The distribution transformers serving in the distribution network of urban villages have been in heavy overload operation for a long time, and the number of transformers approaching or even exceeding their design life is increasing. Prolonging their service life by replacing natural ester insulating oil is a feasible method of life extension. In this paper, the thermal ageing characteristic of aged mineral insulating oil-impregnated paper in natural ester was tested to analyze the pyrolysis characteristics of cellulose. Then the residual life of oil-impregnated paper after replacing natural ester was predicted by the pyrolysis kinetic model of oil-impregnated paper cellulose. The results show that the influence of the residual mineral insulating oil in the oil-impregnated paper on the pyrolysis process of cellulose after replacing the natural ester can be ignored. The moisture content of insulating paper is an important factor affecting its pyrolysis reaction, and the replacement of natural ester can significantly decrease the moisture content of insulating paper and delay the pyrolysis rate of insulating paper cellulose.

城中村配电网中服役的配电变压器长期处于重过载运行状态,接近甚至超过其设计寿命的台数正不断增加,通过更换天然酯绝缘油来延长其服役时间是一种可行方法。本文测试并分析了经历不同时长加速热老化后的矿物绝缘油浸纸继续在天然酯中热老化的纤维素热解特性。然后通过油浸纸纤维素的热解动力学模型,对油浸纸更换天然酯后的残余寿命进行了预测。结果表明:油浸纸中残留的矿物绝缘油对更换天然酯后纤维素热解过程的影响可以忽略,绝缘纸的含水量是其热解反应的重要影响因素,更换天然酯能显著降低绝缘纸中的含水量,进而显著延缓绝缘纸纤维素的热老化速率。

城中村配电网中服役的配电变压器长期处于重过载运行状态,接近甚至超过其设计寿命的台数正不断增加,通过更换天然酯绝缘油来延长其服役时间是一种可行方法。本文测试并分析了经历不同时长加速热老化后的矿物绝缘油浸纸继续在天然酯中热老化的纤维素热解特性。然后通过油浸纸纤维素的热解动力学模型,对油浸纸更换天然酯后的残余寿命进行了预测。结果表明:油浸纸中残留的矿物绝缘油对更换天然酯后纤维素热解过程的影响可以忽略,绝缘纸的含水量是其热解反应的重要影响因素,更换天然酯能显著降低绝缘纸中的含水量,进而显著延缓绝缘纸纤维素的热老化速率。

The distribution transformers serving in the distribution network of urban villages have been in heavy overload operation for a long time, and the number of transformers approaching or even exceeding their design life is increasing. Prolonging their service life by replacing natural ester insulating oil is a feasible method of life extension. In this paper, the thermal ageing characteristic of aged mineral insulating oil-impregnated paper in natural ester was tested to analyze the pyrolysis characteristics of cellulose. Then the residual life of oil-impregnated paper after replacing natural ester was predicted by the pyrolysis kinetic model of oil-impregnated paper cellulose. The results show that the influence of the residual mineral insulating oil in the oil-impregnated paper on the pyrolysis process of cellulose after replacing the natural ester can be ignored. The moisture content of insulating paper is an important factor affecting its pyrolysis reaction, and the replacement of natural ester can significantly decrease the moisture content of insulating paper and delay the pyrolysis rate of insulating paper cellulose.

