In order to solve the problem that the current national standard can not fully meet the actual needs due to the imperfection and indeterminacy of the test method and judgment standard of partial discharge test of the electrical penetration assembly for reactor, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of various index requirements, we set a test scheme for partial discharge characteristics of electrical penetration assembly of medium voltage by pulse current method, and validation tests were carried out. The results show that it is reasonable to set the low value of partial discharge pulse parameter amplitude corresponding to the extinction voltage of the medium voltage electrical penetration as 15 pC, and partial discharge mainly occurs in the air gap between the multi-layer heat shrinkable tubes of its conductor components.

为解决当前国家标准对反应堆电气贯穿件局部放电试验在试验方法和判定标准等方面存在的不完善、不明确之处而造成不能完全满足实际需求的问题,本研究在综合考虑了各方面指标要求的基础上制定了一套脉冲电流法检验中压电气贯穿件局部放电性能的试验方案,并开展了验证试验。结果表明:中压电气贯穿件熄灭电压对应的“局放脉冲参量幅值的低值”定为15 pC较为合理,局部放电主要发生在其导体组件多层热缩管之间的气隙中。

为解决当前国家标准对反应堆电气贯穿件局部放电试验在试验方法和判定标准等方面存在的不完善、不明确之处而造成不能完全满足实际需求的问题,本研究在综合考虑了各方面指标要求的基础上制定了一套脉冲电流法检验中压电气贯穿件局部放电性能的试验方案,并开展了验证试验。结果表明:中压电气贯穿件熄灭电压对应的“局放脉冲参量幅值的低值”定为15 pC较为合理,局部放电主要发生在其导体组件多层热缩管之间的气隙中。

In order to solve the problem that the current national standard can not fully meet the actual needs due to the imperfection and indeterminacy of the test method and judgment standard of partial discharge test of the electrical penetration assembly for reactor, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of various index requirements, we set a test scheme for partial discharge characteristics of electrical penetration assembly of medium voltage by pulse current method, and validation tests were carried out. The results show that it is reasonable to set the low value of partial discharge pulse parameter amplitude corresponding to the extinction voltage of the medium voltage electrical penetration as 15 pC, and partial discharge mainly occurs in the air gap between the multi-layer heat shrinkable tubes of its conductor components.

