In order to clarify the influence rule of flow velocity of transformer oil on the migration and distortion of suspended bubbles in oil under complex electric field, we analyzed the migration path and distortion degree of bubbles at different flow velocity by numerical simulation. The results show that when the oil flow velocity is lower than 0.24 m/s, the shape of bubble changes periodically, and the change frequency is about 100 Hz. The oil flow velocity is positively correlated with the offset distance form the high-pressure cone, the distortion rate, and the inner maximum electric field intensity of the bubble.

为研究复杂电场下变压器油流速度对油中悬移气泡迁移与畸变的影响规律,本文利用数值模拟的方法分析了气泡在不同油流速度下的迁移路径、畸变程度等特征。结果表明:当油流速度小于0.24 m/s时,气泡形状会发生周期性变化,其变化频率约为100 Hz。油流速度与气泡偏移高压锥极的距离、气泡畸变率、气泡内最大电场强度成正相关。

为研究复杂电场下变压器油流速度对油中悬移气泡迁移与畸变的影响规律,本文利用数值模拟的方法分析了气泡在不同油流速度下的迁移路径、畸变程度等特征。结果表明:当油流速度小于0.24 m/s时,气泡形状会发生周期性变化,其变化频率约为100 Hz。油流速度与气泡偏移高压锥极的距离、气泡畸变率、气泡内最大电场强度成正相关。

In order to clarify the influence rule of flow velocity of transformer oil on the migration and distortion of suspended bubbles in oil under complex electric field, we analyzed the migration path and distortion degree of bubbles at different flow velocity by numerical simulation. The results show that when the oil flow velocity is lower than 0.24 m/s, the shape of bubble changes periodically, and the change frequency is about 100 Hz. The oil flow velocity is positively correlated with the offset distance form the high-pressure cone, the distortion rate, and the inner maximum electric field intensity of the bubble.

电力设备安全是电力系统稳定运行的基础,电力变压器作为电力系统输变电环节中重要的设备之一,其良好的运行状态是电力系统安全性、稳定性、经济性的基础[1-3]。电力变压器运行的可靠性很大程度上依赖于变压器油的绝缘性。变压器油是石油的一种分馏产物,由于其绝缘强度高、比热大、导热性能好,且具有良好的绝缘、散热和消弧性能,被广泛用在电力变压器和高压开关电器等大型电力设备中。但是在实际工程中,并没有绝对纯净的变压器,为减少杂质对变压器油绝缘性能的影响,在变压器投入使用前,会对变压器油进行干燥和脱气处理。即便如此,变压器油中仍不可避免地存在一定量的气体,其主要以悬移气泡的形式存在变压器油中,另外当变压器长期使用后,其温度变化、压力变化以及密封老化等因素也会使变压器油内气泡增多。变压器油中气泡作为典型绝缘缺陷,其数量的增多极易引发局部放电,由此产生的热效应、电晕、冲击电压容易导致声空化效应生成气泡,油中气泡数量过多容易积聚成小桥,从而降低变压器油的击穿电压,致使变压器绝缘劣化进而影响变压器的绝缘可靠性。
气泡对液体电介质绝缘性能的影响受其形状影响较大,诸多学者开展了气泡在流场与电场耦合下的研究。赵涛等[4]通过搭建气泡运动二维数值模型,发现外加电场对气泡的运动轨迹和形状变化有明显的影响;C G GARTON等[5]则发现在匀强电场中,气泡会被沿着电场方向拉伸,电介质的相对介电常数小于20时随着电场的增强,气泡被不断拉伸但不会破裂;M M GÓNGORA-NIETO等[6]发现在液体介质中气泡对电场具有增强效应,气泡内部场强更大,由于气体的击穿电压远小于变压器油,在气泡内部更容易发生局部放电;张永泽等[7]通过实验与仿真相结合的手段,发现了油中气泡在均匀场强下以两倍工频周期振动,且油流速度对气泡的变形影响较大。
目前,大多数研究都是在均匀电场下展开的,刘秋实等[8]利用实验与数值模拟手段相结合的方法分析了气泡在极不均匀电场中不同场强下气泡的迁移路径、速率、畸变程度等特征,并通过实验验证了结果的准确性,但是并未考虑到油流速度对油中气泡运动轨迹以及形变的影响。
在实际工程中,运行中的变压器由于强油循环或温差对流的影响,变压器油通常处于流动状态。因此,本文基于相场法搭建以锥板电极为几何基础的气液两相模型,深入研究在极不均匀电场下油流速度对油中气泡运动轨迹、气泡畸变的影响,并分析在此种情况下气泡内部最大场强的变化规律。
在变压器内部,油道的结构非常复杂,油道中难以避免地存在突起或者毛刺,因此本研究设计了以锥-板电极为几何结构的极不均匀电场模型,如图1所示,在入口处的气泡随着油流在电场中向上运动。为了接近实际工况,仿真参数尽可能与变压器内实际运行情况保持一致。变压器不同位置油道宽度与长度不尽相同[9-10],从几毫米到几十毫米不等。500 kV中高压绕组油隙的电场强度普遍在2~3 kV/mm[11],由于尖端效应最大电场强度为8.7 kV/mm,本研究在宽度为30 mm的油道内施加20 kV工频交流电压。为限制油流带电,国内变压器油流速度限制在0.33 m/s以内。本文将油流速度设置为0~0.3 m/s,以0.06 m/s为一个梯度。
根据A G OVSYANNIKOV等[12]的研究,毫米级气泡对变压器油的绝缘性能影响较大。因此设置1个半径为1 mm的标准圆气泡,通过锥-板电极模型在变压器油内施加一个工频交流电场,锥极接高压电极,板极接地,研究气泡对变压器油绝缘的影响。变压器油和气泡参数如表1所示。
在油浸式变压器中,电场力、油流曳力、浮力、重力、粘滞阻力对气泡运动状态起主导作用。根据运动方向,将气泡受力分为竖直上升和沿锥面上升两个阶段,如图2所示。气泡在流动变压器油中的动力学方程为式(1)