近年来,随着我国发达地区城中村的改造,其配电设施正在不断更新。但有许多长期处于重过载工况的配电变压器仍在役,甚至超期服役,这些配电变压器的绝缘老化和故障风险相应增加。延长现有配电变压器的耐过载能力或服役年限日益受到配网运行部门的关注。
20世纪70年代中期以来,绝缘油行业一直在开发和应用高燃点的液体电介质,主要目的是开发多氯联苯(PCB)的环保替代品。最初引入的替代液体电介质包括高分子量碳氢化合物和二甲基硅氧烷油(燃点高于300℃)。合成多元醇酯于1984年推出,因其具有更好的低温流动性和润滑性,可用于取代重载铁路牵引机车中使用的PCB。实际运行数据显示,合成酯重新填充后,年故障率显著降低,然而合成酯介电冷却剂的生产成本很高。由于合成多元醇酯与某些天然酯之间拥有许多化学相似性,研究热点开始转向使用食品级植物油,开发更经济的天然酯绝缘油。我国于2015年前后实现了基于大豆油、菜籽油的天然酯绝缘油商业化。天然酯俗称植物油,具有环保、寿命长、防火安全性能优异、高过载等优点,适应现代电网绿色、优质发展的需求[1-9]。通过对在役变压器更换天然酯绝缘油来提高其短时过载能力和延长变压器寿命,成为解决配电网绝缘老化和故障风险问题的一种经济环保的途径。
徐阳等[10]研究了天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油按不同比例混合后的热老化特性,指出天然酯含量增加会使混合老化油样击穿电压的下降幅度及其受含水量的影响变小。胡婷等[11-12]开展了天然酯绝缘油与变压器材料的相容性研究,发现绝大部分传统矿物油变压器组成材料,尤其是绝缘纸与天然酯的相容性良好,增加了变压器换油的操作可行性。D P STOCKTON等[13]研究发现,在传统矿物绝缘油更换为天然酯绝缘油的过程中,残留的矿物绝缘油与天然酯绝缘油之间是兼容的,不会对变压器的正常运行造成影响。郝建等[14]开展了混合油-纸绝缘系统的老化研究,研制的一种矿物油-天然酯混合绝缘油能有效延缓浸渍绝缘纸的热老化速率。凡勇等[15]和蔡胜伟等[16]对植物绝缘油-纸复合绝缘的热老化特性及寿命进行了对比研究,发现绝缘纸在矿物油中的热解速率远高于在天然酯中的热解速率。目前相关的老化研究一般仅关注新的绝缘油-纸体系或新的绝缘油混合物的老化特性,没有考虑到在实际应用中换油后老化绝缘材料与新品种的绝缘油一起老化的情况,且对老旧矿物油变压器更换天然酯绝缘油后的残余寿命预测也缺少理论支撑。
本文采用140℃加速热老化的方法对比研究油浸纸在矿物油和天然酯中,以及在矿物油中先行老化接近寿命终点的油浸纸(聚合度约为300)继续在天然酯中老化的聚合度变化规律,重点对具有一定残余寿命的矿物绝缘油浸纸在天然酯中加速热老化的特性进行研究。然后结合实验数据,建立油浸纸纤维素的热解动力学模型,对老化矿物油浸纸更换天然酯绝缘油后的残余寿命进行预测。
加速热老化实验采用的绝缘油为泽电大豆基天然酯和克拉玛依25号矿物油,两种绝缘油的性能均满足相关标准要求[17]。实验前两种绝缘油经干燥和脱气处理后的微水含量分别为69 mg/kg和7 mg/kg。经真空干燥后的牛皮纸绝缘纸(被烘干至约0.5%的含水量)浸润于被试绝缘油中,每800 mL绝缘油浸润1 000 cm2绝缘纸。
准备3套密封管老化系统,置于140℃恒温箱中进行10周的加速热老化,并定期从老化系统中取出纸样进行聚合度测试。第1套用于天然酯,第2套用于矿物油,第3套老化系统中的纸样在矿物油中经历4周加速热老化后,重新填充天然酯继续老化10周。
