In this paper, the main ageing forms and influencing factors of oil-paper insulation for traction transformer were analyzed. The ageing mechanism of oil-paper insulation was studied, the current characteristic parameters characterizing the ageing degree of oil-paper insulation and the main residual life prediction methods were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of each characteristic parameter and residual life prediction method and the applicable conditions were analyzed. On this basis, the existing main problems in the ageing state assessment and residual life prediction of oil-paper insulation, as well as the future research directions were discussed.

本文对牵引变压器油纸绝缘的主要老化形式及影响因素进行分析,研究了油纸绝缘的老化机理,总结了当前表征油纸绝缘老化程度的特征参量及主要的剩余寿命预测方法,并分析了每种特征参量及剩余寿命预测方法的优缺点和适用条件。在此基础上,对油纸绝缘老化状态评估及剩余寿命预测方面存在的主要问题及未来的研究方向进行了探讨。

In this paper, the main ageing forms and influencing factors of oil-paper insulation for traction transformer were analyzed. The ageing mechanism of oil-paper insulation was studied, the current characteristic parameters characterizing the ageing degree of oil-paper insulation and the main residual life prediction methods were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of each characteristic parameter and residual life prediction method and the applicable conditions were analyzed. On this basis, the existing main problems in the ageing state assessment and residual life prediction of oil-paper insulation, as well as the future research directions were discussed.

近年来,随着我国高速铁路的迅速发展,动车组列车运行的安全性和可靠性日益成为人们关注的焦点,如何保证动车组安全可靠的运行已成为铁路运维部门面临的巨大挑战。牵引变压器作为动车组牵引供电系统的核心设备,承担着列车运行时电能的转换和传输任务,是动车组列车运行的动力来源[1-2]。一旦牵引变压器发生故障,将会直接影响动车组列车的正常运行,严重威胁旅客的生命安全,造成极大的社会损失。
