变压器是电力系统的重要组成部分,其安全稳定运行对整个电网的可靠性和经济性有着十分重要的意义。变压器故障主要发生在铁心、套管、分接开关、绕组和油箱等部分。由于绕组是变压器内部主要承受电、热以及机械应力的结构,绕组故障是变压器各类故障中较为常见的故障类型。根据统计资料显示,电力变压器绕组故障中,匝间短路故障占比为50%~60%[1-2]
变压器内部的绝缘体系主要为变压器油和油纸绝缘,少数采用树脂绝缘或SF6绝缘等形式。对于匝间绝缘来说,其绝缘系统通常为油纸绝缘。在变压器的长期运行过程中,其受到电、热、机械等应力的影响,势必会导致绝缘劣化,甚至最终导致设备故障和停运。
变压器匝间故障的早期,其特征主要为局部放电或局部过热。但随着局部放电、局部过热的产生,可能导致变压器绝缘系统进一步劣化,其振动特性也会导致内部结构的松动与脱落,最终导致匝间击穿形成匝间短路故障。匝间短路故障的危害是巨大的,主要表现在两方面:一方面匝间短路故障会在变压器内部产生巨大的短路电流,由此引发强大的电动力,导致变压器内部结构发生变形,使变压器不能正常运行,甚至引发火灾烧毁变压器;另一方面匝间短路故障会使变压器的励磁发生改变,并使变压器产生较为剧烈的振动,影响设备的寿命和稳定性。因此,有必要在变压器匝间故障的早期对其进行检测和判别,并及时通过停电检修等手段防止故障进一步发展,避免变压器发生更严重的匝间短路、饼间击穿、相间短路、主绝缘击穿等故障[3-4]
由于匝间故障通常伴随着局部放电或局部过热,可通过对放电和过热进行检测来表征匝间故障的发生与否和严重程度。而局部放电又会产生如超声、光学、特高频等各类物理信号,油纸绝缘系统的劣化也会产生各类油中溶解气体和油中溶解物。因此,可以通过检测变压器局部热点温度、放电产生的各类物理信号、油中溶解物等手段,对匝间故障进行表征。总的来说,匝间故障的检测手段可分为油中溶解物分析和局部放电检测两大类,而局部放电检测方法又可分为电学方法和非电学方法。
对于油中溶解物分析方法,其优势在于各类油中溶解物的含量与故障严重程度密切相关,如乙炔等油中溶解气体通常只会在电弧等高能放电下才会大量产生,且各类分析方法如三比值法等相对成熟并得到了工程实际的检验。其缺点在于该方法难以在早期对故障进行有效地识别,且难以实现故障的在线监测。
对于局部放电检测方法,其包括铁心接地电流、特高频等电学检测手段,以及超声、光学等非电学检测手段。这些检测手段,灵敏度较高,能够在放电能量较低时检出故障。各类检测方法相互结合,能够对局部放电进行有效地检测及发展阶段划分,因此对于早期故障和故障的严重程度均能够较为有效地识别。
近年来,随着计算机领域的快速发展,各类人工智能算法也被用于检测变压器匝间故障[5]。神经网络、粒子群以及各类模式识别算法的引入,促进了变压器匝间故障检测及保护方法的发展,为匝间放电识别、发展阶段划分、保护策略等研究提供了大量的判定依据。
综上所述,针对变压器匝间故障的特性研究、检测与故障保护可以及时发现变压器早期故障,防止故障带来的破坏扩大化,对电力变压器的维护与状态评估乃至电力系统的安全稳定运行均具有重要意义。变压器匝间短路特性形式多样,检测与保护方法各有不同,对变压器匝间故障的特性与检测进行归纳和总结有助于了解匝间故障的原因,对变压器的稳定运行具有指导意义。
本文对变压器匝间故障特性与检测的研究进行综述,主要介绍变压器匝间击穿特性与研究方法、变压器匝间故障的特性、变压器匝间故障的检测与保护等,旨在通过介绍国内外的研究,为后续解决此类问题提供参考。
