In order to study the influence of sand covering at the umbrella skirt of porcelain insulator on the surface electric field and potential distribution, a two-dimensional symmetric electrostatic field model of XP-70 porcelain suspension insulator was established based on the finite element method, and the surface electric field and potential distribution of the insulator under different sand covering conditions were analyzed. The results show that the surface electric field of porcelain insulator shows U-shape distribution, and the electric field and potential are affected by the geometry of porcelain insulator and the medium material. There is a local peak of electric field strength at the junction point between the upper and lower surfaces of the umbrella skirt of each insulator and the fittings. When the insulator umbrella skirt surface is covered with sand, there is a weak effect on the its surface potential, but the field strength at the sand cover of umbrella skirt will decrease, and the field strength decrease amplitude of the insulators near the high voltage side and the low voltage side is greater. The decrease amplitude is not related to the sand layer thickness. With the increase of sand layer thickness on insulator surface, the field strength at the junction between the upper surface of each insulator umbrella skirt and the fittings will increase greatly at first and then decrease to a stable value. When there is no sand belt in the sand layer, the field strength at the no sand belt increases, and the increase amplitude is related to the sand layer thickness and the width of no sand belt.

为了研究瓷绝缘子伞裙处覆沙对其沿面电场和电位分布的影响,基于有限元法建立了XP-70型瓷质悬式绝缘子的二维对称静电场模型,并分析了在不同覆沙情况下绝缘子的沿面电场和电位分布。结果表明:瓷绝缘子的沿面电场整体呈“U”形分布,且电场与电位受瓷绝缘子几何形状与媒介材质的影响,在每片绝缘子的伞裙上下表面与金具的交界处,电场强度出现局部峰值;当绝缘子伞裙表面覆盖沙尘时,对其沿面电位的影响十分微弱,但伞裙覆沙处的场强会减小,靠近高压侧与低压侧的绝缘子场强减小幅度较大,且减小幅度与沙层厚度无关,随着绝缘子表面覆盖沙层厚度的增加,每片绝缘子伞裙上表面与金具交界处的场强都会先大幅增大然后减小到一个稳定值;当沙层中出现无沙带时,无沙带处的场强会增大,且增幅与沙层的厚度和无沙带的宽度相关。

为了研究瓷绝缘子伞裙处覆沙对其沿面电场和电位分布的影响,基于有限元法建立了XP-70型瓷质悬式绝缘子的二维对称静电场模型,并分析了在不同覆沙情况下绝缘子的沿面电场和电位分布。结果表明:瓷绝缘子的沿面电场整体呈“U”形分布,且电场与电位受瓷绝缘子几何形状与媒介材质的影响,在每片绝缘子的伞裙上下表面与金具的交界处,电场强度出现局部峰值;当绝缘子伞裙表面覆盖沙尘时,对其沿面电位的影响十分微弱,但伞裙覆沙处的场强会减小,靠近高压侧与低压侧的绝缘子场强减小幅度较大,且减小幅度与沙层厚度无关,随着绝缘子表面覆盖沙层厚度的增加,每片绝缘子伞裙上表面与金具交界处的场强都会先大幅增大然后减小到一个稳定值;当沙层中出现无沙带时,无沙带处的场强会增大,且增幅与沙层的厚度和无沙带的宽度相关。

In order to study the influence of sand covering at the umbrella skirt of porcelain insulator on the surface electric field and potential distribution, a two-dimensional symmetric electrostatic field model of XP-70 porcelain suspension insulator was established based on the finite element method, and the surface electric field and potential distribution of the insulator under different sand covering conditions were analyzed. The results show that the surface electric field of porcelain insulator shows U-shape distribution, and the electric field and potential are affected by the geometry of porcelain insulator and the medium material. There is a local peak of electric field strength at the junction point between the upper and lower surfaces of the umbrella skirt of each insulator and the fittings. When the insulator umbrella skirt surface is covered with sand, there is a weak effect on the its surface potential, but the field strength at the sand cover of umbrella skirt will decrease, and the field strength decrease amplitude of the insulators near the high voltage side and the low voltage side is greater. The decrease amplitude is not related to the sand layer thickness. With the increase of sand layer thickness on insulator surface, the field strength at the junction between the upper surface of each insulator umbrella skirt and the fittings will increase greatly at first and then decrease to a stable value. When there is no sand belt in the sand layer, the field strength at the no sand belt increases, and the increase amplitude is related to the sand layer thickness and the width of no sand belt.

