In order to study the causes of dehydration of silicone oil for high voltage cable terminal in closed environment, and investigate its characterization parameters after deterioration, we built an experimental platform with closed environment for thermal ageing and electrical ageing, and tested the physical, chemical, and electrical properties of silicone oil under different ageing states. The results show that both thermal ageing and electrical ageing can cause the dehydration of silicone oil. The thermal ageing at 90℃ and low energy partial discharge have less effect on the deterioration of the physical, chemical, and electrical properties of silicone oil, while the intermittent spark discharge and continuous arc discharge have great effect on that. The breakdown voltage, dielectric loss factor, and volume resistivity have larger correlation with the water content, so that they can effectively represent the deterioration degree of silicon oil.

为研究密闭环境下高压电缆终端硅油中水分析出原因及其劣化后的性能参数,以填充于电缆终端内部的 TR50绝缘硅油为研究对象,搭建了密闭环境的电、热老化试验平台,测试了不同老化状态下硅油的理化性能与电气性能。结果表明:电老化与热老化均能引起硅油的水分析出,90℃热老化与低能局部放电对硅油理化及电气性能的劣化影响较小,间歇火花放电及持续电弧放电对硅油理化及电气性能的劣化影响较大,其中击穿电压、介质损耗因数、体积电阻率和含水量的相关性较大,这些指标可有效表征硅油的劣化程度。

为研究密闭环境下高压电缆终端硅油中水分析出原因及其劣化后的性能参数,以填充于电缆终端内部的 TR50绝缘硅油为研究对象,搭建了密闭环境的电、热老化试验平台,测试了不同老化状态下硅油的理化性能与电气性能。结果表明:电老化与热老化均能引起硅油的水分析出,90℃热老化与低能局部放电对硅油理化及电气性能的劣化影响较小,间歇火花放电及持续电弧放电对硅油理化及电气性能的劣化影响较大,其中击穿电压、介质损耗因数、体积电阻率和含水量的相关性较大,这些指标可有效表征硅油的劣化程度。

In order to study the causes of dehydration of silicone oil for high voltage cable terminal in closed environment, and investigate its characterization parameters after deterioration, we built an experimental platform with closed environment for thermal ageing and electrical ageing, and tested the physical, chemical, and electrical properties of silicone oil under different ageing states. The