目前变压器匝间击穿试验是基于GB/T 16927.1—2011[6]相关要求建立变压器匝模型,并基于IEC 60060-3:2006[7]和GB/T 16927.3—2010[8]相关要求设计操作冲击电压的波形,主要包括双指数操作冲击电压和振荡操作冲击电压。
(1)双指数操作冲击电压发生电路与波形特征
产生双指数操作冲击电压的电路如图1所示[9]。其中C1为主电容,G为球间隙,R1R2Cr分别为调波电阻和电容,U0为施加电压,L1为变压器原边和复变的漏电抗总和,L为变压器的激磁电抗,C2为高压绕组对地的等效电容,u1为变压器原边电压,u2为变压器副边电压。
双指数操作冲击电压的定义为电压迅速上升到峰值,然后无振荡缓慢下降至零。其主要参数有波前时间TP、半峰值时间T2。根据IEC 60060-3:2006[7]可知各参数的范围:T为20~400 μs,Tp为1 000~4 000 μs,波形如图2所示[8],图中T为波前30%峰值电压到达90%峰值电压的时间。
(2)振荡操作冲击电压发生电路与波形特征
经典振荡操作冲击电压的电路如图3所示[9]。其中L1为原边漏感,L2为副边漏感,L0为励磁绕组电抗,R0为励磁绕组电阻,C2为变压器的等效电容、C1为主电容,LW为外加调波电感,RW为外加调波电阻。工作原理为将C1充电到电压U0,然后隔离球隙G放电,在C2上就产生振荡操作冲击电压。
标准振荡操作冲击电压波形如图4所示[8],图中T为波前30%峰值到达90%峰值电压的时间。振荡操作冲击电压的定义为电压迅速上升到峰值,然后伴随频率在1~15 kHz的阻尼振荡下降至零。主要参数有峰值时间TP、半峰值时间T2、振荡冲击电压的频率f。根据GB/T 16927.3—2010[8]可知各参数的范围:TP为20~400 μs,T2为1 000~4 000 μs,f为1~15 kHz。
(3)变压器匝间电极模型
变压器匝间击穿试验通常采用pig-tail匝间电极模型结构,如图5所示[10]。该结构由高压电极、屏蔽帽、绝缘纸层和接地电极组成,在试验前需将匝间绝缘结构进行处理,使得试验样品中的水分和气体符合真实情况下变压器的要求。通过在高压电极施加操作冲击电压,观察电极间绝缘的劣化过程,即可模拟真实的变压器匝间击穿过程。
针对不同波形对匝间绝缘击穿试验带来的影响,对于双指数操作冲击电压发生器体积大、调拨效率低等问题,曹铎耀等[11]通过在变压器匝间电极模型上施加双指数操作冲击电压和3、6、12 kHz振荡操作冲击电压,并比较了几者的伏秒特性、韦伯分布曲线,讨论了其击穿特性,结果表明击穿电压与振荡频率成正相关,与波前时间成反相关, 3 kHz振荡操作冲击电压与双指数振荡操作冲击电压的等效性较好。
针对匝间绝缘劣化的机理,程养春等[12]对局部放电作用下变压器匝间油纸绝缘的劣化过程进行了研究。通过对匝间绝缘劣化的过程进行分析,将恒压加速电劣化下碳化通道沿宏观电场的纵向发展分为增长、停滞和击穿3个阶段,并提出可以将脉冲重复率和脉冲1 s放电量作为匝间油纸绝缘恶化发展状态的宏观表征。
沿面闪络是造成变压器匝间绝缘故障的主要原因之一,赵义焜等[13]搭建了气-固高频沿面放电试验平台,研究不同绝缘材料在不同参数下沿面闪络放电的变化规律,提出了匝间绝缘材料寿命估算的模型,并对各绝缘材料进行了综合评估。