与电力变压器相比,牵引变压器面临着更加复杂的运行工况和多变的气象环境,服役条件更加恶劣,因此其具有以下独特的结构及运行特征:①牵引变压器安装于动车组车底,长期在布满灰尘的环境中运行,散热片被灰尘覆盖会影响通风散热,且受安装位置、外形尺寸和质量的严格限制,其几何结构更加紧凑[3],散热效果不佳;②牵引变压器一般采用单相多绕组变压器[4];③牵引变压器随列车长期处于动态运行中,除了受到本身的电磁作用力外还受到列车运行时强烈的振动与冲击;④牵引变压器负载频繁波动,负载情况与列车所负载质量、运行速度和道路状况等因素有关;⑤动车组内部安装有大功率变流装置和电子设备等,使牵引变压器长期处于强电磁环境中运行;⑥铁路牵引电网的波动范围大,是一般电网电压波动的十几倍,牵引变压器需承受较大的网压波动和过电压冲击[5];⑦车载变压器的负载为牵引变流器或整流器,使得绕组中的电流含有较大的高次谐波[6],容易出现发热问题;⑧列车启停、过分相区时,需经常开断,造成电压突变,使牵引变压器因磁通饱和而出现励磁涌流现象[7]
综上所述,牵引变压器在运行中会遭受网压波动、高次谐波、负载冲击、机械振动等复杂运行工况及恶劣运行条件的影响,使高速铁路的牵引负荷具有不平衡性、冲击性以及非线性特性[8],从而导致牵引变压器的绝缘性能及寿命下降。油纸绝缘的化学寿命直接决定着牵引变压器的使用寿命[9-10],因此研究油纸绝缘的老化机理及其影响因素,准确预测牵引变压器油纸绝缘的剩余寿命,对制定合理的检修计划、以更可控的方式预防故障具有重要意义。
目前,关于电力变压器油纸绝缘老化状态评估及剩余寿命预测的研究已相对成熟,而针对牵引变压器的研究相对较少。由前文分析可知,牵引变压器在安装方式、服役环境、负载情况及绝缘材料等方面与电力变压器均存在较大差异,如果采用电力变压器的研究方法对牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化状态进行评估,不考虑网压波动、谐波、激磁涌流、机械振动等牵引变压器典型的运行特征,会使得评估结果的针对性不强、不确定性较大,而且牵引变压器长期处于动态运行状态,监测获取数据困难,且监测数据与其他信息联系紧密,使其剩余寿命预测结果的准确性较低。
为此,本文对牵引变压器油纸绝缘的主要老化形式及主要影响因素进行探讨,进而分析油纸绝缘的老化机理,总结当前评估油纸绝缘老化状态的特征参量及主要的剩余寿命预测方法,分析各特征参量及剩余寿命预测方法的优缺点及适用条件,并在此基础上,探讨油纸绝缘老化状态评估及剩余寿命预测方面存在的主要问题及未来的研究方向。
牵引变压器的绝缘系统采用油浸式固液两相绝缘结构。固体绝缘采用普通绝缘纸和耐高温芳纶绝缘纸相结合的方式,在高温部位使用耐高温芳纶绝缘纸,其他部位则使用普通绝缘纸[11],两种绝缘纸复合使用可使绝缘系统具有较好的耐热性及过负载能力,且成本较低[12]。绝缘油主要采用普通的45号矿物油和硅油两类,矿物油用于大多数动车组牵引变压器,硅油则主要用于CRH2动车组的牵引变压器[13]。牵引变压器在运行过程中,油纸绝缘系统长期处于电磁、热、机械、环境等多种应力下,各因素相互影响、共同作用,导致其机械强度及电气性能逐渐下降[14]。影响油纸绝缘老化的各因素之间的具体关系如图1所示[15]
根据油纸绝缘老化影响因素的不同,牵引变压器内油纸绝缘的老化形式可分为热老化、电老化、化学老化和机械应力老化[16-17],主要老化形式及其影响因素如图2所示。
热老化是牵引变压器油纸绝缘最主要的老化形式,温度则是油纸绝缘老化最主要的影响因素[18]。V M MONTSINGER[19]研究提出,温度每升高10℃,绝缘材料的寿命缩短一半。事实上,不同固体绝缘材料的理化性质各不相同,其老化机理和老化速率也必然存在一定差异,上述结论不可能适用于所有的绝缘材料。T W DAKIN[20]研究认为绝缘材料热老化的本质是一系列化学反应过程的叠加,其绝缘寿命遵循式(1)所示的化学反应速率方程。

