In order to guide the selection of fluorocarbon resin film forming material cured at room temperature in the development of anti-pollution flashover coating, the structure and properties of fluorocarbon resin film forming materials were characterized by FT-IR, AFM, UV ageing, thermogravimetric analysis, contact angle test, volume resistivity and high-voltage capacitor bridge. The results show that the optimal mass fraction of curing agent for FEVE-based type I and type II fluorocarbon resins are 19% and 24%, respectively. Under the optimal curing agent content, the contact angle of FEVE-based type I and type II fluorocarbon resins are 91° and 104°, respectively. After UV ageing for 800 h, the appearance color, hydrophobicity, hardness, adhesion, thermal decomposition temperature, and molecular structure do not change. After 30 min of ultrasonic fog wetting, the AC wet lightning voltage of fluorocarbon resin is about 25 kV, indicating that the FEVE-based fluorocarbon resin has excellent electrical insulation properties and ageing resistance, and is a good base material for the development of antifouling flashover coatings.

为了指导防污闪涂料开发中常温固化氟碳类树脂成膜物的选型,采用FT-IR、AFM、紫外老化、热重分析、接触角测试、体积电阻率和高压电容电桥对其结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂固化剂的最佳质量分数分别为19%和24%。在最佳固化剂含量下,FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂的接触角分别为91°和104°。经800 h紫外老化后,氟碳树脂的外观颜色、憎水性、硬度、附着力、热分解温度及分子结构均未发生变化。经过30 min的超声雾润湿后,氟碳树脂的交流湿闪电压在25 kV左右,说明FEVE基氟碳树脂具有优异的电气绝缘性能和耐老化性能,是良好的防污闪涂料开发用基料。

为了指导防污闪涂料开发中常温固化氟碳类树脂成膜物的选型,采用FT-IR、AFM、紫外老化、热重分析、接触角测试、体积电阻率和高压电容电桥对其结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂固化剂的最佳质量分数分别为19%和24%。在最佳固化剂含量下,FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂的接触角分别为91°和104°。经800 h紫外老化后,氟碳树脂的外观颜色、憎水性、硬度、附着力、热分解温度及分子结构均未发生变化。经过30 min的超声雾润湿后,氟碳树脂的交流湿闪电压在25 kV左右,说明FEVE基氟碳树脂具有优异的电气绝缘性能和耐老化性能,是良好的防污闪涂料开发用基料。

In order to guide the selection of fluorocarbon resin film forming material cured at room temperature in the development of anti-pollution flashover coating, the structure and properties of fluorocarbon resin film forming materials were characterized by FT-IR, AFM, UV ageing, thermogravimetric analysis, contact angle test, volume resistivity and high-voltage capacitor bridge. The results show that the optimal mass fraction of curing agent for FEVE-based type I and type II fluorocarbon resins are 19% and 24%, respectively. Under the optimal curing agent content, the contact angle of FEVE-based type I and type II fluorocarbon resins are 91° and 104°, respectively. After UV ageing for 800 h, the appearance color, hydrophobicity, hardness, adhesion, thermal decomposition temperature, and molecular structure do not change. After 30 min of ultrasonic fog wetting, the AC wet lightning voltage of fluorocarbon resin is about 25 kV, indicating that the FEVE-based fluorocarbon resin has excellent electrical insulation properties and ageing resistance, and is a good base material for the development of antifouling flashover coatings.

