸长率都稳定地维持在17%~19%,A纸和B纸的边缘抗撕裂总体高于进口纸,A纸的击穿电压略低于B纸和进口纸,但浸漆后A纸的击穿电压高于B纸和进口纸,这归因于A纸结构比较疏松,有利于绝缘漆进入纸张内部填充空隙。两种国产芳纶纸制作的定子模型的介质损耗因数、电阻、电容及耐压性能均表现正常,表明这两种国产间位芳纶纸可以代替进口间位芳纶纸作为槽绝缘和垫条使用。

为对比牵引电机用国产与进口间位芳纶纸的性能,测试分析了国产A纸、B纸及进口纸的结构、力学性能和介电性能。分别采用3种纸制作了定子模型并测试其电性能。结果表明:A纸纸张结构比较疏松,其拉伸强度略低于纸张结构较为致密的B纸与进口纸;3种间位芳纶纸的断裂伸长率都稳定地维持在17%~19%,A纸和B纸的边缘抗撕裂总体高于进口纸,A纸的击穿电压略低于B纸和进口纸,但浸漆后A纸的击穿电压高于B纸和进口纸,这归因于A纸结构比较疏松,有利于绝缘漆进入纸张内部填充空隙。两种国产芳纶纸制作的定子模型的介质损耗因数、电阻、电容及耐压性能均表现正常,表明这两种国产间位芳纶纸可以代替进口间位芳纶纸作为槽绝缘和垫条使用。

In order to compare the properties of domestic and imported meta-aramid paper for traction motor, we tested and analyzed the structure, mechanical properties, and dielectric properties of domestic paper A and B and imported paper. The electrical properties of stator models using the three kinds of paper were tested. The results show that the structure of paper A is relatively loose, and its tensile strength is slightly lower than that of paper B and imported paper; The elongation at break of the three meta-aramid papers is stably maintained at 17%‒19%. The edge tear strength of paper A and B is generally higher than that of imported paper. The breakdown voltage of paper A is slightly lower than that of paper B and imported paper, but the breakdown voltage of paper A is higher than that of paper B and imported paper after impregnation. This is due to the loose structure of paper A, which is conducive to the entry of insulating paint into the paper to fill the gap. The dielectric loss factor, resistance, capacitance, and withstand voltage performance of the stator models are normal, which shows that the two kinds of domestic meta-aramid paper can replace the imported one as slot insulation and filler strip.