针对芳纶绝缘纸,S VILLAR-RODIL等[21]在氩气环境下对Nomex绝缘纸进行热重-差热分析,发现当温度超过300℃时,Nomex绝缘纸开始发生水解反应,当温度达到450℃时,绝缘纸开始发生均裂反应。李璐[22]研究发现,在相同的老化时间下,老化温度越高,Nomex绝缘纸表面的颜色越深,说明高温对绝缘纸微观结构破坏更加严重。曾奕凡[23]研究提出,老化温度越高,油浸Nomex绝缘纸的聚合度下降越快。这是由于水解反应是绝缘纸老化的主要降解形式[24],温度越高,水分子在绝缘纸内部移动的速度越快,绝缘纸发生水解反应所需的活化能越小,水解反应越容易发生,分子链断裂进一步加剧,使绝缘纸的聚合度降低,绝缘性能下降。
牵引变压器安装在动车车底,长期在布满灰尘的环境中运行,散热片被灰尘覆盖会使牵引变压器散热不良,导致绝缘绕组出现热点温度过高、温升加快的情况[25],此外牵引变压器的负载为牵引变流器或整流器,绕组中的电流含有较大的高次谐波,使车载变压器产生谐波损耗而发热,累积的热量使绝缘系统温度升高。高温会破坏芳纶绝缘纸的分子链结构,使其机械强度和电气强度降低,从而影响油纸绝缘系统的寿命。
电场对油纸绝缘老化的影响机理比较复杂,涉及油纸绝缘在电场作用下的一系列理化反应,目前油纸绝缘在电场中的老化作用还没有形成公认的理论和可以量化计算的模型,通常认为油纸绝缘在电场作用下常伴随有局部放电、击穿等现象[26]。电场也会促进绝缘油劣化产生酸性物质并沉积于绝缘纸表面,加速油纸绝缘老化[27]。动车组频繁启停,使牵引变压器不断地承受过电压冲击,如此集中反复的冲击作用会使绝缘纸结构劣化,使牵引变压器的油纸绝缘系统产生损伤。另外,牵引变压器高压绕组上会产生复杂的电磁振荡过程,使高压绕组局部电场畸变,引入的空间电荷累积效应会导致其绝缘损伤,甚至失效[28]
牵引变压器在运行中产生的机械振动、电磁振动、短路力或瞬时电动力等均为机械应力,高分子材料在机械应力作用下会发生大分子链断裂而降解[29]。机械应力对牵引变压器绝缘系统的影响很早就被提出[29],但在牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化及寿命研究中很少考虑机械应力因素,在油纸绝缘加速热老化试验的设置中,也几乎没有机械振动这一老化因素,目前关于机械应力对油纸绝缘老化的影响研究鲜有报道。
水分是除温度以外导致牵引变压器内绝缘性能下降的最主要因素[30]。曹金梅[31]研究发现,有水分存在时,温度对Nomex绝缘纸老化的影响更显著。倪远军[30]研究发现,油浸Nomex绝缘纸在老化过程中抗拉强度呈下降趋势,初始水分含量越高,老化前期Nomex油浸绝缘纸的抗拉强度下降越快。温敏敏等[32]研究发现,水分含量对Nomex绝缘纸的频域介电谱(FDS)参数影响较大,主要体现在低频段。李璐[22]研究了水分含量对Nomex绝缘纸聚合度的影响,发现初始水分含量越高,聚合度下降越快。因为在热应力作用下,分子热运动加剧,芳纶绝缘纸中聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(PMIA)分子链排列松散,当绝缘纸中水分含量增加时,渗透到PMIA分子链间隙的水分子增加,水分子与PMIA分子链发生碰撞的概率变大,使水解反应速率增大,宏观表现为聚合度及抗拉强度下降速率增大。当绝缘纸中水分含量增大到一定程度时,由于能有效水解的PMIA大分子链数量是一定的,水解反应需要的水分子接近饱和,此时水分含量的增加不再使水解反应速率明显增大。此外,水分含量增大也会降低绝缘油的击穿电压和局部放电场强,提高绝缘击穿和局部放电的概率,促进绝缘油劣化。而绝缘纸和绝缘油劣化均会生成水分,生成的水分又会参与到油纸绝缘老化反应中,形成恶性循环。
