In order to study the surface potential and electric field variation law of porcelain insulators under suspended sand and dust weather, a simulation model of xp-70 ceramic suspension insulator was established on the basis of electrostatic field model of finite element method, and the potential and electric field distribution law of porcelain insulators in various suspended sand and dust environments was summarized on the basis of finite element software calculation. The results show that the electrically neutral sand particles in the air can cause small distortion of the surface potential and electric field of porcelain insulator. When the sand and dust around the insulator are all positively charged, the surface potential will increase, and the surface electric field will decrease near the high voltage end and will increase near the low voltage end. When the sand and dust around the insulator are all negatively charged, the surface potential will decrease as a whole, the surface electric field will increase near the high voltage side of insulator string and will decrease near the low voltage side, and its distortion amplitude is proportional to the absolute value of dust particle size, concentration, and charge-mass ratio. When the insulator is in a mixed sand and dust environment of half charged and half electro-neutral, its surface potential and electric field will be distorted, and its distortion amplitude is less than that when the entire sand and dust are charged, and greater than that of the insulator alone in the sand and dust environment. When the insulator is in a "positive and negative" sand and dust environment, the distortion amplitude of surface potential and electric field is similar to the distortion amplitude in the electro-neutral sand and dust environment.

为了研究悬浮沙尘天气下,瓷绝缘子沿面电位和电场的变化规律,基于有限元法的静电场模型,搭建了xp-70陶瓷悬式绝缘子的仿真模型,在有限元软件计算的基础上,归纳了瓷绝缘子在各种悬浮沙尘环境下的电位与电场分布规律。研究结果表明:空气中的电中性沙粒可引起瓷绝缘子沿面电位与电场的小幅度畸变;当绝缘子周围沙尘全部带上正电荷时,其沿面电位会增大,其沿面电场在高压端附近会减小,在低压端附近会增大;当绝缘子周围沙尘全部带上负电荷时,其沿面电位整体会减小,其沿面电场在绝缘子串高压侧附近会增大,在低压侧附近会减小,并且其畸变幅度与沙尘粒径、浓度、荷质比的绝对值成正比;当绝缘子处于一半带电、一半电中性的混合沙尘环境时,其沿面电位与电场会发生畸变,其畸变幅度小于沙尘全部带电时的畸变幅度,而大于沙尘中带电沙尘单独对绝缘子的畸变幅度;当绝缘子处于“正负”沙尘环境下时,其沿面电位与电场的畸变幅度类似于电中性的沙尘环境的畸变幅度。

为了研究悬浮沙尘天气下,瓷绝缘子沿面电位和电场的变化规律,基于有限元法的静电场模型,搭建了xp-70陶瓷悬式绝缘子的仿真模型,在有限元软件计算的基础上,归纳了瓷绝缘子在各种悬浮沙尘环境下的电位与电场分布规律。研究结果表明:空气中的电中性沙粒可引起瓷绝缘子沿面电位与电场的小幅度畸变;当绝缘子周围沙尘全部带上正电荷时,其沿面电位会增大,其沿面电场在高压端附近会减小,在低压端附近会增大;当绝缘子周围沙尘全部带上负电荷时,其沿面电位整体会减小,其沿面电场在绝缘子串高压侧附近会增大,在低压侧附近会减小,并且其畸变幅度与沙尘粒径、浓度、荷质比的绝对值成正比;当绝缘子处于一半带电、一半电中性的混合沙尘环境时,其沿面电位与电场会发生畸变,其畸变幅度小于沙尘全部带电时的畸变幅度,而大于沙尘中带电沙尘单独对绝缘子的畸变幅度;当绝缘子处于“正负”沙尘环境下时,其沿面电位与电场的畸变幅度类似于电中性的沙尘环境的畸变幅度。

In order to study the surface potential and electric field variation law of porcelain insulators under suspended sand and dust weather, a simulation model of xp-70 ceramic suspension insulator was established on the basis of electrostatic field model of finite element method, and the potential and electric field distribution law of porcelain insulators in various suspended sand and dust environments was summarized on the basis of finite element software calculation. The results show that the electrically neutral sand particles in the air can cause small distortion of the surface potential and electric field of porcelain insulator. When the sand and dust around the insulator are all positively charged, the surface potential will increase, and the surface electric field will decrease near the high voltage end and will increase near the low voltage end. When the sand and dust around the insulator are all negatively charged, the surface potential will decrease as a whole, the surface electric field will increase near the high voltage side of insulator string and will decrease near the low voltage side, and its distortion amplitude is proportional to the absolute value of dust particle size, concentration, and charge-mass ratio. When the insulator is in a mixed sand and dust environment of half charged and half electro-neutral, its surface potential and electric field will be distorted, and its distortion amplitude is less than that when the entire sand and dust are charged, and greater than that of the insulator alone in the sand and dust environment. When the insulator is in a "positive and negative" sand and dust environment, the distortion amplitude of surface potential and electric field is similar to the distortion amplitude in the electro-neutral sand and dust environment.