results show that both thermal ageing and electrical ageing can cause the dehydration of silicone oil. The thermal ageing at 90℃ and low energy partial discharge have less effect on the deterioration of the physical, chemical, and electrical properties of silicone oil, while the intermittent spark discharge and continuous arc discharge have great effect on that. The breakdown voltage, dielectric loss factor, and volume resistivity have larger correlation with the water content, so that they can effectively represent the deterioration degree of silicon oil.

电力电缆作为输电线路的重要组成部分,其运行可靠性直接影响电网的安全[1-4]。据统计,2019年国家电网公司66 kV以上电压等级高压电缆线路出现故障87次,其中终端故障38回次,占43.7%,本体故障30回次,占34.5%,接头故障19回次,占21.8%[5]。填充硅油的终端作为电缆线路重要组成部分,硅油性能对电缆输电系统的稳定运行至关重要[6-9]。据报道硅油劣化已导致多起发热缺陷及户外终端爆炸事故[10-14],严重威胁着设备及人身安全。
高压电缆终端故障的原因包括安装工艺不当,制造质量、材质不良,设计不当,外力破坏,过电压等,其中安装工艺不当、材质不良是引起高压电缆终端硅油劣化的主要原因[15]。如果电缆终端在安装过程中上法兰密封圈选用不良或者安装过程中密封圈断裂,在长期的运行环境下水分会渗入硅油,并在电、热的作用下引起硅油劣化[16-17]。此外也有大量案例表明[18-19],即使投运前硅油品质良好、安装密封良好,运行一段时间(几年或十几年)后电缆终端也会异常发热甚至产生击穿性故障,经分析这是由于硅油内含有大量水分,但水分来源及影响因素尚未见相关报道。
本文结合高压电缆终端硅油实际运行环境,搭建密闭条件下硅油热老化模拟平台与3种放电状态下的电缆模拟平台,研究不同老化类型与老化状态下硅油的理化性能与电气性能,采用皮尔逊相关系数法分析酸值、含水量、运动黏度与击穿电压、介质损耗因数(介损)、体积电阻率之间的相关性,以期为高压电缆终端内硅油的水分来源及硅油劣化状态的评价提供依据。
研究油样为长缆电工科技股份有限公司生产的TR50型绝缘硅油,其出厂性能如表1所示。
采用针-板电极结构搭建硅油电老化试验平台,电极结构布置如图1所示。图1中,针-板电极间距可通过旋钮调节,容器采用钢化玻璃密封;且装置上、下端均设置接线柱,方便接线。为避免取样过程中造成污染,在盛油容器下端设置了取油管道,取油时打开阀门,使油直接流入取样杯中,测量时将上述电极结构接入电路进行电化试验。
容器中为试验用硅油,试验容器材料为钢化玻璃,底面直径为300 mm,高度为200 mm。针-板电极材料均采用黄铜,电极间距可以调节,其中针尖曲率半径为300 μm,底部板状电极外径为120 mm。
热老化试验在恒温电热干燥箱中进行,采用BPG-914A型精密鼓风干燥箱,温度控制范围为10~250℃。
酸值采用HSSZ型全自动油酸值测定仪进行测试;运动黏度采用DFYF-108A型全自动运动黏度测定仪进行测试;含水量采用卡式库伦检测仪进行测试;击穿电压采用HZJC-202型绝缘油介电强度测试仪,在标准油杯中设置电极间距2.5 mm进行测试;介质损耗因数、体积电阻率采用DTL-C型全自动绝缘油介损测试仪进行测试。
将装有纯净硅油且密封良好的容器置于恒温烘箱中,在90℃下累计老化65天,定期取样检测硅油的相关特性参数。
电老化试验采用针-板电极结构搭建试验线路,基本原理如图2所示。