在我国西电东输的战略背景下,远距离输电的稳定运行越来越受到人们的关注[1],而在我国的西部地区,风沙形成的强烈沙尘暴已经造成了多起电力系统绝缘子的闪络事故,严重影响了电力系统的安全可靠运行,“沙闪”也逐渐成为高压电绝缘领域新的关注点[2-4]。绝缘子表面的电场和电位会随着周围环境的改变而发生变化,而绝缘子沿面电场和电位的畸变与局部电弧的产生和闪络密切相关[5],因此研究绝缘子表面覆沙情况下的电场和电位分布变化是十分必要的。目前针对接触网绝缘子和复合绝缘子沿面电场以及电位的相关研究已经非常成熟,文献[6-7]研究了接触网绝缘子在雾霾与覆沙情况下电场和电位的变化规律;文献[8-13]研究了复合绝缘子在被沙尘、鸟粪、藻类等不同物质附着及劣化后沿面电场的变化规律;文献[14]研究了干燥带对绝缘子电场的影响;文献[15-17]研究了瓷绝缘子在雾霾环境下的闪络特性与劣化对其沿面电场的影响;文献[18]研究了瓷绝缘子上表面覆盖沙层情况下电场变化规律,但是模型为单片瓷绝缘子,且仅上表面覆盖了沙层。在成串瓷绝缘子表面覆盖沙层的情况下,对于绝缘子沿面电场与电位的变化规律,以及伞裙与金具交界处电场强度的研究还有所不足。
绝缘子的表面电场和电位虽然可以现场测量,但是测量花费的周期长、耗费的成本高且工作量大,而且测量过程中必然会受到外界环境的干扰,从而造成不可避免的误差。而通过有限元软件进行仿真计算,不仅实验结果精度高,而且误差小、成本低,已经成为高压电绝缘领域新的研究手段之一[19]。因此本研究基于有限元软件,建立成串XP-70瓷质悬式绝缘子的二维轴对称模型,在保留计算精度的基础上,适当简化绝缘子模型中的金具部分,仅保留金具中轴对称的部分。分析成串瓷绝缘子沿面电场与电位以及伞裙表面与金具交界处的电场在不同沙尘沉积情况下的变化规律。
本研究建立二维对称静电场模型,计算绝缘子表面电场和电位的分布,绝缘子电场与电位的求解问题为无限域问题,因此设置人工边界,将无限域问题转换为有限域问题。绝缘子外围的空气域设置为和绝缘子同轴的半圆。在外围设置环形无限元域以模拟无限远边界,解决远场耗散问题。对绝缘子串下端钢脚底部加载高电势(Um=110×1.1×2/3=98.796 kV),上端钢帽顶端接地。仿真中材料的相对介电常数设置如表1所示。网格划分采用极细化划分,仿真模型如图1所示。
为了与覆沙状态下的绝缘子进行对比,首先计算清洁状态下(绝缘子与空气都是干燥的状态)绝缘子沿面电位与电场的分布,结果如图2所示。从图2可以看出,靠近绝缘子两端的电位梯度相对较大并且电场线较为密集,即电场强度相对较大,符合电磁场的相关原理,表明数值模拟获得的电场分布能够较为真实地反映出模拟区域内实际电场的分布情况。为了与现有实验进行对比,进一步验证模型的有效性,根据文献[20]通过实验测得真实数据,按照文献中的实验方法,用单片XP-70绝缘子模型与其进行对比,发现结果虽存在部分误差,但是误差在工程误差范围之内,误差是由实验过程或者模型外观的细小差别所引起的不可避免的误差,通过仿真结果与文献中实测数据进行对比,认为本文的仿真计算具有较好的合理性。