式(1)中:Me气泡的有效质量;ν为气泡运动速度;t为时间;Fe电场施加给气泡的电场力;FD为气泡受到的粘滞阻力;FB为气泡在油中所受到的浮力;Fg为气泡的重力;FY为油流曳力。
另外,压力梯度及表面张力对气泡的形变有较大的影响。气液界面处的液体分子会受到液体侧的吸引力,使得气泡总有保持球形的趋势,因此,表面张力很大程度上抑制着气泡的形变。单个气泡的表面张力如图3所示。
变压器油作为弱极性电介质,在外电场作用下,会因极化作用产生极化电荷,此时介质内部仍呈现为电中性,但是气液界面处会出现极化电荷,导致界面受到电场力作用[13],电场力为式(2)~(3)。

由于油流速度与气泡速度不同,气泡与油流会有相对运动,因此气泡会受到流体的作用力,这种流体对物体的作用力称为流体曳力。在本文中气泡所受的流体曳力即为油流曳力[15],如式(10)所示。

油流速度主要通过改变流场的作用使气泡形状发生改变,压力梯度是导致气泡在不同流场中变形差异的重要因素。由于局部变截面的作用,流体会受到局部阻力,这将会在流体中形成沿流动方向的压力梯度,油流入口端附近流体的压力最大,沿油流方向压力逐渐减小,压力梯度使气泡前后两侧受到挤压作用。在流体力学局部阻力的计算中,可以近似的用某段等径直管的沿程损失代替局部阻力损失,因此根据Darcy-Weisbach公式,作用在气泡两侧的压力梯度[16]可表示为式(11)

仿真模型采用相场法追踪气液界面的变化,通过追踪气液界面变化,可以得到分散相气泡的运动和变形行为。用相场变量ϕ来表示求解域中物质属性,该区域中ϕ从1过渡到-1,通过Cahn-Hilliard方程描述分界面的扩散过程[17],并考虑有序化学势及热力学驱动力的综合作用,Cahn-Hilliard方程表示为式(12)

为探究油流速度对油中气泡动力学行为的影响,运用上述模型,讨论模型入口处油流速度为0.06、0.12、0.18、0.24、0.30 m/s五个等级时,变压器油中气泡的动力学行为特性。
气泡运动到高场强区域时易导致变压器发生故障,因此研究气泡迁移轨迹显得极为重要。为研究不同油流速度下气泡在变压器油中的迁移轨迹,通过图像处理软件将气泡在各个时刻的位置图堆叠,形成轨迹图,如图4所示。从图4可以看出,气泡在油流速度为0.06 m/s和0.30 m/s时的迁移轨迹有较大的区别,主要体现在气泡偏移高压锥极的距离,与油流速度为0.06 m/s的情况相比,气泡在油流速度为0.30 m/s的情况下偏移高压锥极距离较大,降低了气泡被击穿的风险。
为定量描述不同油流速度下气泡运动轨迹偏移高压锥极的情况,本文进一步提取了在不同速度下气泡偏移高压锥极的最大距离,结果如图5所示。从图5可以看出,随着油流速度的增大,气泡偏移高压锥极的距离也越大。在v0≤0.18 m/s时,气泡偏移高压锥极的距离随着油流速度的增大急剧增大;v0>0.18 m/s后,相较前一段,气泡偏移高压锥极的距离增量减小。
不同流油速度下气泡偏移高压锥极的距离差异主要是由于随着油流速度增加,气泡所受的阻力增大和沿气泡运动方向的油流曳力减小,导致合力发生变化。根据式(7),油流速度越大气泡所受阻力越大。仿真结果显示,油流速度越大,气泡运动速度与油流速度的差值越小,根据式(10),则气泡所受油流曳力减小。因此,随着油流速度增大,在气泡流动方向上的合力会减小,如图6所示,相当于在合力上施加一个斜向下的力,合力方向往下变化,从而导致气泡运动方向变化。
在锥板电极形成的电场中,流油速度的增大使得气泡偏移高场强区域,这对于预防气泡在变压器油中放电是有利的。
图7提取了在不同油流速度下气泡的典型畸变图。由于气泡在脱离油道运动中畸变较大,为方便分析气泡畸变,将气泡在变压器油中的运动过程分为爬升阶段和脱离油道阶段。定义气泡在进入油道右上方矩形通道前为爬升阶段,进入矩形通道后为脱离油道阶段。从图7可以看出,气泡在整个运动过程中会产生水平方向和竖直方向的畸变,图7仅展示了气泡的典型畸变,但是气泡的畸变为连续变化的过程。因此,引入了气泡的畸变率kc,其表达式如式(16)所示。

