In this paper, the physicochemical and electrical properties of oil-paper insulation in the process of surface discharge deterioration under static and flowing oil conditions were studied. The discharge product and moisture of oil-paper insulation were analyzed by infrared spectrometer and micro-water measuring instrument. The multilayer microstructure of oil-paper insulation was analyzed by viscosity tester, X-ray diffractometer, and scanning electron microscope. The conductivity, electric strength, and partial discharge of oil-paper insulation were analyzed by electrical measurement. The multi-type discharge deterioration characteristics of oil-paper insulation in static and flowing oil were compared and analyzed. The results show that the flow of oil slows down the surface discharge deterioration of oil-paper insulation, retards the rise of electrical conductivity and the decline of electric strength, and inhibits the occurrence and development of surface discharge. The surface conductivity determines the difficulty of surface discharge, and its increase results in the statistical distribution of surface discharge times showing a repetitive characteristic of "wave" gradually. Discharge frequency determines the surface discharge deterioration and destruction degree of oil-paper insulation, which is an efficient characteristic quantity to evaluate the deterioration state of oil-paper surface discharge.

本文在静止和流动油体状态下,对油纸在沿面放电劣化过程中的理化性能及电气性能进行了对比实验研究。利用红外光谱仪、微水测量仪分析油纸的放电产物及水分;利用黏度测试仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜分析油纸的多层次微观结构;利用电气测量手段分析油纸的电导率、电气强度及局部放电等电气性能;对比分析油纸在静止与流动油体中的多类型放电劣化特征。结果表明:油体的流动减缓了油纸的沿面放电劣化,减缓了油纸电导率的上升幅度和电气强度的下降幅度,抑制了沿面放电的发生和发展;表面电导率决定了沿面放电发生的难易程度,其增长导致沿面放电次数统计分布逐渐呈现“波浪”的重复性特征;放电频次决定了油纸沿面放电劣化和破坏的程度,是评估油纸沿面放电劣化状态的高效特征量。

本文在静止和流动油体状态下,对油纸在沿面放电劣化过程中的理化性能及电气性能进行了对比实验研究。利用红外光谱仪、微水测量仪分析油纸的放电产物及水分;利用黏度测试仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜分析油纸的多层次微观结构;利用电气测量手段分析油纸的电导率、电气强度及局部放电等电气性能;对比分析油纸在静止与流动油体中的多类型放电劣化特征。结果表明:油体的流动减缓了油纸的沿面放电劣化,减缓了油纸电导率的上升幅度和电气强度的下降幅度,抑制了沿面放电的发生和发展;表面电导率决定了沿面放电发生的难易程度,其增长导致沿面放电次数统计分布逐渐呈现“波浪”的重复性特征;放电频次决定了油纸沿面放电劣化和破坏的程度,是评估油纸沿面放电劣化状态的高效特征量。

In this paper, the physicochemical and electrical properties of oil-paper insulation in the process of surface discharge deterioration under static and flowing oil conditions were studied. The discharge product and moisture of oil-paper insulation were analyzed by infrared spectrometer and micro-water measuring instrument. The multilayer microstructure of oil-paper insulation was analyzed by viscosity tester, X-ray diffractometer, and scanning electron microscope. The conductivity, electric strength, and partial discharge of oil-paper insulation were analyzed by electrical measurement. The multi-type discharge deterioration characteristics of oil-paper insulation in static and flowing oil were compared and analyzed. The results show that the flow of oil slows down the surface discharge deterioration of oil-paper insulation, retards the rise of electrical conductivity and the decline of electric strength, and inhibits the occurrence and development of surface discharge. The surface conductivity determines the difficulty of surface discharge, and its increase results in the statistical distribution of surface discharge times showing a repetitive characteristic of "wave" gradually. Discharge frequency determines the surface discharge deterioration and destruction degree of oil-paper insulation, which is an efficient characteristic quantity to evaluate the deterioration state of oil-paper surface discharge.

