Composite cross arm has wide application prospect because of its good insulation performance, light weight, and saving transmission corridor. However, the research on the production design, test acceptance, construction operation and maintenance, standards and specifications of composite cross arms, especially for 500 kV and above of composite cross arms is still blank at home and abroad. The electric field distribution characteristics of high-voltage composite cross arm during operation is a problem that must be solved in the process of design and acceptance of composite cross arm. In view of the above situation, an electric field distribution and potential calculation model of 500 kV composite cross arm was established in this paper. The 500 kV composite cross arm and its connected tower were simulated and analyzed by the finite element analysis software. In addition, for the convenience and operability of subsequent ageing and insulation experiments, a 500 kV composite insulation cross arm scaling model was established and its test voltage was determined. The results show that the maximum field strength on the surface of composite insulated cross arm occurs at the high voltage of cross arm, and the electric field strength is 3.82×105 V/m. The maximum electric field strength on the surface of the cable-stayed insulator is 86.38% of maximum electric field strength of the strut cross arm, and the maximum electric field strength is 3.3×105 V/m. The test voltage, which make the maximum surface electric field strength reach expected electric field strength, is determied as 60 kV when the scale model is reduced according to 1∶5, which provides theoretical basis for the initial test of composite cross arm.

复合绝缘横担由于其绝缘性能好、质量轻、节约输电走廊等优点应用前景广泛,然而目前针对复合绝缘横担尤其是500 kV及以上电压等级的生产设计、试验验收、施工运维、标准规范等研究国内外尚属空白。高压复合绝缘横担在运行过程中的电场分布特性是复合绝缘横担设计、验收过程中必须解决的问题,针对此,本文建立了500 kV复合绝缘横担电场分布及电位计算模型,利用COMSOL有限元分析软件对500 kV复合绝缘横担及其相连接部分杆塔进行仿真分析。此外,为了确保后续老化、绝缘实验的便捷性及可操作性,建立了500 kV复合绝缘横担缩比模型,并确定缩比模型的试验电压。结果表明:复合绝缘横担表面最大场强出现在横担高压端,电场强度为3.82×105 V/m,斜拉绝缘子表面最大电场强度为支柱横担的86.38%,最大电场强度为3.3×105 V/m。确定了当缩比模型按照原尺寸的1∶5进行缩放时,使得缩比模型的表面最大场强达到预期电场强度的试验电压为60 kV,为复合绝缘横担的室内初期试验提供了理论依据。

复合绝缘横担由于其绝缘性能好、质量轻、节约输电走廊等优点应用前景广泛,然而目前针对复合绝缘横担尤其是500 kV及以上电压等级的生产设计、试验验收、施工运维、标准规范等研究国内外尚属空白。高压复合绝缘横担在运行过程中的电场分布特性是复合绝缘横担设计、验收过程中必须解决的问题,针对此,本文建立了500 kV复合绝缘横担电场分布及电位计算模型,利用COMSOL有限元分析软件对500 kV复合绝缘横担及其相连接部分杆塔进行仿真分析。此外,为了确保后续老化、绝缘实验的便捷性及可操作性,建立了500 kV复合绝缘横担缩比模型,并确定缩比模型的试验电压。结果表明:复合绝缘横担表面最大场强出现在横担高压端,电场强度为3.82×105 V/m,斜拉绝缘子表面最大电场强度为支柱横担的86.38%,最大电场强度为3.3×105 V/m。确定了当缩比模型按照原尺寸的1∶5进行缩放时,使得缩比模型的表面最大场强达到预期电场强度的试验电压为60 kV,为复合绝缘横担的室内初期试验提供了理论依据。

Composite cross arm has wide application prospect because of its good insulation performance, light weight, and saving transmission corridor. However, the research on the production design, test acceptance, construction operation and maintenance, standards and specifications of composite cross arms, especially for 500 kV and above of composite cross arms is still blank at home and abroad. The electric field distribution characteristics of high-voltage composite cross arm during operation is a problem that must be solved in the process of design and acceptance of composite cross arm. In view of the above situation, an electric field distribution and potential calculation model of 500 kV composite cross arm was established in this paper. The 500 kV composite cross arm and its connected tower were simulated and analyzed by the finite element analysis software. In addition, for the convenience and operability of subsequent ageing and insulation experiments, a 500 kV composite insulation cross arm scaling model was established and its test voltage was determined. The results show that the maximum field strength on the surface of composite insulated cross arm occurs at the high voltage of cross arm, and the electric field strength is 3.82×105 V/m. The maximum electric field strength on the surface of the cable-stayed insulator is 86.38% of maximum electric field strength of the strut cross arm, and the maximum electric field strength is 3.3×105 V/m. The test voltage, which make the maximum surface electric field strength reach expected electric field strength, is determied as 60 kV when the scale model is reduced according to 1∶5, which provides theoretical basis for the initial test of composite cross arm.