由于绝缘子表面的电位和电场强度与局部电弧的产生密切相关,本文对电位和电场强度进行了计算,其中场强取模值,结果如图3所示。由图3可知,受绝缘子材质和几何形状的影响,清洁环境下瓷绝缘子的沿面电位从高压端到低压端呈非单调线性下降,绝缘子1~7号伞裙承受的电压分别占总电压的32.06%、14.66%、9.90%、8.20%、8.37%、10.51%、16.30%,两端的伞裙承受电压相对较高,靠近中间的伞裙承受的电压相对较低。清洁绝缘子的表面电场整体呈非对称的“U”形分布,由于其几何结构的相似性,且每片绝缘子之间都是等间距的,每片绝缘子的电场强度也具有一定的相似性,高压侧和低压侧的电场强度分别为2.654×106 V/m和1.407×106 V/m。
为了研究单片绝缘子的电位和电场分布,以4号绝缘子为例,图4给出了其表面的位置结点,图5给出了对应的沿面电位与电场分布,并将表面位置结点在电位与电场分布图中一一标注。由图5(a)可以看出,绝缘子表面电位在金具上(a、d、e、f点)并未下降,而在伞裙b、c点之间不同位置的电位并不相同。由图5(b)可见,在伞裙与金具的交界处(b、c点)电场强度出现局部峰值,而在金具与金具交界处(a、f点)电场强度相对较小,钢帽与空气交界处(e点)相对较大,在钢帽与空气交界处(d点)相对较小,这是由伞裙的形状所决定的,说明绝缘子沿面电场与电位受几何形状与媒介材质的影响。
由于瓷质绝缘子的形状比较特殊且瓷质表面比较光滑,其伞裙表面是沉积沙尘的重要部位,考虑实际情况,分别给每片绝缘子伞裙表面都均匀覆盖一层厚度分别为1 mm、2 mm的沙层,计算不同厚度沙层对绝缘子沿面电位与电场分布的影响。覆沙效果如图6所示,绝缘子覆沙后的表面电位和电场分布如图7所示。
图7可以看出,沙尘覆盖对于绝缘子沿面电位的影响非常微弱,与清洁状态下绝缘子的沿面电位基本重合,但是1~7号绝缘子在覆沙处的电场强度均有不同程度的下降,这是因为绝缘子表面附着沙尘时,沙尘的相对介电常数大于空气,介电常数比较大的媒质在电场中的极化作用比较强,而极化电荷的电场将在此处减弱,因此此处的电场强度会降低。且靠近高压侧和低压侧的绝缘子覆沙处的电场强度下降幅度较大,中间部位的绝缘子覆沙处的电场强度下降幅度较小,而且覆盖1 mm的沙层与2 mm的沙层,其场强下降幅度相同,说明沙层的厚度对电场强度的下降幅度并无影响。
每片绝缘子电场强度出现峰值的位置(b、c点)如图8所示,相应位置的电场强度如图9所示。
图9可以看出,随着沙层厚度增加,刚开始绝缘子c点的电场强度将大幅增大,然后逐渐减小到一个稳定值,7号绝缘子c点的场强整体最高,2号绝缘子c点的场强整体最低,除1号绝缘子外,其余绝缘子都是越靠近低压侧,c点整体电场强度越高。由于c点是空气、金具、瓷件和沙尘的交界处,当伞裙覆盖不同厚度的沙层时,可以由式(1)所示介质夹层极化原理对以上现象进行分析[21]

式(1)中:ε0为真空介电常数;σ为分界面处的电荷密度;ε1ε2分别为两种不同介质的相对介电常数;γ1γ2分别为两种不同介质的体积电导率;d1d2分别为两种不同介质的厚度。