硅橡胶类防污闪涂料因长期运行后会出现积污严重、清洗困难、涂层易发生劣化等问题,造成憎水性不足,难以确保长期运行后的防污闪效果[1-7]。由于氟碳树脂中C-F键键能高达485 kJ/mol,氟原子的电负性大,使得相邻氟原子之间的排斥力大,且同一碳链上的氟原子并不在同一条直线上,而是在碳链周围呈螺旋状分布,屏蔽了C-C键,使得含氟聚合物具有高度的稳定性及优良的耐老化性能。另外,氟原子极化率低,碳氟化合物的介电常数和介质损耗因数均很小,其聚合物高度绝缘,以氟碳树脂为成膜物的防污闪涂料开发或改性成为长效防污闪涂料研究的热点[8-11]
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)及聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)基氟碳涂料因需要高温固化导致涂覆成本高、现场施工不便,极大地限制了其在防污闪领域的大范围应用。而聚三氟氯乙烯与乙烯基醚聚合物(FEVE)基涂料可在常温固化成型,具有表面能低、自洁性好等特点,成为防污闪领域中氟碳涂料的研究重点,研究人员对此开展了大量的研究工作。以低表面能FEVE树脂作为成膜物,通过添加氧化硅[12-14]、氧化钛[15]、氧化锌[16-17]、碳纳米管[18]等填料,构建多层级的微-纳粗糙结构,可实现涂层的超憎水效果,从而改善防污闪涂层的抗润湿性能;通过添加氮化硼、氢氧化铝等[19-20]填料,可改善涂层的导热性能,提升防污闪涂层的耐电痕和阻燃等性能;通过添加硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂等功能性成分,可显著提升防污闪涂层在绝缘子表面的疏水性和附着力等性能[21]
众多研究结果表明,以氟碳树脂作为成膜物制备的涂料在耐候性、附着力、硬度等方面均表现出优异的效果。通过填料复配、添加功能助剂等方式可显著提升涂层的电气绝缘性能,确保涂层的体积电阻率、电气强度、耐漏电起痕及电蚀损等指标满足防污闪的要求[22-23]。目前,国内外对于氟碳类防污闪涂料的研究主要以涂料开发和性能调控为主,但对成膜物电气绝缘性能的研究较少。市面上氟碳树脂种类繁多,且性能不同,缺少对成膜物电气绝缘性能的研究增加了氟碳类防污闪涂料的开发难度。掌握氟碳树脂的电气绝缘性能等指标参数对防污闪涂料开发过程中成膜物的选型具有重要指导意义。
本文从产品性能和产品价格两个方面综合考虑,分别选取了FEVE基I型和FEVE基II型氟碳树脂为研究对象,考察固化剂含量对氟碳树脂电气绝缘性能的影响规律;在满足优异电气绝缘性能的前提下,研究了氟碳树脂的憎水性、耐老化性和湿闪特性;采用原子力显微镜和红外光谱仪分析表征氟碳树脂表面形貌和分子结构对成膜物憎水性及耐老化性能的影响,为氟碳类防污闪涂料开发中成膜物的选型提供指导。
FEVE基I型氟碳树脂(型号为GK-570),大金氟化工(中国)有限公司;FEVE基II型氟碳树脂,济南华临化工有限公司;异氰酸酯固化剂(型号为3390),德国拜耳集团;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯,分析纯,天津市富宇精细化工有限公司。
高阻计(型号为HEST-200),北京华测试验仪器有限公司;高压电容电桥(型号为Q37a),北京华测试验仪器有限公司;紫外老化箱,东莞市优卓检测仪器有限公司;接触角测定仪(JCY系列),上海方瑞仪器有限公司;傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(型号为Nicolet is10),赛默飞世尔科技有限公司;热重分析仪(型号为STA200),日立集团;原子力显微镜(Bruker Dimension Edge),布鲁克科技有限公司;控制器(HTC),武汉三鑫科技有限公司。
将乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯溶液按质量比为2∶3混合后充分搅拌均匀,加入氟碳树脂,在转速为500 r/min的磁力搅拌下搅拌5~10 min;按比例加入固化剂,继续搅拌10~15 min后,将溶液转移至手套箱中排气。排气完成后浇注到模具(直径为10 cm)和玻璃片表面(尺寸为8 cm×10 cm),在室温固化。待样品固化后,将模具中的样品完整取出,用于体积电阻率、电气强度、红外光谱测试;玻璃样品用于接触角、表面形貌、耐老化性能和湿闪性能测试。