油纸绝缘因具有良好的绝缘性能、散热性能以及低成本而成为电力变压器内绝缘的主要形式[1]。沿面放电是电力变压器最严重的故障类型之一,近年来发生在油纸表面的沿面放电导致了多起变压器运行故障[2-4],造成巨大经济损失。因此,开展油纸绝缘沿面放电劣化研究,对于保障电力变压器安全运行以及电力系统稳定性具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。
变压器在绝缘受潮或机械变形等情况下,极易在油纸界面处发生局部放电(partial discharge,PD),放电沿着油纸表面爬行,会使油纸绝缘碳化,绝缘强度下降,引起变压器绕组短路,导致变压器发生套管炸裂、起火等严重性故障[5]。目前,研究人员对油纸沿面放电的影响因素及机理进行了相关分析研究。文献[6-7]研究了水分对油纸沿面放电特性的影响,认为纸板含水量的增加导致起始放电电压降低、损耗和电容率增加,且沿面放电过程与白斑的形成和发展存在对应关系;文献[8-9]研究了温度对油纸沿面放电特性的影响,认为高温下纸板的起始放电电压和闪络电压均高于低温下的值,特别在复合电压下温度升高还会使沿面放电速度加快;文献[10-13]研究了直流、交流或脉冲等不同电压类型对油纸沿面放电闪络特性的影响,并分析了相应的抑制措施;另外,绝缘油的不同类型、绝缘纸的不同老化程度对沿面放电的影响也受到相应关注[14-16]。虽然针对水分、温度、电压类型等不同因素对油纸沿面放电的影响及机理进行了相关研究并取得了一定成果,但这些研究主要是在静止绝缘油中进行,而在实际运行的变压器中,由于强迫油循环散热或温差热对流的作用,绝缘油常处于流动状态,这必将给油纸沿面放电劣化带来新的行为特点,如绝缘油的流动将使得油纸界面电荷发生分离而产生油流带电现象、油流速度的高低影响油中金属微粒或杂质颗粒的聚合情况、油的流动影响“小桥”通道的形成和发展等[17-19],从而影响油纸界面中局部放电的发生及界面闪络特性,此时绝缘健康状态的评估措施也需要进行相应修正。目前,绝缘油体的流动与否对油纸沿面放电劣化的影响以及油体流动时绝缘健康状态评估措施的修正还鲜见深入报道。
本文设计了在静止和流动油体中的油纸沿面放电劣化实验;利用光学显微镜、微水测量仪、扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪等理化分析手段以及数字示波器、高阻仪、柱-柱电极等电气测量手段,分别测试静止和流动油体中油纸沿面放电劣化后的产物、微观结构及电气性能;对比分析静止和流动油体中油纸沿面放电劣化后的多类型特征,为实际不同油体状态下变压器的故障诊断及健康状态评估提供参考。
实验采用厚度为0.5 mm的普通纤维素绝缘纸(Kraft)、克拉玛依25矿物绝缘油。将绝缘纸剪裁成直径为70 mm的圆片,然后根据变压器绝缘处理工艺[20],对裁剪好的绝缘纸试品进行真空、干燥及浸油等预处理。
图1为沿面放电实验模型,其中电极参考GB/T 1048.1—2016《绝缘材料电气强度试验方法 第1部分:工频下试验》制作,且置于充满矿物绝缘油的有机玻璃容器中;处理好的油纸试品置于上、下电极之间;模型带有油流循环控制系统。
图2为实验系统图。将放电模型置于恒温箱中,根据GB/T 1094.2—2013《电力变压器 第2部分:液浸式变压器的温升》设置恒温箱温度为80℃以模拟油纸实际运行环境;实验变压器通过保护水阻向放电模型施加工频交流电压,且用分压器测量电压的大小及相位;数字示波器(LeCroy WaveRunner 604Zi)用来测量由罗氏线圈感应的局部放电信号。