沙尘天气是一种灾害天气,对人类的生活和电力系统的安全稳定运行造成了巨大的危害[1]。近年来我国西北、华北、东北、内蒙等地区出现大范围的沙尘暴天气[2],已经造成了多起远距离输电线路的闪络事故[3-4],“沙闪”逐渐成为高电压外绝缘研究领域新的焦点[5-8]。在沙尘环境下绝缘子表面不仅会覆盖大量的沙尘,更会让绝缘子处于沙尘与空气混合媒介的环境中。绝缘子沿面电位与电场的分布不仅受到材质的影响,还受到绝缘子伞裙的几何轮廓和绝缘子串整体构造的影响,同时也会因周围环境媒介的改变而改变[9]。在不同的悬浮沙尘环境下,绝缘子的沿面电位与电场会发生不同程度的畸变,沿面电位的畸变会使得绝缘子电位分布不均匀,导致单片绝缘子性能下降,沿面电场的畸变则会影响绝缘子的电场分布特性。而绝缘子的闪络电压与沿面场强的最大值、电场不均匀系数以及每片伞裙所承担的不均匀性都相关[10],因此绝缘子沿面电位与电场的畸变会影响其闪络特性。
目前绝缘子在悬浮沙尘环境下的电位与电场变化规律研究相对较少,文献[11]研究了在悬浮沙尘环境下接触网的棒型绝缘子沿面电位与电场的变化规律,文献[12]研究了雾霾环境下接触网绝缘子沿面电位与电场的变化规律,文献[13]研究了沙尘环境下单片xp-70瓷绝缘子沿面电位与电场的变化规律,文献[14-16]研究了复合绝缘子在空气中悬浮雾霾或者水滴的环境下沿面电场与闪络电压的变化规律。
由上述文献可见,前人对于复合绝缘子在周围空气与各种混合介质环境下的沿面电场、电位、以及闪络电压已有不少研究,对于接触网绝缘子在悬浮沙尘环境下的研究也非常详细,虽然在沙尘环境下对于xp-70瓷质绝缘子也有研究,但是其模型为单片绝缘子模型,与运行在工作电压下的成串绝缘子有一定的差异,并且未考虑沙尘颗粒大小这一因素,对于荷质比也没有详细展开研究。瓷绝缘子不仅用途广泛,而且由于其自身几何轮廓的复杂性与成串瓷绝缘子构造的特殊性,使得成串的瓷绝缘子沿面电位与电场分布规律本身就具有一定的特殊性。针对前人并未详细考虑成串瓷质绝缘子在不同沙尘粒径、沙尘所带电荷极性、各种正负极性之间与带电和电中性粒子混合的复杂沙尘环境下的沿面电位与电场分布变化规律,本文利用有限元法搭建了悬浮沙尘环境下三片悬式瓷质绝缘子的仿真模型,研究瓷绝缘子在各种悬浮沙尘环境下的电位与电场分布规律,为相同的沙尘环境下瓷绝缘子的研究提供基础理论参考。
本文采用的仿真模型为三片xp-70型悬式瓷质绝缘子,应用有限元仿真软件计算其沿面电位与电场的数值分布。仿真中给绝缘子顶部钢帽接地,钢脚底部施加35×1.1×2/331.435 kV的电压。针对静电场求解为无限域问题,人工设置截断边界,将无限域的求解问题转换为有限域进行仿真求解,在绝缘子外围设置一个与绝缘子同轴的圆柱形空气域。为了提高精度,消除远场耗散问题[17],在空气域外围设置10 mm厚的无限元域以模拟空气中无限区域。圆柱体的底部直径与高度均为绝缘子高度与伞裙直径的3倍,在圆柱空气域中设置球体以表示空气中悬浮的沙尘,仿真中所用到的材料相对介电常数如表1所示。由于计算模型过于庞大,普通计算机难以计算,我们以2°的圆心角切割原模型,以扇形圆柱体模型代替原本完整的仿真模型,简化之后的模型不仅保留了实验精度,而且将计算量降为原本的1/180,仿真模型如图1所示。