采用螺旋测微仪在样品不同位置取5个点测量样品厚度,取平均值作为样品厚度;将样品置于高阻计中,施加500 V的电压,记录样品极化1 min后的体积电阻值;根据厚度和体积电阻值计算得到样品的体积电阻率。
采用螺旋测微仪在样品不同位置取5个点测量样品厚度,取平均值作为样品厚度;将样品置于高压电容电桥中,施加500 V电压,测量并记录样品的电容电阻值;根据厚度和电容电阻值计算得到样品的介电常数和介质损耗因数。
采用接触角测定仪对样品的憎水性进行测试,测量的水滴体积为4 μL;在样品表面选取5个不同的点进行接触角的检测,取5次测量结果的平均值作为样品的接触角。
采用轻敲模式,在原子力显微镜下对样品表面粗糙度进行表征。
采用热重分析仪对老化前、后的样品在氮气气氛下进行热稳定性分析,温度范围为30~1 000℃,升温速率为10℃/min。
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对老化前、后的样品进行衰减全反射扫描,扫描波数为500~4 000 cm-1,分辨率为4 cm-1
将3组玻璃表面的样品水平放置于人工环境试验箱中(尺寸为1.2 m×1.2 m×1.2 m);开启超声雾发生器,保持1 500 mL/h的超声雾输入量,在相对湿度为90%~95%的环境下润湿样品30 min;关闭超声雾发生器,取出样品,放置于平行板电场中,以1 kV/s的速度匀速升压直至样品闪络;取3组样品闪络电压的平均值作为湿闪电压。
取3组样品置于50℃的紫外老化箱内,在波长为340 nm的紫外波段下进行照射;每隔100 h取出样品进行外观和接触角检测;800 h后,取出样品进行铅笔硬度和附着力测试(划格法)。
固化剂含量对FEVE基I型氟碳树脂电气绝缘性能的影响如图1所示。
图1可以看出,随着固化剂含量的增加,样品的体积电阻率呈先增大后减小的趋势,介电常数和介质损耗因数呈先减小后增大的趋势。说明提高固化剂的含量,树脂的固化度增加,样品的电气绝缘性能增强。但是当固化剂含量增加到一定程度,超出与树脂反应的化学反应计量比时,样品的介电常数和介质损耗因数急剧增大,这主要是由于固化剂含量过高时,体系中存在的过量活性官能团提升了样品的极化率和极化分子数,从而导致样品的介电常数和介质损耗因数增大,而电气绝缘性能降低。因此在综合考虑电气绝缘性能的前提下,确定FEVE基I型树脂固化剂的最佳质量分数为19%。
固化剂含量对FEVE基II型氟碳树脂电气绝缘性能的影响如图2所示。
图2(a)可以看出,固化剂质量分数从16%增加到19%时,样品的体积电阻率基本保持不变;固化剂质量分数继续增加到24%时,样品的体积电阻率达到最大,随着固化剂含量的进一步增加,样品的体积电阻率呈现下降的趋势,并出现波动。从图2(b)可以看出,样品的介电常数和介质损耗因数随着固化剂含量的增加呈现出先增大后减小再增大的趋势,当固化剂质量分数从24%增加到28%时,样品的介电常数由1.6增大到2.4,介质损耗因数由0.80%增大到1.00%。这一现象与FEVE基I型氟碳树脂中的现象基本一致,说明体系中过量的固化剂对氟碳树脂的电气绝缘性能不利。因此在综合考虑电气绝缘性能的前提下,确定FEVE基II型氟碳树脂固化剂的最佳质量分数为24%。
按照上述优化的固化剂含量制备FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂样品,并开展样品的憎水性研究,结果如表1所示。从表1可以看出,玻璃表面的接触角为57°,硅橡胶防污闪涂料的接触角为108°,FEVE基I型氟碳树脂的接触角为91°,FEVE基II型氟碳树脂的接触角为104°。两种氟碳树脂的接触角均达到憎水性表面的要求,其中FEVE基II型氟碳树脂的接触角更接近硅橡胶防污闪涂层。氟碳树脂具有较高的接触角与其具有低表面能和微-纳粗糙结构有关。
通过原子力显微镜(AFM)对样品表面的形貌进行表征,结果如图3所示。
图3可以看出,玻璃表面结构平整;RTV和氟碳树脂表面呈高低起伏状,具有大小不一的“乳突”结构,并且树脂表面的粗糙程度与接触角大小的规律相一致。依据Wenzel模型,树脂表面接触角的增大是由于表面粗糙度的增加提高了固液接触面积以及固液界面对体系能量的贡献[24]