根据前期预备实验,本文采用静止油中初始油纸放电起始电压的1.5倍电压即17 kV作为实验电压,分别施加于静止和流动油体中的油纸试品进行放电加速劣化实验,在约200 h发生闪络击穿则放电劣化过程结束;油体流动时平均速度不超过0.3 m/s,以免油流带电。
将约200 h的放电劣化过程平均分为“初始(前期)、中期、后期”3个阶段,分别在初始(0 h)、中期(90 h)、后期(180 h)采集局部放电信号,并取出部分绝缘油和绝缘纸试品分别进行理化性能及电气性能测量。
分别利用普通相机、光学显微镜(型号为XTZ-B)观测油纸表面形貌;利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR,型号为Nicolet 6700)分析油纸放电劣化产物;根据IEC 60814-1997《绝缘液体、油浸纸及油浸纸板用卡尔费休自动电量滴定法测定水分》相关要求,利用卡尔费休库伦滴定仪(型号为DL32)与干燥炉(型号为DO308)联用的微水测量仪,测量绝缘油和绝缘纸中的水分含量。
根据IEC 60450-2004《新的和老化的纤维素电气绝缘材料的黏均聚合度的测量》相关要求,利用黏度测试仪(型号为NCY-2)测量油纸的分子链平均聚合度;利用X射线衍射仪(XRD,型号为Rigaku D/max-2500/PC)测量油纸的超分子聚集态结构;利用扫描电镜(SEM,型号为JSM-6460LV)观测油纸的微观形貌结构。
根据GB/T 7354—2018《局部放电测量》相关要求,测试油纸的放电起始/熄灭电压,并利用数字示波器实时采集油纸产生的局部放电信号;根据GB/T 1410—2006《固体绝缘材料体积电阻率和表面电阻率试验方法》相关要求,采用高阻仪(型号为Agilent 4339B)测试油纸的表面电导率和体积电导率;根据GB/T 1048.1—2016《绝缘材料电气强度试验方法 第1部分:工频下试验》相关要求,利用柱-柱电极测试油纸的电气强度。放电起始/熄灭电压、电导率及电气强度均取5个试品的测试平均值。
在自然光背景下,利用普通相机拍摄的油纸表面形貌如图3所示。从图3可以看出,在放电劣化过程中,不论是流动的还是静止的油中,油纸表面均从初始的淡黄色逐渐演变为后期的黄褐色,且静止油中油纸表面的颜色变化更加显著;同时,在放电劣化过程中,流动油中绝缘纸的表面一直比较洁净,而静止油中,放电90 h后的绝缘纸表面出现微黑斑点,表明绝缘表面有新物质生成,放电180 h后的绝缘纸表面出现树枝状放电通道,表明绝缘表面有电树枝形成。
利用显微镜进一步观测静止油中油纸的显微形貌如图4所示。从图4可以看出,初始阶段(放电0 h),油纸绝缘表面洁净;放电90 h后,油纸表面出现凝状液滴;放电180 h后,循着凝状液滴并沿着液滴的分布走向在油纸表面出现树枝状放电通道,主要由于凝状液滴会畸变绝缘电场,使得液滴周围电场增强,从而发生剧烈放电,导致电树枝的引发及增长。
(1)表面产物
实验测得的油纸表面红外光谱如图5所示。从图5可以看出,在流动油中,放电180 h后的油纸表面红外光谱与初始阶段(放电0 h)油纸的红外光谱相比,峰形、峰位均没有变化,也没有新增峰位,进一步说明了放电劣化过程流动油中油纸表面无新物质生成。但在静止油中,放电90 h后,油纸表面的红外光谱与初始阶段(放电0 h)油纸表面的红外光谱相比,在波数为1 700 cm-1附近出现新增吸收峰,主要由羰基(C=O)的伸缩振动引起,表明绝缘表面有羰基类物质生成,同时在波数为2 800 cm-1和2 700 cm-1附近出现双峰波形,对应醛基(H-C=O)特征峰[21],表明该羰基类物质中一定含有醛类物质;放电180 h后,油纸表面的红外光谱中羰基特征峰依然存在,但醛基特征峰消失,表明此时在放电作用下醛类物质已然转化为羧酸类物质[17]。因此,在静止油中,油纸表面放电劣化生成的新物质为羰基类和羧酸类物质,并沉积在油纸表面形成凝状液滴或油泥斑点。