电气贯穿件(electrical penetration assembly,EPA)安装于反应堆安全壳或堆舱壁上,是用于各类电缆贯穿安全屏障的专用设备,在反应堆正常运行和事故工况下能够维持电气连续性和压力边界完整性,防止放射性物质外泄[1-2]。中压动力电气贯穿件用于连接反应堆内外的动力电缆,为主泵提供电力,其设计试验考核对反应堆的安全稳定运行至关重要。
反应堆电气贯穿件自2009年才真正意义上完成国产化,国内核电行业针对其标准体系建设并不完备。尤其是针对中压EPA的局部放电试验,现行标准GB/T 13538—2017《核电厂安全壳电气贯穿件》[3]和GB/T 25837—2010《核电厂安全壳电气贯穿件的质量鉴定》[4]中的规定均存在一些不够完善准确之处,尤其是在试验方法和判定标准等方面,一定条件下已无法完备准确地指导开展中压EPA设备局部放电设计考核试验。胡子婴等[5]基于GB/T 13538—1992《核电厂安全壳电气贯穿件》[6] 对核电厂中压EPA的参考标准体系进行了梳理并针对性设计了试验电路,但由于所参照的标准已更新,同时文中并未细化具体的局部放电试验方法与判定标准,实际操作指导意义比较局限。俞高伟等[7]探讨了中压EPA局部放电试验相关标准中的要求和验收准则,认为局部放电的具体测量方法应参考标准GB/T 7354—2003《局部放电测量》[8],同时在文中认为在判断局部放电起始电压和熄灭电压时的脉冲参量幅值应为10 pC;但实际GB/T 7354—2003《局部放电测量》起总体指导作用,其通常并不作为具体试验的标准依据,同时10 pC的脉冲参量幅值并没有足够的依据和说服力。
本文在国内电气贯穿件现行标准体系的基础上,针对其局部放电试验方法与合格标准等开展研究,在完成多次对比分析试验的基础上,提出具体试验方法与合格标准的妥善方案,以期为后续反应堆电气贯穿件标准体系的更新完善提供参考。
核电厂中压电气贯穿件的局部放电现象,主要包括内部放电、沿面放电和电晕放电等。GB/T 13538—2017《核电厂安全壳电气贯穿件》中6.2.6节对局部放电的要求为:“中压动力导体应在相间导体进行局部放电(电晕)试验,局部放电熄灭电压不小于额定电压,试验应在室内的环境条件下(温度、压力和相对湿度)完成”。该标准并没有明确指出局部放电试验应遵循哪个标准开展,亦没有具体明确“熄灭电压”的定义与判定指标,导致仅依据 GB/T 13538—2017在开展电气贯穿件局部放电试验时,出现无据可依的问题。
GB/T 25837—2010《核电厂安全壳电气贯穿件的质量鉴定》10.5节对局部放电有具体的规定,即“局部放电试验仅对中压动力电气贯穿件样机进行,试验方法按照GB/T 7354—2003第6章的有关规定执行”。试验要求如下:①对中压动力电气贯穿件的每相导体进行局部放电试验;②测试电路必须保证本底噪声电荷量不超过规定允许放电电荷量的50%,其本身灵敏度应能探测到等于或小于规定允许放电电荷量的20%;③测量局部放电熄灭电压,应不小于额定电压U0,同时在1.05U0/3工频电压下测得的放电量不大于10 pC(U0为设备额定电压)。
GB/T 25837—2010相较GB/T 13538—2017对中压电气贯穿件的局部放电试验有了较为详尽的要求,规定试验方法应按照GB/T 7354—2003第6章执行。但实际在电力行业中GB/T 7354是作为总体指导性标准使用的,通常并不作为具体局部放电试验的依据标准,其第6章仅对脉冲电流法测试电气设备局部放电时的“校准器”进行了论述与规定。因此,目前GB/T 25837—2010对电气贯穿件局部放电试验方法的依据标准规定仍不够严谨完善。
GB/T 7354—2003中对局部放电熄灭电压有明确的定义:“当施加于试品的试验电压从某一观察到局部放电脉冲参量的较高值逐渐减小直到试品中停止出现重复性局放时的电压,亦熄灭电压是当所选的局放脉冲参量幅值等于或小于某一规定的低值时的最低施加电压”。但电气贯穿件相关标准并未对上述“重复性局放”和“局放脉冲参量的某一规定低值”进行明确的规定与定义,导致试验参数的选择无法统一。在现行标准GB/T 7354—2018[8]中,上述定义并未修改。例如国内部分研究团队在试验中将“局放脉冲参量的某一规定低值”定为10 pC,以测量熄灭电压。
结合中压电气贯穿件的安装工作方式,其原理与功能类似于电力行业中的穿墙套管。同时根据GB/T 25837—2010要求在电压1.05U0/3下测量中压电气贯穿件的局放量可知,其要求参考了电力行业标准DL/T 417—2019《电力设备局部放电现场测量导则》[10]和GB/T 4109—2022《交流电压高于1000V的绝缘套管》[11]中对穿墙套管的要求。DL/T 417—2019中要求气体绝缘套管在1.5Um/3下允许放电量为10 pC;GB/T 4109—2022要求气体绝缘套管在Um下最大放电量为10 pC,在1.05Um/3下最大放电量为5 pC(Um为设备最高电压)。