取两种树脂各3组样品,分别标记为Black、Sample1和Sample2。将Black作为对照组,置于老化箱中,进行遮光处理,使其不经受紫外线的照射;Sample1和Sample2作为试验组,在波长为340 nm的紫外线照射下进行老化性能研究。老化箱的温度设为50℃,每隔100 h,将3组样品取出进行接触角和外观的检测。3组样品老化后的接触角测试结果如图4所示。从图4中可以看出,FEVE基I型氟碳树脂随着老化时间从0 h增加到800 h,样品的接触角均保持在90°左右,并未发生明显的变化;FEVE基II型氟碳树脂随着老化时间从0 h增加到800 h,样品的接触角始终保持在100°~110°。氟碳树脂老化前、后的形貌变化如图5所示。从图5中可以明显的看出,老化800 h后树脂表面颜色未发生变化,同时未出现粉化、开裂、起泡等现象。通过铅笔硬度和划格法进行样品硬度和附着力测试,老化后样品的硬度仍保持在2 H,附着力维持在0级。
通过同步热重分析仪和红外光谱对样品老化800 h前、后的热稳定性和结构进行分析和表征,结果如图6图7所示。从图6可以看出,FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂老化800 h后的起始热分解温度和分解速率最快时的温度与老化前一致,未发生变化,说明氟碳树脂老化后仍保持着优异的热稳定性。从图7可以看出,老化前后,FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂的红外光谱未发生吸收峰增多或减少的现象,说明老化前后树脂的分子结构并未发生变化。
以上结果说明,FEVE基氟碳树脂在经过800 h的紫外老化后,外观颜色、憎水性、硬度、附着力、热稳定性和分子结构均未发生变化,具有优异的耐老化性能。
将样品置于人工环境试验箱内,采用超声雾的方式润湿样品30 min,润湿后样品的状态如图8所示。从图8可以看出,水滴在玻璃、FEVE基I型氟碳树脂、FEVE基II型氟碳树脂、RTV的铺展面积逐渐减小,这与样品表面的憎水性密切相关。玻璃表面的接触角最小,仅为57°,所以水滴在其表面的铺展面积最大,水滴之间连成片状;FEVE基I型氟碳树脂表面的接触角为91°,所以相比玻璃表面,水滴铺展面积大幅缩小,呈现出细密的水滴分布;FEVE基II型氟碳树脂接触角为104°,水滴铺展面积进一步减小,水滴在其表面呈现出更加细密的分布;RTV涂层表面的接触角达到108°,水滴在其表面分布的细密程度进一步提升,具有优异的抗润湿性能,这也是RTV涂层具有优异的防污闪性能的关键。
将润湿30 min后的样品从人工环境箱内取出,置于平行板电场中(如图9所示),以1 kV/s的速度匀速升压直至闪络,观察样品在交流电场下的湿闪特性,结果如图10所示。从图10可以看出,RTV由于是成熟的防污闪涂料产品,湿闪电压达到32 kV。FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂的闪络电压均在25 kV左右,远高于玻璃的闪络电压,这与水滴在其表面的分布状态密切相关。由于玻璃表面的憎水性较差,水滴在其表面铺展面积较大,在样品表面施加电场后,水滴发生变形更易在其表面形成通路,从而导致闪络发生;而氟碳树脂表面由于接触角较大,憎水性能优异,水滴在其表面的铺展面积小,水滴在电场作用下变形形成通路所需的电压较玻璃表面更大,从而表现出更大的闪络电压。氟碳树脂作为防污闪涂料开发的成膜物,具有优异的抗润湿性和较大的闪络电压,后续通过添加填料等功能性成分,可进一步提高成膜物的接触角和抗润湿性能,提升闪络电压,获得更优异的防污闪效果。
通过改变固化剂含量制备了一系列的FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂样品,研究了固化剂含量对FEVE基氟碳树脂电气绝缘性能的影响规律,确定FEVE基I型氟碳树脂固化剂的最佳质量分数为19%,FEVE基II型氟碳树脂固化剂的最佳质量分数为24%。在最佳固化剂含量下,FEVE基I型和II型氟碳树脂表面具有大小不一的“乳突”结构,结合其低表面能特性,其表面接触角分别为91°和104°,具有优异的憎水性。经800 h紫外老化后,氟碳树脂的性能均未发生明显变化,具有优异的耐老化性能。在交流电场下,经过30 min的超声雾润湿后,氟碳树脂的闪络电压仍高达25 kV,具有优异的抗闪络特性。