(2)水分生成
水分会严重影响材料的绝缘性能,是绝缘的“天敌”[22]。实验测得的油纸二相体系水分含量如图6所示。从图6可以看出,在放电劣化过程中,不论流动的还是静止的油中,绝缘纸和绝缘油中的含水量均呈逐渐增长趋势,且水分主要分布于绝缘纸中;同时,流动油的含水量较同期静止油的含水量要高,但流动油中绝缘纸的含水量较同期静止油中绝缘纸的含水量要低。
绝缘纸和绝缘油均由含碳(C)、氢(H)、氧(O)的化合物构成,在放电作用下,碳氢键(C-H)或碳氧键(C-O)易断键,形成游离态的C、H、O;游离态碳沉积于绝缘表面会形成微黑的油泥,游离态氢和氧极不稳定,易结合形成水分(H2O),故放电劣化过程中油纸体系的水分含量逐渐增长、碳粒逐渐增多。油纸体系中水分分布是个动态平衡过程,由于绝缘纸中纤维素分子的羟基(OH)易于吸引水分(H-OH)而形成氢键(O-H…O),使得油纸体系中水分主要分布于绝缘纸中[23]。同时,油体的流动加速纸中水分向油中转移,导致流动油的含水量高于同期静止油的含水量,相应地流动油中绝缘纸的含水量要低于同期静止油中绝缘纸的含水量;另外,油体的流动也抑制了碳粒沉积形成油泥。
综上所述,油体的流动抑制了油纸体系放电产物及电树枝的生成,减缓了表面凝状液滴或油泥的形成,同时加速了水分由纸中向油中的转移。
普通绝缘纸的主要成分为天然纤维素,天然纤维素是由β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基彼此以(1-4)-β-苷键连接而成的线性高分子化合物[24],其结构单元如图7所示,聚合度n为分子链中重复单元数目的平均值。
平均聚合度可直接表征油纸绝缘的劣化程度。实验测得的油纸平均聚合度如图8所示。从图8可以看出,初始阶段平均聚合度为1 200左右;放电180 h后,虽然在流动油和静止油中平均聚合度均有下降趋势,但其值仍在1 200附近,其微弱变化不足以对绝缘性能造成实质影响。因此,本文约200 h的放电劣化对油纸聚合度基本没有造成影响。
油纸纤维为晶区与不定形区二相共存的超分子聚集态结构[24],晶区主要影响绝缘纸硬度,不定形区主要影响纤维形变、吸湿性和透气性等,在一定条件下二者可以相互转化。X射线衍射是分析聚集态结构的有效方法。
实验测得的油纸X射线衍射图谱如图9所示。从图9可以看出,在放电劣化过程中,不论是在流动还是静止油中,放电180 h后油纸的X射线衍射谱线与初始阶段(放电0 h)的谱线相比,峰形、峰位均没有改变,也没有新增晶面峰。因此,本文约200 h的放电劣化对油纸聚集态结构也基本没有造成影响。
实验测得的油纸表面SEM图如图10所示。从图10可以看出,初始阶段(放电0 h)表面纤维纹路清晰、完整,且呈较强立体性;放电180 h后,在流动油中,表面仍可见纤维纹路,虽因放电烧蚀导致纤维表面更加平整光滑,但纤维纹路仍完整;而在静止油中,表面纤维出现断裂,并有分丝帚化现象。由此可见,油体的流动减缓了放电对油纸表面微区形貌结构的劣化和破坏。
低电导率和高电气强度是绝缘材料的内在要求,也是衡量其绝缘性能的主要指标。实验测得的油纸电导率及电气强度分别如图11图12所示。