格构式铁塔是架空输电线路中最常见也是使用范围最大的一种输电形式,然而随着社会的发展,对铁塔材料的需求量逐渐增加,不仅造成了大量不可再生资源损耗,而且导致了严重的环境污染[1-3]。为了更进一步保护环境以及资源,使用新型节能环保的材料来代替或者部分代替传统杆塔材料已经成为迫切的需要[4-6]
目前复合材料已广泛应用于国内外220 kV及以下低电压等级的格构式杆塔以及钢管杆的设计中,但在高压以及特高压线路中全塔采用纤维增强复合材料(FRP)有一定的难度,可采用一种新型塔即将横担部分使用复合材料,而塔身仍然沿用传统的钢质材料。由于复合绝缘横担绝缘性能良好,使得横担长度可以大幅度缩减,绝缘子串长度也可以大幅度减小,从而降低格构式铁塔的高度,不仅实现了节约钢材资源的目的,而且使得线路走廊得到大幅缩减,对电网实现节能环保具有重大意义[7-12]
目前国内外针对复合材料横担的研究相对较少,王亮等[13]利用有限元法分析了220 kV复合绝缘横担上、中、下横担均压环的设计。杨熙等[14]在750 kV传统的格构式直线塔中引用了复合绝缘横担新型塔,对复合绝缘横担新型塔的暂态特性进行了研究计算。张铭嘉[15]研究了充气型复合绝缘横担在机械振动下横担密封失效的情况下及在水分侵入的情况下复合绝缘横担绝缘的变化情况。沈余峰等[16]针对复合绝缘横担在高海拔、人工污秽条件下的闪络特性开展了全尺寸的真型试验,并校核了500 kV横担的绝缘裕度。杨林等[17]设计了750 kV酒杯塔复合绝缘横担均压环及屏蔽环的结构参数,在1.2倍试验电压下未发现明显电晕。
目前国内外关于复合绝缘横担的电场分布等安全问题研究还非常匮乏,国内虽已出台多项关于复合绝缘横担标准规范如DL/T 5579—2020等,但关于复合横担的应用仍不成熟,国内只有寥寥可数的几条500 kV及以上电压等级的复合横担被实际应用。本文针对500 kV泡沫填充型复合绝缘横担全尺寸及缩比模型下横担和周围部分的电场和电位分布进行仿真计算,为复合横担后续开展绝缘特性实验提供参考,并从电磁场等方面为复合绝缘横担结构形式设计、生产制造、试验检测、施工运维及其全面广泛的应用提供理论支撑。
静电场为守恒电场,因此其电场强度的积分环路恒等于零,即使复合绝缘横担暴露在空气中,这一特性仍然存在,复合绝缘横担积分形式的静电场基本方程如式(1)~(3)所示18

对复合绝缘横担进行三维静电场分布计算分析时,将与导线接触的悬挂点施加高电压即500 kV,杆塔及与其相连接的金具为低电压即0 kV,以求取复合绝缘横担及其周围部分电场分布,因此导线悬挂点及杆塔为计算模型边界,而横担其余部分及其附近空气为场域,并且场域满足拉普拉斯方程,如式(8)所示。