当出现沙尘天气时,沙尘在空气中相互摩擦,会使沙尘带上电荷,文献[1]测得沙尘所带电荷的荷质比范围为-3.04×10-4~1.58×104 C/kg,根据大多数文献设置,我们取沙尘荷质比分别为0、1.58×10-4、3.04×10-4、-1.58×10-4、-3.04×10-4 C/kg,依次标注为q0、q1、q2、q3、q4。用q5表示空气中悬浮沙粒一半荷质比为3.04×10-4 C/kg,另一半为0 C/kg。用q6表示空气中悬浮沙粒一半荷质比为-3.04×10-4 C/kg,另一半为0 C/kg。用q7表示空气中悬浮沙粒一半荷质比为-3.04×10-4 C/kg,另一半为3.04×10-4 C/kg。
根据我国典型西北沙尘频发地区宁夏中卫沙坡头的沙尘粒径(0.100~0.315 mm),我们设置沙尘粒径为0.100 mm、0.315 mm[18],分别标注为d1、d2。在空气域中设置沙尘浓度为高浓度和低浓度,分别标注为c1、c2,其中c2为c1的两倍,以小球来代替沙粒,设小球等间距且均匀分布。仿真中设置3种沙尘环境:①电中性沙尘环境:每粒沙尘都为电中性,其荷质比为0 C/kg;②相同荷质比环境:每粒沙尘都带有相同极性的电荷;③混合沙尘环境:沙尘中一半带有正极性电荷,一半带有负极性电荷(其分布皆为交错的均匀分布),或者一半带有正电荷或负电荷,一半不带电荷(荷质比为0 C/kg)。
由于绝缘子产生局部电弧与其沿面电位和电场强度皆密切相关,本文主要研究绝缘子的沿面电位与电场强度,其中场强取模值。绝缘子沿面电位与电场的分布规律受到周围环境、几何形状、材质、工作电压等多种因素的影响。为了研究悬浮沙尘环境下瓷绝缘子沿面电位与电场的变化规律,首先计算出清洁环境下(瓷绝缘子沿面与周围的空气均为干燥且无沙尘)瓷绝缘子的沿面电位与电场强度分布规律,如图2所示。
图2绝缘子的电位等位线图与电场分布云图可以看出,靠近绝缘子高低压两侧的区域电位梯度较大,并且具有较大的电场强度,其规律符合电磁场相关定理,因此数值模拟获得的电场与电位分布能够较为真实地反映电位与电场分布情况,说明本文的仿真计算具有较高的准确性。
图3图4分别为清洁绝缘子的沿面电位分布和沿面电场分布。从图3可知,绝缘子的沿面电位由于几何轮廓的原因,从高压端到低压端并非单调下降,从高压端到低压端三片绝缘子依次承担的电压分别占总电压的40.2%、29.4%、30.4%,高压侧与低压侧伞裙上承担的电势差较大,中间绝缘子伞裙上承担的电势差相对较小。由图4可知,绝缘子的沿面电场整体呈非对称的“U”型结构,在高压侧与低压侧电场强度分别达到1.35×106 V/m与0.956×106 V/m,由于几何的相似性,每片绝缘子的沿面电场强度也具有一定的相似性。
图5为电中性的沙尘环境下绝缘子沿面电位的变化规律。从图5可以看出,当绝缘子处于电中性的悬浮沙尘环境时,其沿面电位会小幅增大,并且沿面电位随着沙尘粒径和沙尘浓度的增加而增大。
图6为相同极性沙尘环境下绝缘子沿面电位的变化规律。从图6(a)可以看出,当绝缘子周围的沙尘带正电荷时,其沿面电位会大幅度增大,在整体畸变幅度最大的情况下“d2c2q2”,其伞裙沿面电位最大值为38.388 kV,甚至超过了绝缘子高压侧的接入电压。从高压侧到低压侧每片绝缘子伞裙处承担的电压依次为-1.5%、30.4%、71.1%,低压侧绝缘子承担的电压大幅增大,三片绝缘子伞裙承担电压变得更不均匀,整串绝缘子的绝缘性能下降。而当绝缘子周围的沙尘带负电荷时,其沿面电位会大幅减小,在“d2c2q4”的情况下,其沿面电位在伞裙处达到最小值-15.3 kV,低于绝缘子接地端的电压,从高压端侧到低压侧每片绝缘子伞裙处承担的电压依次为89.2%、25.7%、-14.9%,高压侧的绝缘子承担的电压大幅增大,三片绝缘子伞裙承担的电压变更得不均匀,整串绝缘子的绝缘性能下降。