式(16)可知,当kc<0时,气泡为竖直椭圆形;kc>0时,气泡为水平椭圆形;kc=0时,气泡为标准圆形。根据式(16),进一步绘制了气泡在不同油流速度下的畸变率,如图8所示。从图78可以看出,在不同油流速度下气泡变形趋势保持一致,气泡首先由标准圆形变形为竖直椭圆形,然后变形至水平椭圆形,在水平方向变形至最大后,气泡最终变形为竖直椭圆形到最大,最后脱离油道液面,如图7从左到右所示。
气泡在初始时刻由标准圆形变为竖直椭圆形,这主要是由于初始时刻竖直方向上的速度分量小,气泡受到的粘性阻力较小,气泡被电场力拉伸为竖直椭圆形,因此气泡在这一阶段中流速越大气泡在竖直方向上的畸变越趋于缓和。随后由于竖直方向的速度增大,气泡受到的粘性阻力和压力梯度增大,将气泡挤压成水平椭圆形,因此流油速度越大,气泡水平方向畸变越剧烈。气泡上升到锥极斜侧后,沿着斜面上升,此时由于靠近锥极,气泡的变形主要受油流曳力影响,在气泡的下表面受到油流的挤压,上表面受到高压锥极的电推力,二者的挤压使气泡变形为上表面与锥极斜侧平行的气泡。最后气泡上升至狭窄的竖直油道后,流速急剧增大,气泡在水平方向上的速度梯度较大,在流场剪切力的作用下将气泡拉伸至竖直形状。
图8所示,当油流速度v0<0.24 m/s时,气泡的变形会呈现周期性波动,周期为10 ms。这是电场力周期性变化导致的结果,在外施工频电压作用下,介质中电场的变化频率为50 Hz,在电场方向发生变化的同时,变压器油内部的电子位移极化和原子位移极化方向也随之反向,即气液界面束缚电荷的极性随电场同时变化,故作用在气泡上的电场力频率为工频2倍,即100 Hz。当v0>0.24 m/s时,气泡畸变较剧烈,气泡表面张力不足导致气泡来不及恢复成标准圆形。故油流速度较大时,气泡周期波动不明显。综上,可以看出油流速度对气泡畸变产生了较大的影响,从而改变绝缘油中电场的分布。
气泡内部电场强度由气泡形状和工频相位共同决定,单纯考虑电场畸变意义不大,因此本文提取了在不同油流速度下气泡整个运动过程中的最大电场强度,如图9所示。从图9可以看出,气泡内的最大电场强度随着油流速度的增大而增大。且通过仿真计算结果发现,气泡内最大电场强度的产生发生在爬升阶段。在该阶段,随着油流速度的增大,气泡在水平方向上的变形剧烈,即沿电场方向的变形越弱,因此气泡内最大电场强度随着油流速度的增大而增大。
在实际运行的变压器中,高压绕组上端电场强度高且极不均匀[18-19],极不均匀电场中,高油流速度对气泡的推离效应有利于预防气泡导致的放电。同时,油流速度的增大又会导致气泡内电场强度增大,增大气泡引起的放电风险。
对实际运行中的油浸式变压器,研究极不均匀电场下油流速度对变压器油中气泡的动力学行为影响,可用于指导变压器油道绝缘结构设计,调整强迫油循环的油流速度以及避免气泡进入高场强区域。从而增强设备绝缘性能。
(1)在锥-板电极形成的极不均匀电场中,油流速度的增大致使气泡偏移高压锥极,从而降低了气泡引起的局部放电风险。
(2)随着油流速度的增大,气泡整体畸变率增大,随之电场的畸变也增大。
(3)油流速度v0<0.24 m/s时,气泡的形状呈现周期性的波动;v0>0.24 m/s时,气泡畸变较大,不会出现周期性的波动。
(4)在锥-板电极形成的极不均匀电场下,气泡内最大电场强度与油流速度呈正相关。