以2~3 kV/s的升压速率均匀升压。为模拟硅油不同运行年限后的电老化状态,通过施加不同的电压值并调节针板电极间距,使硅油分别处于低能局部放电、间歇火花放电和持续电弧放电3种不同放电状态下,同时通过控制加压时间的长短来进一步模拟硅油的不同老化状态[20],具体为:
(1)低能局部放电状态:在针-板电极间施加 20 kV交流电压,电极间距为5 mm,试验初期连续两次放电间隔在30~50 s,随加压时间的延长放电现象停止,试验期间硅油颜色未发生明显变化。
(2)间歇火花放电状态:在针-板电极间施加30 kV交流电压,电极间距为5 mm,该状态下针板间隙会发生间歇性放电,试验初期放电频率较高,连续两次放电间隔为1~2 s,随加压时间的延长,连续两次放电间隔变为5~10 s。该状态下硅油颜色随着试验的进行而由无色透明逐渐变暗变黄。
(3)持续电弧放电状态:在针-板电极间施加35 kV交流电压,电极间距为5 mm,该状态下针板间隙会发生持续性电弧放电,肉眼可见明亮的放电通道。硅油颜色随着试验时间的延长,由无色透明逐渐变暗变黄并在电极间析出黑色絮状物质。
90℃下热老化过程中硅油酸值、含水量、运动黏度的测试结果见图3,击穿电压、介质损耗因数、体积电阻率的测试结果见图4
图3可以看出,90℃热老化下硅油酸值、含水量、运动黏度随老化时间的增加呈现增大趋势,酸值由0.005 0 mgKOH/g增至0.009 6 mgKOH/g,整个老化进程中均伴有水分析出,含水量由40.02 mg/kg增大至53.86 mg/kg,运动黏度由50.0 mm2/s增大至66.1 mm2/s。从图4可以看出,硅油击穿电压由 75 kV降低至68.4 kV,介质损耗因数由0.014%增大至0.085%,体积电阻率从2.8×1013 Ω·m下降至2.3×1013 Ω·m。
低能局部放电条件下硅油的电气性能测试结果见图5。从图5可以看出,在老化0~12天,击穿电压下降幅度较大,由75 kV下降至52 kV。而当老化15~30天,击穿电压下降的趋势明显减缓,幅值在50 kV左右;硅油介质损耗因数随着老化时间的增加而近似线性增大,老化时间达到25天之后,介质损耗因数稳定在0.45%左右,增大趋势减缓;同时,在老化0~5天,体积电阻率随着老化时间的延长急剧下降,稳定在约8.1×1012 Ω·m,老化5天后的体积电阻率总体趋于平稳。
低能局部放电条件下硅油的理化参数见图6。从图6可以看出,老化20天后酸值上升至0.005 8 mgKOH/g附近且存在一个5天左右的平稳期,在加压25天后酸值再次上升。而运动黏度在整个老化过程中呈现显著的上升趋势,老化30天后其值达到55 mm2/s;而硅油含水量在整个老化进程中呈平缓的上升趋势,总上升量约为3%。
图7为间歇火花放电条件下硅油的电气性能测试结果。从图7可以看出,在施加电压的0~25 h硅油击穿电压下降较快,由75 kV降低至41 kV左右,之后击穿电压下降趋势趋于平稳;介质损耗因数随着老化时间的增加而逐渐增大,在10~20 h增幅最为明显,20 h后介质损耗因数缓慢增加,60 h时介质损耗因数达到1%;体积电阻率在老化0~20 h随着老化时间的增加急剧下降,老化20 h时体积电阻率约为8.7×1011 Ω·m,之后走势趋于平稳。
间歇火花放电条件下硅油的理化参数见图8。从图8可以看出,硅油酸值在老化初期增速较缓,老化30 h后增幅较为明显,老化45 h后酸值变化较小,总波动幅度趋近于平缓。而运动黏度在放电初始阶段迅速上升至70 mm2/s,随后时间内仍呈现上升趋势,但上升速率相比放电初期有所降低。硅油含水量在整个老化进程中同样呈现显著上升趋势,但上升速率相比其他特征量而言较为缓慢,不同的是在老化后期含水量并未出现如酸值一样平缓的波动特征,其在整个老化进程中上升量约为25%。
图9为持续电弧放电条件下硅油的电气性能测试结果。从图9可以看出,在持续电弧放电条件下硅油击穿电压随着老化时间的延长而显著下降,在老化达到4 h之后击穿电压趋于稳定,约为28 kV;介质损耗因数随着老化时间的延长显著增大,在老化5 h时介质损耗因数已高达14.7%;当老化时间为0~2 h时,体积电阻率随老化时间的增加而快速下降,老化2 h时体积电阻率为2.3×1012 Ω·m,2 h后体积电阻率下降比较缓慢,老化时间为5 h时,体积电阻率最小,为5.1×109 Ω·m。