变压器在长期运行过程中,内部的匝间绝缘受电、热、磁、机械等长期作用的影响会发生劣化,其机械强度和绝缘性能都会下降,因此很多学者针对变压器匝间短路故障的电气、电热、电磁、振动等方面特性进行研究。
变压器匝间发生短路后,短路电流会急剧增大,从而改变磁场的分布规律,长久发展会造成更严重的层间短路、相间短路,甚至导致变压器报废,因此,对变压器匝间短路故障的电气机理进行分析是现阶段的研究重点[14]
杨玉新[15]首先通过图6的变压器匝间短路等效电路建立单向双绕组变压器模型,理论分析了绕组电气参数受变压器匝间短路的影响,然后通过实例分析和仿真计算,分别论证了不同部位匝间短路导致的绕组电气参数的变化,得到了端部电流曲线与故障电流曲线。
杨理才等[16]将发生匝间短路的三绕组变压器等效为四绕组变压器(三绕组变压器匝间短路的等效电路如图7所示),推导了变压器匝间短路等效电路与变压器中低压侧电压公式,结果表明中低压侧电压均降低,而且低压侧电压降低更严重。该研究还用仿真与实例相结合的方法,证明了模型的正确性,可以广泛应用于各种发电机、变压器的匝间短路计算。
叶志军等[17]针对变压器一次侧绕组不同的匝间短路类型,通过理论分析与仿真计算的方式,得出了不同短路匝数和短路位置的一、二次侧电流的变化规律,如图8图9所示,图8中的横坐标表示短路的匝数百分比,图9中的横坐标表示短路匝间中心故障点距离绕组首端的百分比,并讨论了发生匝间短路时的磁场特性。
在变压器匝间故障早期,匝间绝缘由于工艺不良等问题发生劣化,导致局部过热,此时由于变压器内部的变压器油起到热对流的作用,产生的热量被转移到其他地方从而降低了对匝间绝缘的影响。随着绝缘进一步劣化,匝间绝缘电阻减小,匝间泄漏电流和故障线圈电流增大,进一步导致产热量的增加[18]。当热量积聚到一定程度后,变压器油无法顺利的将热量转移出去,导致绕组局部温度持续升高,从而引发放电故障[19]。而且在变压器匝间故障早期,绕组电流变化较小,但故障线圈电流和温度增加比较显著,可以通过检测这些特征量来监测变压器的运行状态[20]
张立静等[20]将电磁、热-流体场耦合并基于数字孪生的理念,建立了变压器匝间短路故障模型。根据该模型,故障电阻与温升呈负相关,线圈匝数与温升呈正相关,故障位置与温升的相关性不明显。通过对匝间故障电热特性的研究,可以为变压器设计制造、运行维护、故障定位等多方面提供参考。
当变压器匝间发生短路故障时,变压器内部的电流与励磁均会发生改变,通过研究变压器匝间短路时的短路电流、主磁通与漏磁通等参数,可以为变压器匝间短路的检测与保护提供依据。
潘超等[18-19]通过仿真模拟原边、副边绕组不同匝间短路位置、不同短路比例及不同负载下的电流、主磁通及漏磁通,得出当原边或副边短路时,变压器原边绕组电流与短路绕组电流的变化情况,以及变压器不同运行状况的磁场分布,结果如图10所示。同时还发现铁心励磁局部饱和,绕组漏磁增大;负载率降低,铁心励磁饱和程度加深;短路比例升高,绕组漏磁通增大。
M JABLONSKI等[21]和 L M R OLIVEIRA等[22]通过分析磁路的特征研究了变压器匝间短路的若干问题。郑涛等[5]通过分析主电抗器的等效总漏感值和两侧的漏感值,提出了一种变压器匝间短路保护的新方法。
变压器匝间短路会产生巨大的电动力,造成绕组的振动与异响,长此以往会导致变压器内部结构的变形与松动,如垫圈脱落、绝缘损坏等[23-25]。通过对变压器匝间短路故障的振动特性进行分析,有助于合理规划变压器的运行与检修工作,提高变压器设备的可靠性。