图1112可以看出,在放电劣化过程中,不论是在流动还是静止油中,油纸的表面电导率和体积电导率均呈逐渐上升趋势,但其电气强度呈逐渐下降趋势;同时,静止油中油纸的表面电导率和体积电导率均高于同期流动油中油纸的表面电导率和体积电导率,但其电气强度均低于同期流动油中的值。
水分具有高电导的特性,随着放电劣化过程的持续,绝缘纸含水量逐渐增加,直接导致油纸的表面电导率和体积电导率逐渐上升。在放电劣化过程中,静止油中绝缘纸的含水量本就高于同期流动油中绝缘纸的含水量,伴随静止油中油纸纤维因放电造成的分丝帚化,导致分丝的微细纤维突出到绝缘油中并与其充分接触,进一步加剧静止油中绝缘纸对油中水分的吸附;同时,静止油中油纸表面生成的羧酸(为电解质)及沉积的碳粒等本身即为强导电性物质;由此导致了静止油中油纸的表面电导率和体积电导率高于同期流动油中油纸的表面电导率和体积电导率。
水分还具有低击穿的特性,随着放电劣化过程的持续,绝缘纸含水量的逐渐增加、油纸的表面电导率和体积电导率逐渐上升,绝缘纸中浅陷阱数量逐渐增多,促使有更多电子能够脱陷而参与电子崩增殖运动[25],从而使得油纸发生电击穿变得容易;同时,电导率升高也将促使介质损耗增大,从而使得油纸发生热击穿的概率增加;由此导致了油纸绝缘在放电劣化过程中电气强度下降。另外,静止油中油纸表面形成的油泥或凝状液滴会畸变绝缘电场,加之油的流动将进一步阻碍“小桥”通道的形成,导致静止油中油纸的电气强度低于同期流动油中油纸的电气强度。
由此可知,在放电劣化过程中,油体的流动减缓了油纸电导率的上升幅度和电气强度的下降幅度。
局部放电是导致绝缘劣化的重要因素,也是评估绝缘健康状态的重要手段[26]。表征局部放电的参数主要有起始/熄灭电压、放电次数及放电量等。放电起始/熄灭电压用来衡量绝缘耐受局部放电的能力,可以直接测得;放电次数和放电量用来衡量放电的强度,常用它们关于放电相位的二维统计分布来表征,即对于多个工频周期的放电信号,将放电相位划分为若干个小区间,统计每个小区间内的放电次数、放电量平均值或最大值等[27-28],抑制单次放电随机性的影响。
(1)放电起始/熄灭电压
实验测得的油纸局部放电起始/熄灭电压如图13所示。从图13可以看出,在放电劣化过程中,不论流动还是静止油中,油纸局部放电起始/熄灭电压均呈逐渐下降趋势;同时,流动油中油纸的放电起始电压/熄灭电压均高于同期静止油中的值。
放电发生的首要条件是须产生能形成电子崩的首电子[29]。在放电劣化过程中,随着油纸表面电导率的逐渐增大,相应地绝缘材料中的陷阱深度逐渐降低,电子脱陷趋于容易[30],使得在较低电压下就能产生放电所需的首电子,从而导致放电起始/熄灭电压逐渐下降。由于流动油中油纸绝缘的表面电导率低于同期静止油中的值,相应地绝缘材料中的陷阱深度升高,导致电子脱陷趋于困难,只有在较高电压下才能产生放电所需的首电子,从而使其放电起始/熄灭电压高于同期静止油中的值;同时,油体的流动抑制了“小桥”通道的建立,进一步提高了放电起始/熄灭电压。因此,表面电导率是决定油纸沿面放电发生难易程度的关键;油体的流动提高了沿面放电的起始/熄灭电压,抑制了沿面放电的发生。
(2)放电次数统计分布
利用每阶段采集的1 000工频周期放电信号,构建的放电次数二维统计分布如图14所示。从图14可以看出,在放电劣化过程中,不论是在流动还是静止油中,油纸绝缘的放电频次均呈逐渐增长趋势,即放电点位逐渐密集、同点位处的放电次数逐渐增加、放电相位逐渐展宽;同时,放电次数统计分布还逐渐呈现出“波浪”的重复性特征。相较而言,流动油中油纸绝缘的放电频次均低于同期静止油中的值;同时,流动油中油纸在放电180 h后,放电相位才出现过半周期、分布才呈现明显“波浪”特征,但静止油中油纸在放电90 h后,放电相位即已出现过半周期、分布也已呈现明显“波浪”特征。