绝缘油和油浸纸的水分含量参照IEC 60814-1997,采用AQV-2200型自动水分分析仪进行测试。其中油浸纸的水分先在室温下用有机溶剂从纤维纸中萃取出来,然后用库仑电量法测定萃取液中的水分含量,最后计算出纤维材料中的含水量。
绝缘纸的聚合度采用乌氏黏度计,根据GB/T 29305—2012进行测试。
图1为绝缘纸的聚合度在140℃下随老化时间的变化。从图1可以看出,老化前绝缘纸的聚合度为1 084.4,在矿物油中140℃下恒温热老化2周和6周后,绝缘纸的聚合度分别为242和164。在同样的老化条件下,天然酯浸纸的聚合度分别为518和378,并且加速热老化10周后聚合度仍维持在300左右。说明在140℃下绝缘纸在矿物绝缘油中的加速热老化速率约为天然酯中的2.3倍。加速热老化速率之所以存在如此大差别,需要结合图2加速热老化过程中绝缘纸的微水含量测试结果进行分析和解释。
图2可以看出,在矿物油中老化的绝缘纸微水含量随着老化时间的增加而增大,到第4周后微水含量逐渐超过1.5%,而在天然酯中老化的绝缘纸微水含量保持在0.4%以下。众所周知,水是加速纸张热老化过程的主要因素。随着绝缘纸纤维素分解产生的水更多地参与到纤维素的热水解反应中,矿物油中老化的绝缘纸在第10周的微水含量达到约5.5%,导致绝缘纸在矿物油中的加速老化更快。
以上实验结果表明更换天然酯可能是一种非常有效的延长绝缘系统使用寿命或增加负载的方法,不仅热老化速率显著降低,而且由于同样温度下天然酯的饱和含水率远高于矿物绝缘油,绝缘纸热解过程中产生的水被天然酯吸收,使得绝缘纸中的含水量显著下降,从而抑制了纤维素的热水解反应。此外,油浸绝缘纸的含水量降低,不仅可以延缓热老化速率,还能提高油浸纸的电气强度。在城中村配变中常出现短时重过载发热引起油浸纸绝缘中水分蒸发形成气泡,进而可能引发击穿。结合天然酯燃点远高于矿物油的特点,更换天然酯的老旧配变在短时重过载下会降低绝缘故障甚至起火的风险。
图1可知,绝缘纸老化初期的聚合度下降速率较快,纤维素的热解反应起主导作用。老化中期聚合度的下降速率减缓,纤维素的水解反应起主导作用。老化晚期聚合度的下降速率维持在比较低的数值,纤维素的氧化分解反应起主导作用。这是由于纤维素的结构不均匀,其内部同时存在晶体和非晶体两种形态。晶区分子结构规则、相互作用力强,而非晶区分子结构疏散、相互作用力弱,因此在老化的过程中,前者很难被破坏,后者是老化破坏的主要区域。随着老化时间的增加,当油浸绝缘纸中的纤维素老化到某一程度后,非晶区的破坏程度逐渐趋于稳定,因而难以继续裂解。因此,油浸绝缘纸试样的聚合度在开始时迅速下降,随后下降速度逐渐减慢,至最后基本停止变化。
图1还可以看出,绝缘纸在矿物油中老化4周后继续在天然酯油中进行老化,绝缘纸试样的聚合度老化曲线不再沿矿物油中的老化曲线继续下降,而是以换油时间点为转折点,沿相同聚合度下天然酯中的油浸纸老化曲线的下降速率降低。油浸纸在矿物绝缘油中加速热老化4周后聚合度降至约300,第6周后聚合度已低于200。而在第4周更换天然酯后,油浸纸的聚合度则在第10周才降至约200。可见对接近绝缘寿命终点的油浸纸进行更换天然酯能有效减缓油浸纸的聚合度下降速率。由老化曲线的指数函数特性可见,若对聚合度处于400~600的油浸纸更换天然酯,将进一步延长油浸纸聚合度降至200所需的时间。下面将根据这一实验现象为换油后油浸纸的老化特性建立数学模型。
当热老化是主导因素时,油浸绝缘纸在给定温度下的剩余寿命可用阿伦尼乌斯公式进行预测。若保证不同温度下的老化机理不变,也可以从给定温度下的剩余寿命推断出其他温度下的剩余寿命。阿伦尼乌斯公式如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:k为反应速率;Ea为活化能;Aa为指前因子;R为气体常数,其值为8.314 J/(mol·K);T为化学反应时的绝对温度。