复合绝缘横担的三维模型主要由水平放置的支柱横担、倾斜放置的斜拉绝缘子、环绕在高压端的均压环及屏蔽环、部分塔身以及连接金具组成。支柱横担导线悬挂端通过连接金具与斜拉绝缘子相连,远离导线悬挂端通过法兰等金具与杆塔相连,斜拉绝缘子通过U型环等金具与杆塔连接,具体模型结构见图1。支柱横担、斜拉绝缘子、支柱横担和斜拉绝缘子的伞裙的物理尺寸如图24所示。
该新型塔的本体部分沿用传统输电线路格构式铁塔的钢材料,而横担部分则选择绝缘性能良好、易加工、耐腐蚀的复合材料。支柱横担由3种材料构成,其中最内层是呈圆柱形的填充物,介电常数为1.2;中间层是空心圆柱形的玻璃钢套管,介电常数为3.0;最外层是伞状的硅橡胶伞裙,介电常数为3.0。斜拉绝缘子由两种材料组成,其中内层是圆柱形的玻璃钢芯棒,介电常数为3.0。最外层是伞裙状的硅橡胶伞裙,介电常数为3.0。具体电气参数设置如表1所示。
由于塔身结构对横担电场分布的影响较小,在本模型中,由两个金属板代替塔身进行计算。其中仿真计算过程中使用的假设条件和简化原则为:①只计算复合绝缘横担的电位、电场分布曲线,不考虑塔身结构带来的影响;②仿真计算中认为支柱横担、斜拉绝缘子、部分塔身、均压环、屏蔽环、金具等均处于表面干燥、清洁的自然环境中;③电场计算中简化连接金具的物理结构。
在本模型中,将横担所处空气的子区域即有限元求解区域设置为一个半径为10 m的球体,左右边界相距20 m,上下边界相距20 m。在施加电压时,对导线悬挂点的金具施加500 kV高电位,杆塔施加零电位。将模型进行超细化的网格剖分,整个计算模型共包含10 110个边界、20 200个边、14个域和10 104个顶点。
图5为复合绝缘横担电场强度分布情况。由图5可知,导线悬挂端电场强度较大,与导线悬挂端相连的金具、均压环等区域亮度较大,对亮度较大区域的横担绝缘性能要求较高。由于电磁感应,杆塔部分出现微亮,塔身部分电场强度呈现尾升效应,而复合绝缘横担支柱横担和斜拉绝缘子伞裙部分及伞裙周围空间场强较低。
图6为复合绝缘横担表面电位分布。由图6可知,横担电位最大处出现在高压端的金具上,且电势为500 kV,越是远离高压端的部分电势越低,其中塔身电势为0。
图7为支柱横担表面电场强度变化曲线。由图7可知,曲线的前端即支柱横担的高压端电场强度最大,最大场强达到3.82×105 V/m,且电场强度较大的位置曲线变化趋势明显,电场强度下降速度较快。支柱横担中间部分曲线较为平滑,变化缓慢,电场强度稳定在0.53×105 V/m左右。由于电磁感应,支柱横担尾部即接近连接金具法兰以及塔身的部分电场强度呈现尾升现象,电场强度达到1.38×105 V/m,相比于中间部分电场强度,尾部电场强度上升了160.38%。
图8为斜拉绝缘子电场强度分布情况。由图8可知,斜拉绝缘子表面场强变化曲线和支柱横担表面场强变化曲线相似,但斜拉绝缘子表面最大电场强度为支柱横担的86.38%,最大电场强度为3.3×105 V/m,且斜拉绝缘子电场强度尾部上升现象不明显,斜拉绝缘子中间部分电场强度稳定在0.43×105 V/m,尾部电场强度为0.59×105 V/m,尾部电场强度上升了37.21%。
为了降低高压试验准入门槛,增加试验的便捷性、可操作性、安全性,真型试验前期可对缩比模型进行一定的预试验,以探索试验初始规律,规避一定的试验误区。缩比模型参数按照原尺寸的1∶5进行缩放。在对缩比模型进行仿真分析时,本文先确定了缩比模型的尺寸参数及电气参数,然后对其加载电压进行参数化扫描,找到满足要求的缩比模型试验电压,为后续缩比模型的老化试验、绝缘试验提供理论依据。
缩比模型如图9所示,500 kV复合绝缘横担的缩比模型忽略了斜拉绝缘子的影响,主要对支柱横担的电场特性进行仿真计算。模型由支柱横担、连接金具、均压环以及部分塔身4部分构成。
在缩比模型中,将空气的子区域设置为一个半径为5 m的球体,左右边界相距10 m,上下边界相距10 m。将整个模型进行超细化的网格剖分,网格剖分完成后,整个计算模型共包含3 827个边界、7 622个边、8个域和3 806个顶点,其中求解的自由度数为4 824 720。
在加载时,对导线悬挂点高压金具均压环施加高电位,杆塔施加零电位。其中,高电位的电压加载数值使用参数化扫描来进行施加,找到使得缩比模型表面最大场强达到预期电场强度的相应电压,本文选取的预期电场强度为4.57×105 V/m,全尺寸下复合绝缘横担的表面最大场强为3.82×105 V/m,而本文预期电场强度的选择考虑了20%的绝缘裕度。
通过仿真计算,本文最终确定按照1∶5进行缩放的500 kV复合绝缘横担的缩比模型,在进行老化试验、绝缘试验等预试验时所加电压为60 kV,仿真结果见图10图11,为复合绝缘横担老化试验、绝缘试验等试验的室内进行提供了理论依据及技术支撑。
(1)500 kV复合绝缘横担原尺寸中支柱横担的表面最大场强出现在横担导线悬挂顶端,最大电场强度为3.82×105 V/m。支柱横担电场分布曲线呈现U型分布,即导线悬挂端及与杆塔相连端电场强度较大,尾部电场强度达到1.38×105 V/m,而中间区域电场强度较小,电场强度为0.53×105 V/m,且电场分布均匀平滑。
(2)复合绝缘横担中斜拉绝缘子的表面最大场强略小于支柱横担,其最大场强为3.3×105 V/m,为支柱横担表面最大场强的86.38%,斜拉绝缘子中间部分电场强度稳定在0.43×105 V/m,尾部电场强度为0.59×105 V/m,上升了37.21%。斜拉绝缘子与支柱横担表面电场强度分布相似,但斜拉绝缘子呈现U型分布不明显。
(3)确定了当按照原尺寸的缩比模型1∶5进行缩放时,使得缩比模型的表面最大场强达到预期电场强度4.57×105 V/m时的试验电压为60 kV,为复合绝缘横担的室内初期试验提供了理论依据。