在放电劣化过程中,不论是在流动还是静止油中,随着油纸绝缘表面电导率的逐渐上升、放电起始/熄灭电压的逐渐下降,使得局部放电发生变得容易、放电发生概率逐渐增大[30],从而劣化过程中放电次数逐渐增加、放电相位逐渐展宽,且放电能逐渐随着电压周期性变化而自由发生,从而表现出稳定的重复性特征。同时,由于流动油中油纸绝缘的表面电导率均低于同期静止油中的值、放电起始/熄灭电压均高于同期静止油中的值,使得流动油中油纸较同期静止油中油纸更难发生局部放电,即放电发生概率变小,从而使得流动油中油纸较同期静止油中油纸的放电次数更少、相位更窄、重复性更弱;因此,油体的流动缩减了沿面放电的次数和相位,抑制了沿面放电的发展。
(3)放电量统计分布
利用每阶段采集的1 000工频周期放电信号,构建的平均放电量二维统计分布如图15所示。从图15可以看出,在放电初始阶段(放电0 h),流动和静止油中绝缘纸的放电量均为约500 pC;放电90 h后,二者的放电量分别约为2 000 pC和1 000 pC;放电180 h后,二者的放电量分别约为3 500 pC和2 000 pC。由此可见,在放电劣化过程中,不论流动还是静止油中,油纸放电量均呈逐渐增大趋势;同时,流动油中油纸的放电量均大于同期静止油中的值。
油纸绝缘的表面电导率上升,使得油纸的放电起始/熄灭电压下降,即在较低电压下就能发生放电[30],相应地较低电压也将产生较小的放电量,在放电劣化过程中,理论上油纸放电量应呈逐渐减小的趋势;但实测结果与该理论分析结果相悖。这主要是由于放电劣化过程中,绝缘表面物理缺陷的扩大和累积,如微观结构破坏、油泥增加等,主导了放电量的逐渐增大。同时,流动油中油纸的放电起始/熄灭电压高于同期静止油中的值,使得流动油中的油纸在较高的电压下才能发生放电,相应地较高电压将产生较大的放电量,从而导致流动油中油纸绝缘的放电量也大于同期静止油中的值。因此,表面缺陷是影响油纸沿面放电量的主导因素;油体的流动提高了沿面放电发生的难度,使得沿面放电量增大。
进一步对比流动和静止油中沿面放电对油纸劣化的表面形貌、表面产物等理化参量、放电次数、放电量等电气性能的影响可知:在流动油中,虽然油纸面临相较于同期静止油中大得多的放电量作用,但其表面仍保持洁净且纤维纹路完整,同时放电频次也较同期静止油中低得多;而在静止油中,虽然油纸面临相对较小的放电量作用,但其表面反而出现了放电劣化产物和电树枝,甚至出现纤维断裂现象,同时放电频次较同期流动油中也高得多。显然,在流动和静止油中油纸的放电次数、放电量对其表面劣化作用结果的反差中,放电频次对油纸表面的放电劣化破坏起到主要作用,即静止油中油纸表面相对较高的放电频次导致了表面产物及电树枝的生成。因此,放电频次决定了油纸沿面放电劣化和破坏的程度,是评估油纸沿面放电劣化状态的高效特征量。
(1)油体的流动抑制了油纸表面油泥及电树枝的形成,减缓了放电对油纸表面微观结构的破坏,并加速水分由纸中向油中转移;油体的流动也减缓了油纸电导率的上升幅度和电气强度的下降幅度。
(2)油体的流动提高了油纸沿面放电的起始/熄灭电压及放电量,缩减了油纸沿面放电的次数和相位,抑制了油纸沿面放电的发生和发展。
(3)表面电导率是决定油纸沿面放电发生难易程度的关键,表面缺陷是影响油纸沿面放电量的主导因素。
(4)油纸沿面放电劣化过程中,沿面放电次数统计分布逐渐呈现“波浪”的重复性特征,放电频次决定了油纸沿面放电劣化和破坏的程度,是评估油纸沿面放电劣化状态的高效特征量。