式(1)可知,反应速率k与温度T呈正相关。真空干燥和油浸预处理后新的未老化油浸绝缘纸的聚合度一般为1 000左右,与本文所测结果相符。故采用1 084.4作为初始聚合度DP0,将油浸纸绝缘的聚合度降至200作为使用寿命的终点。
基于纤维素分子随机断裂的机理假设推导出油浸绝缘纸老化的一阶动力学模型,能够拟合大多数的加速热老化实验数据,如式(2)所示。

油浸绝缘纸的聚合度在热老化初期的下降速率最高,然后逐渐趋于相对稳定。在油浸绝缘纸老化寿命评估时将矿物油老化4周后换用天然酯的老化曲线分为4周前矿物油老化和4周后天然酯老化两段。首先对两段曲线进行拟合,第一段用矿物油老化前4周的曲线,第二段用天然酯老化的曲线根据第4周换油时的聚合度进行横向平移来拟合。根据拟合的老化曲线,通过关系式转换为给定运行温度下变压器油浸绝缘纸聚合度随运行时间的变化曲线来进行剩余寿命预测。
首先,根据测得的老化数据,对矿物油加速热老化条件下聚合度随时间的变化曲线进行拟合,得到k=4×10-6,进而根据式(3)计算得到Aa=3.53×108,拟合相关系数R2=0.94,拟合结果如图1中曲线所示。将AaEaRT=(q+273)K代入式(3),得到任意温度q下的聚合度与老化时间t的关系,如式(4)所示。

本实验中Dp0=1 084.4,依据式(4)可得矿物油在70、80、90℃下加速热老化后的聚合度与时间的关系曲线如图3所示。由图3可见,在80℃下矿物油浸绝缘纸的聚合度降至200大约需要25年。
同理,根据测得的老化数据,对天然酯加速热老化条件下聚合度随时间的变化曲线进行拟合,得到k=1.72×10-6,根据式(1)计算得到Aa=1.53×108。根据将AaEaRT=(q+273)K代入式(3),可计算出天然酯中绝缘纸在温度q取70、80、90℃时,聚合度与老化时间的关系曲线如图4所示。由图4可知,在80℃下天然酯油浸绝缘纸的聚合度降至200大约需要60年。
图1可见,在140℃矿物油中经历4周加速热老化后绝缘纸的聚合度为278。更换天然酯后的聚合度公式可用公式(4)的分段函数形式来表示。Dp1>278时,Aa=3.53×108Dp1<278时,Aa=1.53×108。则温度q分别为60、70、80℃时,该分段函数即聚合度与老化时间的关系曲线如图5所示。
图3的计算结果显示,80℃下绝缘纸在矿物油中老化约25年后聚合度即降至约200。然而由图5可知,如在聚合度降至278时更换天然酯,绝缘纸聚合度将在第35年降至约200,说明为接近寿命终点的绝缘纸更换天然酯仍能有效降低绝缘纸聚合度的下降速率。该计算结果与实验数据一致性达到工程应用的要求,为更换天然酯后的变压器残余寿命预测打下基础。
需要说明的是,该模型和计算方法所适用的老化条件目前仍局限于实验室环境(低含水量、加速热老化),更宽的温度范围及不同含水量下的热老化实验和运行数据对变压器的寿命评估和预测十分重要,有待进一步研究。
(1)更换天然酯是一种非常有效延长绝缘系统使用寿命或增加负载的方法,换油后绝缘纸的热老化速率显著降低。
(2)绝缘纸的含水量是绝缘纸热解反应的重要影响因素,更换为天然酯后,绝缘纸中的含水量显著降低。
(3)将接近寿命终点的绝缘纸更换天然酯后仍能有效延缓绝缘纸的热老化速率。建议在实际工程应用中,最好在绝缘纸聚合度处于400~600时对变压器更换天然酯,更能发挥天然酯的优势。