图6(b)可知,当绝缘子周围的沙尘带正电荷时,绝缘子沿面电位增大,增大幅度与荷质比、沙尘浓度、沙尘粒径成正比。从图6(c)中可知,当绝缘子带负电荷时,绝缘子沿面电位减小,减小幅度与沙尘浓度、沙粒粒径、荷质比的绝对值成正比。
图7为混合沙尘环境下绝缘子沿面电位的变化规律。从图7(a)(b)可以看出,当绝缘子处于一半带电、一半为电中性的混合沙尘环境时,其沿面电位畸变的幅度小于当沙尘全部带上电荷时畸变的幅度,大于沙尘中带电的沙尘单独对绝缘子沿面电位的畸变幅度。
图7(c)中可以看出,当绝缘子处于“正、负”混合沙尘环境时,其沿面电位小幅增大,幅度与电中性沙尘环境相似。
图8为电中性环境下绝缘子沿面电场的变化规律,可以看出当绝缘子处于电中性的悬浮沙尘环境中时,其沿面电场小幅增大,增大幅度随着沙尘粒径和沙尘浓度的增大而增大。图9为相同极性的带电沙尘环境下绝缘子的沿面电场变化规律。由图9(a)可见,当悬浮沙尘带上正电荷时,其靠近高压端的沿面电场强度会降低,并且荷质比越大,其降低的幅度越大,而靠近低压端的沿面电场强度反而会升高,其最大沿面场强达到2.63×106 V/m,荷质比越大,其升高的幅度越大。由图9(b)可见,当悬浮沙尘带上负电荷时,绝缘子高压侧附近沿面的电场强度会增大,其最大沿面场强达到3.08×106 V/m,并且荷质比越大,其增大幅度越大,而靠近绝缘子低压端的沿面电场强度会降低,并且荷质比越大,其降低的幅度越大。这主要是因为当沙尘带上电荷时,可以近似的把沙尘看作一个电荷,正电荷的电场线是向外扩散的,而负电荷的电场线是向内吸收的,所以会对绝缘子原有的电场进行叠加,进而使绝缘子的沿面电场强度发生了改变,带电沙尘对绝缘子电场叠加的示意图如图10所示。而从图9(c)(d)可以看出,当绝缘子周围的沙尘均带上相同极性的电荷时,其沿面电场的畸变幅度会随着沙尘浓度与沙尘粒径的增大而增大;如图11(a)(b)所示,当绝缘子处于一半带电、一半为电中性的混合沙尘环境时,其沿面电场的畸变幅度大于沙尘中带电的沙尘单独对其电场的畸变幅度,而小于沙尘全部带电荷时其电场的畸变幅度;如图11(c)所示,当绝缘子处于“正、负”沙尘环境中时,其沿面电场会发生小幅度的畸变,类似于电中性沙尘对其电场的畸变幅度。
(1)瓷绝缘子周围空气中悬浮的不带电沙粒会使其沿面电位与电场小幅度升高,且沿面电位和电场随着沙尘粒径和沙尘浓度的增加而增大。
(2)当瓷绝缘子周围沙尘全部带上正电荷时,其整体的沿面电位会增大,而绝缘子的沿面电场强度在高压侧附近会减小,在低压侧附近会增大;当沙尘全部带上负电荷时,其整体的沿面电位会减小,而绝缘子沿面场强在靠近低压侧附近会增大,在靠近高压端附近会减小,且电位与电场的畸变幅度与沙尘粒径、浓度和荷质比的绝对值成正比。
(3)当瓷绝缘子处于带电沙尘和电中性沙尘的混合粒子环境中时,其沿面电场会发生畸变,且畸变幅度小于沙尘全部带电对其电位与电场的畸变幅度,而大于沙尘中带电沙尘单独对其电位与电场的畸变幅度;当绝缘子处于“正、负”的混合粒子环境中时,其沿面电位与电场会发生小幅度畸变,类似于电中性环境下的畸变幅度。