温度和水分是影响油纸绝缘老化的主要因素,氧气则起着加速老化的作用[33]。当氧气大量存在时,绝缘油可能被氧化,产生硬脂酸等高分子有机酸,绝缘纸则会产生甲酸、乙酸等低分子有机酸[34-35],甲酸和硬脂酸均会促进绝缘纸降解,其中甲酸的促进作用更加明显[36]。在酸的促进作用下,油纸绝缘的老化速率进一步加快。油纸绝缘老化的产物主要包括H2、CO、CO2及各种低分子气态烃[33]。气体对油纸绝缘系统的危害也是不容忽视的,因为气体对于油纸绝缘的破环作用,除了氧气会氧化绝缘油外,存在于绝缘油中的气泡还可以在电场作用下引起局部放电,对变压器油纸绝缘具有破坏性。
综上所述,热应力和环境应力对油纸绝缘老化的影响研究相对成熟,影响机理比较明确,虽有研究表明,电应力和机械应力对油纸绝缘老化的影响显著,但目前尚未形成可量化评估其影响程度的模型。油纸绝缘老化的影响因素众多,且各因素间相互影响,例如电应力不仅会引起电场,还会引起发热或电磁振动,老化机理复杂。因温度、水分含量等其他影响因素不同也会发生不同的反应,主要有水解和均裂两种反应[37]。在老化过程中,水解和均裂反应同时进行,在不同老化阶段,占主导作用的反应也不相同:老化初期,初始水分含量较少,PMIA分子主要进行水解反应,水解反应会生成CO2和H2O等,水含量的增加又为均裂反应创造了条件;老化中期,均裂反应持续加剧而水解反应逐渐减缓;老化后期,均裂反应成为绝缘老化的主要反应。在各老化反应的协同作用下,固体绝缘材料的电气性能及机械强度逐渐降低,此外,老化反应生成的产物如水分和酸等又会促进老化反应,加快油纸绝缘整体老化,形成恶性循环。
目前,关于评估变压器油纸绝缘老化状态的特征参量,根据监测方法不同主要分为在线监测特征量和离线监测特征量;根据原理不同主要分为理化特征量和电气特征量,理化特征量是指油纸绝缘老化过程中系统本身的理化性能参数及特征产物含量;电气特征量是指变压器运行时油纸绝缘系统的电气性能参数,除了上述两类主要的特征参量,还有其他的特征参量,具体总结如图3所示。
目前,用于表征牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化程度的理化特征量主要有聚合度(DP)[38-39]、抗拉强度(TS)[40]、油中溶解气体(DGA)[41]。H DJT等[42]提出将TS作为绝缘纸老化程度的衡量指标,并将TS下降至初始值的一半作为绝缘纸失效的判据。但测量绝缘纸的TS时对样品的处理、测量环境要求非常苛刻,因此实际中很少使用TS来评估油纸绝缘的老化状态。聚合度是目前公认的表征绝缘纸老化程度最为可靠的特征参量[46],但绝缘纸聚合度的测量需要对牵引变压器进行吊芯取样,不适合服役中牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化状态的评估。因此,上述特征参量常用于实验室加速热老化试验中对油纸绝缘老化机理、老化状态评估方法及剩余寿命预测方法进行理论研究。
目前铁路局主要使用油中溶解气体数据来评估油纸绝缘的老化状态,认为CO和CO2源于固体绝缘老化,H2源于绝缘材料受潮,C2H2则反映绝缘的放电故障[43],这几种气体含量变化对牵引变压器绝缘系统整体的老化状态评估有重要的参考价值。但由于牵引变压器要进行定期维修,需对牵引变压器绝缘油进行除杂、祛气等操作,将在很大程度上改变各特征气体的含量;同时,除油纸绝缘正常老化会产生CO和CO2外,绕组短时局部过热也会产生CO和CO2,对油纸绝缘老化程度的判断具有误导作用,在使用油中溶解气体数据对油纸绝缘的老化程度进行判断时,仍然存在很大的不准确性和局限性。
油纸绝缘传统的电气特征量主要有介质损耗因数、绝缘电阻、吸收比、介电常数等[44]。随着测量水平的不断提升,时、频域介电响应(DR)技术被广泛应用于变压器绝缘的状态评估,主要包括极化-去极化电流(PDC)法[45-46]、频域介电谱(FDS)法[47-48]、回复电压法(RVM)[49-50]。PDC法因设备便携、操作简单及无损检测等特点,且携带了丰富的绝缘老化信息,被广泛应用于实验室测试中[51]。