由以上可知,若将中压电气贯穿件对标电力行业气体绝缘套管,其允许放电量指标有所降低。考虑到中压电气贯穿件在产品设计中兼顾了安装体积、电气绝缘和密封指标等多重难点指标因素,其内部绝缘构成更为复杂,因此GB/T 25837—2010中要求1.05U0/3电压下放电量不大于10 pC是合理的。
综上所述,当前国内关于反应堆中压电气贯穿件的指导标准体系仍不够完善,相关规定中存在一些开口项急需完善,尤其是合格判定指标和试验方法等方面,已不能完全满足实际需求。目前迫切需要制定一套方法标准化、便于实施且判定指标明确的中压电气贯穿件的局部放电试验方案,指导设备研发鉴定与交货验收等环节。
中国核动力院结合相关标准要求,根据反应堆对中压电气贯穿件的设计输入要求[12],并参考电力设备的试验标准方法[13],制定了中压电气贯穿件脉冲电流法局部放电试验方案如下。局部放电试验分两个加压阶段,具体试验程序为:①试验电压以200 V/s[14]上升至1.8U0U0为额定电压),保持30 s;②缓慢降低试验电压至1.05U0/3,降压过程中观察局部放电谱图,以确定熄灭电压;③试验电压在1.05U0/3保持3 min,在此期间进行局部放电测量;④测量完成后降压断开电路,单次试验结束。
试验合格指标为:局部放电熄灭电压不小于额定电压U0,同时1.05U0/3电压下局放量不大于10 pC。
试验过程中当电压发生变化时,局部放电量不易稳定且具有相当的波动性,不易判定熄灭电压。为此中国核动力院针对新状态下的中压电气贯穿件开展了大量摸索验证试验,发现在试验电压由1.8U0缓慢下降过程中,放电量低于15 pC时放电谱图中重复性放电脉冲很小。因此决定在上述试验程序中,将15 pC确定为GB/T 7354中“局放脉冲参量幅值的低值”,以确定熄灭电压。
试验中应尽可能采取消除干扰的措施,采取正确有效的接线及屏蔽措施,可使背景噪声保持在允许放电电荷量的50%以下:布线合理且整洁,间隔应足够远;采用隔离变压器和低通滤波器抑制因测量系统和试验变压器与低压配电网相连而产生的干扰;试验测量回路采用单点接地以减弱接地网中高频信号产生的干扰;在屏蔽良好的实验室中开展试验,消除电磁辐射干扰;搬离邻近试验回路的不接地金属物或将其接地,以消除感应悬浮放电的影响;试验回路高压引线采用大截面导线,各个连接处进行必要的抛光与清洁处理,保证连接可靠后用锡箔纸包裹,防止电晕干扰。
华龙一号核电机组中压电气贯穿件的设计额定电压U0为10 kV,每台分A、B、C三相。按照局部放电试验加压程序和图1中试验测量接线原理图,针对新状态下的2台华龙一号核电机组中压电气贯穿件,分别开展局部放电试验,如图2所示。试验中采用TWPD-2E型多通道数字式局部放电综合分析仪,试验结果如表1表2所示,未施加试验电压时背景噪声符合标准要求[4]
分析表1表2中试验数据可知:两台新状态下中压电气贯穿件导体组件的局部放电熄灭电压≥16.7 kV,在6.1 kV(1.05U0/3)时局放量<10 pC。
胡子婴等[6]认为中压电气贯穿件发生局部放电的主要位置在陶瓷绝缘套管处,并开展了对比分析试验。本研究作者在对两台新状态下中压电气贯穿件开展局部放电试验时,采用Fluke ii910型超声波局放成像仪监测各个陶瓷绝缘套管以及接线夹在试验期间的局部放电图像信息,试验期间在上述各部位未监测到任何明显的局部放电信号。综合考虑中压电气贯穿件的设计电压等级,以及陶瓷套管安装法兰已经过针对性增大外径设计并避免了尖角结构,接线夹和螺栓螺母等进行了必要的抛光与清洁处理,因此本研究认为可能中压电气贯穿件易于产生局部放电的部位并不在陶瓷套管和接线夹等部位。将在后续研究过程中采用光电等新型先进测试手段进一步开展试验验证[15-18]
线规为MCM1250的铜导体热缩多层核级热缩管,再覆以不锈钢保护套管组成中压电气贯穿件的导体组件,其主绝缘为多层热缩管。多层热缩管之间会存在一定的空气间隙,当电场强度超过一定临界值后发生气隙击穿放电。因此,中压电气贯穿件结构中易于发生局部放电的部位主要集中在导体组件内部,若想优化其局部放电性能,关键是如何改进工艺尽可能消除导体组件中热缩管之间可能存在的间隙。
(1)在充分且全面地梳理分析国家标准对反应堆中压电气贯穿件的局部放电试验要求和方法的基础上,针对当前国内标准体系中存在的不完善之处,而导致不能完全满足实际需求的现状,制定了一套标准化、便于实施且判定指标明确的中压电气贯穿件的局部放电试验方案。
(2)通过对中压电气贯穿件开展多次对比局部放电试验,找到并印证了主要可能易于产生局部放电的绝缘部位,即导体组件热缩管之间的气隙中。