林春耀等[3]搭建了变压器短路冲击试验平台,探讨在短路冲击影响下变压器箱体振动与冲击电流的耦合关系,通过试验在绕组中设置故障,探讨在短路冲击条件下变压器匝间短路故障对频响函数的影响,结果表明通过频响函数可以判断变压器绕组的运行状态,对检测变压器匝间故障的发生位置提供参考。
潘超等[26]针对单相变压器首端匝间短路问题,搭建匝间动模试验平台,通过对比变压器首端不同短路比例下绕组的振动情况,结果表明振动加速度与短路比例呈正相关,并得出振动频谱的特性。
总结上述学者提出变压器匝间故障的电气、电热、电磁和振动特性,可以总结出这4种特性应用于变压器匝间故障检测的优缺点,如表1所示。
变压器匝间短路故障的原因主要有两种:一种是变压器生产过程中由于工艺或者操作等原因,使变压器匝间绝缘较为薄弱;另一种是在变压器运行过程中,绕组受到长期的应力作用发生位移,导致匝间绝缘磨损、断裂甚至脱落[27]。此外,绝缘材料中的气泡[28]、绕组绝缘进水[29]、浸漆工艺不良造成油道堵塞[30]等因素也会造成变压器匝间故障。
油中溶解气体分析即通过对变压器油中的甲烷、乙烯、乙炔、氢气等特征气体的产气速率与比例进行分析,从而判断变压器的运行状态[31]。该方法很早就被提出并应用于变压器的状态评估中,并形成了三比值法、大卫三角形法、罗杰斯比值法等多种经典评估方法,但其具有界限绝对、编码不适用所有可能等问题。随着智能算法和人工智能的发展,贝叶斯网络[32]、决策树[33]、支持向量机[34]等算法被广泛应用于油中溶解气体分析中,旨在更为快速、精细、准确地对变压器状态进行评估。
除了对变压器内部故障综合反映的检测方法外,由于变压器匝间短路故障越来越受到重视,且其具有早期不易被识别、后期对变压器危害大等特点,许多学者针对变压器的早期匝间绝缘故障进行了研究,并提出了一系列的检测方法。这些检测方法可以根据是否以电特征量为依据分为电学检测法和非电学检测法。电学检测法具有响应快速、理论完善等优点,但易受到变压器运行环境中的电磁干扰;非电学检测法通过分析机械、热等特性来检测变压器匝间故障,还有些通过大数据处理的方法发现匝间短路故障,可以很好地避免电磁干扰,但其理论还需进一步完善,以保证检测的精确性。
(1)电学检测法
许多学者基于行波技术对变压器匝间故障检测进行研究,通过重复脉冲法、行波反射法等方法来判断变压器匝间故障的严重程度。唐治平等[35]提出利用重复脉冲法的特征曲线来进行变压器匝间短路故障诊断。重复脉冲法试验装置框图如图11所示,通过在变压器绕组一端输入低压脉冲信号,将另一端得到的响应特征曲线结合人工神经网络算法判断特性曲线是否凸起,来判断变压器绕组是否发生了匝间短路故障,特性曲线凸起的严重程度反映了匝间短路的严重程度。
李卓昕等[36]通过在变压器绕组的一端输入低压脉冲信号,获取行波反射信号,通过分析行波在变压器绕组上的传播特性,结合采集到的行波反射信号的脉冲峰值,可以简单可靠地判断变压器绕组是否发生匝间短路故障。此外还可以通过分析反射波的衰减和畸变来诊断变压器匝间短路故障。刘达等[37]同样通过分析行波,采用了相似度分析法与能量比值法,结合遗传神经网络建立故障特征与故障位置的映射关系来定位变压器绕组匝间轻微短路故障位置。行波技术可以检测出变压器匝间轻微故障,但该方法需要将变压器从电网中切除,对于轻微故障而言显然不具有经济性。