文献[52]对不同老化程度的油纸绝缘进行PDC测试,结果表明,即使在干扰较强的情况下,PDC法也可以有效辨别油纸绝缘的老化状态;文献[53]基于PDC法测量了不同老化程度油浸绝缘纸的PDC曲线,建立了稳态吸收电荷量与聚合度的关系。由于FDS测试曲线携带的绝缘信息量较为丰富,且抗噪音能力强,实验所需电源电压较低[52,54-55],FDS法逐渐成为油纸绝缘老化程度、含水率等重要状态指标的主要评估方法。文献[56]在时变温度下测试了油隙、油浸绝缘纸的频域介电响应,得出了时变温度对油纸绝缘频域介电响应测量结果的影响规律;文献[57]研究了不同老化时间下绝缘纸的FDS特性与其抗拉强度的关系,结果表明,低频段可以表征绝缘纸的老化程度,且介质损耗因数与抗拉强度存在负指数关系。但上述文献大多是针对电力变压器油纸绝缘的研究,而针对牵引变压器油纸绝缘的研究较少。
综上所述,理化特征量如抗拉强度、聚合度对油纸绝缘老化状态的评估结果比较准确,但测量环境及条件要求比较严苛,而且测量时需要对牵引变压器停电吊芯,不适合服役中的牵引变压器使用,适用于实验室通过加速热老化试验对油纸绝缘老化机理、老化状态评估方法及剩余寿命预测方法的理论研究;电气特征量具有在线无损测量的优势,但测量结果与油纸绝缘老化程度的量化关系不明确,评估结果的可靠程度相对较弱,还需进一步研究PDC、FDS等与绝缘纸聚合度、抗拉强度、油中溶解气体含量等指标间的关系,研究如何利用PDC法、FDS法等方法的无损检测结果与理化特征量综合评估油纸绝缘的老化状态,结合牵引变压器独特的运行特点,研究针对牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化状态的无损监测方法,从而进一步提高老化状态评估的准确性。
变压器油纸绝缘的寿命评估方法主要包括基于失效机理模型的方法和基于数据驱动的方法[58]。基于失效机理模型的方法是指在掌握油纸绝缘系统退化机理的前提下,考虑油纸绝缘退化失效的主要影响因素,通过建立描述其绝缘性能退化趋势的机理模型,预测其剩余使用寿命的方法;基于数据驱动的方法主要是指对反映油纸绝缘系统健康状态的监测数据进行分析,挖掘出与油纸绝缘性能退化相关的指标量并结合数学模型评估油纸绝缘的老化状态,预测其剩余使用寿命的方法。
针对变压器绝缘纸聚合度与运行时间的动力学关系,A EKENSTAM[59]提出了一阶动力学方程并应用于均匀纤维素体系的降解,但在之后非均匀纤维素体系的加速热老化试验研究中发现,聚合度的降解速率并不是一直不变的,测试结果与零阶动力学模型不符。在此基础上,A M EMSLEY[60]提出了新的二阶动力学模型,与零阶动力学模型相比,二阶动力学模型描述的油纸绝缘老化时聚合度降解速率的变化更加符合实际,得到了较广泛的应用。针对电力变压器油纸绝缘,文献[61]基于时温叠加理论,改进传统的二阶动力学模型,提出了温度-含水率双因子影响的油浸纸板寿命评估模型;文献[62]考虑换油周期对油纸绝缘老化的影响,基于二阶动力学模型提出了不同温度、不同换油周期下油纸绝缘的寿命评估模型。针对牵引变压器油纸绝缘,文献[63]研究了在牵引负荷影响下绕组热点温升引起的绝缘寿命损失,提出了绕组热点温升与绝缘寿命损失之间的关系式;文献[64]研究了牵引冲击负荷对牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化的影响,发现牵引负荷的强度和频率的提高均会加快油纸绝缘的寿命损失;文献[65]考虑周期性冲击对绝缘纸机械性能的影响,以二阶动力学模型为基础,提出了一种以聚合度在其冲击时间段内的积分面积作为特征参量的绝缘纸寿命评估模型。但二阶动力学模型中有些参数需人为设定,缺乏明确的物理含义,在一定程度上限制了二阶动力学模型的发展。在此基础上,DING H Z等[66]提出了一种新的聚合度损失累积动力学模型,针对电力变压器油纸绝缘,文献[67]将时温平移因子引入累积动力学方程,改进后的累积动力学模型可实现任意温度、任意初始含水量下油纸绝缘的寿命预测;文献[68]基于聚合度损失累积模型,提出了利用FDS的机械-热双因子联合作用的绝缘纸剩余寿命预测模型,将以抗拉强度为寿命判据的模型可靠性高的特点与以介电特性为寿命判据的模型简单易行的特点有机结合起来,但累积动力学模型在牵引变压器油纸绝缘的寿命评估方面鲜有应用。