芳纶纤维(aramid fiber)作为一种高性能化学纤维,最早由美国杜邦公司于20世纪60年代开发,广泛用于轨道交通、国防科技及民生等领域[1]。芳纶纤维分为对位芳纶纤维和间位芳纶纤维两种。对位芳纶纤维因质轻以及具备优良的力学性能,可作为纤维增强复合材料用于复合装甲、军用防弹衣、防割手套等领域[2-3];间位芳纶纤维则凭借其优异的电绝缘性能作为绝缘材料广泛应用于电气绝缘领域[4-5]
间位芳纶纤维由间苯二甲酰氯与间苯二胺缩合,经强酸溶解生成纺丝溶液、再经纺丝、拉伸水洗等工艺制得[6]。间位芳纶纤维分子链中存在键能较强的酰胺键,使其相对其他绝缘材料具有良好的力学性能,例如拉伸强度和耐磨性能[7-8]。采用间位芳纶纤维通过湿法造纸的方法可抄造成间位芳纶纸,间位芳纶纸具有良好的尺寸稳定性、阻燃性、热稳定性以及强韧的力学性能,可用于变压器的主绝缘、电机定转子槽体绝缘、槽口绝缘及槽内各类垫条等[9]
一直以来,轨道交通车辆电机用间位芳纶纸大部分由美国杜邦公司提供,因而,间位芳纶纸的国产化引起了许多国内学者的重视[10-11]。随着中美贸易战的扩大化及受到全球新冠肺炎疫情的影响,采购国外原材料的经济成本和时间成本上升,给国内相关企业的生产发展带来巨大压力,亟需进行间位芳纶纸及相关材料的国产化替代。本研究通过对国产间位芳纶纸与进口间位芳纶纸进行性能对比以及定子模型验证,寻找能够替代进口间位芳纶纸的国产间位芳纶纸。
进口间位芳纶纸,厚度为0.13 mm,美国杜邦公司;国产A纸,厚度为0.13 mm,A公司;国产B纸,厚度为0.13 mm,B公司;有机硅浸渍树脂,德国瓦克化学有限公司。
间位芳纶纸的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及边缘抗撕裂依据GB/T 5591.2—2002进行测试;间位芳纶纸的介电强度依据GB/T 1408.1—2016进行测试,上、下电极直径分别为(25.0±0.1)mm、(75.0±0.1)mm;线圈的介质损耗及电容依据GB/T 34665—2017进行测试;线圈的绝缘电阻依据GB/T 20160—2006进行测试。
参照GB/T 17948.3—2006[12]中规定的试样制作要求,设计并制作了3组试验用定子局部模型,模拟绕组带铁心结构,并进行相应的绝缘处理,如图1所示,每个定子局部模型有5支可供测试的线圈,对其进行电阻、电容及5 kV下1 min的耐压测试。绝缘结构的参数见表1,其中定子模型1、2、3分别使用进口纸、A纸、B纸。
采用扫描电子显微镜(VEGA 3 SBH型,捷克TESCAN公司)观察间位芳纶纸的微观结构;采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(VERTEX 70型,德国BRUKER公司)分析间位芳纶纸的化学结构;采用烘箱(101C-1型,上海实验仪器厂)对间位芳纶纸进行浸漆固化,采用电脑伺服控制材料试验机(HT-2102AP型,弘达仪器股份有限公司)对间位芳纶纸的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及边缘抗撕裂进行实验测试;采用工频对地耐压试验仪(PVT-10型,上海海鹰机电检测设备厂)对间位芳纶纸进行介电强度测试;采用介质损耗测定仪(2816型,瑞士TETTEX公司)测试线圈的介质损耗和电容,采用绝缘电阻测试仪(1550B型,美国FLUKER公司)测试线圈的绝缘电阻。
图2是3种芳纶纸的SEM图,芳纶纸由间位芳纶短切纤维和间位芳纶沉析纤维组成,短切纤维充当“钢筋”的作用,承担大部分拉伸应力,沉析纤维则充当“混凝土”的作用,将所有短切纤维粘合成一个整体,起到应力传递的作用[13]。从图2可以看出,A纸短切纤维和沉析纤维之间存在许多缝隙,纸张结构疏松,而进口纸与B纸短切纤维与沉析纤维结合紧密,纸张表面缝隙较少,纸张结构致密。
图3是3种间位芳纶纸的红外光谱图,从图3可以发现,3种间位芳纶纸的红外光谱图保持一致,其中,在3 304 cm-1处出现的吸收峰属于仲酰胺基中N-H的伸缩振动,1 650 cm-1处出现的吸收峰属于仲酰胺基中C=O的伸缩振动,1 474 cm-1处出现的3个吸收峰属于苯环的骨架振动,1 232 cm-1处出现的吸收峰属于C-N的伸缩振动,出现在677 cm-1处的3组吸收峰则属于苯环被间位取代的表现[14]
3种间位芳纶纸的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率测试结果如图4所示。
图4可以看出,A纸横/纵向的拉伸强度为55.33/115.26(N/10mm),低于B纸与进口纸的67.38/135.87(N/10 mm)与73.20/132.60(N/10 mm),但仍然高于GB/T 20629.3—2019要求的50.00/95.00(N/10 mm);A纸、B纸和进口纸的横/纵向断裂伸长率都稳定地维持在17%~19%,远高于GB/T 20629.3—2019要求的6.0%/7.0%。A纸拉伸强度低于B纸与进口纸的原因是其纸张结构疏松多孔,芳纶短切纤维和沉析纤维之间的氢键结合不足。
图5是3种间位芳纶纸的边缘抗撕裂测试结果,从图5可以看出,A纸和B纸横/纵向边缘抗撕裂分别为128.17/241.53 N和141.00/248.72 N,总体高于进口纸的105.17/228.26 N;重要的是,A纸的边缘抗撕裂较B纸和进口纸稳定,在纤维本体强度一定的条件下,边缘抗撕裂的稳定性取决于纤维横纵向排布的稳定性。在嵌线时,使纸张的纵向与线圈嵌线方向保持一致,可以避免因线圈与槽体的相对运动而导致纸张破裂的情况,同时也可以延缓电机运行时绝缘结构机械损伤的过程。
图6是3种间位芳纶纸浸漆前后的照片,图7是其击穿电压及挂漆量。
图6可以发现,浸渍前B纸在外观上与进口纸非常相似,呈亮白色,而A纸呈米黄色,B纸和进口纸呈亮白色的原因是纤维生产中盐分没有被完全排出[6]。浸漆后,纸张表面形成一层薄薄的漆膜,其中,B纸和进口纸的漆膜厚度为10~15 μm,而A纸的漆膜厚度可达20~25 μm,这主要是因为A纸表面较为粗糙,有利于绝缘漆的附着。图7显示,浸漆前A纸的击穿电压为2.56 kV,略低于B纸和进口纸的2.80 kV和2.72 kV,但仍高于GB/T 20629.3—2019要求的1.95 kV;浸漆后,A纸的击穿电压大幅提高至5.76 kV,高于B纸和进口纸的4.64 kV和4.82 kV;同时A纸的挂漆量为32.825 g/m2,高于B纸和进口纸的23.050 g/m2和23.630 g/m2。A纸结构较为疏松,纸张内部气孔多,致使其浸漆前击穿电压低于B纸和进口纸,然而,纸张结构疏松有利于绝缘漆进入纸张内部并填充纸张内部空隙,因此A纸浸漆后的击穿电压高于其他两种间位芳纶纸。
图8是定子模型的介质损耗因数测试结果,表2是定子模型的电阻、电容及耐压测试结果。
图8可以看出,在电压为3 kV以下,随电压升高,3个定子模型所有线圈的介质损耗因数没有出现明显的增大,达到了增幅≤1.5%的指标要求,表明3种间位芳纶纸均与绝缘漆有很好的相容性;从表2可以看出,3个定子模型的电阻和电容均表现相当,分别达到了≥100 MΩ和≥300 pF的性能要求,15支线圈均通过了5 kV下1 min的耐压测试,说明3种纸制作的槽绝缘及垫条均符合定子模型的电性能要求。
(1)从SEM结果来看,A纸结构较为疏松,B纸和进口纸比较致密,从FTIR结果来看,3种纸的化学结构一致,均出现了间位芳纶的特征吸收峰。
(2)两种国产芳纶纸与进口芳纶纸的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率性均达到了国标规定的性能指标。
(3)在边缘抗撕裂方面,A纸和B纸的强度比进口纸略高,但A纸表现更为稳定。
(4)浸漆前,A纸的击穿电压略低于进口纸和B纸;浸漆后,A纸的击穿电压高于进口纸和B纸,主要原因是A纸纸张结构疏松,有利于绝缘漆进入填充纸张内部空隙。
(5)以A纸和B纸作为槽绝缘和垫条制作的定子局部模型,各项电性能指标均与进口纸相当,表明两种国产间位芳纶纸可以代替进口间位芳纶纸作为槽绝缘和垫条使用。