对于在线电学监测方面,一些学者也展开了深入研究。范竞敏等[38]提出了一种通过在线辨识变压器短路阻抗来实时监测变压器状态的方法。该方法通过小波分析与加窗快速傅里叶变换算法处理采集到的模型变压器的原、次边电压、电流信号,来辨识各信号之间的相位差,从而得到等效短路阻抗。结果表明该方法可以有效识别匝间短路等故障,且已经在实际中得到应用,并取得良好的效果。
也有学者对变压器的振荡操作冲击电压的传递函数进行分析。孙文星等[39]研究了变压器匝间短路在感应式振荡操作冲击电压下的电压传递函数,结果表明不同程度的匝间短路会导致电压传递函数的最大极值点频率与幅值不同,由此可以电压传递函数来判断变压器匝间短路故障的程度。但该方法特征比较模糊,只做了定性分析,理论还需要进一步完善。
以上匝间故障检测方法可以检测变压器故障的匝数、严重程度等,但不能准确定位发生故障的位置。刘同亮等[31]通过拟合电气特征量与匝间短路时的匝数以及故障位置的曲线,能够较为准确地确定故障匝数与故障位置,以快速清除变压器匝间故障。
(2)非电学检测法
张立静等[40]将数字孪生技术应用到变压器匝间短路故障的检测中,通过结合电热特性参数的变化规律,设置合适的电热特性参数,建立了基于孪生体故障样本数据驱动的匝间短路故障诊断模型。通过仿真分析发现对于匝间短路故障,绕组热点温度比端部电流更为敏感,该研究提出的基于电热特性融合分析的匝间短路辨识法相比于电流信号的诊断方法,有更准确的诊断结果。
随着人工智能技术的发展,利用大数据对电力系统的状态进行评估越来越受到重视,也给变压器匝间短路故障检测方法提供了新思路。李璞[41]通过对变压器的时域、频域数据进行处理,得到一个合适的数据集,然后通过卷积神经网络对数据进行处理,并讨论了不同的数据处理策略对卷积神经网络技术辨识精度的影响。但该方法基于黑盒模型,缺乏可解释性。
此外,张晓华等[42]基于磁芯漏磁通的方法提出了一种可以检测少匝数短路故障的方法,该方法具有成本低、精度高的优点。M BAGHERI等[43]针对基于励磁电流和磁通分割测量的短路匝数检测技术进行了研究。张永龙等[44]从变压器匝间短路故障实例出发,分析了变压器匝间短路故障的原因,准确地查找到变压器故障的位置。
上述方法均是针对变压器匝间故障产生的分解物以及变压器绕组自身的电热特性参数变化来分析变压器故障。实际上,变压器匝间故障通常伴随着局部放电的产生,而局部放电又会进一步产生各类电学和非电学的物理信号。因此可以通过这些物理信号对局部放电进行检测,并进一步表征变压器匝间故障的发展阶段以及判断故障位置。
通过变压器故障的声音来分析变压器局部放电是一种经典的方法。超声波检测法由于超声波具有穿透性强、方向性强等特点,常用于变压器的故障定位[45]。噪声检测法主要通过评估变压器发出噪声的声压、声强、频谱特征等参数,判断变压器的故障类型与损坏程度。振动检测法可以有效排除环境中噪声的干扰,常用于评估绕组的松动或变形,但该方法理论不完善、随机误差较大,仍需要进一步研究。
脉冲电流检测技术是一种用于检测变压器局部放电的技术,同时也被国际标准IEC 60270:2015[46]所推荐。该方法具有测量灵敏度高、可对局部放电量化描述、设备安装简单等优点,通常用于设备的出厂试验或在实验室内检测。由于现场检测变压器存在较强的电磁干扰,且变压器内部环境较为复杂,信号在变压器内的传播衰减较为严重,而脉冲电流检测技术的抗干扰能力较弱,所以在现场检测使用该方法误差较大。甘德刚等[47]将特高频电磁波信号作为脉冲电流的起始信号,能够很好地抑制脉冲干扰对使用脉冲电流检测法的影响。