由上述文献分析可知,针对电力变压器油纸绝缘的研究已经比较成熟,寿命评估模型考虑的影响因素也比较全面,但针对牵引变压器油纸绝缘的研究较少。牵引变压器与电力变压器所使用的绝缘材料不同,电力变压器多使用以纤维素为主要成分的普通纤维素绝缘纸,动车组牵引变压器多使用以PMIA短切纤维为主要成分的芳纶绝缘纸,针对绝缘纸不同,只需在加速热老化试验时使用相对应的绝缘纸,根据实验数据优化机理模型参数即可。此外,电力变压器与牵引变压器最主要的区别之一是牵引变压器在运行中要承受强烈的振动冲击且负载频繁波动,而电力变压器油纸绝缘的寿命评估或预测方法主要适用于负荷相对稳定的情况,若直接用于牵引变压器会出现实际情况与评估结果明显不一致的现象,无法准确评估牵引变压器的寿命情况[69],因为在牵引冲击负荷下,绕组会产生很大的电动力,绕组温度的周期性大幅变化也将引起变压器绕组周期性的热胀冷缩[63],这些作用力将加速绝缘绕组的破坏;强烈的振动冲击也会使绝缘纸与绕组之间、绝缘纸与绝缘纸之间的摩擦加剧,使绝缘纸机械强度降低。因此,在建立牵引变压器油纸绝缘的寿命评估模型时如何考虑牵引变压器独特的运行特征及负载特性是牵引变压器油纸绝缘寿命评估的难点。
基于失效机理模型的方法是在加速热老化试验下获得油浸绝缘纸的退化数据,建立油浸绝缘纸退化的机理模型来预测油纸绝缘的剩余寿命,对油纸绝缘老化机理、老化规律及剩余寿命预测方法的研究具有重要意义,但在剩余寿命预测时未能结合变压器油纸绝缘在实际运行中的监测数据,当运行环境与运行工况发生变化时,不能利用实时监测数据对模型进行实时更新,预测结果难以准确反映油纸绝缘当前的实际运行状态。
基于数据驱动的剩余寿命预测方法不需要明确系统内部的失效机理,且数据本身就包含了实际运行中的各种影响因素,近年来受到了广大学者的关注,其主要分为统计学方法与机器学习方法两类[70-71]
统计学方法利用统计模型或随机过程模型对设备性能的退化过程进行描述,当退化量超过部件或系统的失效阈值时表示部件或系统失效,常用的模型有维纳模型、伽玛模型、逆高斯模型、马氏链模型等[73]。张明泽等[74]基于线性Wiener过程,将贝叶斯方法和最大期望算法相结合动态更新模型参数,实现了变压器油纸绝缘的剩余寿命预测。该方法需要选取比较理想的退化模型作为假设条件,在量化剩余寿命预测结果的不确定性上具有天然优势,且所需数据的样本量较小。但由于牵引变压器油纸绝缘完整的退化数据获取困难,此方法目前在牵引变压器油纸绝缘的剩余寿命预测方面几乎没有应用。
机器学习的方法无需建立油纸绝缘系统具体的退化模型,主要通过对现场监测数据潜在的信息进行提取和训练,模拟出油纸绝缘退化过程的规律,进而预测其剩余使用寿命,主要包含神经网络、灰色模型、贝叶斯算法[72]等。文献[75]利用BP神经网络建立了油中CO、CO2、糠醛含量和运行年限间的关系模型来预测绝缘纸的老化程度及剩余寿命范围;文献[76]构建了广义回归神经网络预测模型,将表征绝缘纸老化的特征参量及相关时间参量作为输入,实现了油纸绝缘的剩余寿命预测,但未考虑环境因素及负荷波动对变压器寿命的影响;文献[77]考虑了变压器运行环境与负荷因素,通过混沌序列优化BP神经网络构建了多参数关联的变压器寿命预测模型;文献[78]利用主成分分析法将表征绝缘纸老化的多特征量进行融合,基于鲸鱼优化算法和长短期记忆网络模型对油纸绝缘的剩余寿命进行了预测,该法结合了表征油纸绝缘老化状态的多个特征量,提高了预测结果的准确性。上述文献都是针对电力变压器油纸绝缘剩余使用寿命的研究,针对牵引变压器油纸绝缘剩余寿命的研究很少。这是由于牵引变压器的运行环境及运行工况复杂,且长期处于动态运行状态,使得牵引变压器油纸绝缘的状态监测数据获取困难,且监测数据与其他数据关联紧密,提取能够表征其老化状态的数据信息更加困难。机器学习的方法所需的数据样本量很大,使其在牵引变压器油纸绝缘的剩余使用寿命预测方面受到了一定的限制。由此可见,牵引变压器油纸绝缘的运行状态数据难以监测是导致基于数据驱动的剩余寿命预测方法难以在牵引变压器油纸绝缘剩余寿命预测方面无法推广的关键原因。而基于数据驱动的剩余寿命评估方法具有良好的通用性,若能解决牵引变压器油纸绝缘运行状态的数据监测问题,那么该方法具有很好的借鉴性。