假设瓷件、沙尘、金具的相对介电常数分别为ε1ε2ε3,电导率分别为γ1γ2γ3,当沙尘与瓷件发生极化效应时,由于瓷件的相对介电常数ε1为6,沙尘的相对介电常数ε2为3.9,两者的电导率相近,假设γ1γ2γ0,可得ε0γ1ε2-γ2ε1=ε0γ0(ε2-ε1)<0,因此,在两种介质的交界处会产生负电荷;由于金具的相对介电常数ε3非常大,而沙尘的相对介电常数ε2为3.9,两者的电导率近似相等,假设γ3γ2γ4,可得ε0γ2ε3-γ3ε2=ε0γ4(ε3-ε2)>0,因此在沙尘与金具的交界处会产生大量的正电荷,当沙层厚度非常小时,式(1)的分母特别小,则电荷密度σ特别大,产生的正负电荷会非常多,因此其电场强度会陡然增大。因为金具与瓷件两种介质的厚度是不变的,当沙层厚度逐渐增大时,其分母逐渐增大,所以在两者交界面产生的正负电荷密度均减小,相应的电场强度减小。当表面覆盖沙层时,可以认为绝缘子各部分电导率分布不均匀,最终导致绝缘子内部积累电荷,电荷会运动到绝缘子表面[22],由于在电场力作用下整串绝缘子内部的电荷均往低压侧运动,最终导致大量电荷积聚在7号绝缘子内部,并逐渐运动到其表面,因此7号绝缘子c点的场强最大,越靠近低压端,绝缘子c点的场强越大。因为1号绝缘子钢脚底部接高电压,所以1号绝缘子c点的场强可以维持在一个适中的水平。而在绝缘子b点处,随着沙层厚度的增大,其场强变化非常小,虽然绝缘子的b点也是多种介质的交界点,但是由于绝缘子不同位置的场强方向与大小差距很大,电场线在通过多种媒介时其折射效果不同,从而导致b点与c点电场随沙层厚度的增加呈现出不同的变化规律。
在电场垂直分量的作用下,空气中带电颗粒会碰撞绝缘子伞裙电场强度较强区域的表面沙尘使其带电,在法向电场力的作用下,沙尘会发生“起跳”进而形成无沙带,无沙带的出现会影响绝缘子的闪络特性[23]。为了研究绝缘子表面的无沙带以及不同尺寸、位置的无沙带对其电场分布的影响,在靠近每片绝缘子电场强度较强的b、c点的伞裙沙层处,设置一条均匀宽度的环形无沙带如图10所示。
以(x, y)表示沙层厚度和无沙带宽度,即x mm厚的沙层中出现y mm宽的无沙带,无沙带与绝缘子中心轴为同心圆环。计算得到1~7号绝缘子伞裙处的沙层有无沙带时上下表面的电场强度如图1112所示。
图1112可以看出,当沙层出现无沙带时,覆沙处的电场强度减小,但是在无沙带处,电场强度陡然增大,并且越靠近高压侧和低压侧的绝缘子,在无沙带处的电场强度增幅越大。
在绝缘子上表面覆盖含有不同厚度和不同宽度无沙带的沙层,以探究沙层厚度与无沙带宽度对于电场分布的影响,以6号绝缘子为例,其电场示意图如图13所示。从图13可以看出,对于同样厚度的沙层,随着无沙带宽度的增大,电场增大的幅度也增大,而对于同样宽的无沙带,沙层越厚,电场增大的幅度越小。
(1)瓷绝缘子的沿面电场整体呈“U”型分布,其电位与电场的分布受绝缘子几何形状和媒介材质的影响;在每片绝缘子的伞裙上下表面与金具的交界处,电场强度将出现局部峰值。
(2)绝缘子表面覆盖沙层时,对沿面电位的影响十分微弱,但伞裙沿面的场强会减小,越靠近高压侧和低压侧,绝缘子场强减小幅度越大,且减小幅度与沙层厚度无关;随着沙层厚度的增加,在每片绝缘子伞裙上表面与金具的交界处,场强都会先大幅增大然后再减小到一个稳定值。除靠近高压侧的第一片绝缘子外,其余的绝缘子越靠近低压侧,该处的场强就越大。
(3)当沙层中出现无沙带时,无沙带处的场强将会增大,越靠近高压侧和低压侧,绝缘子场强增幅也越大;当沙层厚度一定时,无沙带宽度越大,电场增大的幅度越大,当无沙带宽度一定时,沙层越厚,电场增大的幅度越小。