相比于脉冲电流检测技术,特高频电磁波检测技术的抗干扰能力和灵敏度更好,这是由于变压器局部放电时会产生频率达到千兆赫的特高频电磁波,而环境中干扰信号的频率一般不会超过200 MHz。一般通过特高频传感器检测变压器内的特高频信号(800 MHz~3 GHz)来进行局部放电检测。因其具有较强的抗噪能力、较高的灵敏度、检测范围广、能够长时间检测等优点,特高频电磁波检测技术被认为是局部放电在线检测最有前景的技术。但是这种方法不能对绝缘劣化的程度进行定量,而且在全封闭的电力设备中,不能采用外部传感器进行局部放电的探测。侯慧娟等[48]提出了一种基于特高频传感器阵和电磁波衰减模型进行全站局部放电定位的方法。
总的来说,油中溶解气体检测手段能够较为有效地识别变压器故障发展的中后期,在工程现场得到了大量的验证和应用,但其缺点在于对早期故障难以有效识别,且难以实现在线监测。以行波检测、局部放电检测为代表的各类电学、非电学等新型在线监测手段的优势在于检测灵敏度高,可以在故障早期进行判别以及定位,但目前大部分相关方法仍处于实验室阶段,没有得到有效的工程检验和工程应用。
现阶段变压器内部匝数短路难以检测和难以保护。熊小伏等[49]通过分析变压器两侧绕组匝数与变压器绕组两侧电流的比值对应关系,提出了一种利用电流比变化量匝间保护的方法。该方法能很好地区分匝间故障相,并排除变压器外部故障与变压器内部相间故障的干扰,具有较高的灵敏性。
郑涛等[15]以表征等效总漏感变化的标准差为动作量,以表征两侧漏感变化平稳性的量为制动量,构成类比率制动式的保护。该方法将等效瞬时漏感与两侧漏感相结合,可以较为灵敏地切除匝间短路故障,可避免受到其他故障的影响。
智能算法作为一种新兴的处理匝间短路故障保护的方法而被广泛研究,王雪等[23]提出一种基于粒子群算法的匝间短路保护方法。该方法以粒子群算法中的适应函数作为评价函数,通过该函数对通过数据处理计算得到的励磁电阻进行评价,若在寻优空间内最小适应度值大于阈值,则可判定存在匝间短路故障。但该方法有可能陷入局部最优解,需要进一步解决这一问题。
匝间绝缘故障是导致变压器内部故障的主要原因之一,其具有初期特征不明显、后期检修难度大、危害程度大等特点,而现阶段专门针对变压器匝间放电的放电机理、检测方法、保护方法、特性分析等方面的研究较少,对变压器匝间放电的研究处在理论分析层面,尚不能广泛应用于变压器设备中。本文总结了国内外变压器匝间故障的研究成果,对未来解决变压器匝间故障提出了以下展望:
(1)由于变压器匝间故障具有早期难发现、后期危害大的特点,如何预防或者在早期识别并解决变压器匝间故障极为重要,所以需要对变压器匝间故障的机理与早期发展进行深入研究。
(2)现阶段对变压器匝间故障的检测着重于模式识别,为更准确地判断故障的程度、位置,模式识别技术结合定位技术可以为变压器提供更好的运检建议。
(3)变压器匝间故障伴随着电、热、磁、机械等多种影响因素,现阶段的研究多针对一种影响因素,因考虑的因素比较少,使诊断结果具有特征不明显、易受环境干扰等特点。而通过多物理场耦合的方式进行分析变压器匝间运行状态,可以尽量避免自然或人为因素带来的误差,提高结果的准确性。
(4)现阶段随着“大、物、云、智、移”、数字孪生技术等新兴技术不断发展,给变压器匝间故障带来了新的研究方法。可以为变压器建立数字孪生模型,贯穿变压器的设计、制造、安装、维护、运行、报废等全生命周期,通过虚拟实体与物理实体的实时交互来判断变压器绕组的健康状态。