综上所述,基于失效机理模型的方法预测结果比较准确,但由于牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化的影响因素众多,失效机理不明确等原因,建立准确的机理模型比较困难,且未能结合变压器油纸绝缘在实际运行中的监测数据,预测结果难以反映油纸绝缘当前的实际运行状态。基于数据驱动的方法不需要明确部件及系统内部的失效机理,其中统计学方法需要选取相对理想的退化模型作为假设条件,成功应用的前提是获得油纸绝缘完整的退化数据,与机器学习的方法相比,该方法对数据量的需求相对较小,且对于量化剩余寿命预测结果的不确定性具有天然优势;机器学习的方法虽不需要建立具体的退化模型,但只能得到确定的剩余寿命预测值,无法得到可以量化剩余寿命预测结果的概率分布,对数据样本量的需求很大,且牵引变压器油纸绝缘的监测数据获取较为困难。因此,如何解决牵引变压器油纸绝缘运行状态的数据监测问题是面临的关键问题。
牵引变压器油纸绝缘长期处于散热不良、振动冲击、过负载及各种化学杂质存在的特殊环境中,运行工况复杂多变,服役条件更加恶劣,使得油纸绝缘老化的影响因素众多,老化机理复杂,表征其老化程度的特征参量也不统一。本文分析了牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化的影响因素及评估油纸绝缘老化状态的各种特征参量,总结了油纸绝缘各种剩余寿命预测方法的特点及适用条件。然而,在牵引变压器油纸绝缘老化机理与寿命预测方法方面仍存在很多需要深入探索的问题:
(1)表征油纸绝缘老化程度的特征参量较多,每种老化指标表征老化程度的侧重点不同且各有利弊。如何挖掘各指标间的内在联系,将具有无损测量优势的电气特征量(如FDS和PDC)与表征老化程度可靠但测量困难的理化特征量(如TS和DP)有机结合起来,得到电气特征量与理化特征量之间的量化关系,通过无损测量电气特征量从而间接测量理化特征量,更加准确地评估油纸绝缘的老化状态,是值得深入研究的问题。
(2)网压波动、激磁涌流、高次谐波等是牵引变压器独特的运行特征,不仅会引起热应力,使牵引变压器油纸绝缘温度升高,也会引起电应力加速油纸绝缘老化,因其协同作用,单独量化其对油纸绝缘老化的影响程度不现实,因此,有必要揭示网压波动、激磁涌流等协同作用下油纸绝缘的失效机理,研究如何将其转化为同等程度下热应力或电应力的影响来考虑其对油纸绝缘老化的影响程度。
(3)基于老化机理的牵引变压器油纸绝缘寿命预测大多是基于加速热老化试验,考虑电-热或电-热-牵引负荷对油纸绝缘老化的影响建立的寿命预测模型,未能结合变压器油纸绝缘在实际运行中的监测数据。当运行环境与运行工况发生变化时,不能利用监测数据对模型进行更新,预测结果难以反映油纸绝缘当前的实际运行状态。因此,研究如何将实际运行中牵引变压器油纸绝缘的监测数据和机理模型结合起来,建立数模联动的牵引变压器油纸绝缘的寿命预测模型,对提升寿命预测结果反映油纸绝缘实际运行状态的能力至关重要。
(4)基于数据驱动的寿命预测采集的监测数据大多是基于油中溶解气体数据,寿命预测所依据的数据信息单一,导致数据驱动的方法在牵引变压器油纸绝缘剩余寿命评估方面难以推广应用。实际运行工况下的监测数据本身就包含了实际运行中的各种影响因素,如何提高数据的获取能力,提高数据信息的关联性及完整性是当前面临的主要问题。此外,研究表征油纸绝缘老化程度各指标之间的内在联系,基于Coupla函数建立基于多指标的随机退化模型,为进一步提高油纸绝缘剩余使用寿命预测结果的准确性提供了新的思路。