持续电弧放电条件下硅油的理化参数见图10。从图10可以看出,酸值随老化时间的延长显著上升,但其上升速率不稳定;运动黏度随老化时间的延长呈近似指数上升;含水量随老化的变化趋势较为单一且显著,近似呈直线上升,老化时间为5 h时,含水量达到69.32 mg/kg。
分析90℃热老化试验结果,硅油击穿电压在热老化条件下比初始值75 kV下降了约10%;介质损耗因数在热老化条件下变为了初始值0.015%的约5.6倍,体积电阻率从2.81×1013 Ω·m下降了约18%。可见单纯的热老化对硅油劣化的影响较小,且实际运行经验表明,充油终端发热主要是其内部填充的绝缘硅油老化后介质损耗因数偏大引起的,因此可认为实际运行中,高压电缆终端发热是由硅油老化导致,但在终端发热引起的不高于90℃的温度作用下,热老化对绝缘硅油加速劣化的影响较为缓慢。
低能局部放电条件下,硅油各参数指标相对间歇火花放电和持续电弧放电条件下的变化范围不大,且在这种状态下,即使长时间施加电压,都未见明显放电现象,硅油颜色无明显变化。
在间歇火花放电条件下,硅油各参数指标的波动范围相比低能局部放电状态下明显增大。在这种状态下,针板电极间会发生间歇性击穿,施加电压5 h内击穿频率较高,连续两次击穿间隔为2 s左右,随着加压时间的延长,连续两次击穿间隔延长至5~10 s。此外,硅油颜色随着试验时间增加由无色透明逐渐变暗变黄。
持续电弧放电条件下硅油各参数指标相比其他两种情况变化更为明显,且在严重老化状态下,针-板电极间会持续的产生电弧击穿,存在明亮且肉眼可见的放电通道。老化中期产生明显絮状物,且硅油颜色随着试验时间增长由无色透明逐渐变暗变黄,最终颜色变为黑色。
3种放电对应的电老化状态下,硅油的理化参数与电气参数的变化规律基本一致:电老化开始阶段各参数变化速率较大,随着老化时间增加,变化速率逐渐放缓,最终各参数趋于平稳。在低能局部放电、间歇火花放电、持续电弧放电状态下,击穿电压趋于平稳的幅值分别约为51.5、41.0、28.0 kV,介质损耗因数(tanδ)分别为tanδ≤0.45%、tanδ=0.9%~1.0%、tanδ≥5%,体积电阻率(ρ)分别为ρ≥8.0×1012 Ω·m、ρ=1011~1012 Ω·m、ρ≤1010 Ω·m,可以发现对应每种参数的不同范围之间均存在明显差异,而不同的放电状态下,绝缘硅油的酸值、含水量及运动黏度之间也存在较大差异。
采用皮尔逊相关系数法[5]对3种理化参数与电气参数进行相关性分析,硅油电气参数与理化参数的相关性见表2。本文采用的皮尔逊相关系数法是统计两个变量之间相关程度的方法,对于待评估的两个变量xy,通过试验获得的数据为(xi, yi)(i=1,2,…,n),则相关系数r的数学表达式为式(1)

式(1)中:x¯y¯分别为n次试验值的均值;相关系数r的值介于-1与1之间,即r1r越接近1,表明xy线性相关程度越高。
表2可以看出,90℃热老化下,含水量和3个电气参数的相关性显著,尤其与击穿电压以及介损值的相关系数值最大。低能局部放电时,酸值是最优表征量,含水量次之,但在间歇火花放电以及持续电弧放电条件下,含水量和3个电气参数的相关性最为显著,与击穿电压以及介质损耗因数的相关系数明显大于酸值和运动黏度。因此含水量是表征电老化下的硅油劣化特性的最优特征量。
(1)密闭环境下,硅油热老化与放电引起的电老化过程中均伴随有水分的析出,其含水量随老化时间的延长而近似呈线性增加,解释了密封圈完好情况下高压电缆终端内硅油水分的来源。
(2)热老化对硅油理化及电气性能劣化影响较小,90℃温度下老化65天,击穿电压下降约10%;介质损耗因数由0.014%增加至0.085%,体积电阻率下降约18%,说明高压电缆终端发热后对硅油的老化加速作用较为缓慢。
(3)间歇火花放电及持续电弧放电对硅油理化及电气性能劣化影响较大,击穿电压下降约63%;介质损耗因数由0.014%增大至14.7%,体积电阻率下降两个数量级,硅油颜色随着试验时间增加由无色透明逐渐变暗变黄,电弧放电下会析出黑色絮状物质。
(4)通过皮尔逊相关系数法验证了含水量为硅油劣化的关键指标,在90℃以上热老化条件下、火花放电以及电弧放电条件下,含水量和3个电气参数的相关性最为显著,与击穿电压以及介质损耗因数的相关系数明显大于酸值和运动黏度。
